Abstract
Description
1-1 構成
図1は、実施の形態に係るマルチ形空調機システムの冷媒システムを説明するための図である。
流量調整弁14a~14cの開度の速度は、通常の弁の開度の速度で行なわれる。実施の形態では、この通常の弁の開度の速度は、後述する冷媒漏洩センサー31により冷媒の漏洩が検出された後の流量調整弁14a~14cの開度の速度よりも速い。
次に、実施の形態にマルチ形空調機システムの冷媒システムの動作について説明する。
図3は、実施の形態にマルチ形空調機システムの冷媒システムの動作について説明するためのフローチャートである。
図5は、従来のマルチ形空調機システムの冷媒漏洩検出時の状態を示す状態遷移図である。
実施の形態によれば、冷媒漏洩センサー31により冷媒漏洩を検出した後、圧縮機11の運転を停止し、流量調整弁14a~14cを「全閉」にする。その後、流量調整弁14a~14cを開く速度を冷媒の漏洩が検出される前の速度よりも遅い速度に変更する。これにより、漏洩が発生している室内機からの漏洩速度を遅くすることができる。その結果、室内空間の漏洩冷媒の濃度を低くすることができる。
2-1 変形例1
実施の形態において、冷媒の漏洩が検出された場合に、流量調整弁14a~14cを「全閉」にし、その後、流量調整弁14a~14cを開く速度を漏洩した冷媒の濃度に基づいて決定しても良い。
実施の形態において、冷媒の漏洩が検出された場合に、流量調整弁14a~14cを「全閉」にし、その後、流量調整弁14a~14cを開く速度を設定濃度に基づいて決定しても良い。
実施の形態において、冷媒の漏洩が検出された場合に、流量調整弁14a~14cを「全閉」にし、その後、漏洩冷媒濃度が設定濃度となるように流量調整弁14a~14cを開く速度を制御しても良い。
実施の形態において、冷媒の漏洩が検出された場合に、室内機3a~3cからの運転などの操作信号を無効化しても良い。
実施の形態において、室内機3bに加えて、室内機3a及び3cにも第2冷媒漏洩センサーとしての冷媒漏洩センサー31を設け、冷媒漏洩が発生した室内機を特定し、この特定された室内機の冷媒配管10の流量調整弁の速度を変更し、他の室内機の運転を継続しても良い。
次に、制御部5は室外機2及び室内機3a~3cの制御を行なう。
Claims (8)
- 単一の冷凍サイクルを構成する第1室内機と、
前記第1室内機に第1冷媒配管を介して接続され、前記単一の冷凍サイクルを構成する室外機とを具備し、
前記第1室内機は、
前記第1冷媒配管の中を流れる冷媒の漏洩及び漏洩濃度を検出する第1冷媒漏洩センサーを具備し、
前記室外機は、
前記第1冷媒配管の中を流れる冷媒の圧縮を行なう圧縮機と、
前記第1冷媒配管の中を流れる冷媒の流量を調整する第1流量調整弁と、
前記第1冷媒漏洩センサーにより、前記第1冷媒配管の中を流れる冷媒の漏洩が検出された場合に、前記圧縮機を停止し、かつ前記第1流量調整弁を全閉にし、前記圧縮機を停止し、かつ前記第1流量調整弁を全閉にした後に前記第1流量調整弁の開く速度を、前記冷媒の漏洩が検出される前の前記第1流量調整弁の開く速度よりも遅い速度に変更する制御部と
を具備する、空気調和機。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1冷媒漏洩センサーに検出された冷媒の漏洩濃度に基づいて、前記第1流量調整弁の開く速度を変更する、
請求項1に記載の空気調和機。 - 前記第1流量調整弁の開く速度は、前記第1冷媒漏洩センサーに検出された冷媒の漏洩濃度が設定濃度よりも低い場合には第1速度に設定され、前記設定濃度以上である場合には前記第1速度よりも早い第2速度に設定される、
請求項1又は2に記載の空気調和機。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1冷媒漏洩センサーにより検出された冷媒の漏洩濃度が設定濃度となるように、前記第1流量調整弁の開く速度を変更する、
請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和機。 - 前記単一の冷凍サイクルを構成する第2室内機をさらに具備し、
前記室外機は、前記第2室内機に第2冷媒配管を介して接続され、
前記圧縮機は、前記第2冷媒配管の中を流れる冷媒の圧縮を行ない、
前記室外機は、前記第2冷媒配管の中を流れる冷媒の流量を調整する第2流量調整弁をさらに具備し、
前記制御部は、前記第1冷媒漏洩センサーにより、前記第1冷媒配管の中を流れる冷媒の漏洩が検出された場合に、前記第2流量調整弁を全閉にし、前記第2流量調整弁を全閉にした後に前記第2流量調整弁の開く速度を、前記冷媒の漏洩が検出される前の前記第2流量調整弁の開く速度から変更する、
請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和機。 - 前記第1室内機は第1警報部を有し、
前記第2室内機は第2警報部を有し、
前記制御部は、前記第1冷媒漏洩センサーにより、前記第1冷媒配管の中を流れる冷媒の漏洩が検出された場合に、前記第1警報部及び前記第2警報部に警報を発生させるための異常検出信号を出力する、
請求項5に記載の空気調和機。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1冷媒漏洩センサーにより、前記第1冷媒配管の中を流れる冷媒の漏洩が検出された場合に、前記第1室内機及び前記第2室内機からの操作を受け付けない、

前記単一の冷凍サイクルを構成する第2室内機と、
前記第1室内機に第1冷媒配管を介して接続され、前記第2室内機に第2冷媒配管を介して接続され、前記単一の冷凍サイクルを構成する室外機とを具備し、
前記第1室内機は、
前記第1冷媒配管の中を流れる冷媒の漏洩及び漏洩濃度を検出する第1冷媒漏洩センサーを具備し、
前記第2室内機は、
前記第2冷媒配管の中を流れる冷媒の漏洩及び漏洩濃度を検出する第2冷媒漏洩センサーを具備し、
前記室外機は、
前記第1冷媒配管及び前記第2冷媒配管の中を流れる冷媒の圧縮を行なう圧縮機と、
前記第1冷媒配管の中を流れる冷媒の流量を調整する第1流量調整弁と、
前記第2冷媒配管の中を流れる冷媒の流量を調整する第2流量調整弁と、
前記第1冷媒漏洩センサーにより、前記第1冷媒配管の中を流れる冷媒の漏洩が検出された場合に、前記第1流量調整弁を全閉にし、前記第1流量調整弁を全閉にした後に前記第1流量調整弁の開く速度を、前記冷媒の漏洩が検出される前の前記第1流量調整弁の開く速度よりも遅い速度に変更し、前記第2冷媒漏洩センサーにより、前記第2冷媒配管の中を流れる冷媒の漏洩が検出された場合に、前記第2流量調整弁を全閉にし、前記第2流量調整弁を全閉にした後に前記第2流量調整弁の開く速度を、前記冷媒の漏洩が検出される前の前記第2流量調整弁の開く速度よりも遅い速度に変更する制御部と
を具備する、空気調和機。
