本发明的转接器通过设置能够与电子设备机械插接的固定机构使得转接器能够与电子设备可拆卸连接,还通过设置电连接转接控制器及电连接插头的连接线使得在固定机构与电子设备机械插接时仍能够实现电连接插头与电子设备的电插接口的电连接,本发明的转接器可通过固定机构随时插设于电子设备上,在需要使用时将电连接插头与电插接口电连接,在不需要使用时只需拔出电连接插头即可而无需拆卸固定机构,这样便防止由于转接器与电子设备分体设置而导致的转接器丢失或携带不便的问题,在转移电子设备时,电连接插头不受转接器自身重力影响,保证了其与电子设备的连接稳定性,连接不易松动,当转接机构或固定机构受到磕碰时也不影响电连接插头与电插接口的电连接。

本发明的实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“厚度”、“宽度”、“底”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
本发明提供一种转接器,用于连接电子设备。电子设备为平板状电子设备,电子设备包括显示面板、与显示面板相对设置的底板以及连接于显示面板和底板且周向设置的侧壁板,其侧壁板设有用于数据连接的电插接口以及音响的功放孔,本发明适用的电子设备至少具有两个边呈直角且两直角边的相接处倒圆角设置。
请参照图1至图3,本发明的转接器包括能够插接于电子设备的边沿的固定机构和连接于固定机构并能够与电子设备的插口插接的转接机构。
其中,转接机构包括转接控制器11、能够插接至所述电插接口以与所述电插接口电连接的电连接插头12、电连接于转接控制器11及电连接插头12的连接线13以及至少一个电连接于转接控制器11的连接座14。优选地,转接控制器11为PCB板,连接座14用以供其他接线的接头插接,优选地,电连接插头12的数量和类型与电子设备适配以使得电子设备的电插接口全部得以转接。
固定机构连接于转接机构并开设有能够供电子设备插接的插接槽202,所述插接槽的槽壁与所述电子设备之间具有在所述电子设备插接至所述插接槽时限制所述电子设备从所述插接槽脱离的静摩擦力。插接槽202的宽度与电子设备的厚度或电子设备套上保护壳后的厚度相适配,以使得电子设备的边沿能够顺利插设于插接槽202内且电子设备的显示面板与底板分别贴合于插接槽202的两侧壁,以防止转接器掉落,优选地,固定机构能够在电子设备插接至所述插接槽时对电子设备施加夹紧力,以加固二者的连接。
其中,连接线13的长度以固定机构与电子设备机械插接后能够使得电连接插头12电连接于电插接口且不影响电连接效果为准。
本发明的转接器通过设置能够与电子设备机械插接的固定机构使得转接器能够与电子设备可拆卸连接,还通过设置电连接转接控制器11及电连接插头12的连接线13使得在固定机构与电子设备机械插接时仍能够实现电连接插头12与电子设备的电插接口的电连接,本发明的转接器可通过固定机构随时插设于电子设备上,在需要使用时将电连接插头12与电插接口电连接,在不需要使用时只需拔出电连接插头12即可而无需拆卸固定机构,这样便防止由于转接器与电子设备分体设置而导致的转接器丢失或携带不便的问题,在转移电子设备时,电连接插头12不受转接器自身重力影响,保证了其与电子设备的连接稳定性,连接不易松动,当转接机构或固定机构受到磕碰时也不影响电连接插头12与电插接口的电连接。
请参照图1至图2,具体地,所述固定机构包括固定板22以及连接于所述固定板22并呈L形设置的插接块21,所述插接块21包括条状延伸设置的连接部211以及连接于连接部211的一侧并沿垂直于连接部211延伸方向延伸的弯折部212,插接槽202包括开设于连接部211且与连接部211同向延伸的第一插槽2021以及设于弯折部212且与弯折部212同向延伸并与第一插槽2021相连通的第二插槽2022,第一插槽2021开口方向朝向弯折部212,第二插槽2022的开口方向朝向连接部211。这样第一插槽2021与第二插槽2022的开口方向垂直且均朝内,便能够分别对应电子设备的相邻两直角边,即电子设备的一直角边插接于第一插槽2021且相邻一直角边插接于第二插槽2022,固定机构得以固定于电子设备的一角,L型结构起到了限位作用,进一步防止转接器受到磕碰掉落。
为了适应电子设备的外部构造,第一插槽2021的槽底与第二插槽2022的槽底的连接处倒圆角设置,这样便能够与电子设备的圆角适配,使得电子设备的侧壁板与插接槽202的槽壁贴合,连接稳定。
请参照图1至图3,具体地,所述转接机构还包括连接于所述固定板22的防护盖15,所述防护盖15与所述固定板22共同围设形成容置腔,转接控制器11位于容置腔内,防护盖15开设有至少一个插孔101,连接座14位于容置腔内并朝向插孔101设置。防护盖15用于保护转接控制器11免受磕碰,其他接线的插头能够穿过插孔101与连接座14对接。
优选地,连接座14设有多个,一连接座14对应一插孔101。请参照图2,在本发明实施例中防护盖15至少开设有四个插孔101,连接座14至少设有四个且分别与各插孔101一一对应设置。请参照图1和图3,可选地,连接座14包括USB-Type-C接口座、USB-Type-B接口座、TF卡接口座、音频接口座、HDMI接口座中的至少一种。可以理解的,四个连接座14的类型可以均不同,可以至少两个相同,可以均相同,生产方可根据需要进行组合加工。第二连接座14也可为以上五种中的一种。
可选地,电连接插头12为USB-Type-C接头和音频接头中的至少一个。常规的电子设备的侧壁板一般具有USB-Type-C接口座及音频接口座,本发明的电连接插头12可设有两个,即同时设有USB-Type-C接头和音频接头。
可选地,连接部211可设于固定板22,也可设于防护盖15,弯折部212可悬空设置也可贴靠于固定板22。请参照图1至图3,优选地,连接部211及弯折部212均连接于固定板22且位于固定板22的同一侧,连接部211与弯折部212所在平面与固定板22所在平面平行,可以理解的,固定机构与转接机构层叠设置以减小转接器的占用空间。
请参照图1,本发明提供的一种实施例中,插接块21与固定板22一体成型且插接槽202的侧壁与固定板221位于同一平面,以使得固定机构与电子设备插接时,固定板22贴合于电子设备的底板,增加固定效果。转接器还包括能够插设于插接槽202的垫片30。垫片30的厚度与电子设备的保护壳厚度一致,插接槽202的宽度为电子设备套上保护壳后的厚度,这样当电子设备套有保护壳时撤去垫片30进行与插接槽202的插接,当电子设备撤下保护壳时,将垫片30插入插接槽202以减小插接槽202可用宽度,时电子设备能够与插接槽202牢固地插接。垫片30可设置不同厚度的多个,以适应不同厚度的电子设备或不同厚度的保护壳,这样针对不同电子设备或非标配的保护壳,转接器通过垫片30增加了固定机构的适配性。
请参照图1,在此实施例中,转接器还包括连接于垫片30的第一磁吸件41以及连接于固定板22并能够与第一磁吸件41磁力吸合的第二磁吸件42。通过第一磁吸件41与第二磁吸件42的磁力吸合增加了垫片30与固定板22的连接性,避免垫片30滑脱。
请参照图2至图3,本发明提供的另一实施例中,固定机构还包括连接于固定板22并向外凸出的滑接座23以及限位机构50,插接块21滑接于滑接座23并能够沿垂直于固定板22所在平面方向朝向或背离固定板22运动,限位机构50能够限制插接块21的位移量,插接块21、滑接座23以及固定板22共同围设形成插接槽202。这样插接块21与滑接座23滑接也就使得插接槽202的槽宽可变,以适应不同厚度的电子设备及保护壳,增加了适用性。限位机构50能够将插接块21固定于某位移点以使得调整后的插接槽202槽宽固定,保证了插接的稳定性。
请参照图2至图3,优选地,滑接座23朝向插接块21开设有安装槽231,转接器还包括位于安装槽231的弹性件60,弹性件60的一端连接于固定机构且其另一端连接于安装槽231的槽底。弹性件60能够防止固定机构滑脱滑接座23,弹性件60优选为弹簧,且连接状态下为拉伸状态。这样固定机构便能够与电子设备弹性连接,弹簧通过其弹性恢复力对电子设备施加一夹紧力。
请参照图1至图3,进一步地,固定机构开设有出音孔201。防止固定机构与电子设备的插接封堵住功放孔而影响电子设备的出音效果。出音孔201可根据电子设备功放孔的位置设于插接槽202的槽底或槽壁。
本发明实施例还提供一种电子设备,包括上述各实施例提供的转接器,该转接器与上述各实施例中的转接器具有相同的结构特征,且所起作用相同,此处不赘述。
本发明提供的电子设备开设有电插接口并具有接合面,并于接合面开设用于播放声音的功放孔,电子设备的两个直角边的连接处倒圆角设置,电子设备能够与如上的转接器配合插接,接合面能够在电子设备插接于固定机构时位于插接槽202内。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种转接器,用于连接电子设备,所述电子设备具有电插接口,其特征在于,包括:
    转接机构,所述转接机构包括转接控制器、能够插接至所述电插接口以与所述电插接口电连接的电连接插头、电连接于所述转接控制器及所述电连接插头的连接线以及至少一个电连接于所述转接控制器的连接座;
    固定机构,所述固定机构连接于所述转接机构并开设有能够供所述电子设备插接的插接槽,所述插接槽的槽壁与所述电子设备之间具有在所述电子设备插接至所述插接槽时限制所述电子设备从所述插接槽脱离的静摩擦力。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的转接器,其特征在于,所述固定机构包括固定板以及连接于所述固定板并呈L形设置的插接块,所述插接块包括条状延伸设置的连接部以及连接于所述连接部的一侧并沿垂直于所述连接部延伸方向延伸的弯折部,所述插接槽包括开设于所述连接部且与所述连接部同向延伸的第一插槽以及设于所述弯折部且与所述弯折部同向延伸并与所述第一插槽相连通的第二插槽,所述第一插槽开口方向朝向所述弯折部,所述第二插槽的开口方向朝向所述连接部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的转接器,其特征在于,所述第一插槽的槽底与所述第二插槽的槽底的连接处倒圆角设置。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的转接器,其特征在于,所述转接机构还包括连接于所述固定板的防护盖,所述防护盖与所述固定板共同围设形成容置腔,所述转接控制器位于所述容置腔内,所述防护盖开设有至少一个插孔,所述连接座位于所述容置腔内并朝向所述插孔设置。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的转接器,其特征在于,所述防护盖至少开设有四个所述插孔,所述连接座至少设有四个且分别与各所述插孔一一对应设置。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的转接器,其特征在于,所述连接部及所述弯折部均连接于所述固定板且位于所述固定板的同一侧,所述连接部与所述弯折部所在平面与所述固定板所在平面平行。
  7. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的转接器,其特征在于,所述固定板与所述插接块一体成型,所述转接器还包括能够插设于所述插接槽的垫片。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的转接器,其特征在于,所述转接器还包括连接于所述垫片的第一磁吸件以及连接于所述固定板并能够与所述第一磁吸件磁力吸合的第二磁吸件。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的转接器,其特征在于,所述固定机构还包括连接于所述固定板并向外凸出的滑接座以及限位机构,所述插接块滑接于所述滑接座并能够沿垂直于所述固定板所在平面方向朝向或背离所述固定板运动,所述限位机构能够限制所述插接块的位移量,所述插接块、所述滑接座以及所述固定板共同围设形成所述插接槽。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的转接器,其特征在于,所述滑接座朝向所述插接块开设有安装槽,所述转接器还包括位于所述安装槽的弹性件,所述弹性件的一端连接于所述固定机构且其另一端连接于所述安装槽的槽底。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的转接器,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹簧。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的转接器,其特征在于,所述弹性件处于拉伸状态。
  13. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的转接器,其特征在于,所述固定机构开设有出音孔。
  14. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的转接器,其特征在于,所述连接座包括USB-Type-C接口座、USB-Type-B接口座、TF卡接口座、音频接口座、HDMI接口座中的至少一种,所述电连接插头为USB-Type-C接头和音频接头中的至少一个。
  15. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备开设有电插接口并具有接合面,并于所述接合面开设用于播放声音的功放孔,所述电子设备的两个直角边的连接处倒圆角设置,所述电子设备能够与如权利要求1-14任一项所述的转接器配合插接,所述接合面能够在所述电子设备插接于所述固定机构时位于所述插接槽内。
