用户可以通过终端进行取号,终端可以响应用户的操作获取凭证信息,并向服务器发送该凭证信息,服务器可以接收该凭证信息,并根据凭证信息查找对应的资料信息,从而可以获取到该用户的资料信息。
另外,凭证信息可以为用户的住院号,或者用户在缴纳检查项目的费用时所获取的条形码,服务器可以根据该用户对应的条形码获取资料信息。
步骤202、向终端发送项目信息,以使终端根据项目信息和用户触发的操作确定目标项目信息。
其中,目标项目信息用于指示用户预检查的项目。
终端需要向用户展示项目信息,以使用户可以根据展示的项目信息选择目标项目信息,因此,服务器在获取到用户的资料信息后,需要向终端发送项目信息。
服务器可以向终端发送项目信息,终端可以接收项目信息,终端向用户展示该项目信息,终端响应用户的操作获取目标项目信息,向服务器发送该目标项目信息。例如,终端可以通过展示界面向用户展示项目信息,并且每个项目信息有对应的选择框,用户可以通过选择一个或者多个对应的选择框,来确定目标项目信息,相应的,终端可以响应用户的操作,获取目标项目信息。
例如,项目信息可以为A、B、C和D等四个项目,终端可以向用户展示A、B、C和D等四个项目以及对应的选择框,用户可以在展示界面选择A和B两个项目对应的选择框,则可以将A和B两个项目确定为目标项目信息。
步骤203、接收终端发送的目标项目信息。
终端确定目标项目信息之后,需要向服务器发送目标项目信息,服务器可以接收该目标项目信息,以便在后续的步骤中,服务器可以根据该目标项目信息和用户的身份信息,生成用户的排序标识。
步骤204、根据用户的身份信息和目标项目信息,生成用户的排序标识。
服务器获取目标项目信息之后,可以根据以获取的身份信息和目标项目信息,生成用户的排序标识,以便用户可以根据该排序标识获知当前自身在排队队列中的位置。其中,用户的排序标识可以为用户在当前排队队列中的位置。
服务器可以根据身份信息确定用户的优先级,并根据目标项目信息确定用户需要排队的队列,根据用户的优先级和需要排队的队列生成用户的排序标识,服务器可以向终端发送该排序标识和资料信息,终端可以接收排序标识和资料信息,并根据排序标识和资料信息打印排号凭证。
另外,服务器可以根据预检查的项目,即目标项目信息,以及每个诊室对应的排队人数,确定该排序标识对应的检查诊室。
例如,该用户的目标项目为A和B,用户可以在第一检查诊室中完成A和B两个目标项目,当用户在当前排队队列中的位置为第二个时,用户对应的排序标识可以为AB002。而且,身份信息中可以包括用户的用户类别,服务器可以根据用户的用户类别,确认用户的优先级。例如,用户类别可以包括急诊患者、病房患者、预约患者和门诊患者,则按照优先级从高到低的顺序,可以排列为:急诊患者、预约患者、病房患者和门诊患者。
需要说明的是,服务器可以根据用户的用户类别确定用户的优先级,也可以根据用户的身份确定用户的优先级,还可以根据其他信息确定用户的优先级,本申请中实施例对此不进行具体限制。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的取号方法,通过获取用户的资料信息,用户的资料信息包括用户的身份信息和项目信息,然后向终端发送项目信息,以使终端根据项目信息和用户触发的操作确定目标项目信息,目标项目信息用于指示用户预检查的项目;再接收终端发送的目标项目信息;最后根据用户的身份信息和目标项目信息,生成用户的排序标识。通过确定目标项目信息,并根据 用户的身份信息和目标项目信息生成用户的排序标识,使得对于不同的检查项目患者不需要进行多次排队,从而为患者提供便利,也节约了医护人员资源。
图3为本申请又一实施例提供的取号方法流程示意图,应用于如图1所示的取号系统,如图3所示,该方法包括:
步骤301、获取用户的凭证信息。
其中,凭证信息用于表示用户已对项目信息对应的项目完成缴费。
用户需要进行项目对应的检查时,可以通过终端进行取号,服务器则需要根据用户的凭证信息向终端发送打印指令,以使终端根据资料信息和排序标识打印排号凭证,因此,服务器首先需要获取用户的凭证信息。
用户可以在终端输入凭证信息,终端可以响应用户的操作获取该凭证信息,并向服务器发送该凭证信息,服务器可以接收该凭证信息,则服务器获取该凭证信息。在本申请实施例中,终端可以向用户展示输入框,以使用户输入凭证信息,从而获取凭证信息,也可以通过扫描用户对应的条形码获取凭证信息,还可以通过其他方式获取凭证信息,本申请实施例对此不进行具体限制。
需要说明的是,凭证信息可以为用户的住院号,也可以为用户在缴纳检查项目的费用时所获取的条形码,还可以为其他信息,本申请实施例对此不进行具体限制。
步骤302、判断凭证信息是否为有效信息。
服务器在获取用户的凭证信息之后,需要根据凭证信息获取用户的资料信息,以便在后续的步骤中,可以根据该用户的资料信息生成对应的排序标识,因此,服务器需要判断该判断凭证信息是否为有效信息。
服务器获取凭证信息后,可以根据该凭证信息查找该用户对应的缴费信息,可以根据该用户对应的缴费信息,判断该用户对应的凭证信息是否为有效信息。
例如,若凭证信息为住院号时,服务器可以根据该住院号查找对应的缴费信息,根据缴费信息判断该住院号是否有效。
在本申请实施例中,若凭证信息不是有效信息,则服务器可以执行步骤303,若凭证信息是有效信息,则服务器可以执行步骤304。
步骤303、若凭证信息不是有效信息,则向终端发送提醒信息。
其中,提醒信息用于提示凭证信息无效。
服务器判断凭证信息是否为有效信息,会获取相应的判断结果,以便服务器根据该不同的判断结果,进行相应的操作。
若凭证信息不是有效信息,服务器向终端发送提醒信息,终端可以获取提醒信息,并根据该提醒信息生成提醒界面,向用户展示该提醒界面,以使用户可以根据该提醒界面获知该提醒信息。
例如,若凭证信息不是有效信息时,终端的提醒界面可以展示相应的文字提示用户,用户输入的凭证信息无效,因此,不可以进行取号操作。
步骤304、获取用户的资料信息。
其中,用户的资料信息包括用户的身份信息和项目信息。
若服务器判断到上述凭证信息为有效信息时,需要获取该凭证信息对应的用户的资料信息,以便在后续的步骤中,可服务器以根据该用户的资料信息获取身份信息和目标项目信息。
若凭证信息为有效信息,则根据凭证信息获取用户的资料信息。
例如,若凭证信息为有效信息,服务器可以根据该凭证信息查找该用户对应的资料信息,则终端可以获取该用户的资料信息。
步骤305、向终端发送项目信息,以使终端根据项目信息和用户触发的操作确定目标项目信息。
其中,目标项目信息用于指示用户预检查的项目。
步骤306、接收终端发送的目标项目信息。
步骤307、根据用户的身份信息和目标项目信息,生成用户的排序标识。
在本申请实施例中,步骤305至307的过程与步骤202至204的过程类似,此处不再一一赘述。
步骤308、向终端发送提示信息。
其中,提示信息用于提示用户是否接受排队动态通知业务。
服务器生成用户的排序标识之后,为了方便用户获知自身对应的排序标识在排队队列中的动态,因此服务器可以想终端发送提示信息,从而提示用户是否接受排队动态通知业务。
终端生成用户的排序标识后,向终端发送提醒信息,终端可以接收该提醒信息,并根据该提醒信息生成对应的提醒界面,用户可以根据该提醒界面获知该提醒信息。例如,终端可以通过提醒界面向用户展示提醒信息,并且提醒界面可以展示两个选择键,用户可以通过选择不同选择键,来确定是否接受排队动态通知业务,相应的,终端可以响应用户的操作,获取响应信息。
步骤309、接收终端发送的响应信息。
其中,响应信息用于表示用户是否接受排队动态通知业务。
服务器向终端发送提示信息后,终端可以响应用户的操作生成响应信息,并向服务器发送该响应信息,服务器可以接收该响应信息,则服务器获取该响应信息。
步骤310、根据响应信息,获取用户的联系信息。
服务器接收终端发送的响应信息后,需要根据该响应信息获取用户的联系信息,以便服务器可以根据该用户的联系信息,向用户终端发送排队动态通知。
若响应信息表示用户接受排队动态通知业务,则向终端发送输入信息,输入信息用于提示用户输入联系信息。
若响应信息表示用户接受排队动态通知业务,服务器向终端发送输入信息,终端可以接收该输入信息,并根据该输入信息生成相应的输入界面,可以响应用户的输入操作获取用户的联系信息,并向服务器发送该联系信息,服务器可以接收该联系信息,并建立联系信息和排序标识之间的对应关系。
另外,当用户接受排队动态通知业务时,服务器可以向用户终端发送排队动态,排队动态可以提示用户的排序标识,也可以提示需要等待的时间,还可以提示其他信息,本申请实施例对此不进行具体限制。
当然,若响应信息表示用户不需要通知业务是,则服务器可以执行步骤311。
步骤311、向终端发送打印指令。
其中,打印指令可以包括资料信息和排序标识,打印指令用于指示终端根据资料信息和排序标识打印排号凭证。
服务器可以向终端发动打印指令,相应的,终端可以获取该打印指令,终端可以根据该打印指令打印排号凭证,用户可以通过终端获取该排号凭证。
在本申请实施例中,排号凭证上可以向用户展示排序标识、目标项目信息和检查诊室,也可以向用户展示取号时间和目标项目对应的注意事项,还可以向用户展示其他信息,本申请实施例对此不进行具体限制。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的取号方法,通过获取用户的资料信息,用户的资料信息包括用户的身份信息和项目信息,然后向终端发送项目信息,以使终端根据项目信息和用户触发的操作确定目标项目信息,目标项目信息用于指示用户预检查的项目;再接收终端发送的目标项目信息;最后根据用户的身份信息和目标项目信息,生成用户的排序标识。通过确定目标项目信息,并根据 用户的身份信息和目标项目信息生成用户的排序标识,使得对于不同的检查项目患者不需要进行多次排队,从而为患者提供便利,也节约了医护人员资源。
图4为本申请一实施例提供的取号装置结构示意图,如图4所示,该装置包括:
第一获取模块401,用于获取用户的资料信息,用户的资料信息包括用户的身份信息和项目信息;
第一发送模块402,用于向终端发送项目信息,以使终端根据项目信息和用户触发的操作确定目标项目信息,目标项目信息用于指示用户预检查的项目;
第一接收模块403,用于接收终端发送的目标项目信息;
生成模块404,用于根据用户的身份信息和目标项目信息,生成用户的排序标识。
如图5所示,装置还包括:
第二获取模块405,用于获取用户的凭证信息,凭证信息用于表示用户已对项目信息对应的项目完成缴费;
判断模块406,用于判断凭证信息是否为有效信息;
第二发送模块407,用于若凭证信息不是有效信息,则向终端发送提醒信息,提醒信息用于提示凭证信息无效;
第一获取模块401,具体用于若凭证信息为有效信息,则根据凭证信息获取用户的资料信息。
如图6所示,装置还包括:
第三发送模块408,用于向终端发送提示信息,提示信息用于提示用户是否接受排队动态通知业务;
第二接收模块409,用于接收终端发送的响应信息,响应信息用于表示用户是否接受排队动态通知业务;
第三获取模块410,用于根据响应信息,获取用户的联系信息。
第三获取模块,具体用于若响应信息表示用户接受排队动态通知业务,则向终端发送输入信息,输入信息用于提示用户输入联系信息。
如图7所示,装置还包括:
第四发送模块411,用于向终端发送打印指令,打印指令包括资料信息和排序标识,打印指令用于指示终端根据资料信息和排序标识打印排号凭证。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的取号装置,通过获取用户的资料信息,用户的资料信息包括用户的身份信息和项目信息,然后向终端发送项目信息,以使终端根据项目信息和用户触发的操作确定目标项目信息,目标项目信息用于指示用户预检查的项目;再接收终端发送的目标项目信息;最后根据用户的身份信息和目标项目信息,生成用户的排序标识。通过确定目标项目信息,并根据用户的身份信息和目标项目信息生成用户的排序标识,使得对于不同的检查项目患者不需要进行多次排队,从而为患者提供便利,也节约了医护人员资源。
上述装置用于执行前述实施例提供的方法,其实现原理和技术效果类似,在此不再赘述。
以上这些模块可以是被配置成实施以上方法的一个或多个集成电路,例如:一个或多个特定集成电路(ApplicationSpecificIntegratedCircuit,简称ASIC),或,一个或多个微处理器(digitalsingnalprocessor,简称DSP),或,一个或者多个现场可编程门阵列(FieldProgrammableGateArray,简称FPGA)等。再如,当以上某个模块通过处理元件调度程序代码的形式实现时,该处理元件可以是通用处理器,例如中央处理器(CentralProcessingUnit,简称CPU)或其它可以调用程序代码的处理器。再如,这些模块可以集成在一起,以片上系统(system-on-a-chip,简称SOC)的形式实现。
图8为本申请又一实施例提供的取号装置的示意图,该装置可以集成于终端设备或者终端设备的芯片,该终端可以是具备取号功能的计算设备。
该装置包括:处理器801、存储器802。
存储器802用于存储程序,处理器801调用存储器802存储的程序,以执行上述方法实施例。具体实现方式和技术效果类似,这里不再赘述。
本申请还提供一种程序产品,例如计算机可读存储介质,包括程序,该程序在被处理器执行时用于执行上述方法实施例。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括多个指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器(英文:processor)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(英文:Read-OnlyMemory,简称:ROM)、随机存取存储器(英文:RandomAccessMemory,简称:RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
本申请提供的取号方法及装置,通过获取用户的资料信息,用户的资料信息包括用户的身份信息和项目信息,然后向终端发送项目信息,以使终端根据项目信息和用户触发的操作确定目标项目信息,目标项目信息用于指示用户预检查的项目;再接收终端发送的目标项目信息;最后根据用户的身份信息和目标项目信息,生成用户的排序标识。通过确定目标项目信息,并根据用户的身份信息和目标项目信息生成用户的排序标识,使得对于不同的检查项目患者不需要进行多次排队,从而为患者提供便利,也节约了医护人员资源。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种取号方法,包括以下步骤:获取用户的资料信息,所述用户的资料信息包括所述用户的身份信息和项目信息;向终端发送所述项目信息,以使终端根据所述项目信息和所述用户触发的操作确定目标项目信息,所述目标项目信息用于指示所述用户预检查的项目;接收所述终端发送的所述目标项目信息;根据所述用户的身份信息和目标项目信息,生成所述用户的排序标识。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的取号方法,其中,在所述获取用户的资料信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述用户的凭证信息,所述凭证信息用于表示用户已对所述项目信息对应的项目完成缴费;
    判断所述凭证信息是否为有效信息;若所述凭证信息不是所述有效信息,则向终端发送提醒信息,所述提醒信息用于提示所述凭证信息无效;所述获取用户的资料信息,包括:
    若所述凭证信息为所述有效信息,则根据所述凭证信息获取用户的资料信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的取号方法,其中,在所述根据所述用户的身份信息和目标项目信息,生成用户的排序标识之后,所述方法还包括:向所述终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示所述用户是否接受排队动态通知业务;
    接收所述终端发送的响应信息,所述响应信息用于表示所述用户是否接受所述排队动态通知业务;
    根据所述响应信息,获取用户的联系信息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的取号方法,其中,所述根据所述响应信息,获取用户的联系信息,包括:
    若所述响应信息表示所述用户接受所述排队动态通知业务,则向所述终端发送输入信息,所述输入信息用于提示所述用户输入联系信息。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的取号方法,其中,所述根据所述响应信息,获取用户的联系信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    向终端发送打印指令,打印指令包括所述资料信息和所述排序标识,所述打印指令用于指示所述终端根据所述资料信息和所述排序标识打印排号凭证。
  6. 一种取号装置,包括:第一获取模块,用于获取用户的资料信息,所述用户的资料信息包括所述用户的身份信息和项目信息;
    第一发送模块,用于向终端发送所述项目信息,以使终端根据所述项目信息和所述用户触发的操作确定目标项目信息,所述目标项目信息用于指示所述用户预检查的项目;第一接收模块,用于接收所述终端发送的所述目标项目信息;生成模块,用于根据所述用户的身份信息和目标项目信息,生成所述用户的排序标识。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的取号装置,还包括:第二获取模块,用于获取所述用户的凭证信息,所述凭证信息用于表示用户已对所述项目信息对应的项目完成缴费;
    判断模块,用于判断所述凭证信息是否为有效信息;第二发送模块,用于若所述凭证信息不是所述有效信息,则向终端发送提醒信息,所述提醒信息用于提示所述凭证信息无效;所述第一获取模块,具体用于若所述凭证信息为所述有效信息,则根据所述凭证信息获取用户的资料信息。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的取号装置,还包括:
    第三发送模块,用于向所述终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示所述用户是否接受排队动态通知业务;
    第二接收模块,用于接收所述终端发送的响应信息,所述响应信息用于表示所述用户是否接受所述排队动态通知业务;
    第三获取模块,用于根据所述响应信息,获取用户的联系信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的取号装置,其中,所述第三获取模块,具体用于若所述响应信息表示所述用户接受所述排队动态通知业务,则向所述终端发送输入信息,所述输入信息用于提示所述用户输入联系信息。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的取号装置,其中,所述装置还包括:第四发送模块,用于向终端发送打印指令,打印指令包括所述资料信息和所述排序标识,所述打印指令用于指示所述终端根据所述资料信息和所述排序标识打印排号凭证。
