因内镜下操作空间小、通过内镜的工作腔道小,在人体生理弯曲中针对困难的出血部位往往因为位置很极限现有产品不能到达病变部位,或是到达病变部位后开闭阻力大、旋转不同步、不能顺利释放等问题。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种医用止血夹,以针对现有器械夹闭装置与释放装置都依靠固定连接器连接,该固定连接器装配复杂、操作困难、释放力大不便于临床女护士操作的问题。

如图7所示,当医护人员确定组织夹持无误时,通过向后拉动手柄5带动控制线4向 后运动进而带动钳子1继续向后运动。当所述施加的力大于凸出部1e限制远端销轴6的力时,钳子1越过凸出部进入远端滑槽,此时夹片尾部凸出部1e发生形变进入到锁紧套中部约束台阶2c内。
如图8所示,凸出部1e在进一步控制线4的作用力下,夹片尾孔槽1h产生形变,尾部凸出部1e向侧向旋转或变形,挂在锁紧套2的约束台阶2c以达到轴向销止。此时无法再重复张开。
如图9所示,当钳子1处于闭合状态时,控制线4向后运动,控制线4上固定销轴4a和固定台阶4b,从钳子1的尾孔1g上分离,固定台阶4b压迫锁紧套2上的爪部凸起2d,使爪部凸起2d产生形变,迫使锁紧套2上的爪部台阶2e张开,从而使锁紧套台阶同弹簧管台阶3a产生分离。
如图10所示,当钳子1闭合状态时控制线4向后运动,控制线4拉动至弹簧管3内,弹簧管3台阶3a与锁紧套2完全分离。
由以上技术方案可知,本申请提供一种医用止血夹,包括钳子1、锁紧套2、弹簧管3、控制线4、手柄5。所述止血夹的结构简单、操作简便、易于生产、开闭灵活、定位精准。所述医用止血夹,可以实现在手柄5施加轴向推力和拉力,驱动控制线4实现钳子1的开闭、钳子1的锁紧。并且,钳子1与锁紧套2能非常容易地从弹簧管3分离,而滞留人体内达到止血与组织缝合的功能。
本申请提供的实施例之间的相似部分相互参见即可,以上提供的具体实施方式只是本申请总的构思下的几个示例,并不构成本申请保护范围的限定。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下依据本申请方案所扩展出的任何其他实施方式都属于本申请的保护范围。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种医用止血夹,其特征在于,包括:
    钳子,包括至少两个钳子臂,能实现张开及闭合,钳子臂上设有用于开闭的滑槽,所述滑槽上具有凸出部;
    锁紧套,用于容纳以及锁紧所述钳子;所述锁紧套内设有与滑槽配合的固定部以及与弹簧管可分离连接的爪形部;
    控制线,连接所述钳子,用于控制钳子张开及闭合;所述控制线具有扭矩传递功能,以实现钳子旋转定位;所述控制线的端部具有与钳子近端可分离连接的结合部;
    弹簧管,为围绕控制线的圆柱形管鞘,所述弹簧管端部具有凸凹部,通过凹凸部与锁紧套可分离地连接;
    手柄,连接控制线,用于对控制线施加作用力,所述手柄具有向所述弹簧管或控制线传递扭矩的限定部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的医用止血夹,其特征在于,所述滑槽为多段滑槽,以实现钳子的开闭及预闭合;钳子近端具有与控制线相连的孔或轴,孔或轴可在控制线拉力作用下,使钳子与所述控制线分离,并提供具有钳子开闭所需的连接力。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的医用止血夹,其特征在于,所述锁紧套的远端设有向内的凸出部;凸出部与滑槽配合,以实现钳子的开闭;所述锁紧套的中部设有约束台阶,约束台阶与钳子近端配合,以辅助钳子的锁紧;所述锁紧套的近端具有爪部,可与弹簧管端面可分离的连接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的医用止血夹,其特征在于,弹簧管的端面设有凸凹部,所述凸凹部与锁紧套近端的爪部连接;所述弹簧管具有与手柄卡合的凸出部,以传递手柄施加的扭矩,以实现钳子的旋转定位。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的医用止血夹,其特征在于,所述控制线包括远端凸出部与近端定位部,所述远端凸出部与钳子可分离地连接;在受拉力作用下所述凸出部与钳子分离,以及后退所述凸出部与锁紧套近端爪部接触,使爪部产生变形,与弹簧管端面凸出部分离。
