请参照图3,第一限位槽121的截面与第一电源适配器31在长度和宽度所在平面的截面适配,第二限位槽133的截面与第二电源适配器32在长度和宽度所在平面的截面适配。其中,电源腔108的高度小于第一电源适配器31或第二电源适配器32的高度,第一限位槽121及第二限位槽133均具有一定的高度,以增大与第一电源适配器31或第二电源适配器32的接触面积,提高连接稳定性。为便于组装,壳主体11包括相对接的左半壳体111与右半壳体112。
请参照图3至图5,转接机构包括位于容置腔106内的转接控制器21、用于制成转接控制器21的转接支架27、电连接于转接控制器21的电连接头22、电连接于转接控制器21并用于实现与外部电子设备电连接的连接组件23、电连接于转接控制器21的转接线24、连接于转接线24的转接座25以及电连接于转接线24并设于转接座25的电转接头26,电连接头22位于容置腔106内并朝向限位孔101方向延伸,电连接头22用于与电插接口插接以实现转接控制器21与第一电源控制器或第二电源控制器的电连接。电连接头22可以位置不固定并随着于其连接的电插接口的位置变化,也可以位置固定,以对第一电源适配器31或第二电源适配器32起到限位作用。优选地,转接控制器21为PCB板,连接组件23用以供其他电子设备的接头插接。优选地,连接组件23的数量和类型可根据需求设置,在本发明实施例中,连接组件23包括USB-Type-C接口座、USB-Type-B接口座、TF卡接口座、音频接口座、HDMI接口座中的至少一个,以适应不同插头的需求。壳主体11开设有多个连通至容置腔106且与连接组件23相对设置的对位孔,其他接线的插头能够穿过对位孔与各接口座插接。
本发明的壳体构件10包括壳主体11、第一盖体12及第二盖体13,第一盖体12与第二盖体13均能够可拆卸连接于壳主体11,使用者可根据转接机构需要连接的是第一电源适配器31还是第二电源适配器32来选择将第一盖体12还是第二盖体13与壳主体11可拆卸连接,其中,第一限位槽121能够与第一电源适配器31适配插接,第二限位槽133能够与第二电源适配器32适配插接。这样,当需要实现第一电源适配器31的转接时,先将第一电源适配器31从限位孔101放入容置腔106内并使得电连接头22插接于电插接口,再将第一盖体12盖合于限位孔101处,此时第一电源适配器31由于第一限位槽121的限位作用而固定了位置,从而实现了壳体构件10对第一电源适配器31的固定及转接机构对第一电源适配器31的转接,当需要实现第二电源适配器32的转接时,先将第二电源适配器32从限位孔101放入容置腔106内并使得电连接头22插接于电插接口,再将第二盖体13盖合于限位孔101处,此时第二电源适配器32由于第二限位槽133的限位作用而固定了位置,从而实现了壳体构件10对第二电源适配器32的固定及转接机构对第二电源适配器32的转接。本发明通过壳体构件10实现了转接机构与第一电源适配器31或第二电源适配器32的稳定连接,形成了一体式的扩展坞结构或多接口充电设备,避免由于转接机构与电源适配器相对晃动而出现接触不良的情况,同时节省了空间,提高了适用性且便于批量化生产。
请参照图3至图5,分隔板16连接于容置腔106的内壁并将容置腔106分隔为转接腔107及电源腔108,转接腔107用于放置转接机构,电源腔108用于放置第一电源适配器31或第二电源适配器32,限位孔101连通至电源腔108,分隔板16开设有连通孔161,电连接头22穿设于连通孔161并延伸至电源腔108。分隔板16对第一电源适配器31或第二电源适配器32起到了限位作用,优选地,分隔板16与第一限位槽121的槽底的距离等于第一电源适配器31的高度,分隔板16与第二限位槽133的槽底的距离等于第二电源适配器32的高度。
请参照图3,连通孔161优选为与电连接头22截面大小适配,以防止电连接头22位置变化,连通孔161对电连接头22起到了限位作用。
请参照图3至图5,转接支架27连接于转接腔107的腔壁,并对转接控制器21起到了支撑及防护作用,防止转接控制器21发生晃动或移位。
请参照图1至图2,壳体构件10开设有用于避让电插头301的避让孔102,避让孔102能够使得电插头301伸出容置腔106并与外部电子设备电连接。当第一电源适配器31或第二电源适配器32安装完成后,电插头301通过避让孔102伸出壳体构件10外并与电源插接。由于电插接口一般与电插头301相背设置,在本实施例中,避让孔102开设于第一盖体12及第二盖体13。
请参照图3,第一盖体12与第二盖体13可以为由高分子材料或金属制成,能够承受一定的弹性变形,第一限位槽121的槽底开设有贯穿设置的第一变形孔122,第二限位槽133的槽底开设有贯穿设置的第二变形孔134。为保障第一限位槽121卡紧第一电源适配器31,第一限位槽121可与第一电源适配器31过盈配合,第一变形孔122为第一盖体12提供了变形空间,使得第一限位槽121能够紧箍第一电源适配器31的外壁,通过摩擦力对第一电源适配器31进行限位。第二变形孔134与第一变形孔122的功能类似,此处不赘述。
请参照图3,壳主体11开设有定位槽109,第一凸起14能够在第一盖体12盖合于限位孔101时与定位槽109适配卡接,第二凸起15能够在第二盖体13盖合于限位孔101时与定位槽109适配卡接。第一盖体12通过第一凸起14与定位槽109的连接实现了与壳主体11的可拆卸连接,第二盖体13通过第二凸起15与定位槽109的连接实现了与壳主体11的可拆卸连接,而无需其他结构件,方便快捷。
请参照图3,第一凸起14与第二凸起15优选为具有导向面,以便于实现自锁,在本实施例中,第一凸起14与第二凸均呈半球形。
请参照图3和图5,由于第二电源适配器32的长度相较于第一电源适配器31小,第二盖体13包括与第一盖体12大小相同的盖主体以131及连接于盖主体的限位板132,盖主体与限位板132共同围设形成第二限位槽133,这样便于第一盖体12与第二盖体13的批量化生产,限位板132的设置用于缩小第一限位槽121的大小至第二限位槽133的大小。
请参照图3至图5,为防止转接线24妨碍使用者使用,本实施例中,壳主体11开设有与电转接头26适配卡接的卡接槽104,这样当电转接头26卡接于卡接槽104时,可起到归拢转接线24的作用,卡接槽104的位置可设置于将转接线24缠绕于壳主体11表面后电转接头26所在位置。卡接槽104同时起到了保护卡接槽104不受损坏的作用。
请参照图3至图5,其中,电转接头26优选为连接于转接座25的一侧。这样转接线24可贴合壳主体11表面进行缠绕,防止电转接头26被凸起的转接线24勾出。
请参照图3至图5,壳主体11还开设有用于与转接座25卡接的固定槽105,卡接槽104设于固定槽105的槽底。固定槽105为电转接头26与卡接槽104的卡接起到了对位作用,防止电转接头26朝向卡接槽104在反复对准的过程中出现划伤。优选地,转接座25为橡胶材料制成的转接座25,这样转接座25便能够通过自身弹性与固定槽105过盈配合,以便二者卡接的更加紧密。为提高电转接头26与卡接槽104的紧密连接,壳体构件10还包括插设于卡接槽104的橡胶件17,橡胶件17开设有供电转接头26插接的穿孔,橡胶件17起到了提高连接摩擦力的作用,防止连接松动。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种转接盒,用于连接第一电源适配器或第二电源适配器,其中,所述第一电源适配器或所述第二电源适配器所述均具有电插接口及电插头,所述第一电源适配器是截面大小与所述第二电源适配器的截面大小不同,其特征在于,所述转接盒包括:
    壳体构件,包括壳主体、能够可拆卸连接于所述壳主体的第一盖体以及能够可拆卸连接于所述壳主体的第二盖体,所述壳主体具有容置腔、连通至所述容置腔的限位孔以及连通至所述容置腔的插接孔,所述第一盖体及所述第二盖体均能够分别盖合于所述限位孔,所述限位孔用于向所述容置腔内插入所述第一电源适配器或所述第二电源适配器,所述第一盖体开设有能够与所述第一电源适配器适配插接并用于限制所述第一电源适配器位置的第一限位槽,所述第二盖体开设有能够与所述第二电源适配器适配插接并用于限制所述第二电源适配器位置的第二限位槽;
    转接机构,包括位于所述容置腔内的转接控制器、电连接于所述转接控制器的电连接头以及电连接于所述转接控制器并用于实现与外部电子设备电连接的连接组件,所述电连接头位于所述容置腔内并朝向所述限位孔方向延伸,所述电连接头用于与所述电插接口插接以实现所述转接控制器与所述第一电源控制器或第二电源控制器的电连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的转接盒,其特征在于,所述壳体构件还包括连接于所述容置腔内壁的分隔板,所述分隔板将所述容置腔分隔为用于放置所述转接机构的转接腔以及用于放置所述第一电源适配器或第二电源适配器的电源腔,所述分隔板开设有连通孔,所述电连接头穿设于所述连通孔并延伸至所述电源腔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的转接盒,其特征在于,所述连通孔与所述电连接头截面大小适配。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的转接盒,其特征在于,所述壳体构件开设有用于避让所述电插头的避让孔,所述避让孔能够使得所述电插头伸出所述容置腔并与所述外部电子设备电连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的转接盒,其特征在于,所述电源腔的高度小于所述第一电源适配器或第二电源适配器的高度,所述避让孔开设于所述第一盖体或第二盖体。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的转接盒,其特征在于,所述第一限位槽的槽底开设有贯穿设置的第一变形孔,所述第二限位槽的槽底开设有贯穿设置的第二变形孔。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的转接盒,其特征在于,所述壳主体开设有定位槽,所述壳体构件还包括设于所述第一盖体并与所述定位槽适配的第一凸起以及设于所述第二盖体并与所述定位槽适配的第二凸起,所述第一盖体通过所述第一凸起与所述定位槽卡接,所述第二盖体通过所述第二凸起与所述定位槽卡接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的转接盒,其特征在于,所述第一凸起与所述第二凸起均呈半球形。
  9. 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的转接盒,其特征在于,所述第二盖体包括盖主体以及连接于所述盖主体的限位板,所述盖主体与所述限位板共同围设形成所述第二限位槽。
  10. 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的转接盒,其特征在于,所述转接机构还包括电连接于所述转接控制器的转接线以及电连接于所述转接线的电转接头。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的转接盒,其特征在于,所述壳主体开设有与所述电转接头适配卡接的卡接槽。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的转接盒,其特征在于,所述转接机构还包括连接于所述转接线的转接座,所述电转接头连接于所述转接座的一侧。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的转接盒,其特征在于,所述壳主体还开设有用于与所述转接座卡接的固定槽,所述卡接槽设于所述固定槽的槽底。
  14. 如权利要求12或13所述的转接盒,其特征在于,所述转接座为橡胶材料制成的转接座。
  15. 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的转接盒,其特征在于,所述连接组件包括USB-Type-C接口座、USB-Type-B接口座、TF卡接口座、音频接口座、HDMI接口座中的至少一个,所述壳主体开设有多个连通至所述转接腔且与所述连接组件相对设置的对位孔。
