Claims (9)
- 상단에 컬링부가 형성된 종이컵을 덮기 위한 종이 재질의 용기뚜껑으로서,원통형으로 이루어져 내측에 중공이 형성된 측벽과, 상기 측벽의 하단부가 내측으로 절곡되어 이루어지는 접착부를 갖는 몸통; 및상기 측벽의 중공을 폐쇄하도록 배치되는 평판과, 상기 평판의 테두리가 하방으로 절곡되어 상기 측벽과 상기 접착부 사이에 삽입된 상태에서 상기 접착부와 접착되는 중첩부를 갖는 덮개;를 포함하되,상기 몸통의 접착부의 내주연의 상단부와 하단부가 외측방향으로 압착되어 상기 몸통의 외주연은 평면을 유지한 상태에서 상단부와 하단부의 두께는 감소하고, 중간부의 두께는 그대로 유지됨으로써 중간부가 상대적으로 상단부와 하단부에 대해 내측방향으로 돌출되어 이루어지는 걸림턱부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기뚜껑.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 걸림턱부는 상기 몸통의 접착부의 내주연을 따라 연속하여 형성되거나 일정한 간격을 가지고 다수가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기뚜껑.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 걸림턱부는 상하방향으로 일정한 간격을 가지고 2개 이상 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기뚜껑.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 걸림턱부는 상기 평판과 평행하게 형성되거나 상기 평판에 대해 경사지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기뚜껑.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 걸림턱부는 반원, 다각형, 뿔 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 단면 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기뚜껑.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 평판에 음료토출공이 형성되고, 상기 음료토출공의 일측에 상방으로 돌출된 음료냉각부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기뚜껑.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 음료냉각부는 다수의 종이가 중첩하여 형성되거나 내부에 빈 공간을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기뚜껑.
- (a) 종이 원판을 절단하여 측벽과 평판을 준비하는 단계;(b) 내측에 중공이 형성되도록 상기 측벽을 원통형으로 말아 양측단부를 서로 부착하는 단계;(c) 상기 평판의 테두리를 하방으로 접어 중첩부를 형성하는 단계;(d) 상기 측벽의 내측에 상기 평판을 배치하는 단계;(e) 상기 측벽의 하단부를 내측으로 접어 접착부를 형성하고, 상기 접착부를 상기 평판의 중첩부와 대향시키는 단계; 및(f) 허리부에 요홈이 형성된 밀판을 상기 측벽의 접착부의 내주연에 밀착하여 배치하고 외측으로 가압함으로써 상기 측벽의 접착부와 상기 평판의 중첩부를 서로 부착하는 동시에 상기 측벽의 접착부의 내주연에 상기 요홈과 대응되는 부분이 상대적으로 돌출되어 걸림턱부를 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 용기뚜껑의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 (e) 단계에서 상기 측벽의 하단부를 내측으로 접기 전 접착부가 될 부위를 예열하는 단계를 더 포함하는 용기뚜껑의 제조방법.
