Abstract

【課題】本発明は、油吸着能力及び油保持能力の高いナノファイバー集積体の製造方法およびナノファイバー集積体の製造装置、および油吸着能力の高いナノファイバー集積体に関するものである。 【解決手段】本発明は、溶液吐出口から吐出されるポリマー溶液にガス吐出口から吐出される高温高圧ガスを吹き付けて、微細径繊維状に生成・延伸するナノファイバー集積体の製造方法とその製造装置に関し、高温高圧ガスの風力で微細径繊維に生成・延伸中のナノファイバー流に、高圧エアブロー吐出口から2次的な高圧エアを交差する形で吐出させて集積捕集するナノファイバー集積体の製造方法、及びその製造装置に関する。また、その効果として、中心繊維径より太い繊維径の分布量が中心繊維径より細い繊維径の分布量が同等かそれ以上である特徴を備え、油吸着能力及び油保持能力に優れるナノファイバー集積体を提供するものである。
