Description

터치센서 및 이를 형성하는 노광 마스크
본 발명은 터치센서에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 스티치(stitch) 공법으로 대면적 패턴을 형성할 수 있는 그룹 패턴 및 이를 형성하기 위한 노광 마스크에 관한 것이다.
스마트폰 등의 터치센서는 터치 명령을 입력받는 입력 장치로서, 터치 부분의 감지 방식에 따라 저항막 방식, 정전용량 방식, 초음파 방식, 적외선 방식 등이 있으며, 최근에는 정전용량 방식을 주로 이용하고 있다.
정전용량 방식은 전도성 박막이 형성된 투명기판을 이용하는 것으로, 일정량의 전압을 투명기판의 표면에 유지하게 한 상태에서 사용자가 투명기판의 표면을 터치하면 접촉면에서 전압이 변하는데, 이러한 전압 변화를 검출하여 터치 여부를 감지한다.
터치센서는 접촉위치를 정확히 판단하기 위해 투명기판에 X, Y축으로 배열된 다수의 감지셀을 포함할 수 있다. 감지셀은 끝단을 제외한 나머지를 마름모꼴 등으로 구성할 수 있다. 감지셀은 X축 방향으로 연결된 제1 감지전극과 Y축 방향으로 연결된 제2 감지전극으로 구분되어, 각각 제1 배선부와 제2 배선부로 연결하여 구성할 수 있다.
제1,2 배선부는 투명기판의 측방 가장자리를 따라 연장되어 투명기판의 가장자리에 형성되는 패드전극과 접속할 수 있다. 패드전극은 다시 연성인쇄회로기판(FPCB)과 접속할 수 있다. FPCB는 이방성 도전 필름(Anisotropic Conductive Film, ACF) 등을 통해 패드전극과 접착 및 접속할 수 있다.
특허등록 제1068285호(액정표시장치 노광 마스크 패턴 및 노광 방법)를 보면, 액정표시장치의 서브 픽셀(sub pixel) 또는 픽셀(pixel) 단위로 레고 패턴(lego pattern) 노광을 진행하여 스티치(stitch) 불량 및 화질 불량을 개선하는 방법을 개시하고 있다. 내용을 보면, 액정표시장치의 어레이 기판에서 서브 픽셀 내에 제1 노광 영역과 제2 노광 영역으로 구분하는 단계, 제1 노광 영역과 제2 노광 영역을 순차적으로 스텝 노광하는 단계로 구성하되, 서브 픽셀에서 구분되는 제1 노광 영역과 제2 노광 영역은 2 이상으로 구분되는 레고 패턴이고, 제1 노광 영역과 제2 노광 영역으로 구분하여 노광을 진행하는 서브 픽셀은 분할 노광 진행시 중첩 노광되는 영역의 서브 픽셀로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하고 있다.
종래기술은 스티치 공법에 노광 마스크를 적용할 때 스티치 불량이 발생하는 것을 해소하는 효과를 달성하는데, 대칭되는 패턴 외에 비대칭 배선부를 포함하는 터치센서 패턴을 노광하는 방법을 제시하고 있지는 않다.
본 발명은 종래기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로,
첫째, 작은 면적의 노광 마스크로 반복 패터닝함으로써 대면적의 터치센서 패턴을 쉽게 형성할 수 있고,
둘째, 인쇄 방식, 롤투롤 방식 등에도 적용할 수 있는, 노광 마스크 및 이를 통해 형성되는 터치센서를 제공하고자 한다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 터치센서는 감지셀부, 배선부를 포함하는 제1 그룹 패턴을 포함할 수 있다.
감지셀부는 다수의 감지셀이 전기적으로 연결되는 감지셀 그룹을 다수 구비할 수 있다.
배선부는 감지셀부에 인접하여 형성할 수 있다.
배선부는 제1 서브 배선부, 제2 서브 배선부를 포함할 수 있다.
제1 서브 배선부는 감지셀부에 인접하여 배치되고, 감지셀 그룹의 일측 단부 감지셀에 전기적으로 연결되는 인출 배선으로 구성할 수 있다.
제2 서브 배선부는 제1 서브 배선부보다 외측에 배치되고, 감지셀부와 전기적으로 연결되지 않는 비인출 배선으로 구성할 수 있다.
본 발명의 터치센서는 제1 그룹 패턴과 인접 배치되고 제1 그룹 패턴과 동일 구조를 갖는 제2 그룹 패턴을 포함할 수 있다. 이 경우, 제1 그룹 패턴의 제2 서브 배선부의 일부 비인출 배선은 제2 그룹 패턴의 제1 서브 배선부의 인출 배선과 접속하여 신호를 전달하는 신호 전달 배선일 수 있다.
본 발명의 터치센서에서, 제1 그룹 패턴의 제2 서브 배선부의 다른 일부 비인출 배선은 제1 그룹 패턴의 제2 서브 배선부의 비인출 배선과 접속하되 신호를 전달하지 않는 더미 배선일 수 있다.
본 발명의 터치센서는 제1 그룹 패턴과 인접하여 배치되고 제1 그룹 패턴과 동일 구조를 갖는 제2 그룹 패턴을 포함할 수 있다. 이 경우, 제1 그룹 패턴의 제2 서브 배선부의 비인출 배선은 제2 그룹 패턴의 제1 서브 배선부의 인출 배선 및 제2 서브 배선부의 일부 비인출 배선과 접속하여 신호를 전달하는 신호 전달 배선일 수 있다.
본 발명의 터치센서에서, 제2 서브 배선부의 비인출 배선은 신호를 전달하지 않는 더미 배선일 수 있다.
본 발명의 터치센서는 제1 그룹 패턴과 인접하여 배치되고 제1 그룹 패턴과 동일 구조를 갖는 제2 그룹 패턴을 포함할 수 있다. 이 경우, 제1 그룹 패턴의 제2 서브 배선부의 일부 비인출 배선은 제2 그룹 패턴의 제2 배선부의 일부 비인출 배선과 접속할 수 있다.

본 발명에 따른 노광 마스크는 감지셀 마스크부를 선택적으로 더 포함할 수 있다. 감지셀 마스크부는 배선 마스크부의 측방에 형성되고 감지셀부의 감지셀을 형성하는 관통공을 구비할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 노광 마스크는 제2 서브 배선 마스크부의 외측에 노이즈 차폐용 더미 배선을 형성하는 제3 관통 슬릿을 구비할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 노광 마스크에서, 제2 관통 슬릿은 제1 관통 슬릿보다 수가 많을 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 터치 센서는 다수의 감지셀이 전기적으로 연결되는 감지셀 그룹을 구비하는 감지셀부와 감지셀부의 외측에 형성되는 배선부를 구비하는 유닛 패턴을 반복해서 포함할 수 있다.
배선부는 제1 서브 배선부와 제2 서브 배선부를 포함할 수 있다.
제1 서브 배선부는 감지셀부의 일측 단부 감지셀에 전기적으로 연결되는 인출배선을 구비할 수 있다.
제2 서브 배선부는 제1 서브 배선부보다 외측에 배치될 수 있다. 제2 서브 배선부는 감지셀부와 전기적으로 연결되지 않는 비인출 배선을 구비할 수 있다. 여기서, 비인출 배선은 대면적 터치센서를 형성하기 위해 반복 형성되는 유닛의 수에서 1을 뺀 수와 같거나 더 많이 구비할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 터치 센서는 n개의 유닛 패턴들을 순차적으로 반복 형성하여 대면적 터치센서를 구성할 수 있다. 여기서, n은 2 이상의 정수일 수 있다. n번째 유닛 패턴의 제2 서브 배선부는, 최외측 비인출 배선을 제1 비인출 배선으로 하고 최내측 비인출 배선을 제n-1 비인출 배선으로 할 때, 제1 비인출 배선은 인접한 n-1번째 유닛 패턴에서 두번째 유닛 패턴의 각 제2 서브 배선부를 순차적으로 경유하여 첫번째 유닛 패턴의 제1 서브 배선부에 연결될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 터치 센서에서, 제1 비인출 배선부터 제n-1 비인출 배선까지의 배선들은 각각 첫번째 유닛 패턴부터 n-1번째 유닛 패턴까지의 감지셀부와 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 터치센서는 제2 서브 배선부의 외측에 노이즈 차폐를 위한 제3 서브 배선부를 더 포함할 수 있다.
이러한 구성을 갖는 본 발명의 터치센서 및 노광 마스크에 의하면, 기존 스티치 방식을 활용할 수 있는 대칭 패턴뿐 아니라 배선부의 비대칭 패턴도 포함하여 일정 패턴을 갖는 작은 면적의 노광 마스크를 반복 사용하여 대면적 터치센서를 패터닝할 수 있어, 대면적 터치센서를 형성하기가 용이하다.
본 발명의 터치센서 및 노광 마스크에 의하면, 대면적 패턴을 형성하기 위한 대면적 마스크가 필요 없으므로, 제조비용을 대폭 낮출 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 터치센서 및 노광 마스크에 의하면, 노광 마스크를 인쇄 방식, 롤투롤 방식 등에도 적용할 수 있어, 광범위한 활용이 가능하다.

도 1은 본 발명에 따른 그룹 패턴의 평면도이다. 도 1에서, 감지셀부(110)는 간략 형태로 표현한 것으로, 실제 형태에서는 브릿지(미도시) 등을 더 포함할 수 있다.
도 1에 도시한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 그룹 패턴은 감지셀부(110), 배선부(120) 등을 포함하여 구성할 수 있다.
감지셀부(110)는 다수의 감지셀 그룹을 포함할 수 있고, 감지셀 그룹은 다수의 감지셀이 한쪽 방향으로 접속되어 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다. 감지셀은 섬(island) 형태로 구성할 수 있고, 감지셀 사이의 전기적 연결은 감지셀과 함께 패터닝하여 일체화하거나 도전성 브릿지를 이용할 수 있다.
감지셀부(110)는 다수의 감지셀이 가로(X축) 방향으로 배열 접속하는 제1 감지전극과 다른 다수의 감지셀이 세로(Y축) 방향으로 배열 접속하는 제2 감지전극으로 구성할 수 있다.

감지셀부(110)는 투명 도전성 산화물, 예를들어 인듐주석산화물(ITO), 인듐아연산화물(IZO), 알루미늄징크옥사이드(AZO), 아연산화물(ZnOx), 티타늄산화물(TiO2), 산화알루미늄(Al2O3) 등의 도전성 산화물로 구성할 수 있고, 그 밖에 인듐아연주석산화물(IZTO), 인듐 산화물(InOx), 주석 산화물(SnOx), 카드뮴 주석 산화물(CTO), 갈륨-도핑 아연 산화물(GZO), 아연주석산화물(ZTO), 인듐갈륨산화물(IGO) 등이나 이들의 2 이상 조합으로 구성할 수 있다.
감지셀부(110)는 도전성 금속이나 합금 혹은 금속을 포함하는 적층체로 구성할 수 있으며, 이 경우 메쉬 타입 등의 투광도를 높일 수 있는 형태가 될 수 있다.
배선부(120)는 감지셀부(110)의 감지신호를 패드전극(미도시)으로 전달하는 것으로, 다수의 배선을 포함할 수 있다.
배선부(120)는 감지셀부(110)의 주변 영역에 배치될 수 있다. 배선부(120)는, 도 1과 같이 한쪽 측방에 배치할 수도 있고, 이와 달리 양쪽 측방에 분리하여 배치할 수도 있다. 양쪽 측방에 배치하는 경우, 배선부(120)는 좌측과 우측에서 가로(X축) 방향의 단부 감지셀에 교대로 연결될 수 있다.
배선부(120)는 제1 서브 배선부(121), 제2 서브 배선부(123)를 포함할 수 있다.
제1 서브 배선부(121)는 감지셀 그룹의 일측 단부 감지셀에 전기적으로 연결되는 인출 배선으로 구성하여, 감지셀부(110)로부터 신호를 인출할 수 있다. 제1 서브 배선부(121)는 감지셀부(110)에 인접하여 배치될 수 있다.

도 3에 도시한 바와 같이, 그룹 패턴을 인접하여 반복 패턴닝하면, 동일 패턴을 갖는 3개의 그룹 패턴(P1~P3)을 연결되게 형성할 수 있다. 3개의 그룹 패턴(P1~P3)는 서로 결합하여 대면적 터치센서를 형성할 수 있다.
먼저, 제1 그룹 패턴(P1)를 보면, 도 1에 도시한 감지셀부(110), 배선부(120)를 포함하고 있다. 제1 그룹 패턴(P1)에서, 배선부(120)는 제1 서브 배선부(121)와 제2 서브 배선부(123)를 포함하는데, 제1 서브 배선부(121)는 감지셀부(110)의 일측 단부 감지셀에 전기적으로 연결되어 인출 배선으로 기능하고 있다.
제2 서브 배선부(123)는 감지셀부(110)의 감지셀과 접속하지 않는 비인출 배선으로, 모든 배선(영역 A)이 신호를 전달하지 않는 더미 배선일 수 있다.
제2 그룹 패턴(P2)를 보면, 도 1에 도시한 감지셀부(110), 배선부(120)를 포함하고 있다. 제2 그룹 패턴(P2)에서, 배선부(120)는 제1 서브 배선부(121)와 제2 서브 배선부(123)를 포함하는데, 제1 서브 배선부(121)는 감지셀부(110)의 일측 단부 감지셀에 전기적으로 연결되어 인출 배선으로 기능하고 있다.
제2 서브 배선부(123)는 일부 배선(영역 B)이 신호를 전달하는 신호 전달 배선으로 기능하고, 다른 일부 배선(영역 C)은 신호를 전달하지 않는 더미 배선으로 기능하고 있다.
제2 서브 배선부(123)에서, 안쪽 일부 배선(영역 B)은 일측이 제1 그룹 패턴(P1)의 제1 서브 배선부(121)와 접속하고 타측은 제3 그룹 패턴(P3)의 제2 서브 배선부(123)의 일부 배선에 접속하여 신호를 전달하고 있다.
제2 서브 배선부(123)에서, 외측 일부 배선(영역 C)은 일측이 제1 그룹 패턴(P1)의 제2 서브 배선부(123)의 더미 배선과 접속하고 타측은 제3 그룹 패턴(P3)의 제2 서브 배선부(123)에 접속하지 않아, 신호 전달 기능을 수행하고 있지 않다.
제3 그룹 패턴(P3)를 보면, 도 1에 도시한 감지셀부(110), 배선부(120)를 포함하고 있다. 제3 그룹 패턴(P3)에서, 배선부(120)는 제1 서브 배선부(121)와 제2 서브 배선부(123)를 포함하는데, 제1 서브 배선부(121)는 감지셀부(110)의 일측 단부 감지셀에 전기적으로 연결되어, 인출 배선으로 기능하고 있다.
제2 서브 배선부(123)는 모든 배선(영역 D)이 신호를 전달하는 신호 전달 배선으로 기능하고 있다. 제2 서브 배선부(123)에서, 안쪽 일부 배선은 일측이 제2 그룹 패턴(P2)의 제1 서브 배선부(121)와 접속하여 신호 전달 배선으로 기능하고, 제2 서브 배선부(123)의 바깥쪽 나머지 배선은 일측이 제2 그룹 패턴(P2)의 제2 서브 배선부(123)를 매개로 제1 그룹 패턴(P1)의 제1 서브 배선부(121)에 접속하여, 제1 그룹 패턴(P1)의 신호를 전달하고 있다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 유닛 패턴을 다수 연결하여 반복 형성한 터치센서의 평면도이다.
도 4에 도시한 바와 같이, 유닛 패턴들(Q1~Qn)은 각각 하나의 감지셀 그룹과 분리 형태의 배선부(320)를 포함할 수 있다.
감지셀부(310)는 일렬로 연결된 가로 방향의 다수 감지셀과 브릿지(미도시)로 연결되는 세로 방향의 다수 감지셀을 포함할 수 있다.
배선부(320)는 제1 서브 배선부(321)와 제2 서브 배선부(323)를 포함할 수 있다.
제1 서브 배선부(321)는 유닛 패턴의 감지셀 그룹의 일측 단부 감지셀에 전기적으로 연결되어 감지셀부(310)로부터 신호를 인출하는 인출 배선을 포함할 수 있다. 제1 서브 배선부(321)는 감지셀부(310)에 최근접 배치될 수 있다.
제2 서브 배선부(323)는 제1 서브 배선부(321)보다 외측에 배치될 수 있다. 제2 서브 배선부(323)는 감지셀부(310)와 전기적으로 연결되지 않는 비인출 배선을 포함할 수 있다. 제2 서브 배선부(323)는 적어도 반복 형성되어 대면적 터치센서를 구성하는 유닛 패턴(Q1~Qn)의 수에서 1를 뺀 수만큼 비인출 배선을 포함할 수 있다. 도 4에서는, n개의 유닛 패턴들(Q1~Qn)을 반복 형성하여 대면적 터치센서를 형성하고 있는데, 이 경우 제2 서브 배선부(323)의 비인출 배선의 수는 적어도 n-1 개일 수 있다.
도 4에 도시한 바와 같이, 배선부(320)는 제2 서브 배선부(323)의 외측에 제3 서브 배선부(325)를 구비할 수 있다. 제3 서브 배선부(325)는 노이즈 차폐용 더미 배선으로서, 1개 이상의 배선을 포함할 수 있다.
도 4의 터치센서는 동일한 형태를 갖는 n 개의 유닛 패턴들(Q1~Qn)을 스티치 공법을 통해 세로 방향으로 연결해서 반복 형성하여 대면적 터치센서를 형성하는 것을 예시하고 있다.
먼저, 첫번째 유닛 패턴(Q1)을 보면, 배선부(320)는 1개 배선을 갖는 제1 서브 배선부(321)와 n-1개 배선을 갖는 제2 서브 배선부(323)를 포함하는데, 제1 서브 배선부(321)의 1개 배선은 감지셀부(310)의 일측 단부 감지셀에 전기적으로 연결되어 인출 배선으로 기능하고, 제2 서브 배선부(323)의 n-1개 배선은 신호를 전달하지 않는 더미 배선으로 기능하고 있다.
두번째 유닛 패턴(Q2)을 보면, 배선부(320)는, 첫번째 유닛 패턴(Q1)과 같이, 1개 배선을 갖는 제1 서브 배선부(321)와 n-1 개의 배선을 갖는 제2 서브 배선부(323)를 포함하는데, 제1 서브 배선부(321)의 1개 배선은 감지셀부(310)의 일측 단부 감지셀에 전기적으로 연결되어 인출 배선으로 기능하지만, 제2 서브 배선부(323) 중 제1 서브 배선부(321)에 인접한, 바깥으로부터 n-1번째 배선은 첫번째 유닛 패턴(Q1)의 제1 서브 배선부(321)와 접속되어 신호를 전달하고, 나머지 n-2개 배선은 신호를 전달하지 않는 더미 배선으로 기능하고 있다.
이렇게 순차적으로 세번째 유닛 패턴(Q3), 네번째 유닛 패턴(Q4) 등을 반복 하여, n번째 유닛 패턴(Qn)에 이르게 되면, 제1 서브 배선부(321)의 1개 배선은 감지셀부(310)의 일측 단부 감지셀에 전기적으로 연결되어 인출 배선으로 기능하고, 제2 서브 배선부(323)의 n-1개 배선은 앞에서 설명한 첫번째 유닛 패턴(Q1)에서부터 n-1번째 유닛 패턴(Qn-1)까지의 각각의 인출 신호들을 전달하는 신호 전달 배선으로 기능할 수 있다. 여기서, 제2 서브 배선부(323)의 가장 외측 배선은 첫번째 유닛 패턴(Q1)의 제1 서브 배선부(321)의 인출 신호를 전극 패드(미도시)로 전달하게 된다.
이와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 터치센서는 동일 패턴을 갖는 작은 면적의 유닛 패턴들이 스티치 공법으로 반복 형성되어, 대면적 터치센서를 쉽게 형성할 수 있다.
이상 본 발명을 여러 실시예로 설명하였으나, 이는 본 발명을 예증하기 위한 것이다. 통상의 기술자라면 이러한 실시예를 다른 형태로 변형하거나 수정할 수 있을 것이다. 그러나, 본 발명의 권리범위는 아래의 특허청구범위에 의해 정해지므로, 그러한 변형이나 수정이 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석될 수 있다.

Claims (15)

  1. 다수의 감지셀이 전기적으로 연결되는 감지셀 그룹을 다수 구비하는 감지셀부; 및
    상기 감지셀부의 외측에 형성되는 배선부를 구비하는 제1 그룹 패턴을 포함하고,
    상기 배선부는
    상기 감지셀 그룹의 일측 단부 감지셀에 전기적으로 연결되는 인출배선을 구비하는 제1 서브 배선부; 및
    상기 제1 서브 배선부보다 외측에 배치되고, 상기 감지셀부와 전기적으로 연결되지 않는 비인출 배선을 구비하는 제2 서브 배선부를 포함하는, 터치 센서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 그룹 패턴에 인접 배치되고 상기 제1 그룹 패턴과 동일 구조를 갖는 제2 그룹 패턴을 포함하고,
    상기 제1 그룹 패턴의 제2 서브 배선부의 일부 비인출 배선은 상기 제2 그룹 패턴의 제1 서브 배선부의 인출 배선과 접속하여 신호를 전달하는 신호 전달 배선인, 터치 센서.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 그룹 패턴의 제2 서브 배선부의 다른 일부 비인출 배선은 상기 제1 그룹 패턴의 제2 서브 배선부의 비인출 배선과 접속하되 신호를 전달하지 않는 더미 배선인, 터치 센서.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 그룹 패턴과 인접 배치되고 상기 제1 그룹 패턴과 동일 구조를 갖는 제2 그룹 패턴을 포함하고,
    상기 제1 그룹 패턴의 제2 서브 배선부의 비인출 배선은 상기 제2 그룹 패턴의 제1 서브 배선부의 인출 배선 및 상기 제2 서브 배선부의 일부 비인출 배선과 접속하여 신호를 전달하는 신호 전달 배선인, 터치 센서.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 서브 배선부의 비인출 배선은
    신호를 전달하지 않는 더미 배선인, 터치 센서.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 그룹 패턴과 인접하여 배치되고 상기 제1 그룹 패턴과 동일 구조를 갖는 제2 그룹 패턴을 포함하고,
    상기 제1 그룹 패턴의 제2 서브 배선부의 일부 비인출 배선은 상기 제2 그룹 패턴의 제2 서브 배선부의 일부 비인출 배선과 접속하는, 터치 센서.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 서브 배선부의 외측에 노이즈 차폐를 위한 제3 서브 배선부를 더 포함하는, 터치 센서.
  8. 감지셀부에 인접하여 다수의 배선을 형성하는 관통 슬릿을 구비하는 배선 마스크부를 포함하되, 상기 배선 마스크부는
    상기 감지셀부의 일측 단부 감지셀에 연결되는 제1 서브 배선부를 형성하는 제1 관통 슬릿을 구비하는 제1 서브 배선 마스크부; 및
    상기 제1 서브 배선 마스크부보다 외측에 배치되고 상기 감지셀부의 감지셀과 연결되지 않는 제2 서브 배선부를 형성하는 제2 관통 슬릿을 구비하는 제2 서브 배선 마스크부를 포함하는, 터치센서용 노광 마스크.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 배선 마스크부의 측방에 형성되고 상기 감지셀부의 감지셀을 형성하는 관통공을 구비하는 감지셀 마스크부를 더 포함하는, 터치센서용 노광 마스크.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2 관통 슬릿은
    상기 제1 관통 슬릿보다 개수가 많은, 터치센서용 노광 마스크.
  11. 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 서브 배선 마스크부의 외측에 노이즈 차폐를 위한 더미 배선을 형성하는 제3 관통 슬릿을 더 포함하는, 터치센서용 노광 마스크.
  12. 다수의 감지셀이 전기적으로 연결되는 감지셀 그룹을 구비하는 감지셀부; 및
    상기 감지셀부의 외측에 형성되는 배선부를 구비하는 유닛 패턴을 포함하고,
    상기 배선부는
    상기 감지셀부의 일측 단부 감지셀에 전기적으로 연결되는 인출 배선을 구비하는 제1 서브 배선부; 및
    상기 제1 서브 배선부보다 외측에 배치되고, 상기 감지셀부와 전기적으로 연결되지 않는 비인출 배선을 구비하되 상기 비인출 배선은 대면적 터치센서를 형성하기 위해 반복 형성되는 상기 그룹 패턴의 수에서 1을 뺀 수만큼 구비하는 제2 서브 배선부를 포함하는, 터치 센서.
  13. 제12항에 있어서,
    n개의 상기 유닛 패턴들을 순차적으로 반복 형성하여 대면적 터치센서를 구성하고(n은 2 이상의 정수),
    n번째 유닛 패턴의 제2 서브 배선부는, 최외측 비인출 배선을 제1 비인출 배선으로 하고 최내측 비인출 배선을 제n-1 비인출 배선으로 할 때, 상기 제1 비인출 배선은 인접한 n-1번째 유닛 패턴에서 두번째 유닛 패턴의 각 제2 서브 배선부를 순차적으로 경유하여 첫번째 유닛 패턴의 제1 서브 배선부에 연결되는, 터치 센서.
  14. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 비인출 배선부터 제n-1 비인출 배선까지의 배선들은 각각 첫번째 유닛 패턴부터 n-1번째 유닛 패턴까지의 감지셀부와 전기적으로 연결되는, 터치 센서.
  15. 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    제2 서브 배선부의 외측에 노이즈 차폐를 위한 제3 서브 배선부를 더 포함하는, 터치 센서.
