下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行描述。应当理解,以下描述中,为了说明而不是为了限定,提出了诸如特定系统结构、技术之类的具体细节,以便透彻理解本申请实施例。然而,本领域的技术人员应当清楚,在没有这些具体细节的其它实施例中也可以实现本申请。在其它情况中,省略对众所周知的系统、装置、电路以及方法的详细说明,以免不必要的细节妨碍本申请的描述。
目前的医院管理理念陈旧,医务人员的工作强度大、薪资待遇低。患者的医疗费用、就诊疗程等信息完全由医院掌控,患者医疗服务的满意度低。所以,实现医疗服务透明化,是提升医疗服务的重点。基于上述问题,本申请实施例提供了一种医疗服务管理方法及装置,通过将医疗服务记录存储在区块链中,实现医疗服务透明化,用于准确评估医务人员工作量,并且有效简化了患者缴纳医疗费用的程序。
请参阅图1,图1是本申请实施例提供的一种医疗服务管理系统的系统架构图。 如图1所示,该医疗服务系统包括:区块链节点设备10、区块链节点设备20和区块链网络30;其中,多个区块链节点设备通过区块链网络30进行通信连接。本申请实施例对于区块链节点设备和区块链网络之间的通信连接方式不作唯一性限定。
在本申请实施例中,上述区块链节点设备可以为用户使用的电子设备,也可以为医院方使用的电子设备。上述区块链节点设备可以将用户身份信息或者医务人员信息存储在区块链网络中。当上述区块链节点设备接收用户的预约请求后,可以根据预约请求向用户推荐医疗服务信息。在接收诊疗后,根据医疗服务信息确认医疗服务方案和医疗费用缴纳合约。上述区块链节点设备根据上述医疗费用缴纳合约将上述医疗费用从上述用户对应的数字钱包转移至提供上述医疗服务方案的至少一个关联方的数字钱包中。
实施本申请实施例,对区块链节点设备的用户身份都进行了验证,同时整个医疗过程记录在区块链网络中,保证了整个医疗过程的透明化,准确评估了医务人员的工作量,并且简化了用户缴纳医疗费用的程序。
请参阅图2,图2是本申请实施例提供的一种医疗服务管理方法的流程示意图。其中:
S101、接收用户的预约请求,上述预约请求包括用户身份标识。
在本申请实施例中,上述区块链节点设备为能够连接互联网的区块链节点设备,包括但不限于服务器、便携式平板电脑、笔记本电脑、台式电脑、智能手机、车载终端、0BD设备、可穿戴手环、可穿戴手表和耳机等电子产品。可理解,本申请实施例中,对区块链节点设备和区块链网络不作具体限定。
在一种可能的实现方式中,在接收用户的预约请求之前,需要对上述区块链节点设备对应的身份进行验证。当上述区块链节点设备的身份通过授权节点认证后,证明相关的行医资质等医务人员资格具有可靠性,上述区块链节点设备可以接收上述用户的预约请求。其中,授权节点可以为区块链网络中多个代表不同官方机构或者可信机构的区块链节点设备,也可以为被多个官方机构信赖的可信区块链节点设备。
具体的,上述授权节点对医务人员的资质进行了认证,带有上述授权节点认证 的医务人员都具有合法的行医资质。在医院中真实任职的医生才能够通过认证,避免出现了挂名行医的情况出现。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,根据上述预约请求可以知道用户想要预约的相关看诊时间,可以根据医院的具体排班情况,向上述用户的区块链节点设备发送相应的信息。
例如,医院的某医生接收到了用户的看诊时间为周四的预约请求,经过核实排班表发现,周四自己不坐诊。可以向用户发送排班信息,建议用户更换看诊时间。
在又一种可能的实现方式中,根据上述用户身份标识,对用户的个人信息进行验证。
具体的,根据上述用户身份标识获取上述用户的用户社保信息和病历信息中的一项或多项;获取上述用户社保信息和病历信息中的一项或多项的验证结果。
例如,正是因为挂号等程序不需要本人身份核实,票贩子想要垄断某个专家的看诊资格,只要提前购买该专家的挂号资格就行,使得许多用户的实际就医机会被剥夺。而预约请求需要本人发送,票贩子即使发送多个预约请求,由于票贩子本人不是实际看病的用户,也并不能得到多个就医资格。可以根据用户本人的社保信息检验该用户是否为票贩子,或者存在占用预约名额、浪费看诊机会等不良行为。
在又一种可能的实现方式中,通过授权节点对上述用户身份信息进行验证。授权节点可以对用户身份信息进行验证,并且添加认证。当用户获得授权节点认证后,证明相关的用户社保信息和病历信息都具有可靠性。用户的数字身份标识就能够代表用户本人。
在又一种可能的实现方式中,在接收用户的预约请求之前,对参与医疗服务流程的关联方的信息进行确认,并确定各个关联方具体的分账情况。
具体的,接收关联方的注册请求,该关联方至少包括以下一种:医生、护士、辅助人员、医疗设备供应方或医疗设备管理方;根据所述注册请求对各个关联方确定需参与的医疗服务,并根据所述需参与的医疗服务为所述各个关联方预设分账比例。
S102、根据上述预约请求推荐对应的医疗服务信息,上述医疗服务信息包括推荐医务人员信息、医疗服务类型信息和药品信息。
具体的,根据上述预约请求,获取上述用户的病历信息;根据上述用户的病历信息,对上述一个或多个医务人员信息进行排序,得到一组或多组排序后的医务人员信息;接收用户选择的其中一组的医务人员信息,确定推荐医务人员信息;其中,上述推荐医务人员信息包括医务人员身份标识、所属科室信息、技能认证信息、服务年限信息、职业信息和行医经历信息。
例如,根据用户病历信息了解到用户骨折后出现“胸痛”的症状,为避免误诊,先为用户推荐心内外科的医务人员信息,并安排用户在在心内科完成心电图等医疗服务进行筛查后,再推荐骨科的医务人员信息和相关的医疗服务。
又例如,用户设定医院距离和服务年限信息,区块链节点设备根据用户设定的条件从所有的医务人员信息中进行搜索,选取出并显示同时满足或者满足设定医院距离和服务年限信息中任一项要求的医务人员信息,以供用户选择。
S103、根据上述医疗服务信息确定医疗服务方案。
具体的,上述医疗服务方案包括用户接受医务人员的治疗次数,接受不同医疗服务的次数,以及药品的种类和疗程。
在一种可能的实现方式中,在接受上述推荐医务人员的看诊之后,推荐医务人员会根据用户的病情,安排相关辅助检查服务或物理治疗服务。
例如,用户在接受X线检查后确认为骨折,推荐的王医师根据该用户的病情,为用户进行了复位和固定治疗后,安排了每周进行功能锻炼的治疗活动,同时让用户按照每日三次的频率服用药品A。
S104、根据上述医疗服务方案,生成医疗费用缴纳合约。
具体的,上述医疗费用缴纳合约包括了上述医疗服务方案中的每一项信息对应的医疗费用。
在一种可能的实现方式中,用户接收相关医疗费用缴纳合约后,可以看到上述合约中包含的医疗服务方案。
例如,用户在骨科就诊时,接收了医生的正骨治疗,该医疗服务方案可以帮助用户自己看到整个正骨治疗过程中接收的治疗的名称和相关药品信息,用户通 过相应的医疗服务方案中查看到自己接受正骨的记录,和治疗过程中使用的材料费用,以及后续疗程需要使用的红花油等药品信息。
进一步的,用户可以对上述医疗费用缴纳合约是否属实,进行确认,以保障医院方没有增加多余的医疗流程。在用户支付相关费用之前,要确保自己接受的医疗服务与合约中记载的相同,若有出入,用户可以查阅相关记录。
在一种可能的实现方式中,用户认为自己接受的医疗服务和医院方提供的服务一致,就向医院方发送内容为确定医院方的医疗服务方案无误的确认信息。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,用户认为医院方提供的服务和医疗服务方案有出入,就向医院方发送自己经过更新的医疗服务方案。以提醒上述区块链节点设备对医疗服务方案进行进一步核实。
当用户本人都认可进行了该项医疗服务后,在接收确认请求后才生成的医疗服务记录也是应该被用户本人认可的。患者可以根据上述医疗服务记录与医疗费用缴纳合约进行对比,决定是否需要执行上述医疗费用缴纳合约。
S105、当接收到用户对上述医疗费用缴纳合约的确认消息时,根据上述医疗费用缴纳合约将上述医疗费用从上述用户对应的数字钱包转移至提供上述医疗服务方案的至少一个关联方的数字钱包中。
在医院方提供了医疗服务后,用户需要执行相关的合约,并将相关费用转移到提供上述医疗服务方案的人员的数字钱包中。其中,上述确认消息包括上述医疗服务方案无误的确认消息,或者更新的医疗服务方案。
在一种可能的实现方式中,上述确认消息为更新的医疗服务方案,根据更新后的消息,生成新的医疗费用缴纳合约,并在接收到用户对该新的医疗费用缴纳合约的无误的确认消息后,执行上述新的医疗费用缴纳合约。
具体的,获取上述医疗服务方案的至少一个关联方的分账比例;按照上述分账比例,将上述医疗费用转移至提供上述医疗服务方案的至少一个关联方的数字钱包中。
在一种可能的实现方式中,当用户支付就医费用后,相关款项直接以一定比例分给参与上述医疗服务方案的关联方。
例如,当用户在骨科看诊并且支付费用结束后,用户支付了200元的就医费用 。用户获取到分账比例为:医生获取30%,药房管理方获取30%,护士10%,康复辅助人员10%,设备提供方20%;所以医生和药房管理方的数字钱包中均增加60元,护士和康复辅助人员的数字钱包中均增加20元,设备提供方的数字钱包增加40元。
进一步的,给该用户配药的为小刘,小刘的分账比例为5%。当药房管理方的数字钱包收到相应款项时,按照预先的分账比例,小刘的数字钱包中增加了10元。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,当用户支付就医费用后,用户可以在提供上述医疗服务方案的关联方中先指定一个分账人,相关款项可以先打入指定的分账人的数字钱包中,再由该人员将相关款项分给其他关联方。
例如,分账人为用户参与的医疗服务中的设备提供方,分账人按照医生获取30%,药房管理方获取30%,护士10%,康复辅助人员10%,设备提供方20%的分账比例,将扣除自己20%的剩余的款项分到相关联方的数字钱包中。
又例如,设置特定的分账人,该分账人与用户参与的医疗服务无关。当用户的就医费用进入分账人账户后,分账人扣除自己的1%的管理比例后,将剩余的款项按照相关分账比例分到与提供上述医疗服务方案的关联方的数字钱包中。
根据本申请实施例提供的一种医疗服务管理方法,通过核实通信对象的身份,并且将用户缴纳的费用分给参与医疗服务的关联方。实施本申请的方案,保障了用户的就医机会,能够准确评估医务人员工作量,并且有效简化了用户缴纳医疗费用的程序。

  9. 一种区块链节点设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器、输入装置、输出装置和存储器,所述处理器、输入装置、输出装置和存储器相互连接,所述存储器中存储有程序指令;所述程序指令被所述处理器执行时,使所述处理器执行如权利要求1至7任一项权利要求所述的方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,所述程序指令当被电子设备的处理器执行时,使所述处理器执行权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法。
