如图1和图2所示,耳机座1具有插入端面11,插入端面11上具有插入孔12,耳机插头可以插入插入孔12内。密封圈2设在插入端面11上,密封圈2环绕插入孔12,密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面与插入孔12的中心轴线之间具有夹角α,α满足0<α<90°。也就是说密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面为倾斜面。例如,α可以为10°、20°、30°、40°、50°、60°、70°或80°等。
如图9所示,机壳200上具有容纳槽201,容纳槽201的侧壁包括插入侧壁202,插入侧壁202上具有耳机穿孔203,耳机组件100设在容纳槽201内,插入孔12与耳机穿孔203相对,为了实现电子装置1000的防水性能,插入侧壁202与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面贴合。当耳机组件100装配至机壳200上时,由于密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面为倾斜面,插入侧壁202也为倾斜面,可以形成扣合式结构,可以避免耳机座1头部起翘,从而保证电子装置1000的耳机组件100处密封的可靠性,提高电子装置1000的防水性能。
具体的,如图1所示,插入孔12的横截面积为圆形,由此便于插入孔12与耳机插头的配合。耳机插入孔12内具有连接端子,连接端子与耳机插头接触以实现与耳机插头的电连接。具体的,插入孔12的内周壁的相对的两侧分别设有用于容纳连接端子的避让槽14,避让槽14沿插入孔12的轴向方向延伸,且与插入端面11平齐。

根据本申请实施例的耳机组件100,通过使密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面与插入孔12的中心轴线之间具有夹角α,α满足0<α<90°,当耳机组件100装配至机壳200上时,由于密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面为倾斜面,插入侧壁202也为倾斜面,可以形成扣合式结构,可以避免耳机座1头部起翘,从而保证电子装置1000的耳机组件100处密封的可靠性,提高电子装置1000的防水性能。
进一步地,α满足30°≤α<90°,由此可以避免密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度较小,减小耳机组件100沿插入孔12轴向方向上的长度,从而减小耳机组件100的体积,有利于减小电子装置1000的体积,便于用户的使用。另外还可以避免由于密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度较小而导致密封圈2的结构强度较差,从而提高电子装置1000耳机组件100处的密封的可靠性,提高电子装置1000的防水性能。例如,α可以为35°、 40°、45°、50°、55°、60°、65°、70°、75°、80°或85°等。
更进一步地,α满足60°≤α≤80°,由此可以相对增大密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度,在保证耳机座1与机壳200连接可靠性的前提下,减小耳机组件100沿插入孔12轴向方向上的长度,从而减小耳机组件100的体积,有利于减小电子装置1000的体积,便于用户的使用。另外可以相对增加密封圈2的结构强度,提高电子装置1000在耳机组件100处的密封的可靠性,从而提高电子装置1000的防水性能。例如,α可以为62°、65°、67°、70°、72°、75°或78°等。
再进一步地,α满足70°≤α≤80°。由此可以相对增大密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度,在保证耳机座1与机壳200连接可靠性的前提下,减小耳机组件100沿插入孔12轴向方向上的长度,从而减小耳机组件100的体积,有利于减小电子装置1000的体积,便于用户的使用。另外可以相对增加密封圈2的结构强度,提高电子装置1000耳机组件100处的密封的可靠性,从而提高电子装置1000的防水性能。例如,α可以为71°、73°、75°、77°或79°等。
可以理解的是,插入端面11的倾斜度可以大于密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度,插入端面11的倾斜度也可以小于密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度,当然,插入端面11的倾斜度也可以等于密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度,即插入端面11与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面平行。由此可以增加耳机组件100的结构的多样性。
进一步地,如图2所示,插入端面11与插入孔12的中心轴线之间的角度为β1,β1满足:0≤|α-β1|≤10°。由此可以减小插入端面11的倾斜度与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度之间的差值,避免密封圈2的朝向耳机座1的表面与远离耳机座1的表面之间的最大厚度与最小厚度之间的差值较大,提高密封圈2的结构强度,且可以使得密封圈2受力更加均匀,避免密封圈2受力发生翻边的现象,提高密封圈2与电子装置1000的机壳200之间连接的可靠性,从而提高电子装置1000在耳机组件100处的防水性能。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“厚度”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
具体的,当|α-β1|=0时,插入端面11的倾斜度与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度相同,即插入端面11与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面平行,密封圈2各处的厚度相同,密封圈2受力均匀,不会翻边,与电子装置1000的机壳200接触稳定可靠。当|α-β1|>0时,插入端面11的倾斜度与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度不同,插入 端面11的倾斜度可以大于密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度,插入端面11的倾斜度也可以小于密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度。
进一步地,当α-β1>0时,插入端面11的倾斜度小于密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度,当α-β1<0时,插入端面11的倾斜度大于密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图2所示,α和β1满足:|α-β1|=0。由此可以使得插入端面11的倾斜度与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度相同,即插入端面11与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面平行,从而可以使得密封圈2各处的厚度相同,密封圈2受力均匀,不会翻边,进而提高密封圈2与电子装置1000的机壳200密封的可靠性。
如图3、图4和图6所示,插入端面11上设有插入槽13,插入槽13沿插入孔12的周向方向延伸,密封圈2的朝向耳机座1的表面设有与插入槽13配合的插入凸起21。密封圈2上的插入凸起21可以插入插入槽13内,从而实现密封圈2和耳机座1之间的连接,当耳机组件100装配至电子装置1000的机壳200上时,可以保证电子装置1000的耳机组件100处密封的可靠性。

其中,插入槽13可以沿插入孔12的周向方向延伸成环形,相应的,如图6所示,插入凸起21也可以沿密封圈2的周向方向延伸的环形,从而提高密封圈2和耳机组件100之间连接的可靠性。当然,本申请不限于此,插入槽13还可以为沿插入孔12的周向方向间隔开的多个,相应的,插入凸起21可以为沿密封圈2的周向方向间隔开的多个,由此不仅可以实现密封圈2与耳机座1之间的连接,还可以节省密封圈2的材料成本。
在本申请的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
另外,当插入孔12的内周壁上设有容纳连接端子的避让槽14时,插入槽13同样环绕避让槽14设置。
进一步地,如图4和图7所示,插入槽13的底壁与插入凸起21的自由端面贴合,插入凸起21的自由端面所在的平面与插入孔12的中心轴线之间的夹角为β2,β2满足:0≤|α-β2|≤10°。由此可以减小插入凸起21的自由端面的倾斜度与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度之间的差值,避免插入凸起21的最大高度与最小高度之间的差值较大,不但可以保证密封圈2与耳机座1之间连接的可靠性,还可以简化密封圈2的结构。相应的, 可以减小插入槽13的底壁的倾斜度与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度之间的差值,避免插入槽13的最大深度与最小深度之间的差值较大,不但可以保证密封圈2与耳机座1之间连接的可靠性,还可以简化耳机座1的结构。
具体的,当|α-β2|=0时,插入凸起21的自由端面的倾斜度与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度相同,即插入凸起21的自由端面与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面平行。当|α-β2|>0时,插入凸起21的自由端面的倾斜度与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度不同,插入凸起21的自由端面的倾斜度可以大于密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度,插入凸起21的自由端面的倾斜度也可以小于密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度。
进一步地,当α-β2>0时,插入凸起21的自由端面的倾斜度小于密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度,当α-β2<0时,插入凸起21的自由端面的倾斜度大于密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,α和β2满足:|α-β2|=0。由此可以使得插入凸起21的自由端面的倾斜度与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度相同,即插入凸起21的自由端面与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面平行,可以减小插入凸起21的自由端面的倾斜度与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度之间的差值,避免插入凸起21的最大高度与最小高度之间的差值较大,不但可以保证密封圈2与耳机座1之间连接的可靠性,还可以简化密封圈2的结构。同时,可以减小插入槽13的底壁的倾斜度与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度之间的差值,避免插入槽13的最大深度与最小深度之间的差值较大,不但可以保证密封圈2与耳机座1之间连接的可靠性,还可以简化耳机座1的结构。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4所示,插入槽13的底壁所在的平面与插入端面11平行。由此可以减小插入端面11的倾斜度与插入槽13的底壁所在的平面的倾斜度之间的差值,从而减小插入端面11的倾斜度与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面之间的差值,避免密封圈2的朝向耳机座1的表面与远离耳机座1的表面之间的最大厚度与最小厚度之间的差值较大,提高密封圈2的结构强度,且可以使得密封圈2受力更加均匀,避免密封圈2受力发生翻边的现象,提高密封圈2与电子装置1000的机壳200之间连接的可靠性,从而提高电子装置1000在耳机组件100处的防水性能。
同时,可以减小插入凸起21的自由端面的倾斜度与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度之间的差值,避免插入凸起21的最大高度与最小高度之间的差值较大,不但可以保证密封圈2与耳机座1之间连接的可靠性,还可以简化密封圈2的结构。相应的,可以减小插入槽13的底壁的倾斜度与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面的倾斜度之间的差值,避免插 入槽13的最大深度与最小深度之间的差值较大,不但可以保证密封圈2与耳机座1之间连接的可靠性,还可以简化耳机座1的结构。
可以理解的是,如图4所示,插入孔12的敞开端的壁厚大于其余部分的壁厚,由此,可以保证插入孔12敞开端的结构强度,当在插入端面11上开设插入槽13时,仍然可以保证耳机座1的结构强度,提高耳机座1与密封圈2之间连接的可靠性。
如图5所示,在插入槽13的敞开端至封闭端的方向上,插入槽13的横截面的宽度逐渐减小,由此便于插入凸起21插入插入槽13内。进一步地,在插入凸起21的固定端至自由端的方向上,插入凸起21的横截面的宽度逐渐减小,由此便于插入凸起21插入插入槽13内。
更进一步地,如图5所示,插入槽13的敞开端相对的两侧壁上均具有第一导向斜面131,在插入槽13的敞开端至封闭端的方向上,第一导向斜面131朝向插入槽13内部倾斜,由此便于插入凸起21插入插入槽13内。另外,如图5所示,插入凸起21的自由端相对的两侧壁上均具有第二导向斜面211,在插入凸起21的固定端至自由端的方向上,第二导向斜面211朝向插入凸起21的内部倾斜。
在本申请的一些实施例中,密封圈2为橡胶圈或硅胶圈,橡胶圈和硅胶圈柔性好,密封效果好。
在本申请的一些实施例中,密封圈2的横截面为方形,其中方形包括长方形和正方形。
如图8和图9所示,根据本申请实施例的电子装置1000,包括机壳200和上述耳机组件100。
具体的,机壳200上具有容纳槽201,容纳槽201的侧壁包括插入侧壁202,插入侧壁202上具有耳机穿孔203,耳机组件100设在容纳槽201内,插入孔12与耳机穿孔203相对,插入侧壁202与密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面贴合。当耳机组件100装配至机壳200上时,由于密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面为倾斜面,插入侧壁202也为倾斜面,可以形成扣合式结构,可以避免耳机座1头部起翘,从而保证电子装置1000的耳机组件100处密封的可靠性,提高电子装置1000的防水性能。

进一步地,如图9所示,在容纳槽201的敞开口至容纳槽201的底壁的方向上,插入侧 壁202朝向远离容纳槽201中心的方向倾斜。当耳机组件100装配至机壳200上时,由于密封圈2的远离耳机座1的表面为倾斜面,插入侧壁202也为倾斜面,可以形成倒扣结构,可以进一步提高耳机组件100与机壳200之间连接的可靠性,可以避免耳机座1头部起翘,从而保证电子装置1000的耳机组件100处密封的可靠性,提高电子装置1000的防水性能。

    密封圈,所述密封圈设在所述插入端面上,所述密封圈环绕所述插入孔,所述密封圈的远离所述耳机座的表面与所述插入孔的中心轴线之间具有夹角α,所述α满足0<α<90°。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机组件,其特征在于,所述α满足30°≤α<90°。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的耳机组件,其特征在于,所述α满足60°≤α≤80°。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的耳机组件,其特征在于,所述α满足70°≤α≤80°。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的耳机组件,其特征在于,所述插入端面与所述插入孔的中心轴线之间的角度为β1,所述β1满足:0≤|α-β1|≤10°。

  16. 根据权利要求7所述的耳机组件,其特征在于,所述插入凸起的自由端相对的两侧壁上均具有第二导向斜面,在所述插入凸起的固定端至自由端的方向上,所述第二导向斜面朝向所述插入凸起的内部倾斜。
  17. 根据权利要求7所述的耳机组件,其特征在于,所述插入孔的敞开端的壁厚大于其余部分的壁厚。
  18. 根据权利要求1-17中任一项所述的耳机组件,其特征在于,所述耳机插入孔内具有连接端子,所述插入孔的内周壁的相对的两侧分别设有用于容纳所述连接端子的避让槽,所述避让槽沿所述插入孔的轴向方向延伸,且与所述插入端面平齐,所述密封圈环绕所述插入孔和所述避让槽。
  19. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,包括:
    机壳,所述机壳上具有容纳槽,所述容纳槽的侧壁包括插入侧壁,所述插入侧壁上具有耳机穿孔;
    根据权利要求1-18中任一项所述的耳机组件,所述耳机组件设在所述容纳槽内,所述插入孔与所述耳机穿孔相对,所述插入侧壁与所述密封圈的远离所述耳机座的表面贴合。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的电子装置,其特征在于,在所述容纳槽的敞开口至所述容纳槽的底壁的方向上,所述插入侧壁朝向远离所述容纳槽中心的方向倾斜。
