技术领域
本公开涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示屏组件及移动终端。
背景技术
随着技术的不断发展,智能手机等移动终端的显示屏也越来越大,全屏移动终端已经成为一种发展趋势。而针对全屏移动终端,常规结构的指纹识别已不在适用,而具备指纹识别功能的显示屏成为了一种新的技术方向。
相关技术中,具备指纹识别功能的显示屏,一般是通过在显示屏的背面堆叠指纹模组,比如,将指纹模组用泡棉胶或者无影胶等方式粘贴在显示屏的背面,再将指纹模组的电路板与显示屏的电路板连接,最后再与移动终端的主板连接进行通讯。然而,由于指纹模组本身占用空间大,因此通过将指纹模组堆叠设计在显示屏背面之后,会挤压移动终端的整机设计空间。可见,相关技术中的显示屏指纹模组堆叠结构存在占用空间大的问题。
发明内容
本公开的实施例提供了一种显示屏组件,包括依次层叠设计的显示屏、防震层及柔性电路板,其中:所述柔性电路板包括电路板本体及自所述电路板本体朝向所述显示屏方向延伸形成的弯折部,所述弯折部与所述显示屏电连接;所述电路板本体的第一面设有指纹芯片,且所述电路板本体与所述指纹芯片电连接,所述第一面为所述电路板本体朝向所述显示屏的端面,所述防震层对应所述指纹芯片的位置设有容置所述指纹芯片的通孔。
本公开的实施例还提供了一种移动终端,包括显示屏盖板及上述显示屏组件,所述显示屏盖板与上述显示屏组件的显示屏贴合连接。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
参见图1-3,图1是本公开实施例提供的贴装有显示屏盖板的显示屏组件的结构示意图;图2是沿图1中A-A线的剖视图;图3是本公开实施例提供的贴装有显示屏盖板的显示屏组件的爆炸示意图。
如图1及图2所示,本公开实施例提供一种显示屏组件,包括依次层叠设计的显示屏10、防震层20及柔性电路板30,其中:柔性电路板30包括电路板本体31及自电路板本体31朝向显示屏10方向延伸形成的弯折部32,弯折部32与显示屏10电连接;电路板本体31的第一面设有指纹芯片40,且电路板本体31与指纹芯片40电连接,所述第一面为电路板本体31朝向显示屏10的端面,防震层20对应指纹芯片40的位置设有容置指纹芯片40的通孔21。
其中,显示屏模组还包括用于实现指纹芯片40的指纹识别功能的外围电子组件,且该外围电子组件设于电路板本体31上;在本实施方式中,外围电子组件可以与指纹芯片40一起设于电路板本体31的第一面,也可以设置在电路板本体31的第二面,第二面为电路板本体31远离显示屏10的端面;而且,用于控制实现显示屏10功能的外围电子组件一般也设于电路板本体31的第二面。
需要说明的是,指纹芯片40的在柔性电路板30上的位置需要按照移动终端整机结构的要求进行设计。比如,如果需要在移动终端显示屏10的居中位置实现指纹识别功能,则需要将指纹芯片40对应显示屏10的居中位置进行设计;如果需要在显示屏10的下端位置实现指纹识别功能,则需要将指纹芯片40对应显示屏10的下端位置进行设计,具体如图1所示,在本实施方式中,图1中指纹芯片40所在的位置定义为显示屏10的下端。
在本公开实施例中,可以通过用于实现指纹识别功能的指纹芯片40、外围电子元件及电路结构设计在显示屏10的柔性电路板30上,并通过表面贴装技术(Surface Mount Technology,SMT)打件,与显示屏10的柔性电路板30一起完成;其中,指纹芯片40、外围电子元件及电路结构均设于柔性电路板30的电路板本体31上。这样通过将用于实现指纹识别功能的指纹芯片40集成设计在显示屏10的柔性电路板30上,相对于通过将指纹模组采用堆叠的方式设计在显示屏上,可以大幅简化结构设计,并节省占用空间。
需要补充说明的是,通过将指纹芯片40容置在防震层20的通孔21内,不仅可以对指纹芯片40提供有效的保护,还可以改善目前的显示屏指纹结构堆叠复杂、空间占用大、模组之间互连繁琐的问题。而且,指纹芯片40可以采用焊接的方式与电路板本体31固定连接,相对于相关技术中的显示屏指纹结构中,采用粘接的方式将指纹模组与显示屏固定,连接强度更好,并能够有效降低整机结构在机械测试和环境测试中的风险。
可选的,为了提升指纹芯片40的识别效果,尤其是当指纹芯片40为光学芯片时,防震层20可以采用弹性遮光材料制成。比如,防震层20可以是具备遮光功能的泡棉层。其中,泡棉具有弹性好、重量轻、性能可靠的特点。
如图2和图3所示,显示屏组件的组装过程如下,可以先将防震层20和电路板本体31贴合连接,具体的,通过将防震层20的通孔21套设在设于电路板本体31上的指纹芯片40上实现;然后再将显示屏10与防震层20远离电路板本体31的一面贴合,且柔性电路板30的弯折部32可实现与显示屏10电连接。
其中,通孔21与指纹芯片40还有定位作用,以方便防震层20与电路板本体31的贴合固定;且当通孔21设计为方形通孔时,通孔21与指纹芯片 40的定位功能更好。
需要进一步补充说明的是,为了更好的提升用户的操作体验,可以在柔性电路板30上设置至少一个指纹芯片40。比如,可以在对应显示屏10的上下两端设置指纹芯片40,或者对应显示屏10的左右两侧设置指纹芯片40,又或者是在对应显示屏10的四个角落设置指纹芯片40。其中,当设置有至少两个指纹芯片40时,用户可以选择开启其中一个或者至少两个指纹芯片40的识别功能,也可以选择一个都不开启,具体设置用户可以根据自身情况进行设定,以提升用户的操作体验。
如图1及图2所示,本公开实施例还涉及一种移动终端,包括显示屏盖板50和上述显示屏组件,其中,显示屏盖板50与上述显示屏组件的显示屏10贴合连接。
可选的,上述移动终端还包括主板和板对板连接器,上述显示屏组件的柔性电路板30通过板对板连接器与主板电连接。相对于相关技术中的显示屏指纹结构中,需要先将指纹模组的电路板与显示屏10的柔性电路板30电连接,在通过板对板连接器与主板连接进行通讯;本公开实施例提供的显示屏组件,通过将具备指纹识别功能的指纹芯片40集成设计在显示屏10的柔性电路板30上,并通过将板对板连接器,实现柔性电路板30与主板的连接通讯,可以节省移动终端用于安装指纹模块的安装空间,还可以提高显示屏组件生产良率,降低生产成本。
其中,该移动终端可以手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器等。
需要说明的是,上述显示屏组件实施例的实现方式同样适应于该移动终端的实施例中,并能达到相同的技术效果,在此不再赘述。
以上所述仅是本公开的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本公开原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视本公开的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种显示屏组件,包括依次层叠设计的显示屏、防震层及柔性电路板,其中:所述柔性电路板包括电路板本体及自所述电路板本体朝向所述显示屏方向延伸形成的弯折部,所述弯折部与所述显示屏电连接;所述电路板本体的第一面设有指纹芯片,且所述电路板本体与所述指纹芯片电连接,所述第一面为所述电路板本体朝向所述显示屏的端面,所述防震层对应所述指纹芯片的位置设有容置所述指纹芯片的通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述防震层为弹性遮光材料。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述防震层为泡棉层。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏组件,还包括用于实现所述指纹芯片指纹识别功能的外围电子组件,所述外围电子元件和所述电路结构设于所述电路板本体上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述外围电子元件和所述电路结构位于所述电路板本体的第二面,所述第二面为所述电路板本体远离所述显示屏的端面。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述指纹芯片通过焊接的方式与所述电路板本体电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的显示屏组件,其中,所述通孔为方形通孔。
  8. 一种移动终端,包括显示屏盖板及如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的显示屏组件,所述显示屏盖板与所述显示屏组件的显示屏贴合连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其中,所述移动终端还包括主板及板对板连接器,所述显示屏组件的电路板通过所述板对板连接器与所述主板电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的移动终端,其中,所述移动终端包括手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器。
