【0068】如图 4以及图 5所示, 为根据本发明实施例所述的一种移动 终端配件的分解以及组合结构示意图, 本实施例的移动终端配件进一步包 括扩展装置 40, 与电路板 30电性连接, 包括可充电电池 410、 存储卡 420 以及无线通讯装置 430。 当扩展装置 40设置于壳体 10的底板 110内时, 即壳体 10的底板 110和扩展装置 40为一整体结构, 此时需要在底板 110 上做引线处理, 保证扩展装置 40与电路板 20电性连接。 本发明的较佳实 施例为扩展装置 40设置于壳体 10的底板 110之上,即扩展装置 40的各个 元件为可拆卸的结构, 便于使用者灵活配置, 也可以保证扩展装置 40与 电路板 30电性连接的关系。
【0069】 电池 410为移动终端进行电能扩展, 可以是可反复充电的锂 电池, 也可以是其他可反复充电的电池, 本实施例是以锂电池为例进行描 述, 并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。 存储卡 420为可以给移动终端进 行扩展的存储卡片, 可以为 SD卡、 MMC卡、 PCIe闪存卡以及 CF卡等, 本实施例以比较常见的 SD卡进行描述, 并不构成对本发明保护范围的限 定。 无线通信装置 430可以为没有无线通信装置的移动终端提供无线通信 服务的功能。 另外扩展装置 40是对移动终端进行扩展, 本实施例只是通 过扩展电能形式、 扩展存储形式以及增加无线通信功能加以说明, 但是在 此扩展装置 20上添加其他扩展元件, 进行其他形式的扩展, 也应当理解 为属于本发明的思想范畴。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 包括:
壳体, 具有底板与侧板, 所述侧板环绕设置于所述底板的周围, 并且 与所述底板围合形成容置槽;
电连接器, 设置于所述壳体上, 包括:
插头, 所述插头具有插入部和第一引脚部, 所述第一引脚部具有 多个引脚; 以及
插座, 所述插座具有容纳部和第二引脚部, 所述第二引脚部具有 多个引脚; 以及
电路板, 设置于所述壳体的底板内或底板上, 分别与所述第一引脚部 的引脚与第二引脚部的引脚电性连接。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 所述侧板的形 状为可变形的。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 所述侧板 由弹性材质制成, 弹性变形后的形状及尺寸与所述移动终端侧边的形状及 尺寸相匹配。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 所述侧板 具有至少一个卡扣装置, 卡扣锁闭后的形状及尺寸与所述移动终端侧边的 形状及尺寸相匹配。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 所述壳体具有 可相互分离的底板与侧板, 所述电连接器设置于所述底板的一侧端; 所述 侧板上具有与所述电连接器相对应的定位孔。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 扩展装置, 与所述电路板电性连接。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 所述扩展装置 包括可充电电池、 存储卡和 /或无线通讯装置。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 所述电路板为 双面电路板, 所述第一引脚部的引脚与所述双面电路板的上层电路电性连 接, 所述第二引脚部的引脚与所述双面电路板的下层电路电性连接。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 所述插头的插 入部朝向所述容置槽的内部, 且所述插入部的位置与结构与对应的移动终 端中的本体插座相匹配。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 所述插头的插 入方向与所述插座的容纳方向彼此平行。
11、 如权利要求 1所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于:
所述插入部具有多个电触点, 所述电触点分别与所述第一引脚部的引 脚电性连接, 且从所述插入部的末端引出后沿垂直方向延伸第一距离后再 沿水平方向向所述插入部前端的方向延伸第二距离; 以及
所述容纳部具有多个电触点, 所述电触点分别与所述第二引脚部的弓 I 脚电性连接, 且从所述容纳部的末端引出并沿水平方向延伸第三距离。
12、如权利要求 11所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 所述第一距离, 与所述移动终端中与所述插头相对应的接口下沿至移动终端背面的距离 相匹配。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 所述插头的引 脚沿水平方向向插入部前端的方向延伸的部分与所述插座的引脚沿水平 方向延伸的部分在垂直方向上相距第四距离。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 所述第四距 离与所述电路板的厚度相匹配; 所述电路板设置于第四距离形成的空间 内。
15、 如权利要求 11所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 所述插头的引 脚沿水平方向向插入部前端的方向延伸的部分与所述插座的引脚沿水平 方向延伸的部分在垂直方向上相互层叠。
16、 如权利要求 11所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 所述第一引脚 部的引脚从所述插入部的末端引出后沿垂直方向延伸的部分, 与所述插座 的容纳部的外侧面位于同一平面内。
17、 如权利要求 1所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 进一步包括承 载板, 所述承载板为所述插头和所述插座提供一安装基板, 使所述插头和 所述插座为一整体结构。
18、 如权利要求 1所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 所述插入部具 有上表面和下表面, 所述多个电触点位于所述插入部的下表面。
19、 如权利要求 1所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 所述插入部具 有一个前端侧面及两个侧端侧面, 所述前端侧面与两个侧端侧面的连接处 呈圓滑过渡; 所述两个侧端侧面上分别具有一个导入槽, 所述导入槽的一 端凹陷形成于所述侧端侧面上, 另一端平滑延伸至所述前端侧面的圓滑过 渡处。
20、 如权利要求 1所述的移动终端配件, 其特征在于, 所述容纳部的 开口方向朝向所述容置槽的外部, 且所述容纳部的结构与所述移动终端中 的本体插座相对应。
21、 一种用于移动终端配件的电连接器, 其特征在于, 包括: 插头, 所述插头具有插入部和第一引脚部, 所述第一引脚部具有多个 引脚, 所述插入部具有多个电触点, 所述引脚分别与所述电触点电性连 接, 且从所述插入部的末端引出后沿垂直方向延伸第一距离后再沿水平方 向向所述插入部前端的方向延伸第二距离; 以及
插座, 所述插座具有容纳部和第二引脚部, 所述第二引脚部具有多个 引脚, 所述容纳部具有多个电触点, 所述引脚分别与所述电触点电性连 接, 且从所述容纳部的末端引出并沿水平方向延伸第三距离。
22、 如权利要求 21所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述插头的插入 方向与所述插座的容纳方向彼此平行。
23、 如权利要求 21所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第一距离, 与所述移动终端中与所述插头相对应的接口下沿至移动终端背面的距离 相匹配。
24、 如权利要求 21所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述插头的引脚 沿水平方向向插入部前端的方向延伸的部分与所述插座的引脚沿水平方 向延伸的部分在垂直方向上相距第四距离。
25、 如权利要求 24所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第四距离与 所述移动终端配件中的电路板的厚度相匹配。
26、 如权利要求 21或 24所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述插头的 引脚沿水平方向向插入部前端的方向延伸的部分与所述插座的引脚沿水 平方向延伸的部分在垂直方向上相互层叠。
27、 如权利要求 21或 22所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第一引 脚部的引脚从所述插入部的末端引出后沿垂直方向延伸的部分, 与所述插 座的容纳部的外侧面位于同一平面内。
28、 如权利要求 21所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 进一步包括承载 板, 所述承载板为所述插头和所述插座提供一安装基板, 使所述插头和所 述插座为一整体结构。
29、 如权利要求 21所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述插入部具有 上表面和下表面, 所述多个电触点位于所述插入部的下表面。
30、 如权利要求 21所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述插入部具有 一个前端侧面及两个侧端侧面, 所述前端侧面与两个侧端侧面的连接处呈 圓滑过渡; 所述两个侧端侧面上分别具有一个导入槽, 所述导入槽的一端 凹陷形成于所述侧端侧面上, 另一端平滑延伸至所述前端侧面的圓滑过渡 处。
31、 如权利要求 21所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述插入部的插 入方向与所述容纳部的开口方向朝向不同的方向。
