下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面参考图1-图12描述根据本发明实施例的割草机20。在本实施例中,以智能割草机为例,智能割草机能够自主移动和自主工作。当然,在其他实施例中,割草机也可为其他割草机,例如,手推割草机或骑式割草机等等。
如图1-图12所示,根据本发明实施例的智能割草机20包括:机身206、刀盘1和刀片组件10。刀盘1可以设置于机身206上,刀片组件10连接于刀盘1上,这样设置可以使刀片组件10跟随刀盘1一起做旋转运动。刀片组件10可以包括设有切割部21的刀片2及设置于刀片2外以防止误碰到切割部21的保护件3,刀片2与刀盘1连接,至少部分切割部21的侧边缘暴露于所述保护件外以方便切割。至少部分刀片2的切割部21的侧边缘暴露于保护件3外以方便切割,需要说明的是,保护件3可以与刀片2 直接接触,保护件3与刀片2之间也可以有缝隙。割草机的动能小于2J,刀片组件10的线速度小于2000m/min,使得刀片组件在做旋转运动时,保护件3碰撞到人的手指等时,不会撞伤手指。保护件3与刀片可以为同一材料,也可为不同材料。
刀片组件10包括用于智能割草机20上的刀片2和上述实施例的用于对刀片2进行防护的保护件3。刀片2安装于智能割草机20的刀盘1上,刀片2可以包括刀片主体22及设置于刀片主体22两侧中至少一侧的切割部21。如此设置可以使刀片2具有割草功能,从而可以保证刀片2的割草效率。
在另一个实施例中,保护件3可以作为独立部件设置于刀盘组件上,且跟随刀盘1一起做旋转运动。例如,如图1和图2所示,智能割草机20包括:机身206、刀盘组件和保护件3。刀盘组件设置于机身206上,刀盘组件可以包括刀盘1及设置于刀盘1上且设有切割部21的刀片2,保护件3设置于刀盘组件上且跟随刀盘1一起做旋转运动,通过设置保护件3可以防止误碰到刀片2的切割部21,至少部分切割部21的侧边缘暴露于保护件3外,如此设置可以方便刀片2的切割部21切割草。
如图8-图11所示,刀片2包括刀片主体22及设置于刀片主体22两侧中至少一侧的切割部21,保护件3可以包括至少一个用于阻挡误碰切割部21的阻挡部37,阻挡部37位于切割部21的同一侧的最外缘凸出于切割部21的侧边缘,其中,阻挡部37可以阻挡人误碰切割部21,从而可以保证智能割草机20的使用安全性。
如图8-图11所示,刀片2可以包括设置于刀片主体22两侧的两个切割部21,保护件3可以包括至少两个分别位于刀片主体22两侧的阻挡部37,两个阻挡部37的最外缘均凸出于对应的切割部21的侧边缘。其中,两个切割部21中的一个切割部21位于刀片主体22的一侧,两个切割部21中的另一个切割部21位于刀片主体22的另一侧,两个切割部21相对设置,如此设置能够使切割部21的设置数量和位置更加合理,可以使刀片2具有割草功能,从而可以提升刀片2的割草效率。
如图8-图11所示,保护件3可以包括至少两个位于同一切割部21同一侧的阻挡部37,至少两个阻挡部37间隔设置以在相邻的两个阻挡部37之间形成凹槽31,其中,凹槽31可以沿保护件3的厚度方向贯通保护件3,凹槽31的敞开端位于保护件3的边缘,刀片2的切割部21位于凹槽31内。通过设置凹槽31可以使对应的切割部21暴露于凹槽内,从而可以使刀片2方便切割草。
在另一个实施例中,如图8所示,保护件3包括两个位于同一切割部21同一侧的阻挡部37,两个阻挡部37间隔设置以在保护件3同一侧的两个阻挡部37之间形成一个凹槽31。在另一个实施例中,如图9所示,保护件3包括三个位于同一切割部21同一侧 的阻挡部37,三个阻挡部37间隔设置以在保护件3同一侧的相邻的两个阻挡部37之间形成凹槽31,需要说明的是,在同一切割部21同一侧形成两个凹槽31。在另一个实施例中,如图10所示,保护件3包括四个位于同一切割部21同一侧的阻挡部37,四个阻挡部37间隔设置以在保护件3同一侧的相邻的两个阻挡部37之间形成凹槽31,需要说明的是,在同一切割部21同一侧形成三个凹槽31。在另一个实施例中,如图11所示,刀片2的外表面设置八个阻挡部37,八个阻挡部37独立设置,八个阻挡部37中的四个阻挡部37设置于切割部21一侧,另外四个阻挡部37设置于切割部21另一侧,位于同一侧的四个阻挡部37间隔开设置,阻挡部37可以避免人接触到刀片2。在另一个实施例中,如图12所示,保护件3固定设置在刀盘1上,需要智能割草机20割草时,将刀片2安装在保护件3上。
并且,凹槽31的敞开端开口尺寸大于等于3mm,当刀片组件10割草时,草从凹槽31的敞开端进入凹槽31内后,草会与刀片2的切割部21接触,然后刀片2会将草割断。其中,当用户使用不当、拆卸刀片2的时候,通过在保护件3上设置凹槽31,凹槽31的敞开端会与人接触,凹槽31的敞开端开口比人的手指尺寸小,即使用户使用不当、拆卸刀片2,刀片2的切割部21都不会接触到用户的手指,这样设置能够防止刀片2的切割部21与人直接接触,可以避免人被刀片2意外割伤,从而可以提升智能割草机20的使用安全性,并且,保护件3也能够对刀片2起到保护作用,可以延长刀片2的使用寿命。
由此,通过设置保护件3,能够防止刀片2的切割部21与人直接接触,可以避免人被刀片2割伤,从而可以提升智能割草机20的使用安全性,并且,也能够对刀片2起到保护作用,可以延长刀片2的使用寿命。
如图5-图11所示,保护件3的同一侧的凹槽31的数量可以设置为2至4个,如图5至图7所示,保护件3的同一侧的凹槽31的数量可以设置为2个,使保护件3的同一侧的切割点为2个,以保证将草切断,从而可以使保护件3的同一侧的凹槽31的设置数量更加合理。当然,在另一实施例中,也可如图10所示,也可根据具体情况,将保护件3的同一侧的凹槽31的数量设置为3个,使保护件3的同一侧的切割点为3个,以满足实际需求。
相邻的阻挡部37之间的距离可以设置为3-7mm,这样设置能够使凹槽31的敞开端开口尺寸更加适中,可以保证人通过凹槽31不会接触到刀片2,从而可以更好地保证人身安全。
阻挡部37的最外缘距其同一竖直平面上的切割部21的侧边缘的距离为2-6mm,例 如:阻挡部37的最外缘距其同一竖直平面上的切割部21的侧边缘的距离可以设置为4mm,如此设置能够使阻挡部37的最外缘与切割部21的侧边缘间隔开,可以进一步防止人接触刀片2。
在另一个实施例中,如图8-图11所示,保护件3可以包括设置于刀片2的前端以防止误碰切割部21的前边缘的前端阻挡部371,前端阻挡部371的侧边缘凸出于切割部21的前端的侧边缘,这样设置能够防止人接触刀片2的前端,可以进一步保证人的安全性。
保护件3的两侧最外缘可以凸出于切割部21,切割部21可以设置于刀片2的两侧边缘,这样设置能够使切割部21位于保护件3的边缘内侧,可以保证切割部21与人不会直接接触。
如图9-图11所示,保护件3还可以包括与前端阻挡部371间隔设置的中间阻挡部372,中间阻挡部372的侧边缘凸出于与中间阻挡部372同一竖直平面上的切割部21的侧边缘,保护件3还可以包括用于连接中间阻挡部372与前端阻挡部371的连接部373,连接部373位于切割部21同一侧的最外缘相较于连接部373同一竖直平面上的切割部21的侧边缘向内凹陷,以使对应的切割部21的侧边缘暴露于连接部373外,从而可以使切割部21切割草,进而可以保证智能割草机20的工作性能。
如图5-图10所示,刀片2收容于保护件3中,保护件3包括设置于刀片2外的保护主体374及由保护主体374围成的用于收容刀片2的收容腔,保护主体374包括阻挡部37,至少部分刀片2的切割部21的侧边缘暴露于保护件3外以方便切割,刀片2的切割部21的侧边可以与外部连通以方便切割,需要解释的是,保护件3可以与刀片2直接接触,保护件3与刀片2之间也可以有缝隙。具体的,阻挡部37可如图9所示,阻挡部37包括前端阻挡部371及中间阻挡部372。当然,在其他实施例中,刀片2也可通过其他方式与保护件3固定或组装,例如,如图11所示,保护件3包括若干固定于刀片2的四周的阻挡部37,具体的,阻挡部37可通过粘性物质或者螺钉、销钉等固定件固定于刀片2上。
刀片2适于与智能割草机20的刀盘1连接,而且刀片2的至少部分凸出于刀盘1的边缘,刀片2设于收容腔内,保护主体374可以包覆于刀片2外,其中,保护主体374可以对刀片2起到保护作用,从而可以防止刀片2受到损坏。
刀片2可以包括:刀片中部23、自刀片中部23向两侧中至少一侧延伸的切割部21、自刀片中部23延伸用于将刀片2固定于刀盘1的固定部24和自刀片中部23向前延伸的前端部25。需要说明的是,刀片中部23向两侧延伸的方向是指刀片2的宽度方向, 刀片中部23向后延伸的方向是指刀片2与刀盘1连接的方向,刀片中部23向前延伸的方向是指刀片2的自由端方向。
保护主体374可以包括包覆刀片2的前端部25的前端阻挡部371、用于包覆刀片2的固定部24的后端阻挡部375及用于连接前端阻挡部371和后端阻挡部375的连接部373,保护件3的前端阻挡部371完全包覆切割部21的前边缘,如此设置能够使保护件3更好地包覆刀片2,可以防止刀片2割伤人。
保护件3的后端阻挡部375完全包覆刀片2的固定部24,其中,由于,刀片2后端的固定部24不起切割作用,这样设置能够防止刀片2的固定部24裸露在外界环境中,可以避免刀片2的固定部24受到腐蚀,从而可以延长刀片2的使用寿命。
保护件3还可以包括自连接部373向两侧延伸的中间阻挡部372,中间阻挡部372的最边缘向外凸出于切割部21的侧边缘,中间阻挡部372与前端阻挡部371及后端阻挡部375之间均可以具有凹槽31,切割部21位于凹槽31内,这样设置能够使切割部21裸露出保护件3,可以保证切割部21能够切割草,并且,凹槽31的敞开端开口比人的手指尺寸小,人的手指不能伸进凹槽31,手指不会触碰到切割部21。
在另一个实施例中,刀片2与保护件3通过一体成型在一起,如此设置能够使刀片2与保护件3可靠地装配在一起,可以防止刀片2与保护件3分离。
如图12所示,刀盘1上可以包括:设有至少两个刀片2和至少两个保护件3,至少两个刀片2沿刀盘1的周向方向间隔开,保护件3与刀片2一一对应,也就是说,一个刀片2与一个保护件3配合装配,这样设置能够使每个刀片2的外部都包覆有保护件3,可以保证每个刀片2在工作过程中都不会伤到人,并且,也可以使刀片2的设置数量更加合理,从而可以提高智能割草机20的割草效果。
如图1和图2所示,刀盘1偏心地设置在机身206的下方,刀盘1偏向机身206的一侧,如此设置可以进一步防止用户与刀盘1上的刀片2直接接触,从而可以更好地对用户起到保护作用。
如图2所示,智能割草机20还可以包括:保护罩202,保护罩202可以包括侧部防护203和底部防护204,侧部防护203可以位于刀盘1的侧方,这样设置可以在刀盘1的侧方建立防护屏障,底部防护204可以位于刀盘1的下方,如此设置可以在刀盘1的下方建立防护屏障,其中底部防护204上开设有进草口,草能够从进草口进入智能割草机20的下方,可以保证刀片2能够割到草。
保护罩202与底盘201连接,刀盘1偏心地设置在机身206的下方,刀盘1偏向机身206的一侧,侧部防护203及底部防护204的偏向与刀盘1的偏向一致,如此设置可 以使保护罩202遮挡底盘201与地面之间的空隙。其中,由于保护罩202能够将刀盘1的部分结构罩设住,可以进一步防止用户与刀盘1上的刀片2直接接触,从而可以更好地对用户起到保护作用。
如图2所示,保护罩202可以包括:侧部防护203和底部防护204。侧部防护203与底盘201连接,侧部防护203位于底盘201和地面之间,底部防护204位于底盘201的下方,并且底部防护204与侧部防护203连接,底部防护204与侧部防护203限定出保护空间,刀片组件10的部分结构位于保护空间内,这样设置能够优化保护罩202的结构,可以使保护罩202更好地罩设于刀片组件10的部分结构,也可以对刀片组件10起到更好的保护作用。
如图2所示,保护罩202上可以设有至少一个镂空结构,也就是说,镂空结构的设置数量大于等于一个。其中,镂空结构可以设置在底部防护204上,当智能割草机20割草时,草能够伸入镂空结构内,刀片2可以将草割断,从而可以提升智能割草机20的割草效果。并且,底部防护204上可以设置有至少一个翻边205,当智能割草机20割草时,翻边205可以对草起到导向作用,翻边205可以将草导向刀片组件10,从而可以使刀片2快速将草割断,进而可以进一步提升割草效率。
如图1-图12所示,根据本发明实施例的用于对智能割草机20的刀片2进行防护的保护件3,保护件3设置于刀片2外并可跟随刀片2一起做旋转运动,其中,保护件3设置于刀片2的外部,这样设置可以防止人误碰到刀片2的切割部21。并且,至少部分刀片2的切割部21的侧边缘暴露于保护件3外,可以方便切割部21切割草。
如图8-图11所示,保护件3可以包括至少一个用于阻挡误碰切割部21的阻挡部37,阻挡部37位于切割部21的同一侧的最外缘凸出于切割部21的侧边缘,如此设置可以阻挡人误碰切割部21。

在另一个实施例中,刀片2可以嵌设于保护件3内,这样设置能够提升刀片2与保护件3的结构强度,可以进一步防止刀片2与保护件3分离,从而可以保证智能割草机20的工作性能。
如图3-图7所示,保护件3可以包括:第一片体32和第二片体33。第一片体32可以设置有多个第一槽体34,多个第一槽体34可以沿着第一片体32的长度方向间隔开 设置,第二片体33可以设有多个第二槽体35,多个第二槽体35可以沿着第二片体33的长度方向间隔开设置,多个第二槽体35与多个第一槽体34一一对应设置,每个第二槽体35与相应的第一槽体34对应且共同构造出凹槽31,需要说明的是,对应设置的第一槽体34与第二槽体35构造出凹槽31,如此设置能够在保护件3上形成有凹槽31,可以使保护件3的结构设计更加合理,从而可以保证刀片组件10的工作可靠性。
如图4-图7所示,保护件3还可以包括:第一连接部36,第一连接部36可以连接在第一片体32和第二片体33之间。其中,第一连接部36能够将第一片体32与第二片体33可靠地连接在一起,可以防止第一片体32与第二片体33分离,从而可以提升保护件3的结构强度,进而可以保证保护件3的工作可靠性,并且,第一连接部36包裹刀片2的端部,这样设置能够避免刀片2的端部与外界环境直接接触,可以防止刀片2受到损坏,从而可以进一步延长刀片2的使用寿命。
第一片体32和第二片体33中的至少一个与刀片2贴合,也就是说,可以是第一片体32和第二片体33中的任意一个与刀片2贴合设置,也可以是第一片体32和第二片体33同时与刀片2贴合设置,如此设置能够提升第一片体32、第二片体33和刀片2整体结构强度,可以防止刀片2与第一片体32、刀片2与第二片体33之间的位置产生相对移动,从而可以保证第一片体32、第二片体33和刀片2一起移动。
保护件3可以设置为单片片状结构,保护件3贴设于刀片2的表面,这样设置能够优化保护件3的结构,可以使保护件3与刀片2更好地贴设在一起。
如图3、图5和图6所示,刀片2可以包括刀片主体22和位于刀片主体22的两侧的两条相对的切割部21,其中两条切割部21中的一条切割部21位于刀片主体22的一侧,两条切割部21中的另一条切割部21位于刀片主体22的另一侧,两条切割部21相对设置,如此设置能够使切割部21的设置数量和位置更加合理,可以使刀片2具有割草功能,从而可以提升刀片2的割草效率。
保护件3的至少一侧设有凹槽31,也就是说,可以将保护件3的一侧设置有凹槽31,也可以将保护件3的相对两侧都设置有凹槽31,刀片2的切割部21位于凹槽31内。其中,当刀片组件10割草时,通过在保护件3上设置凹槽31,能够防止刀片2的切割部21直接与用户直接接触,可以防止用户被割伤。
凹槽31的底壁可以设置为弧形面,这样设置能够使凹槽31的结构更加合理,可以使刀片2的切割部21裸露在保护件3外部,从而可以保证刀片2能够把草割断,进而可以保证刀片组件10的工作可靠性。
如图3-图5所示,刀片2和保护件3中的至少一个通过螺纹紧固件4与刀盘1连接, 需要解释的是,可以只是刀片2通过螺纹紧固件4与刀盘1连接,也可以只是保护件3与刀盘1连接,还可以是刀片2和保护件3同时通过螺纹紧固件4与刀盘1连接。其中,当刀片2和保护件3同时通过螺纹紧固件4与刀盘1连接时,刀片2和保护件3可以通过一个螺纹紧固件4与刀盘1连接在一起,如此设置能够将刀片2和保护件3稳固地装配到刀盘1上,可以防止刀片2和保护件3松动,也可以防止刀片2和保护件3从刀盘1上脱落,从而可以提升刀片组件10的工作可靠性,并且,当需要更换刀片2和保护件3时,能够方便刀片2和保护件3的拆装,可以便于刀片2和保护件3的更换,从而可以提升拆装效率,同时,也能够减少构成刀片组件10的零部件数量,可以提升刀片组件10的装配效率,也可以降低刀片组件10的生产成本。
如图3、图5和图6所示,刀盘1上可以设有多个刀片2,多个刀片2可以沿刀盘1的周向方向间隔开设置,例如:刀盘1上可以设有三个刀片2,三个刀片2可以沿刀盘1的周向方向间隔开设置,这样设置能够使刀片2的设置数量更加合理,可以保证刀片组件10的割草效率,从而可以提升刀片组件10的工作效率。
保护件3可以设置为多个,多个保护件3与多个刀片2一一对应,需要说明的是,保护件3的设置数量与刀片2的设置数量相同,一个保护件3套在一个刀片2上,如此设置可以保证对每个刀片2都起到保护作用,也可以保证每个刀片2都不会与用户直接接触。
根据本发明实施例的刀片组件10,包括用于智能割草机20上的刀片2和上述实施例的用于对刀片2进行防护的保护件3。刀片2安装于智能割草机20的刀盘1上,刀片2可以包括刀片主体22及设置于刀片主体22两侧中至少一侧的切割部21。如此设置可以使刀片2具有割草功能,从而可以保证刀片2的割草效率。
刀片2与保护件3可以通过一体成型在一起,如此设置可以提升刀片2与保护件3的结构强度,可以防止刀片2与保护件3分开。
保护件3可以包括包覆于刀片2外的保护主体374及由保护主体374围成的用于收容刀片2的收容腔,至少部分切割部21的侧边缘暴露于保护件3外以方便切割,刀片2的切割部21的侧边与外部连通以方便切割,如此设置可以保证切割部21能够切割到草。
保护件3的两侧最外缘凸出于切割部21,这样设置能够避免手指接触到切割部21,可以防止手指受到损坏。
保护件3可以包括用于包覆刀片2前端的前端阻挡部371,用于包覆刀片2后端的后端阻挡部375,及用于连接前端阻挡部371和后端阻挡部375的连接部373,前端阻挡部371包覆切割部21的前边缘,如此设置能够防止切割部21的前边缘裸露,可以防 止切割部21的前边缘割伤手指。
保护件3的后端完全包覆切割部21的后端,这样设置可以防止切割部21的后端裸露,从而可以对切割部21的后端起到保护作用。
保护件3还可以包括自连接部373向两侧延伸的中间阻挡部372,中间阻挡部372的最边缘向外凸出于切割部21的边缘,中间阻挡部372与前端阻挡部371及后端阻挡部375之间均具有凹槽。切割部21位于凹槽31内,这样设置能够使切割部21裸露出保护件3,可以保证切割部21能够切割草。
刀片2适于与智能割草机20的刀盘1连接,刀片2可以包括:刀片主体22及设置于刀片主体22两侧且用于切割的切割部21,保护主体374至少包覆于部分切割部21外。

Claims (33)

  1. 一种割草机,其特征在于,包括:
    机身;
    刀盘,设置于机身上;
    刀片组件,连接于刀盘上以跟随所述刀盘一起做旋转运动;
    所述刀片组件包括设有切割部的刀片及设置于所述刀片外以防止误碰到所述切割部的保护件,所述刀片与所述刀盘连接,至少部分所述切割部的侧边缘暴露于所述保护件外以方便切割。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的割草机,其特征在于,所述刀片包括刀片主体及设置于所述刀片主体两侧中至少一侧的所述切割部,所述保护件包括至少一个用于阻挡误碰所述切割部的阻挡部,所述阻挡部位于所述切割部的同一侧的最外缘凸出于所述切割部的侧边缘,以阻挡误碰所述切割部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的割草机,其特征在于,所述刀片包括设置于所述刀片主体两侧的两个所述切割部,所述保护件包括至少两个分别位于所述刀片主体两侧的所述阻挡部,所述两个阻挡部的最外缘均凸出于对应的所述切割部的侧边缘。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的割草机,其特征在于,所述保护件包括至少两个位于同一所述切割部同一侧的所述阻挡部,所述至少两个阻挡部间隔设置以在相邻的两个所述阻挡部之间形成凹槽,以使对应的所述切割部暴露于所述凹槽内以方便切割。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的割草机,其特征在于,所述保护件的同一侧的所述凹槽的数量为2至4个。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的割草机,其特征在于,所述相邻的阻挡部之间的距离为3-7mm。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的割草机,其特征在于,所述阻挡部的最外缘距其同一竖直平面上的所述切割部的侧边缘的距离为2-6mm。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的割草机,其特征在于,所述保护件包括设置于所述刀片的前端以防止误碰所述切割部的前边缘的前端阻挡部,所述前端阻挡部的侧边缘凸出于所述切割部的前端的侧边缘。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的割草机,其特征在于,所述保护件还包括与所述前端阻挡部间隔设置的中间阻挡部,所述中间阻挡部的侧边缘凸出于与所述中间阻挡部同一竖直平面上的所述切割部的侧边缘,所述保护件还包括用于连接所述中间阻挡部与所述前端阻挡部的连接部,所述连接部位于所述切割部同一侧的最外缘相较于所述连接部同一竖 直平面上的所述切割部的侧边缘向内凹陷,以使对应的所述切割部的侧边缘暴露于所述连接部外。
  10. 根据权利要求2至9中任意一项所述的割草机,其特征在于:所述保护件包括设置于所述刀片外的保护主体及由所述保护主体围成的用于收容所述刀片的收容腔,所述保护主体包括所述阻挡部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的割草机,其特征在于,所述刀片包括:刀片中部、自所述刀片中部向两侧中至少一侧延伸的所述切割部、自所述刀片中部延伸用于将所述刀片固定于所述刀盘的固定部和自所述刀片中部向前延伸的前端部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的割草机,其特征在于,所述保护主体包括包覆所述刀片的前端部的前端阻挡部、用于包覆所述刀片的固定部的后端阻挡部及用于连接前端阻挡部和后端阻挡部的连接部,所述保护件的前端阻挡部包覆所述切割部的前边缘。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的割草机,其特征在于,所述保护件的后端阻挡部完全包覆所述刀片的固定部。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的割草机,其特征在于,所述保护件还包括自所述连接部向两侧延伸的中间阻挡部,所述中间阻挡部的最边缘向外凸出于所述切割部的侧边缘;
    所述中间阻挡部与前端阻挡部及后端阻挡部之间均具有凹槽。
  15. 根据权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的割草机,其特征在于,所述刀片与所述保护件通过一体成型在一起。
  16. 根据权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的割草机,其特征在于,所述刀盘上包括设有至少两个所述刀片和至少两个所述保护件,至少两个所述刀片沿所述刀盘的周向方向间隔开,所述保护件与所述刀片一一对应。
  17. 根据权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的割草机,其特征在于,所述刀盘偏心地设置在所述机身下方,其偏向所述机身的一侧。
  18. 根据权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的割草机,其特征在于,所述割草机还包括保护罩,所述保护罩包括侧部防护和底部防护,所述侧部防护位于所述刀盘的侧方,以在所述刀盘的侧方建立防护屏障,所述底部防护位于所述刀盘的下方,以在所述刀盘的下方建立防护屏障,其中所述底部防护上开设有进草口。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的割草机,其特征在于,所述割草机为能够自主移动和自主工作的智能割草机。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的割草机,其特征在于,所述割草机的动能小于2J,所述刀片组件的线速度小于2000m/min。
  21. 一种用于对割草机的刀片进行防护的保护件,其特征在于,
    所述保护件设置于所述刀片外并可跟随所述刀片一起做旋转运动,以防止误碰到所述刀片的切割部,至少部分所述刀片的切割部的侧边缘暴露于所述保护件外以方便切割。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的保护件,其特征在于,所述保护件包括至少一个用于阻挡误碰所述切割部的阻挡部,所述阻挡部位于所述切割部的同一侧的最外缘凸出于所述切割部的侧边缘,以阻挡误碰所述切割部。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的保护件,其特征在于,所述保护件包括至少两个位于同一所述切割部同一侧的所述阻挡部,所述至少两个阻挡部间隔设置以在相邻的两个所述阻挡部之间形成凹槽,以使对应的所述切割部暴露于所述凹槽内以方便切割。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的保护件,其特征在于,所述保护件的同一侧的所述凹槽的数量为2至4个,相邻的所述阻挡部之间的距离为3-7mm,且所述阻挡部的最外缘距其同一竖直平面上的所述切割部的侧边缘的距离为2-6mm。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的保护件,其特征在于,所述保护件包括设置于所述刀片的前端以防止误碰所述切割部的前边缘的前端阻挡部,所述前端阻挡部的侧边缘凸出于所述切割部的前端的侧边缘。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的保护件,其特征在于,所述保护件还包括与所述前端阻挡部间隔设置的中间阻挡部,所述中间阻挡部的侧边缘凸出于与所述中间阻挡部同一竖直平面上的所述切割部的侧边缘,所述保护件还包括用于连接所述中间阻挡部与所述前端阻挡部的连接部,所述连接部位于所述切割部同一侧的最外缘相较于所述连接部同一竖直平面上的所述切割部的侧边缘向内凹陷,以使对应的所述切割部的侧边缘暴露于所述连接部外。
  27. 根据权利要求21至26中任意一项所述的保护件,其特征在于,所述保护件包括设置于所述刀片外的保护主体及由所述保护主体围成的用于收容所述刀片的收容腔,所述保护主体包括所述阻挡部。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的保护件,其特征在于,所述刀片包括:刀片中部、自所述刀片中部向两侧中至少一侧延伸的所述切割部、自所述刀片中部延伸用于将所述刀片固定于所述刀盘的固定部和自所述刀片中部向前延伸的前端部,所述保护件包括包覆所述刀片的前端部的前端阻挡部、用于包覆所述刀片的固定部的后端阻挡部及用于连接前端阻挡部和后端阻挡部的连接部,所述保护件的前端阻挡部包覆所述切割部的前边缘。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的保护件,其特征在于,所述保护件的后端阻挡部完全包 覆所述刀片的固定部。
  30. 根据权利要求28所述的保护件,其特征在于,所述保护件还包括自所述连接部向两侧延伸的中间阻挡部,所述中间阻挡部的最边缘向外凸出于所述切割部的侧边缘;
    所述中间阻挡部与前端阻挡部及后端阻挡部之间均具有凹槽。
  31. 一种用于割草机的刀片组件,其特征在于,所述刀片组件包括用于割草机上的刀片及根据权利要求21至26中任一项所述的用于对所述刀片进行防护的保护件,所述刀片安装于所述割草机的刀盘上,所述刀片包括刀片主体及设置于所述刀片主体两侧中至少一侧的切割部。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的刀片组件,其特征在于,所述刀片与所述保护件通过一体成型在一起。
  33. 一种割草机,其特征在于,包括:
    机身;
    刀盘组件,设置于机身上,所述刀盘组件包括刀盘及设置于所述刀盘上且设有切割部的刀片;
    保护件,设置于所述刀盘组件上且跟随所述刀盘一起做旋转运动,以防止误碰到所述刀片的切割部,至少部分所述切割部的侧边缘暴露于所述保护件外以方便切割。
