- the reference break values comprise the permitted standard break values, determined according to the identity information of the yarn, and the permitted tolerance values.
- the reference break values may be provided beforehand in the memory unit (120) or said values may be taken by means of the communication unit (130) through a server.
- the processor unit (1 10) compares the yarn break number recorded in the memory unit (120) and the reference break points, and when there is a predetermined deviation from the reference break number, the processor unit (1 10) generates an output signal indicating that the yarn quality is not suitable.
- the processor unit (1 10) is embodied to notify the predetermined persons and/or the supplier company by means of a communication unit (130) that the yarn quality is not suitable when the processor unit (1 10) determines that the yarn quality is not suitable.
- all of the yarn quality results taken from the suppliers are stored. When it is determined that predetermined amount of yarn does not have suitable quality, this is reported to the supplier. Moreover, by using the information of the suppliers kept in relation to the past; the price policy, the sanctions which are to be applied to the supplier, etc. can be determined.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système de surveillance de qualité de fil (10) conçu pour déterminer la qualité de fil utilisé dans un métier à tisser ayant une unité d'alimentation en fil où le fil nécessaire pour produire un tissu est fourni. En tant qu'amélioration, le système de surveillance de qualité de fil de matière (10) comprend une unité d'entrée (200) agencée pour permettre l'entrée d'une information d'identité de fil pour un fil placé dans ladite unité d'alimentation ; et une unité de processeur (110) qui est conçue de telle sorte que les données reçues de ladite unité d'entrée (200) puissent être transférées, ladite unité de processeur (110) étant configurée pour recevoir les signaux de sortie en provenance d'au moins un capteur de rupture de fil (300) qui produit un signal de sortie lorsque le fil se rompt dans ledit métier à tisser et pour calculer un nombre de ruptures de fil et pour mettre en corrélation ledit nombre de ruptures de fil avec l'information d'identité de fil et pour enregistrer lesdites informations dans une unité de mémoire (120) et pour avoir accès à une information de nombre de ruptures de référence associées à ladite information d'identité de fil et pour comparer ledit nombre de ruptures de fil aux informations de nombre de ruptures de référence prédéterminées et pour produire un signal de sortie indiquant que la « qualité du fil n'est pas appropriée » lorsqu'elle détecte un écart prédéterminé.
