当完成挂号缴费流程之后,可以在就诊报到流程中实现就诊报到功能。例如,当目标对象在当日或预设时间内存在挂号信息时,可以生成相应的就诊报到信息(如预约号、二维码、条形码等)并提供给目标对象,使其通过自助报到机或分诊台等方式进行就诊报到。在就诊报到流程中,相应的内容显示可以包括例如已报到和未报到两种状态。
在就诊报到流程完成之后,可以首先显示已报到的状态信息,并且在后续的候诊查询流程中通过各种方式提示目标对象进入候诊队列,和/或显示当前候诊状态、候诊科室及医生信息等。当目标对象在候诊队列中已排到或将要排到时,还可以进一步进行候诊提示,并可以提示更加详细的就诊信息,例如就诊楼层、医生的房间号等。可选地,在本流程中,可以通过短消息、声音、震动等提示方式对候诊状态进行提示,以免目标对象错过就诊时间。
当目标对象经过就诊,医生针对目标对象完成诊断之后,医生可能会提供相应的诊断结果、药品清单等,或者也可能会要求目标对象做进一步的检查、化验以供确诊。此时,可能会涉及到后续的自助缴费流程、导诊单查询流程或电子报告显示流程等。其中,当目标对象根据医生的诊断需要取药,或者进行进一步的检查化验时,可以通过自助缴费流程进行针对药品或检查化验的缴费,缴费方式同样可以为线上支付(刷卡、微信、支付宝等),也可以为通过示出个人信息、挂号信息、相应的药品或检查化验信息来进行柜台支付等,在此不做限制。当缴费完成后,可以在导诊单查询流程中生成导诊单。可选地,导诊单中可以提供取药信息(药品名称、取药地点等)、检查化验项信息(检查内容、检查科室及地点等),使得就诊的目标对象能够方便地根据导诊单去往相应地点完成各项所需操作。可选地,导诊单查询流程还可 以根据不同操作的地址、时间、顺序要求等进行提示,以利于目标对象合理安排时间和检查项目,以及可以进行相应的取药、检查项目排队等。例如,当目标对象正在排队抽血,而此时收到B超检查的提醒时,可根据情况选择先回到B超科室,或选择继续完成抽血后再重新排队B超,从而节约了各个目标对象的就诊时间,并能够帮助医院进行合理分流。
随后,在电子报告显示流程中,目标对象可以查看医生的诊断结果、药品清单或者各项检查的检查报告、住院报告等电子报告。此外,在此流程中,还可以根据目标对象的电子报告,推荐具有针对性的复诊建议、注意事项等内容。
在上述整个诊疗流程完成后,目标对象还可以进一步根据整个流程的就诊体验,进入满意度调查流程,以反馈就诊满意度,促进医院及提供服务各方的不断改进。
以上详细描述了根据本公开实施例的诊疗的各项基本流程信息的示例。在本公开实施例的具体应用中,基本流程信息可以根据不同目标对象、不同疾病、不同医院科室的需求有所不同,在此不做限制。
在步骤S102中,确定流程进度信息。
在本公开实施例中,流程进度信息可以根据就诊的目标对象当前所在的就诊流程而不同。例如,当目标对象处于分诊流程时,流程进度信息可以例如为目标对象的疾病表现信息等;当目标对象处于挂号缴费流程或就诊报到流程时,流程进度信息可以例如为是否完成挂号缴费或就诊报到的信息;当目标对象处于导诊单查询流程时,流程进度信息可以例如为目标对象已完成的导诊单任务和未完成的导诊单任务,或已经取得检查结果的具体检查报告内容。当目标对象已完成所有诊疗的流程时,流程进度信息可以进入满意度调查流程等。
可选地,确定流程进度信息还可以包括:通过服务器,获取实时更新的流程进度信息。本公开实施例中的服务器可以为前述的医院信息系统(Hospital Information System,HIS)、实验室信息管理系统(Laboratory Information Management System,LIS)、医学影像信息的存储系统(Picture  Archiving and Communication Systems,PACS)或包含这些系统中所存储和交互的内容。通过与服务器进行交互,可以实时更新流程进度信息,并可以相应地更新诊疗流程图和其中的流程的状态进度。

根据本公开实施例,可以根据基本流程信息和所述流程进度信息,来生成针对目标对象的整个诊疗流程图,并对其中的一个或多个流程的状态进度进行状态指示。考虑到前面提及的疾病种类的多样性、就诊的目标对象情况的差异等因素,针对不同目标对象的整个诊疗流程图可能会有显著的差异,并且诊疗流程图也可能会根据目标对象的不同就诊进度产生区别。例如,如果目标对象处于复诊阶段,则可能已经具有确定的目标科室或医生,甚至可能不再需要进行挂号而可以直接就诊,此时可以省略分诊流程、挂号流程等;再例如,当医生在诊断后能够直接提供诊断结果,而无需前述取药或进一步检查的操作时,目标对象的诊疗流程可以根据需要从就诊报到流程直接跳转至电子报告显示流程,而无需经历自助缴费流程、导诊单查询流程等;或者例如,当目标对象在导诊单流程中进行了相应的检查,需要再次挂号以查看结果时,可能需要重新跳转到挂号流程。因此,鉴于上述的各种个性化就诊情况,根据本公开实施例,可以生成针对不同目标对象、不同疾病、不同流程进度的诊疗流程图,并且根据实际情况不断变化和更新状态进度。
可选地,根据本公开实施例的流程的状态进度,可以通过不同的状态指示信息来显示。例如,在诊疗流程图中,可以利用灰色显示已完成的流程,而利用白色显示未完成的流程。相应地,已完成的流程可以根据目标对象的选择来提供流程的具体内容;而未完成的流程则不能显示流程的具体内容,或仅可以显示流程的部分操作提示等。
图2示出了根据本公开一个实施例的诊疗流程图的用户界面显示示例。如图2所示的诊疗流程图可以推知,在这一示例中,分诊流程、挂号流程以及挂号缴费流程均已完成,当前需要进行的是后续的就诊报到流程等。

图6示出了根据本公开实施例的诊疗引导方法的进一步示例性实现方式。如图6所示,本公开实施例的诊疗引导方法还可以包括:步骤S107,获取交互历史信息,以及步骤S108,根据所述交互历史信息,生成相应的历史诊疗流程图。目标对象的历史就诊信息对针对目标对象的分诊、就诊提供了很重要的参考。因此,在本公开实施例中,可以通过获取交互历史信息来呈现历史诊疗流程图,并显示相应的电子报告单等内容,以供目标对象或医生进行参考。

根据本公开实施例,获取单元710所获取的诊疗的基本流程信息可以包括适用于本公开实施例的诊疗引导装置、系统的诊疗过程中的所有可以采用的诊疗流程。
在一个示例中,在所述诊疗的基本流程信息中,可以包括针对分诊、挂号、挂号缴费、就诊报到、候诊查询、自助缴费、导诊单查询、电子报告显示、满意度调查等各种流程的信息。在本公开实施例中,基本流程信息中针对每个流程的信息可以对应实现不同的功能,并可以进一步针对就诊的目标对象进行相应的显示或信息提示。
其中,在分诊流程中,可以通过取例如获就诊的目标对象的个人信息、医院及科室信息、疾病表现信息等内容,来帮助目标对象定位疾病,确定分 诊信息。可选地,在分诊流程中,可以通过获取目标对象的年龄和性别等个人信息、所在位置或所选择的医院、病痛位置或种类等疾病表现信息、初诊还是复诊等,来确定疾病类型,或提供就诊建议及相应的分诊信息(如需要进行挂号的医院科室,甚至于具体医生的信息),以指引目标对象进行后续的挂号流程。可选地,所述疾病表现信息还可以通过生理信息测量装置来获取。例如,在所述分诊流程中,可以通过生理信息测量装置中的各项传感器来获取目标对象的相应的生理信息数据,一旦所获取的生理信息数据出现异常,可以对目标对象进行提示,或者自动根据异常的生理信息数据所对应的分诊信息即刻启动分诊功能,甚至帮助在就近的医院中进行预约挂号。
在挂号流程中,可以通过不同医院、不同科室、不同时间的医生排班情况,根据目标对象的选择或者之前确定的分诊信息来引导目标对象进行挂号。其中,可以通过获取目标对象的姓名、联系方式、就诊日期、医保类型、医保卡号、所挂医院和科室等各项挂号信息,来生成目标对象具体的挂号信息,并引导目标对象进行挂号。上述挂号流程可以适用于预约挂号功能,也可以适用于即时挂号、当日挂号等功能。
在目标对象完成挂号之后,可以通过挂号缴费流程进行缴费。具体的缴费方式可以为线上支付(刷卡、微信、支付宝等),也可以为通过示出相应的挂号信息进行柜台支付等,在此不做限制。
当完成挂号缴费流程之后,可以在就诊报到流程中实现就诊报到功能。例如,当目标对象在当日或预设时间内存在挂号信息时,可以生成相应的就诊报到信息(如预约号、二维码、条形码等)并提供给目标对象,使其通过自助报到机或分诊台等方式进行就诊报到。在就诊报到流程中,相应的内容显示可以包括例如已报到和未报到两种状态。

可选地,获取单元710还可以包括:历史信息获取子单元712,配置为获取交互历史信息。此外,生成单元730可以包括:历史呈现子单元732,配置为根据所述历史信息获取子单元712获取的交互历史信息,生成相应的历史诊疗流程图。目标对象的历史就诊信息对针对目标对象的分诊、就诊提供了很重要的参考。因此,在本公开实施例中,历史呈现子单元732可以通过获取交互历史信息来呈现历史诊疗流程图,并显示相应的电子报告单等内容,以供目标对象或医生进行参考。
根据本公开实施例的诊疗引导装置能够实现针对不同就诊的目标对象、不同就诊流程的流程订制和状态指示,以改善用户体验,提高就诊效率。
本公开实施例还提供了一种诊疗引导装置800,其结构框图如图8所示, 包括处理器810和存储器820。应该理解的是,图8中所示的诊疗引导装置800的结构只是示例性的,而非限制性的,根据实际应用需要,该诊疗引导装置800还可以具有其他组件。

一个计算机可读的介质可能有多种形式,包括有形的存储介质,载波介质或物理传输介质等。稳定的储存介质可以包括:光盘或磁盘,以及其他计算机或类似设备中使用的,能够实现图中所描述的系统组件的存储系统。不稳定的存储介质可以包括动态内存,例如计算机平台的主内存等。有形的传输介质可以包括同轴电缆、铜电缆以及光纤,例如计算机系统内部形成总线的线路。载波传输介质可以传递电信号、电磁信号、声波信号或光波信号等。这些信号可以由无线电频率或红外数据通信的方法所产生。通常的计算机可读介质包括硬盘、软盘、磁带、任何其他磁性介质;CD-ROM、DVD、DVD-ROM、任何其他光学介质;穿孔卡、任何其他包含小孔模式的物理存储介质;RAM、PROM、EPROM、FLASH-EPROM,任何其他存储器片或磁带;传输数据或指令的载波、电缆或传输载波的连接装置、任何其他可以利用计算机读取的程序代码和/或数据。这些计算机可读介质的形式中,会有很多种出现在处理器在执行指令、传递一个或更多结果的过程之中。
根据本公开的再一方面,还提供了一种计算机,可以包括如前所述的诊疗引导装置。具体地,所述计算机可以实现为一个或多个专用或通用的计算机系统模块或部件,例如个人电脑、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、手机、个人数码助理(personal digital assistance,PDA)、智能眼镜、智能手表、智能指环、智能头盔及任何智能便携设备。
下面,将参考图9来描述根据本公开实施例的诊疗引导系统。图9示出根据本公开实施例的诊疗引导系统900的一个示例的结构框图。如图9所示,诊疗引导系统900包括:交互平台910,配置为执行如本公开实施例中的诊疗 引导方法;医院管理系统920;以及服务器930,其中,所述服务器与所述交互平台和所述医院管理系统分别进行通信和数据交互。具体地,本公开实施例中的交互平台可以为移动平台,所述移动平台可以为移动设备,例如笔记本电脑、手机、平板电脑、个人数字助理、智能眼镜、智能手表、智能指环、智能头盔及任何智能便携设备等。交互平台910可以通过其中所加载的例如手机端应用程序911、微信公众号912、微信小程序913等载体,来实现如本公开实施例所限定的诊疗引导方法。所述医院管理系统920可以包括前述医院信息系统、实验室信息管理系统、医学影像信息的存储系统和传输系统以及医生工作站等,用于管理和存储医院的诊疗的目标对象的信息、检查报告、缴费情况等。服务器930可以作为数据库,存储交互平台910和医院管理系统920所提供的数据,并与交互平台910和医院管理系统920分别进行信息和数据之间的交互。
根据本公开的上述诊疗引导方法、装置、系统和计算机可读存储介质及计算机,能够根据诊疗的基本流程信息和就诊的目标对象的流程进度信息,来生成显示整个诊疗流程的诊疗流程图,并生成指示诊疗流程图中的流程的状态进度的状态指示信息。通过本公开的诊疗引导方法、装置、系统和计算机可读存储介质,能够实现针对不同就诊的目标对象、不同就诊流程的流程订制和状态指示,以改善用户体验,提高就诊效率。
除非另有定义,这里使用的所有术语(包括技术和科学术语)具有与本公开所属领域的普通技术人员共同理解的相同含义。还应当理解,诸如在通常字典里定义的那些术语应当被解释为具有与它们在相关技术的上下文中的含义相一致的含义,而不应用理想化或极度形式化的意义来解释,除非这里明确地这样定义。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种诊疗引导装置(700),包括:
    获取单元(710),配置为获取诊疗的基本流程信息;
    确定单元(720),配置为确定流程进度信息;
    生成单元(730),配置为根据所述基本流程信息和所述流程进度信息,生成诊疗流程图和相应的状态指示信息,其中所述状态指示信息指示所述诊疗流程图中至少一个流程的状态进度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的装置(700),其中,
    所述获取单元(710)还包括:查询信息获取子单元(711),配置为获取流程查询信息;
    所述生成单元(730)还包括:流程呈现子单元(731),配置为根据所述查询信息获取子单元(711)获取的流程查询信息,呈现所述流程查询信息对应的诊疗流程图中的流程的具体内容。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的装置(700),其中,
    当所述流程呈现子单元(731)呈现所述诊疗流程图中的流程的具体内容时,所述流程呈现子单元(731)还配置为进一步呈现针对诊疗流程图的交互选项,其中,当所述流程呈现子单元(731)通过所述交互选项获取交互指令时,呈现所述诊疗流程图。
  4. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的装置(700),其中,
    所述获取单元(710)还包括:历史信息获取子单元(712),配置为获取交互历史信息;
    所述生成单元(730)还包括:历史呈现子单元(732),配置为根据所述历史信息获取子单元(712)获取的交互历史信息,生成相应的历史诊疗流程图。
  5. 如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的装置(700),其中,所述确定单元(720)还包括:
    更新子单元(721),配置为通过服务器,获取实时更新的流程进度信息。
  6. 一种诊疗引导方法(100),包括:
    获取诊疗的基本流程信息(S101);
    确定流程进度信息(S102);
    根据所述基本流程信息和所述流程进度信息,生成诊疗流程图和相应的状态指示信息,其中所述状态指示信息指示所述诊疗流程图中至少一个流程的状态进度(S103)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法(100),其中,所述方法(100)还包括:
    获取流程查询信息(S104);
    根据所述流程查询信息,呈现所述流程查询信息对应的诊疗流程图中的流程的具体内容(S105)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法(100),其中,所述方法(100)还包括:
    当呈现所述诊疗流程图中的流程的具体内容时,进一步呈现针对诊疗流程图的交互选项,其中,当通过所述交互选项获取交互指令时,呈现所述诊疗流程图(S106)。
  9. 如权利要求6-8中任一项所述的方法(100),其中,所述方法(100)还包括:
    获取交互历史信息(S107);
    根据所述交互历史信息,生成相应的历史诊疗流程图(S108)。
  10. 如权利要求6-9中任一项所述的方法(100),其中,所述确定流程进度信息还包括:
    通过服务器,获取实时更新的流程进度信息。
  11. 一种诊疗引导装置(800),包括:
    一个或多个处理器(810);
    一个或多个存储器(820),
    其中,所述存储器(820)存储有计算机可读代码,所述计算机可读代码当由所述一个或多个处理器运行时执行如下步骤:
    获取诊疗的基本流程信息;
    确定流程进度信息;
    根据所述基本流程信息和所述流程进度信息,生成诊疗流程图和相应的状态指示信息,其中所述状态指示信息指示所述诊疗流程图中至少一个流程 的状态进度。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,在所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机指令,其中,当所述计算机指令在处理器上运行时,使得所述处理器执行如下步骤:
    获取诊疗的基本流程信息;
    确定流程进度信息;
    根据所述基本流程信息和所述流程进度信息,生成诊疗流程图和相应的状态指示信息,其中所述状态指示信息指示所述诊疗流程图中至少一个流程的状态进度。
  13. 一种诊疗引导系统(900),包括:
    交互平台(910),配置为执行如权利要求6-10中任一项所述的诊疗引导方法;
    医院管理系统(920);以及
    服务器(930),其中,所述服务器(930)与所述交互平台(910)和所述医院管理系统(920)分别进行通信和数据交互。
