设定胆甾相液晶的目标角度;
将所述液晶型聚合单体进行聚合形成具有预设角度的聚合体,所述预设角度与所述目标角度一致,多个所述聚合体形成所述聚合体网络;
将所述聚合体网络和所述非液晶型聚合单体进行聚合形成孔洞结构,所述胆甾相液晶位于所述孔洞结构中,形成所述电致光透过率变化结构。
在本申请的电致光透过率变化结构的制作方法中,所述将所述液晶型聚合单体进行聚合形成具有预设角度的聚合体,所述预设角度与所述目标角度一致,多个所述聚合体形成所述聚合体网络,包括:
提供一双光子写入设备;
将所述电致光透过率变化基础结构放入所述双光子写入设备中;
对所述电致光透过率变化基础结构施加电压;
调整所述双光子写入设备的激光的入射方向;
采用所述激光照射所述电致光透过率变化基础结构,使得被每一束所述激光照射处的所述液晶型聚合单体发生聚合形成一具有所述预设角度的聚合体,多个所述聚合体形成所述聚合体网络。
在本申请的电致光透过率变化结构的制作方法中,每一所述聚合体的预设角度相同。
在本申请的电致光透过率变化结构的制作方法中,所述将所述聚合体网络和所述非液晶型聚合单体进行聚合形成孔洞结构,包括:
采用紫外线照射所述聚合体网络和所述非液晶型聚合单体,使得所述非液晶型聚合单体发生之间聚合形成非液晶型聚合体,所述非液晶型聚合体和所述聚合体网络聚合形成所述孔洞结构。
在本申请的电致光透过率变化结构的制作方法中,所述激光的入射方向垂直于所述电致光透过率变化基础结构的所在平面。
有益效果
相较于现有技术的电致光透过率变化膜,本申请的电致光透过率变化结构及其制作方法通过孔洞结构的聚合体网络的设置,当电致光透过率变化结构不加电时,越靠近聚合体网络的胆甾相液晶的倾斜角度越接近预设角度;当电致光透过率变化结构加电时,靠近聚合体的胆甾相液晶将倾倒方向传递至较远的胆甾相液晶,到达降低驱动电压,节省能耗的目的;解决了现有的PDLC膜需求的驱动电压过高,存在安全隐患和能耗较大的技术问题。

本发明的实施方式
请参照附图中的图式,其中相同的组件符号代表相同的组件。以下的说明是基于所例示的本申请具体实施例,其不应被视为限制本申请未在此详述的其它具体实施例。
请参照图1和图2,图1为本申请实施例的电致光透过率变化结构处于未加电状态的结构示意图;图2为本申请实施例的电致光透过率变化结构处于加电状态的结构示意图。
本申请实施例的电致光透过率变化结构100包括第一基板11、第二基板12、孔洞结构13和胆甾相液晶14。
具体的,第二基板12与第一基板11相对设置并与第一基板11形成一容纳腔15。
孔洞结构13设置在容纳腔15内。孔洞结构13包括聚合体网络。聚合体网络包括多个聚合体131。同时,每个聚合体131具有预设角度。其中预设角度的定义为聚合体131的延伸方向和第一基板11所在平面的夹角。
胆甾相液晶14位于孔洞结构13内。
当电致光透过率变化结构100不加电时,越靠近聚合体网络的胆甾相液晶14的倾斜角度越接近上述的预设角度。当电致光透过率变化结构100加电时,靠近聚合体网络的胆甾相液晶14将倾倒方向传递至较远的胆甾相液晶14,达到降低驱动电压,节省能耗的目的。
其中电致光透过率变化结构100加电,即为对电致光透过率变化结构100施加足够高的电场强度,促使胆甾相液晶14的螺旋结构解体,胆甾相液晶14发生相变最终转变为沿着电场方向一致排列的向列相液晶。
越靠近聚合体网络的胆甾相液晶14的倾斜角度越接近预设角度,即为越靠近聚合体网络的胆甾相液晶14的螺旋轴越垂直于聚合体网络的朝向方向。
当聚合体网络的朝向方向和电场的方向一致时,在不加电的情况下,越靠近聚合体网络的胆甾相液晶14的倾斜方向就越接近电场方向,使得越靠近聚合体网络的胆甾相液晶14越具有一个提前接近于电场方向的倾斜角度,进而不需要较大的电场强度即可驱动胆甾相液晶14翻转。
需要说明的是,在本实施例的电致光透过率变化结构100中,胆甾相液晶14的倾斜角为A,则入射角度为A的光线可透过电致光透过率变化结构100。比如,当胆甾相液晶14的倾斜角为90°,即胆甾相液晶14的长轴垂直于第一基板11所在的平面时,实现垂直于第一基板11所在的平面的光透过电致光透过率变化结构100。
而聚合体131形成的聚合体网络对胆甾相液晶14起到配向的作用,所以越接近聚合体网络的胆甾相液晶14的倾斜角度越接近聚合体网络的预设角度。因此当对电致光透过率变化结构100施加电压时,胆甾相液晶14由于提前具有接近与目标角度(允许光线通过的角度)的倾斜角度,从而不需要较大的电压驱动胆甾相液晶14倾斜转动,达到降低能耗的作用。
在实现本实施例的透光制程中,需先设定可以通过电致光透过率变化结构100的入射光的入射角度;然后形成与该入射角度一致的聚合体131,也就是聚合体131的预设角度等于该入射角度。其中,聚合体131由液晶型聚合单体通过双光子激光写入技术聚合形成,每束激光可作用形成一聚合体131,且聚合体131的聚合延伸方向和激光的入射方向一致,即液晶型聚合单体沿着激光的入射方向进行聚合。因此,请参照图3,本实施例以激光垂直照射第一基板11为例进行说明,但并不限于此。首先将电致光透过率变化基础结构放置在双光子写入设备的基板上,开启双光子激光,沿垂直于第一基板11所在平面的方向照射电致光透过率变化基础结构,并在电场的作用下诱导液晶型聚合单体沿着电场力的方向排列并发生聚合,形成一个个的聚合体131,而后多个聚合体131形成聚合体网络。在本实施例中采用双光子激光写入技术是为了使得聚合单体发生定向聚合形成聚合体131。而激光的入射方向起到设定聚合体131之间排列朝向的效果,以达到配向胆甾相液晶14的目的。
在本实施例中,每个聚合体131的预设角度相同,使得整个聚合体网络同向排列设置,以便通过入射角度相同的光线。可选的,预设角度为90°,可透过垂直于电致光透过率变化结构100所在平面的光线。当然预设角度也可以是其他,可根据具体情况设定。
在本实施例的电致光透过率变化结构100中,孔洞结构13还包括非液晶型聚合体132。非液晶型聚合体132由非液晶型聚合单体聚合而成。其中非液晶型聚合单体和聚合体网格通过紫外线照射形成孔洞结构13。其中,孔洞结构13用于容纳胆甾相液晶14,且将分散的胆甾相液晶14限定在孔洞结构13的一个个孔洞中,使得一个个的孔洞中均匀分布有一定数量的胆甾相液晶14。
所述非液晶型聚合体132起到支撑第一基板11和第二基板12的作用。其中,在紫外线的照射下,诱导非液晶型聚合单体产生聚合和固化,进而形成非液晶型聚合体132,而非液晶型聚合体132填充在第一基板11和第二基板12之间,故而达到支撑第一基板11和第二基板12的作用。即非液晶型聚合体132的设置提高了本实施例的稳定性。
请参照图4和图5,图4为本申请实施例的电致光透过率变化结构的制作方法的流程图;图5为本申请实施例的电致光透过率变化结构的制作方法的另一流程图。本申请实施例的一种电致光透过率变化结构100的制作方法,其包括:
S1:提供一个电致光透过率变化基础结构10。电致光透过率变化基础结构10包括第一基板11、第二基板12、形成于所述第一基板11和所述第二基板12之间的容纳腔15、以及位于所述容纳腔15内的液晶型聚合单体1311、非液晶型聚合单体1321和胆甾相液晶14;
S2:设定胆甾相液晶14的目标角度;
S3:将所述液晶型聚合单体1311进行聚合形成具有预设角度的聚合体131,所述预设角度与所述目标角度一致,多个所述聚合体131形成所述聚合体网络;
S4:将所述聚合体网络和所述非液晶型聚合单体1321进行聚合形成孔洞结构13,所述胆甾相液晶14位于所述孔洞结构13中,形成所述电致光透过率变化结构100。
本实施例通过形成聚合体网络,使聚合体网络对胆甾相液晶14起到配向的作用。聚合体网络的预设角度和胆甾相液晶14的目标角度(允许光线通过的角度)一致,即促使越靠近聚合体网络的胆甾相液晶14的倾斜角度越接近胆甾相液晶14的目标角度。进而施加较小的电压,便可使得胆甾相液晶14完成向目标角度的翻转。
在本实施例的电致光透过率变化结构100的制作方法中,步骤S1:提供一个电致光透过率变化基础结构10。电致光透过率变化基础结构10包括第一基板11、第二基板12、形成于所述第一基板11和所述第二基板12之间的容纳腔15、以及位于所述容纳腔15内的液晶型聚合单体1311、非液晶型聚合单体1321和胆甾相液晶14。
在步骤S2中:设定胆甾相液晶14的目标角度。
其中,由于胆甾相液晶14的目标角度取决于施加于电致光透过率变化结构100的电场方向。具体的,在足够强的电场强度下,胆甾相液晶14的取向方向和电场的方向一致。
而为了能够使本实施例透光,则必须使得入射光的角度必须和胆甾相液晶14的目标角度一致。综上所述,若需要A入射角度的光线透过本实施例,则需要设定胆甾相液晶14的目标角度为A,且电场的方向也必须满足胆甾相液晶14实现A目标角度。
在本实施例中,需要垂直于电致光透过率变化结构100的光线透过电致光透过率变化结构100,那么则需要将胆甾相液晶14的目标角度设定为90°,即加入电场后,胆甾相液晶14的液晶分子的取向垂直于电致光透过率变化结构100。
在步骤S3中:将液晶型聚合单体1311进行聚合形成具有预设角度的聚合体131,所述预设角度与所述目标角度一致,多个聚合体131形成聚合体网络。具体的,步骤S3包括:
提供一双光子写入设备;
将电致光透过率变化基础结构10放入双光子写入设备中;
对电致光透过率变化基础结构10施加电压;
调整双光子写入设备的激光的入射方向;
采用激光照射电致光透过率变化基础结构10,使得被每一束激光照射处的液晶型聚合单体1311发生聚合形成一具有预设角度的聚合体131,多个聚合体形成聚合体网络。
其中对电致光透过率变化基础结构10施加电压,是为了使液晶型聚合单体1311在足够强的电场强度下按照电场的方向进行排列,形成垂直结构的液晶型聚合单体1311。
而后,在垂直性(激光的入射方向垂直于电致光透过率变化基础结构10所在的平面,即入射角度为90°)激光的照射下,垂直结构的液晶型聚合单体1311发生聚合,形成一垂直结构的聚合体131。即聚合体131的预设角度为90°,使得该预设角度与目标角度一致。而多个聚合体131便形成了聚合体网络。
由于电致光透过率变化基础结构10在被施加电压产生了一个电场,因此所有液晶型聚合单体1311的取向是一致的。而激光也采用垂直性激光,因此每一聚合体131的预设角度相同,且都相同于目标角度。
因此在聚合体网络对胆甾相液晶14的配向作用下,使得越靠近聚合体网络的胆甾相液晶14的倾斜角度越接近胆甾相液晶14的目标角度。进而施加较小的电压,便可使得胆甾相液晶14完成向目标角度的翻转。
在步骤S4中:将聚合体网络和非液晶型聚合单体1321进行聚合形成孔洞结构13。
其中采用紫外线照射聚合体网络和非液晶型聚合单体1321,使得非液晶型聚合单体1321发生之间聚合形成非液晶型聚合体132,非液晶型聚合体132和聚合体网络聚合形成孔洞结构13。而胆甾相液晶14分散在容纳腔15中,在紫外线的照射下不发生聚合,使得孔洞结构13包裹胆甾相液晶14。即孔洞结构13将胆甾相液晶14分割为了多份,每一份对应分布在孔洞结构13的每一孔洞内。另外,非液晶型聚合体132起到支撑第一基板11和第二基板12的作用。
这样便完成了本实施例的电致光透过率变化结构100制备过程。
请参照图1和图2。当电致光透过率变化结构100不加电时,越靠近聚合体网络的胆甾相液晶14的倾斜角度越接近预设角度;当电致光透过率变化结构100加电时,靠近聚合体的胆甾相液晶14将倾倒方向传递至较远的胆甾相液晶14,胆甾相液晶14的螺旋结构解体,胆甾相液晶14发生相变最终转变为沿着电场方向一致排列的向列相液晶,即胆甾相液晶14的倾斜角度转变为目标角度。
相较于现有技术的电致光透过率变化膜,本申请的电致光透过率变化结构及其制作方法通过孔洞结构的聚合体网络的设置,当电致光透过率变化结构不加电时,越靠近聚合体网络的胆甾相液晶的倾斜角度越接近预设角度;当电致光透过率变化结构加电时,靠近聚合体的胆甾相液晶将倾倒方向传递至较远的胆甾相液晶,达到降低驱动电压,节省能耗的目的;解决了现有的PDLC膜需求的驱动电压过高,存在安全隐患和能耗较大的技术问题。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明后附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电致光透过率变化结构,其包括:
    第一基板;
    第二基板,与所述第一基板相对设置并与所述第一基板形成一容纳腔;
    孔洞结构,设置在所述容纳腔内,所述孔洞结构包括聚合体网络,每个所述聚合体网络具有预设角度;以及
    胆甾相液晶,位于所述孔洞结构内;
    所述聚合体网络包括多个聚合体,所述聚合体由液晶型聚合单体通过双光子激光写入技术聚合形成;
    所述孔洞结构还包括非液晶型聚合体,所述非液晶型聚合体由非液晶型聚合单体聚合形成,所述非液晶型聚合单体和所述聚合体网格通过紫外线照射形成所述孔洞结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电致光透过率变化结构,其中,每个所述聚合体的预设角度等于所述聚合体网络的预设角度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电致光透过率变化结构,其中,所述预设角度为90°。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电致光透过率变化结构,其中,所述聚合体在电场的作用下聚合形成。
  5. 一种电致光透过率变化结构,其包括:
    第一基板;
    第二基板,与所述第一基板相对设置并与所述第一基板形成一容纳腔;
    孔洞结构,设置在所述容纳腔内,所述孔洞结构包括聚合体网络,每个所述聚合体网络具有预设角度;以及
    胆甾相液晶,位于所述孔洞结构内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电致光透过率变化结构,其中,所述聚合体网络包括多个聚合体,所述聚合体由液晶型聚合单体通过双光子激光写入技术聚合形成。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电致光透过率变化结构,其中,所述聚合体在电场的作用下聚合形成。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电致光透过率变化结构,其中,每个所述聚合体的预设角度等于所述聚合体网络的预设角度。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的电致光透过率变化结构,其中,所述预设角度为90°。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的电致光透过率变化结构,其中,所述孔洞结构还包括非液晶型聚合体,所述非液晶型聚合体由非液晶型聚合单体聚合形成,所述非液晶型聚合单体和所述聚合体网格通过紫外线照射形成所述孔洞结构。
  11. 一种电致光透过率变化结构的制作方法,其包括:
    提供一个电致光透过率变化基础结构,所述电致光透过率变化基础结构包括第一基板、第二基板、形成于所述第一基板和所述第二基板之间的容纳腔、以及位于所述容纳腔内的液晶型聚合单体、非液晶型聚合单体和胆甾相液晶;
    设定胆甾相液晶的目标角度;
    将所述液晶型聚合单体进行聚合形成具有预设角度的聚合体,所述预设角度与所述目标角度一致,多个所述聚合体形成所述聚合体网络;
    将所述聚合体网络和所述非液晶型聚合单体进行聚合形成孔洞结构,所述胆甾相液晶位于所述孔洞结构中,形成所述电致光透过率变化结构。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电致光透过率变化结构的制作方法,其中,将所述液晶型聚合单体进行聚合形成具有预设角度的聚合体,所述预设角度与所述目标角度一致,多个所述聚合体形成所述聚合体网络,包括:
    提供一双光子写入设备;
    将所述电致光透过率变化基础结构放入所述双光子写入设备中;
    对所述电致光透过率变化基础结构施加电压;
    调整所述双光子写入设备的激光的入射方向;
    采用所述激光照射所述电致光透过率变化基础结构,使得被每一束所述激光照射处的所述液晶型聚合单体发生聚合形成一具有所述预设角度的聚合体,多个所述聚合体形成所述聚合体网络。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电致光透过率变化结构的制作方法,其中,每一所述聚合体的预设角度相同。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的电致光透过率变化结构的制作方法,其中,所述将所述聚合体网络和所述非液晶型聚合单体进行聚合形成孔洞结构,包括:
    采用紫外线照射所述聚合体网络和所述非液晶型聚合单体,使得所述非液晶型聚合单体发生之间聚合形成非液晶型聚合体,所述非液晶型聚合体和所述聚合体网络聚合形成所述孔洞结构。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的电致光透过率变化结构的制作方法,其中,所述激光的入射方向垂直于所述电致光透过率变化基础结构的所在平面。
