Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil de mélange et de traitement d'eaux usées de galvanoplastie, qui est un appareil de mélange et de traitement en forme de "S" composé d'au moins quatre tuyaux carrés (1) raccordés en série. Une entrée (2) d'eaux usées et une sortie (3) de liquide mélangé sont respectivement disposées aux deux extrémités de l'appareil de mélange et de traitement. A partir de l'extrémité d'entrée (2) d'eaux usées, au moins trois entrées (4) de composé chimique sont disposées sur au moins un tuyau carré (1). Plusieurs premières plaques (8) de blocage de liquide symétriques dans le sens vertical sont disposées dans les tuyaux carrés (1), des canaux en forme de "八" sont formés le long d'un sens de fluide, un fluide entre dans les canaux en forme de "八" à partir des extrémités ouvertes, et des secondes plaques (9) de blocage de liquide symétriques dans le sens vertical sont disposées au niveau des côtés de sortie des canaux en forme de "八" pour former des plaques de blocage de liquide en forme de "人" le long de la direction de fluide, les angles inclus des plaques de blocage de liquide en forme de "人" étant tournées à l'opposé du fluide. L'appareil de mélange et de traitement est pourvu d'un à trois tuyaux de refoulement (7). L'appareil utilise le moyen d'alimentation segmentée et de retour partiel de matière mélangée, de façon à augmenter l'efficacité de mélange.
