Abstract

[Problem] To provide an extending and contracting rail device in which an upward-pushing roller does not detach from an upward-pushing lever when manually raising a movable rail onto a fixed rail. [Solution] When a movable rail 2 is in an extended position, an upward-pushing lever 8 is pushed by an upward-pushing roller 5 and stores energy in an energy-storing means 9 while falling, and when a base end part 2a of the movable rail 2 is positioned so as to be mounted on a tip end part 1a of a fixed rail 1, the upward-pushing lever 8 rises and pushes up the upward-pushing roller 5 by means of energy released from the energy-storing means 9. Initial force for when the movable rail 2 is retracted in a contraction direction is supplemented by means of an upward-pushing means 4. A stopper 10 for restricting the range of movement of the upward-pushing roller 5 projects out from left and right side surfaces of a web 1d on a tip end part 1a side of the fixed rail 1, so that said upward-pushing roller 5 does not exceed the radius of rotation of the upward-pushing lever 8 when the movable rail 2 is manually raised onto the fixed rail 1.

It is about.
Conventionally, as a telescopic rail device for a railway work vehicle, for example, the one described in Patent Document 1 is known. This is a form in which a movable rail placed on a fixed rail fixed to a storage place of a work vehicle is pulled out when necessary and extended to a predetermined position.
In this telescopic rail device, the fixed rail is fixed on the base of the storage place so as to extend in a direction substantially orthogonal to the main rail. The movable rail has a contraction position in which the base end side is placed on the base end portion of the fixed rail and the tip end side is placed on the tip end portion of the fixed rail and is placed on the fixed rail, and the base end side is the tip end side of the fixed rail. It is provided so that the upper surfaces can be matched and reciprocated between the fixed rail and the continuous extension position in the front-rear direction, which is the extension direction, on the fixed rail in the front-rear direction, which is the extension direction.
The fixed rail comprises an upper flange on which the wheels of the work vehicle are placed, a lower flange fixed to the base, and a vertical web connecting the centers of both flanges.
The movable rail has a traveling portion on which the wheels of the work vehicle are placed and a pair of legs extending downward from both the left and right sides of the traveling portion, and the entire structure is substantially U-shaped in cross section. In the contracted position, the traveling portion is placed on the upper flange of the fixed rail so that the traveling portion can be placed on the fixed rail straddling the fixed rail.
Support plates extending so as to face the left and right side surfaces of the web on the tip end side of the fixed rail at the extended position are fixed to the legs on the base end side of the movable rail.
Between the fixed rail and the movable rail, a pushing means for pushing up the base end side of the movable rail onto the tip of the fixed rail when retracting the movable rail in the extended position is provided.
The push-up means includes a push-up roller provided on the support plate so as to project outward on the opposite side of the support plate in the opposite direction, and the base end side of the movable rail in the extended position retracts to the tip of the fixed rail. It is provided with a push-up mechanism provided on both the left and right sides of the tip side of the fixed rail so as to engage with the push-up roller and apply a force to push up the base end side of the movable rail upward until it rides on.
The push-up mechanism includes a push-up lever that engages with a push-up roller to stand up and overturn, and an urging means that constantly rotates and urges the push-up lever in the standing direction.
When the movable rail is in the extended position, the push-up lever is pushed by the push-up roller and falls while energizing the urging means, and the base end of the movable rail is on the tip of the fixed rail. At that time, the push-up roller is pushed up by the release of the urging means and urged by the urging means so as to stand up.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2008-150819
In the above-mentioned conventional telescopic rail device, in order to restore the movable rail in the extended state to the contracted position, when the base end side of the movable rail is manually pulled up onto the tip of the fixed rail, the force is excessively pushed up. If the push-up roller is pulled up to a position exceeding the turning radius of the push-up lever, the push-up roller and the push-up lever will be disengaged. Since the movable rail is heavy, there is a problem that it is not easy to return the push-up roller once disengaged to an appropriate position.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a telescopic rail device in which the push-up roller is not pulled up beyond the turning radius of the push-up lever when the movable rail is manually pulled up onto the fixed rail.
In the telescopic rail device of the present invention for solving the above problems, the movable rail 2 extends downward from both the left and right sides of the traveling portion 2b on which the wheels of the work vehicle are placed and the left and right sides of the traveling portion 2b. It has a pair of leg portions 2c and is configured to have a substantially U-shaped cross section as a whole. At the contracted position, the traveling portion 2b is placed on the upper flange 1b of the fixed rail 1 and straddles the fixed rail 1 on the fixed rail 1. It is configured so that it can be placed. A support plate 3 extending so as to face the left and right side surfaces of the web 1d on the tip end portion 1a side of the fixed rail 1 at the extended position is fixed to the leg portion 2c on the base end portion 2a side of the movable rail 2. A push-up means 4 between the fixed rail 1 and the movable rail 2 for pushing up the base end portion 2a side of the movable rail 2 onto the tip end portion 1a of the fixed rail 1 when the movable rail 2 in the extended position is retracted. Is provided. In the push-up means 4, the push-up roller 5 provided on the support plate 3 so as to project outward on the opposite side of the support plate 3 from the opposite direction, and the base end portion 2a of the movable rail 2 at the extended position retract. The tip side of the fixed rail 1 is engaged with the push-up roller 5 to give a force to push up the base end 2a side of the movable rail 2 until it rides on the tip 1a of the fixed rail 1. It is provided with push-up mechanisms 6 provided on both the left and right sides. The push-up mechanism 6 includes a push-up lever 8 that engages with the push-up roller 5 to stand up and overturn, and an urging means 9 that constantly rotates and urges the push-up lever 8 in the standing direction. When the movable rail 2 is in the extended position, the push-up lever 8 is pushed by the push-up roller 5 and falls while energizing the urging means 9, and the base end portion of the movable rail 2 is the tip portion 1a of the fixed rail 1. When it is in the upper position, it is urged by the urging means 9 so as to push up the push-up roller 5 and stand up by the release of the urging means 9. The push-up means 4 is configured to assist the initial force when the movable rail 2 is retracted in the contraction direction. On the left and right side surfaces of the web 1d on the tip 1a side of the fixed rail 1, a push-up roller 5 rotates the push-up lever 8 when the base end side of the movable rail 2 is manually pulled up onto the tip of the fixed rail 1. A stopper 10 is provided to regulate the range of movement of the stopper 10 so that the rail is not pulled up beyond the radius.
In the telescopic rail device of the present invention, the moving range of the push-up roller 5 is regulated by the stopper 10. Therefore, when the movable rail 2 is manually pulled up onto the fixed rail 1, the push-up roller 5 moves to the push-up lever 8. The push-up roller 5 does not come off from the push-up lever 8 without being pulled up beyond the turning radius.
