Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif informatique et un système de commande en magasin le comprenant. Dans un mode de réalisation, le système de commande en magasin comprend : un terminal utilisateur destiné à acquérir, en lien avec la visite d'un utilisateur dans un magasin, une liste d'options dans un menu du magasin ; à fournir à un employé du magasin un écran pour confirmer la réception d'une commande lorsque l'utilisateur achève la sélection d'une option dans le menu, et à enregistrer la commande reçue ; et un terminal de gestion de magasin destiné à transmettre au terminal utilisateur un signal de fin de service de magasin lorsqu'un service correspondant à l'option sélectionnée dans le menu par l'utilisateur est fourni à l'utilisateur, le terminal utilisateur permettant à l'utilisateur, à la réception du signal de fin de service de magasin, de sélectionner soit un traitement de paiement soit une annulation de commande.
