Abstract

An electroplating wastewater mixing and treating apparatus, which is an "S"-shaped mixing and treating apparatus composed of at least four square pipes (1) connected in series. A wastewater inlet (2) and a mixed liquid outlet (3) are respectively arranged at two ends of the mixing and treating apparatus. Starting from the wastewater inlet (2) end, at least three chemical compound inlets (4) are arranged on at least one square pipe (1). Several vertically symmetrical first liquid blocking plates (8) are arranged in the square pipes (1), "八"-shaped channels are formed along a fluid direction, a fluid enters the "八"-shaped channels from the open ends, and vertically symmetrical second liquid blocking plates (9) are arranged at the outlet sides of the "八"-shaped channels to form "人"-shaped liquid blocking plates along the fluid direction, the included angles of the "人"-shaped liquid blocking plates facing away from the fluid. The mixing and treating apparatus is provided with one to three backflow pipes (7). The apparatus utilizes the means of segmented feeding and partial mixed material backflow, so as to increase the mixing efficiency.
