Definitions

  • the invention relates to an ointment for the treatment of burns and is the product of intense mixing and mild heat treatment of the following ingredients: olive oil, petroleum jelly, goose fat, sulfanilamide powder, rapeseed oil, vitamins A, D and E.
  • This ointment has the advantage of other products which are not therapeutic but preservative.
  • This treatment can mainly heal damaged skin tissues from burns of the first (1st), second (2nd) but also equally and third (3rd) degree and as well as wounds that come from the lesions.
  • the estimated third-degree burn healing beginning is from ten (10) to twenty-one (21) days, with the most common beginning of healing at fourteen (14) days.
  • the use of this ointment reduces healing in half the time compared to other methods and products, but its main feature is that it leaves no scars after healing.
  • the precondition for this to happen, however, is its application from the first day of the burn, as well as how it is applied: a sufficient amount of ointment is applied to a cotton cloth wich is sterile, applied in order to heal to the wound so that no grid (scar tissue) appears on the wound during healing. This also helps protect the wound against exogenous contaminants. Change to this fabric is done every 48 hours, and the sterile fabric is glued to the healthy areas of the skin with paper tape the other way so as to breath the skin.
  • Exemplary other similar techniques are based on patents such as RU2452475C2, CN102349920B, US3761590, which generally refer to the use of sulfanilamide and other active compounds that belong to the group of sulfonamides, such as having sulfadiazine that are antibacterial and antibiotic action, but not in powder form with specific grains, nor in combination with the use of olive oil, petroleum jelly, goose fat, rapeseed oil and vitamins A, D and E.
  • This preparation is in the form of an ointment, resulting from intense mixing and gentle heating, for a period of twenty (20) to thirty (30) minutes, and then stored in a shady and cool place at a temperature of four (4° C) to twenty-five (25 ° C) degrees Celsius and the exact method of preparation is as follows:
  • the mixing of the ingredients takes place in a double-walled container and. at a constant temperature for a period of twenty (20) to thirty (30) first minutes of the hour with a constant mixing rate.
  • a vacuum and pressure mixer or homogenizer mixer or pressure cooker assemblies are designed to provide high quality productions of pharmaceutical preparations and cosmetics, gels, toothpaste, mascara, hair care products etc.
