所述显示面板20可以包括阵列基板201、位于阵列基板201上的发光器件层202、及位于所述发光器件层202上的封装层203。
所述盖板层30可以包括位于所述显示面板20上的偏光片301、位于所述偏光片301上的盖板302、及位于所述盖板302与所述偏光片301之间的光学胶层303等,所述偏光片301、所述光学胶303、及所述盖板302均由耐弯折的对应的柔性材料构成,所述盖板层30能被卷曲成任意形状。

在上述膜层中,由于卷曲所形成的卷曲部的半径越小,受到的弯曲应力越大,而所述显示面板20中的膜层结构较多,能承受的弯曲应力相比所述背板层10及所述盖板层30小,因此本申请将所述显示面板20的最后卷曲。所述第一卷曲部11及所述第三卷曲部31在所述第二卷曲部21之前形成,二者卷曲的顺序本申请没有限制。
在本实施例中,所述第二卷曲部21的外接圆直径大于所述第一卷曲部11的外接圆直径,所述第二卷曲部21的外接圆直径大于所述第三卷曲部31的外接圆直径。
在本实施例中,所述第二卷曲部21的外接圆直径可以等于所述第一卷曲部11的外接圆直径与所述第三卷曲部31的外接圆直径之和。
在本实施例中,当所述背板层10与所述盖板层30的厚度相等时,所述第一卷曲部11的外接圆直径可以与所述第三卷曲部31的外接圆直径相等。

在所述第二卷曲部21卷曲时,由于所述显示面板20的膜层结构比较精细,轻微的划伤都将降低面板的品质,所述第一结合层204及所述第二结合层205与所述显示面板20一起卷曲,避免了所述显示面板20在卷曲时出现伤痕的现象,保证了所述显示面板20的稳定性。

所述柔性显示屏300还包括位于所述背板层10与所述第一结合层204之间的第三结合层101、及位于所述盖板层30与所述第二结合层205之间的第四结合层304。
当所述柔性显示屏300展开时,所述背板层10与所述显示面板20通过所述第一结合层204及所述第三结合层101结合在一起,所述显示面板20与所述盖板层30通过所述第二粘结层及所述第四结合层304结合在一起。
当所述柔性显示屏300卷曲时,所述第三结合层101与所述第一结合层204分离,所述第二结合层205与所述第四结合层304分离,所述背板层10与所述第三结合层101以顺时针或逆时针方向卷曲形成所述第一卷曲部11,所述盖板层30与所述第四结合层304以顺时针或逆时针中不同于所述背板层10及所述第三结合层101的卷曲方向卷曲形成所述第三卷曲部31。
所述第一结合层204与所述第三结合层101的结合、所述第二结合层205与所述第四结合层304的结合进一步保证了所述背板层10、所述显示面板20及所述盖板层30之间的粘合性。

本申请提出了一种柔性显示装置,包括外壳组件和位于所述外壳组件内的柔性显示屏;所述柔性显示屏包括背板层、位于所述背板层上显示面板、及位于所述显示面板上的盖板层;当所述柔性显示屏卷曲时,所述背板层形成第一卷曲部,所述显示面板形成第二卷曲部,所述盖板层形成第三卷曲部;所述第一卷曲部及所述第三卷曲部位于所述第二卷曲部的内侧。本申请通过将该柔性显示屏分成三部分进行卷曲,该第一卷曲部及该第三卷曲部的卷曲方向相反,使得该第二卷曲部能将该第一卷曲部及该第三卷曲部包裹,使该柔性显示屏屏卷曲成圆柱体,大大缩小了该柔性显示屏的体积,便于用户的携带。

- 一种柔性显示装置,其中,包括外壳组件和位于所述外壳组件内的柔性显示屏;所述柔性显示屏包括背板层、位于所述背板层上显示面板、及位于所述显示面板上的盖板层;当所述柔性显示屏卷曲时,所述背板层形成第一卷曲部,所述显示面板形成第二卷曲部,所述盖板层形成第三卷曲部;所述第一卷曲部与所述第三卷曲部的卷曲方向不同,所述第二卷曲部的卷曲方向与所述第一卷曲部或所述第三卷曲部的卷曲方向相同,其中,所述第一卷曲部及所述第三卷曲部位于所述第二卷曲部的内侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述第二卷曲部的外接圆直径等于所述第一卷曲部的外接圆直径与所述第三卷曲部的外接圆直径之和。
- 根据权利要求2所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述第一卷曲部的外接圆直径与所述第三卷曲部的外接圆直径相等。
