Description

一种移动终端
本申请要求于2015年06月29日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510374385.2、名称为“一种移动终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及到移动终端的技术领域,尤其涉及到一种移动终端。
背景技术
弧面屏技术的发展,使移动终端可以实现外观弧面设计,现有产品弧面屏均为内凹弧,但是,内凹弧面屏的内凹弧使移动终端轮廓随LCD的弧度,移动终端空间利用率低。
此外,现有技术中的移动终端也部分采用外凸弧,但是现有技术中的外凸弧的弧面设置在移动终端的边缘,整个显示屏的中间大面区域仍为平面。由于,弧面屏在采用边缘外凸弧形式,受限于弧面屏幕的曲率限制,为了安放设置在移动终端内的电子器件,移动终端的厚度无法有效的改善,进而使得移动终端的边缘厚度无法降低,从而造成了移动终端弧度边缘手感差,没有达到移动终端一体和谐。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种移动终端,用以便于移动终端的薄型化发展,同时提高移动终端在使用时的手感,方便使用者握持。

本实施例提供的曲面显示屏20包括弧形的玻璃基板21,设置在弧形玻璃 基板21内凹侧的柔性屏22,以及设置在柔性屏22上的柔性屏配件23,且多个柔性屏配件23设置在靠近曲面显示屏20的轴线的位置。其中玻璃基板21采用的弧面的轴线平行于玻璃基板21的长度方向,柔性屏22内贴在弧形玻璃基板21的内凹面,并且柔性屏22上连接有柔性屏配件23,在具体设置时,玻璃基板21为椭圆弧,即中间弧度弯曲较小,两侧弧度弯曲较大,为了方便柔性屏配件23的设置,多个柔性屏配件23设置在靠近玻璃基板21的轴线附近设置,即沿玻璃基板21的轴线附近设置柔性屏配件23,从而避开两侧弧度弯曲较大的区域对放置配件的影响。将多个柔性屏配件23设置在弧度弯曲最小的区域,方便了柔性屏配件的设置。在本实施例提供的曲面显示屏20其形成部分椭圆柱的侧面的形状,即仅存在一个方向上的弯曲。并且该曲面显示屏20的轴线平行于该曲面显示屏20的长度方向。应当理解的是,本实施例提供的曲面显示屏20的轴线不限于上述轴线平行于曲面显示屏20的长度方向,还可以采用轴线方向平行于曲面显示屏20的宽度方向,其具体的结构可以根据需要而定,在移动终端为手机或平板电脑时,较佳的采用轴线平行于曲面显示屏20的长度方向。
此外,为了方便对本实施例的理解,下面限定背板的四个侧壁,其中,移动终端的侧壁垂直于曲面显示屏20的轴线的两个侧壁为两端,背壳10上长度方向平行于曲面显示屏20的轴线的两个侧壁为两侧。在移动终端具体设置时,为了方便设置移动终端的听筒50及话筒,较佳的,听筒50及话筒设置在移动终端上靠近背壳10的两端的位置。
如图3及图4所示,本实施例提供的移动终端的背壳10具有耳机孔18、充电插口15及插卡口17,且耳机孔18、充电插口15及插卡口17设置在背壳10上长度方向垂直于曲面显示屏20的轴线的侧壁。并且在具体设置时插卡口17、耳机孔18、充电插口15可以设置在两个侧壁中的任一个侧壁上,作为一种优选的方案,耳机孔18设置在靠近听筒50一侧的侧壁,充电插口15及插 卡口17设置在远离听筒50一侧的侧壁。
本实施例提供的移动终端还具备听筒以及扩音器,且听筒和扩音器分别设置在移动终端的两端,为了方便描述,背壳10的两端分为第一端11及第二端12,其中,且靠近听筒50的一端为第一端11,远离听筒50的一端(靠近扩音器的一端)为第二端12,在具体设置时,耳机孔18设置在第一端11,插卡口17、充电插口15设置在第二端12。
针对移动终端内的其他部件,本实施例提供的移动终端还包括:音量控制键、锁屏键等,上述按键设置在背壳10上的两侧。此外,移动终端还具有扩音器,且远离听筒50一侧的侧壁上具有与扩音器相配合的栅格16。即该栅格16设置在背壳10上的第二端12,即与插卡口17、充电插口15在同一端。
本实施例提供的移动终端在显示屏采用曲面显示屏20时,其背壳10的形状可以采用不同的形状,既可以采用背壳10为矩形的形状,也可以采用弧形的形状,并且在采用弧形的形状时,背壳10为外凸型的弧形背壳10,且背壳10的轴线与曲面显示屏20的轴线平行。从而使得整个移动终端的形状为一个近似椭圆的形状,提高了移动终端的外观效应。但是作为一种优选的实施方式,背壳10的弧度大于曲面显示屏20的弧度。
对于移动终端来说,随着移动终端的薄型化发展,需要手机越来越薄,而随着人们对移动终端的摄像功能的需求,摄像头411的性能要求越来越高,并且由于摄像头411自身技术的影响,造成摄像头411成为影响移动终端厚度的一个主要原因,虽然现有技术中采用局部凸起来增大容纳摄像头411的方案,但是该方案造成整个移动终端的使用者握持时的手感降低,同时,为了避免凸起太过于明显,造成移动终端的厚度无法做到更薄。而在本实施例中,为了解决上述技术问题,通过将摄像头411设置在曲面显示屏20的轴线附近的区域内,即位于背壳10及曲面显示屏20之间的最大间距处,从而使得背壳10无需增加凸起结构来容纳摄像头411,背壳10与曲面显示屏20之间能够形成容 纳摄像头411的较大的空间,从而使得背壳10可以采用一个平整的结构,避免局部凸起对整个移动终端外形结构造成的影响,并且采用曲面显示屏20使得移动终端的两侧能够更佳的薄,便于移动终端的薄型化发展。
此外,本实施例中,还提供了与该摄像头411相配合的闪光灯,从而提高整个移动终端的照相效果。
在具体的设置摄像头411及闪光灯时,背壳10上设置有与摄像头411及闪光灯分别配合的第一通孔13及第二通孔14,其设置如图2所示,并且在背壳10采用外凸弧形时,设置的第一通孔13及第二通孔14的中心位于背壳10的中线位置,即位于背壳10上的中间线上。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括背壳、设置在所述背壳上的曲面显示屏,以及设置在所述背壳与所述曲面显示屏之间的电路板,且所述电路板上设置有多个电器件,其中,
    所述曲面显示屏为外凸型弧形结构:
    沿所述曲面显示屏的轴线向其两侧延伸方向,所述多个电器件中,高度越高的电器件越靠近所述轴线在所述电路板上的垂直投影。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述曲面显示屏包括弧形的玻璃基板,设置在所述弧形玻璃基板内凹侧的柔性屏,以及设置在所述柔性屏上的多个柔性屏配件,且所述多个柔性屏配件设置在靠近所述曲面显示屏的轴线的位置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述多个电器件中包括摄像头,且所述摄像头设置在所述曲面显示屏的轴线对应的区域内。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述背壳具有耳机孔、充电插口及插卡口,且所述耳机孔、充电插口及所述插卡口设置在所述背壳上长度方向垂直于所述曲面显示屏的轴线的侧壁。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端的一端设置有听筒,所述背壳具有两个长度方向垂直于所述曲面显示屏的轴线的侧壁;且所述耳机孔设置在靠近所述听筒一侧的侧壁,所述充电插口及插卡口设置在远离所述听筒一侧的侧壁。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端的另一端设置有扩音器,且远离所述听筒一侧的侧壁上具有与所述扩音器相配合的栅格。
  7. 如权利要求1~6任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述背壳为外凸型的弧形背壳,且所述背壳的轴线与所述曲面显示屏的轴线平行。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的移动终端,其特征在于,在所述多个电器件中包括摄像头时,所述背壳上设置有与所述摄像头相对应的第一通孔,且所述第一通孔的中心位于所述背壳的中线位置。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述多个电器件中包括闪光灯,所述背壳上设置有与所述闪光灯相对应的第二通孔,且所述第二通孔的中心位于所述背壳的中线位置。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的移动终端,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述背壳凹陷侧的前壳,所述电路板固定在所述前壳上。
