[0002] 随着孩子的成长,安全座椅需要调整头枕和肩带高度,以适应不同的体型身高和体型。现有儿童安全座椅采用的应对不同年龄的儿童的大多做法是,采用一体式座椅,在座椅内设置软垫,对于体型较小的婴幼儿采用座椅加软垫的方式,对于体型较大的儿童,则将软垫移除,乘坐于一体式座椅内,并没有侧翼自动调节机构,侧翼高度需要拆解安装,也有一些可以随着头枕高度调节自动调节侧翼高度的机构,但是不能调节座椅内部侧翼之间的宽度空间,而且结构复杂,操作不方便。儿童安全座椅的头枕与侧翼的位置调整不仅影响儿童乘坐的舒适性,更影响儿童生命安全。因此,儿童安全座椅上需要设置能够同步调节侧翼宽度和头枕高度的调节机构,以适应不同年龄体型的儿童。
中国专利号为CN207631041U的中国专利公开了儿童安全座椅同步调整结构,其在所述靠背本体的左右两侧对称的设有两横向滑槽,所述的两横向连接臂对应的导向滑动安装于两横向滑槽中,并通过在所述靠背本体上左右对称的开设有两组竖向延伸的导向槽,该两组导向槽沿靠背本体从上至下倾斜设置并逐渐靠近,在所述连接臂上分别固定有与对应导向槽导向滑动配合的滑块,来实现座椅夹持臂的宽度调节。但是其背靠本体上两组导向槽的开设成本高,背靠板稳定性不佳,结构复杂,安装维护保养不方便,调节方式相对较为复杂,整个机构结构稳定性不强,易产生晃动,滑块的滑动流畅性不佳,滑块沿导向槽滑动时导向槽的左右侧壁均受力,容易出现卡滞现象,且左右侧壁易磨损,当一个侧壁出现问题时,整个机构便无法正常工作,增加了产品的故障率。
专利号为CN207697551U的中国专利公开了一种儿童安全座椅的头枕高度调节和侧翼宽度调节机构,其包括座椅,所述的座椅的上部设有头枕,所述的座椅的两侧端分别设有侧翼,所述的座椅与头枕间通过头枕高度调节组件进行上下调节,所述的侧翼与座椅间通过宽度调节组件进行上下左右调节。该调节机构具有拆卸方便,结构紧凑的优点。但是在实际使用过程中,其滑槽的开设使得产品加工工艺更为复杂,维护保养较为不便,还占用了背靠板较多的空间,且滑槽与导向件的连接强度小,调节精度小,同时侧翼的稳定性较差,长期使用后会出现晃动现象,安全性不强。
技术问题
本发明针对现有技术中儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构结构复杂,整个机构稳定性不强,易产生晃动,调节精度小,空间占用大,成本高,座椅安装和维护保养不便等缺点,提供了一种结构简单紧凑,调节方便,整个机构连接强度高,安全性好,调节精度高,空间占用小,成本低,安装和维护保养方便的儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构。
技术解决方案
[0004] 为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构,包括左侧的第一连接臂、右侧的第二连接臂和与座椅底座连接的背靠板,还包括用于连接第一连接臂和第二连接臂的螺杆,螺杆上设置有滚动件,背靠板内侧设置有与滚动件配合的导向传动部,滚动件沿导向传动部向上或向下滚动时带动螺杆同步转动,螺杆转动带动第一连接臂和第二连接臂进行相对或相向运动。螺杆传动具有连接可靠、传动稳定固定的特点,采用螺杆与连接臂配合的方式,具有结构紧凑,连接强度大,安全性好,空间占用率低的优点,且螺杆与连接臂的调节同步性好,第一连接臂和第二连接臂的调节可控且精度高,可以使连接臂调节在稳定的位置,不易出现晃动现象;滚动件与导向传动部滚动配合,具有传动稳定、摩擦力小的特点;通过滚动件沿导向传动部向上或向下运动带动螺杆转动,螺杆转动带动第一连接臂和第二连接臂进行相对或相向运动,使第一连接臂和第二连接臂相互靠近或远离,从而实现左侧翼和右侧翼之间的宽度调节。
作为优选,导向传动部为齿条,齿条沿竖直方向设置在背靠板上,滚动件为齿轮,齿轮与齿条啮合。齿轮齿条结构简单,成本低,齿轮齿条啮合,具有承载力大,传动稳定,传动精度高,磨损小,噪音小的特点,能够保证传动平稳,安全可靠性高,使用体验更好。
作为优选,齿条与背靠板一体成型或可拆卸连接。齿条可直接开设在背靠板上,也可单独安装在背靠板上,一体成型设计加工工艺简单,成本低,可拆卸连接可控性好,便于更换齿条。
作为优选,滚动件与螺杆同轴设置。使滚动件滚动时带动螺杆同步转动,保证滚动件与螺杆的同步运动。
作为优选,滚动件与螺杆一体成型。滚动件与螺杆的同步性好,加工工艺简单,便于安装维护。
作为优选,第一连接臂和第二连接臂上均设置有用于与螺杆螺纹配合的螺套,螺套与第一连接臂和第二连接臂为可拆卸连接或一体成型。螺套与螺杆螺纹配合,紧固性好。
作为优选,螺杆包括与第一连接臂螺纹连接的第一螺杆段和与第二连接臂螺纹连接的第二螺杆段,第一螺杆段和第二螺杆段上的螺纹旋向相反。采用这种旋向的优点在于,向上调节头枕时,齿轮向上滚动带动螺杆转动,此时第一连接臂和第二连接臂发生相向运动使两者之间的距离增大,实现同步调节宽度的特点,实现座椅高度增高的同时,宽度也同时增大的功能;螺杆与连接臂螺纹连接,连接强度大,固定牢靠,能够防止人为破坏,使用寿命长。
作为优选,滚动件设置在螺杆的中部,第一螺杆段和第二螺杆段分别位于滚动件的两侧。滚动件设置在螺杆的中部,结构简单精妙,稳固牢靠,第一连接臂和第二连接臂发生相对或相向运动时,会靠近滚动件或远离滚动件。
作为优选,螺杆沿水平方向设置,螺杆与第一连接臂连接部分的螺纹旋向为右旋,螺杆与第二连接臂连接部分的螺纹旋向为左旋。安装方便,传动效果佳,便于调节;采用这种旋向能够实现向上提升头枕时,第一连接臂和第二连接臂之间的距离加大,实现同步调节。
作为优选,还包括座椅底座、左侧翼、右侧翼、头枕、与头枕固连的滑移板和用于带动头枕上下运动的驱动装置,左侧翼与第一连接臂固连,右侧翼与第二连接臂固连,第一连接臂和第二连接臂与滑移板之间均设置有滑动组件,滑动组件包括横向滑移槽和横向滑移块,横向滑移块嵌入横向滑移槽中并可相对横向滑移槽左右移动,横向滑移槽和横向滑移块中的一者设置在第一连接臂和第二连接臂上,另一者设置在滑移板上,驱动装置的一端与头枕连接,驱动装置的另一端与座椅底座连接。驱动装置带动头枕上下运动进行头枕高度调节,头枕带动滑移板上下运动,当头枕带动滑移板向上或向下运动时,滑移板通过滑动组件带动第一连接臂和第二连接臂进行向上或向下同步运动,同时,第一连接臂和第二连接臂通过横向滑移块与横向滑移槽的相对左右移动实现相对滑移板的左右运动;当滑移板带动第一连接臂和第二连接臂上下运动时,第一连接臂和第二连接臂带动螺杆上下运动,螺杆上下运动的同时滚动件沿导向传动部上下滚动,滚动件滚动带动螺杆同步转动,螺杆转动带动第一连接臂和第二连接臂进行相对或相向运动,同时第一连接臂和第二连接臂通过滑动组件在滑移板上实现左右移动,第一连接臂和第二连接臂分别带动左侧翼和右侧翼相互靠近或远离,从而实现左侧翼和右侧翼的高度度及宽度的同步调节。
有益效果
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,具有显著的技术效果:本申请提供的儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构采用螺杆与连接臂螺纹配合的方式对侧翼的宽度进行调节,螺杆结构简单,螺杆传动具有连接可靠、传动稳定固定的特点,螺杆与连接臂螺纹配合具有结构紧凑,连接强度大,不易出现晃动现象,安全性好,使用寿命长,空间占用率低的优点,且螺杆与连接臂的调节同步性好,螺杆可以使连接臂调节在稳定的位置,从而使连接臂的调节可控且调节精度高;通过设置第一螺杆段和第二螺杆段的螺纹旋向相反,保证第一连接臂和第二连接臂能够进行相对或相向运动,设计精妙可靠;在螺杆上设置滚动件,在背靠板上设置导向传动部与滚动件配合,通过滚动件沿导向传动部向上或向下运动带动螺杆同步转动,螺杆转动带动第一连接臂和第二连接臂进行相对或相向运动,且滚动件为齿轮,导向传动部为齿条,齿轮齿条结构简单,成本低,齿轮齿条啮合,具有承载力大,传动稳定,传动精度高,磨损小,噪音小的特点,能够保证传动平稳,安全可靠性高,用户使用体验更好;滚动件与螺杆一体成型,保证了滚动件与螺杆的同步性和传动效率,加工工艺简单,便于安装维护;齿条可直接开设在背靠板上,也可单独安装在背靠板上,一体成型设计加工工艺简单,成本低,可拆卸连接可控性好,便于更换齿条。

本发明的实施方式

首先申明的是,本申请是对本公司在先专利的改进,即是对专利权人为杭州乐檬实业有限公司的实用新型专利CN201721579368.3“一种儿童安全座椅的头枕高度调节和侧翼宽度调节机构”的改进。
实施例1
儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构,如图所示,包括左侧的第一连接臂1、右侧的第二连接臂2和与座椅底座9连接的背靠板3,本实施例中的上、下、左、右方向均是以图1为基准参考的,第一连接臂1用于连接左侧翼11,第二连接臂2用于连接右侧翼21,还包括用于连接第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2的螺杆4,螺杆4上设置有滚动件5,背靠板3内侧设置有与滚动件5配合的导向传动部31,滚动件5沿导向传动部31向上或向下滚动时带动螺杆4同步转动,螺杆4转动带动第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2进行相对或相向运动,第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2发生相对运动还是相向运动取决于螺杆4是正向转动还是反向转动。螺杆4传动具有连接可靠、传动稳定固定的特点,采用螺杆4与连接臂配合的方式,具有结构紧凑,连接强度大,安全性好,空间占用率低的优点,且螺杆4与连接臂的调节同步性好,第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2的调节可控且精度高,可以使连接臂调节在稳定的位置,不易出现晃动现象;滚动件5与导向传动部31滚动配合,具有传动稳定、摩擦力小的特点;通过滚动件5沿导向传动部31向上或向下运动带动螺杆4转动,螺杆4转动带动第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2进行相对或相向运动,使第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2相互靠近或远离,从而实现左侧翼11和右侧翼21之间的宽度调节。
为了更清楚地表达本实施例中滚动件5与导向传动部31的传动关系,本实施例中导向传动部31为齿条,齿条沿竖直方向设置在背靠板3上,滚动件5为齿轮,齿轮与齿条啮合。工作时,齿条不发生移动,齿轮在齿条上向上滚动或向下滚动。齿轮齿条结构简单,成本低,齿轮齿条啮合,具有承载力大,传动稳定,传动精度高,磨损小,噪音小的特点,能够保证传动平稳,安全可靠性高,使用体验更好。
螺杆4包括与第一连接臂1螺纹连接的第一螺杆段41和与第二连接臂2螺纹连接的第二螺杆段42,第一螺杆段41和第二螺杆段42上的螺纹旋向相反,第一螺杆段41上的螺纹旋向为右旋,第二螺杆段42上的螺纹旋向为左旋。采用这种旋向的优点在于,向上调节头枕6时,齿轮向上滚动带动螺杆4转动,此时第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2发生相向运动使两者之间的距离增大,实现同步调节宽度的特点,实现座椅高度增高的同时,宽度也同时增大的功能。螺杆4与连接臂螺纹连接,连接强度大,固定牢靠,能够防止人为破坏,使用寿命长;第一螺杆段41和第二螺杆段42的螺纹旋向相反,保证第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2能够进行相对或相向运动,从而相互靠近或远离,实现左侧翼11和右侧翼21之间宽度的调节。
滚动件5设置在螺杆4的中部,第一螺杆段41和第二螺杆段42分别位于滚动件5的两侧,第一螺杆段41位于滚动件5的左侧,第二螺杆段42位于滚动件5的右侧。滚动件5设置在螺杆4的中部,结构简单精妙,第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2发生相对或相向运动时,会靠近滚动件5或远离滚动件5。
滚动件5与螺杆4同轴设置。使滚动件5滚动时带动螺杆4同步转动,保证滚动件5与螺杆4的同步运动。
螺杆4沿水平方向设置,螺杆4与第一连接臂1连接部分的螺纹旋向为右旋,螺杆4与第二连接臂2连接部分的螺纹旋向为左旋。安装方便,传动效果佳,便于调节;采用这种旋向能够实现向上提升头枕6时,第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2之间的距离加大,实现同步调节。
第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2上均设置有用于与螺杆4螺纹配合的螺套43,螺套43与第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2为一体成型。
还包括座椅底座9、左侧翼11、右侧翼21、头枕6、与头枕6固连的滑移板61和用于带动头枕6上下运动的驱动装置62,左侧翼11与第一连接臂1固连,右侧翼21与第二连接臂2固连,第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2与滑移板61之间均设置有滑动组件,滑动组件包括横向滑移槽7和横向滑移块8,横向滑移块8嵌入横向滑移槽7中并可相对横向滑移槽7左右移动,横向滑移槽7和横向滑移块8中的一者设置在第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2上,另一者设置在滑移板61上,第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2上均开设有横向滑移槽7,滑移板61上设置有横向滑移块8,驱动装置62的一端与头枕6连接,驱动装置62的另一端与座椅底座9连接。驱动装置62对头枕6高度进行调节,驱动装置62可为气撑杆,当头枕6带动滑移板61向上或向下运动时,滑移板61通过横向滑移块8带动第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2向上或向下同步运动,同时,第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2通过横向滑移块8与横向滑移槽7的相对左右移动实现相对滑移板61的左右移动。
儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构的调节原理是:当头枕6上升时,驱动装置62带动头枕6向上运动,头枕6上下运动时实现头枕6高度的调节,当头枕6上升时,头枕6带动滑移板61向上运动,滑移板61带动第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2向上运动,此时第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2分别带动左侧翼11和右侧翼21上升,第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2带动螺杆4向上运动,螺杆4向上运动的同时滚动件5沿导向传动部31向上滚动,滚动件5滚动带动螺杆4同步转动,以此时螺杆4的转动方向为正转,螺杆4正转带动第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2进行相向运动,同时第一连接臂1通过横向滑移块8和横向滑移槽7相互配合在滑移板61上实现向左移动,第二连接臂2通过横向滑移块8和横向滑移槽7相互配合在滑移板61上实现向右移动,第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2相互远离,此时第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2分别带动左侧翼11和右侧翼21相互远离,从而加大左侧翼11和右侧翼21之间的宽度;当头枕6下降时,驱动装置62带动头枕6向下运动时,头枕6带动滑移板61向下运动,滑移板61带动第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2向下运动,此时第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2分别带动左侧翼11和右侧翼21下降,第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2带动螺杆4向下运动,螺杆4向上运动的同时滚动件5沿导向传动部31向下滚动,滚动件5滚动带动螺杆4同步转动,以此时螺杆4的转动方向为反转,螺杆4反转带动第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2进行相对运动,同时第一连接臂1通过横向滑移块8和横向滑移槽7相互配合在滑移板61上实现向右移动,第二连接臂2通过横向滑移块8和横向滑移槽7相互配合在滑移板61上实现向左移动,第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2相互靠近,此时第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2分别带动左侧翼11和右侧翼21相互靠近,从而缩小左侧翼11和右侧翼21之间的宽度。
实施例2
儿童安全座椅,如图所示,本实施例与实施例1的区别之处在于:螺套43与第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2为可拆卸连接。螺套43可拆卸,可控性好,便于更换。
实施例3
儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构,如图所示,本实施例与实施例1的区别之处在于:第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2上均设置有横向滑移块8,滑移板61上开设有横向滑移槽7。当头枕6带动滑移板61向上或向下运动时,滑移板61通过横向滑移槽7带动第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2向上或向下同步运动,同时,第一连接臂1和第二连接臂2通过横向滑移块8与横向滑移槽7的相对左右移动实现相对滑移板61的左右移动。
实施例4
儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构,如图所示,本实施例与实施例1的区别之处在于:滚动件5与螺杆4一体成型。滚动件5与螺杆4的同步性好,加工工艺简单,便于安装维护。
实施例5
儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构,如图所示,本实施例与实施例4的区别之处在于:齿条与背靠板3为一体成型。齿条可直接开设在背靠板3上,一体成型设计加工工艺简单,成本低。
实施例6
儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构,如图所示,本实施例与实施例5的区别之处在于:齿条与背靠板3为可拆卸连接。齿条可单独安装在背靠板3上,可拆卸连接可控性好,便于更换齿条。

Claims (10)

  1. 儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构,包括左侧的第一连接臂(1)、右侧的第二连接臂(2)和与座椅底座(9)连接的背靠板(3),其特征在于:还包括用于连接第一连接臂(1)和第二连接臂(2)的螺杆(4),螺杆(4)上设置有滚动件(5),背靠板(3)内侧设置有与滚动件(5)配合的导向传动部(31),滚动件(5)沿导向传动部(31)向上或向下滚动时带动螺杆(4)同步转动,螺杆(4)转动带动第一连接臂(1)和第二连接臂(2)进行相对或相向运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构,其特征在于:导向传动部(31)为齿条,齿条沿竖直方向设置在背靠板(3)上,滚动件(5)为齿轮,齿轮与齿条啮合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构,其特征在于:齿条与背靠板(3)为一体成型或可拆卸连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构,其特征在于:滚动件(5)与螺杆(4)同轴设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构,其特征在于:滚动件(5)与螺杆(4)为一体成型。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:第一连接臂(1)和第二连接臂(2)上均设置有用于与螺杆(4)螺纹配合的螺套(43),螺套(43)与第一连接臂(1)和第二连接臂(2)为可拆卸连接或一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构,其特征在于:螺杆(4)包括与第一连接臂(1)螺纹连接的第一螺杆段(41)和与第二连接臂(2)螺纹连接的第二螺杆段(42),第一螺杆段(41)和第二螺杆段(42)上的螺纹旋向相反。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构,其特征在于:滚动件(5)设置在螺杆(4)的中部,第一螺杆段(41)和第二螺杆段(42)分别位于滚动件(5)的两侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构,其特征在于:螺杆(4)沿水平方向设置,螺杆(4)与第一连接臂(1)连接部分的螺纹旋向为右旋,螺杆(4)与第二连接臂(2)连接部分的螺纹旋向为左旋。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅头枕高度及侧翼宽度同步调节机构,其特征在于:还包括座椅底座(9)、左侧翼(11)、右侧翼(21)、头枕(6)、与头枕(6)固连的滑移板(61)和用于带动头枕(6)上下运动的驱动装置(62),左侧翼(11)与第一连接臂(1)固连,右侧翼(21)与第二连接臂(2)固连,第一连接臂(1)和第二连接臂(2)与滑移板(61)之间均设置有滑动组件,滑动组件包括横向滑移槽(7)和横向滑移块(8),横向滑移块(8)嵌入横向滑移槽(7)中并可相对横向滑移槽(7)左右移动,横向滑移槽(7)和横向滑移块(8)中的一者设置在第一连接臂(1)和第二连接臂(2)上,另一者设置在滑移板(61)上,驱动装置(62)的一端与头枕(6)连接,驱动装置(62)的另一端与座椅底座(9)连接。
