Description

开合盖组件及其控制方法及烹饪电器 技术领域
本申请涉及家用电器技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种开合盖组件及其控制方法及烹饪电器。本申请要求于2019年3月21日提交至中国国家知识产权局、申请号为201910218592.7、发明名称为“开合盖组件及其控制方法及烹饪电器”的专利申请的优先权。
背景技术
传统的电饭煲、电压力锅以及带开合盖的烹饪器具,多用铰链弹簧来实现开合盖,其中涉及到的零件主要包括:开盖按钮、按钮支架、按钮弹簧、锁扣、锁扣弹簧、铰链弹簧、铰链轴等。
上述的开合盖技术在使用时,如果开盖速度过快,则会造成跳锅,甚至会导致用户受伤。长期使用后,如果弹簧疲劳,则又会导致开盖驼背甚至难以开盖。
为了解决使得开合盖更加平稳,已经有一些烹饪器具会使用电机来驱动开合盖,但是通过电机开合盖时,仅能通过控制按钮来触发一个开盖动作或合盖动作,会让习惯于用手来开合盖用户使用起来很不方便,不符合用户习惯。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种开合盖组件及其控制方法及烹饪电器,以解决现有技术中开合盖组件存在的开盖和合盖动作操作不方便的技术问题。

如图1和图2所示,本申请的开合盖组件的实施例包括盖体10、驱动组件20、压力传感器和控制器40。驱动组件20与盖体10驱动连接,用于驱动盖体10进行开盖动作或合盖动作。压力传感器设置在盖体10上,用于检测用户向盖体10施加的开盖力或合盖力。控制器40与压力传感器和驱动组件20电连接,控制器40用于接收压力传感器检测到的开盖力或合盖力。当控制器40接收到开盖力时,控制驱动组件20执行开盖动作;当控制器40接收到合盖力,控制驱动组件20执行合盖动作。

可选的,在盖体10上设置有槽路结构,压力传感器安装在槽路结构内。更为优选的,压力传感器为薄膜压力传感器。薄膜压力传感器通过胶水贴扣在槽路内,表面覆膜,形成压力感应区域。用户用手轻压压力感应区域,可以出发相应的压力信号,以便于控制器40执行开盖动作或者合盖动作。
需要说明的是,在本实施例的技术方案中,为了避免在开合盖过程中出现信息错误,设定盖体10完全打开的状态下开盖压力传感器31暂时关闭,而盖体10完全关闭的状态下,合盖压力传感器32暂时关闭,另外,在开盖和合盖的过程中,所有压力传感器均处于关闭状态。
如图2和图3所示,驱动组件20包括转动件和执行件,转动件与盖 体10相连,执行件与转动件相连,用于驱动转动件转动。在本实施例的技术方案中,执行件为舵机21,转动件包括与舵机21相配合转轴结构22以及安装在转轴结构22上的力臂结构23,力臂结构23与盖体10相连。采用舵机21作为开合盖的动力源与位置控制部件,由于舵机21的输出旋转角度和速度都是可控的,可以增强开合盖的可控性。可选的,舵机21的舵机轴与转轴结构22相连,力臂结构23与盖体10固定连接。使用时,舵机21的舵机轴带动转轴结构22转动,转轴结构22带动力臂结构23转动,进而带动盖体10实现开盖或合盖动作。可选的,如图2所示,力臂结构23通过锁扣结构安装固定在盖体10上。可选的,力臂结构23为多个,多个力臂结构23在转轴结构22上间隔分布,以更为稳固地对盖体10实现开盖或合盖动作。
作为其他的可选的实施方式,执行件也可以为电机,转动件可以由齿轮组和力臂结构构成。相较于采用舵机的实施方式,该实施方式的转动件占用较大的空间较大,会使开合盖机构变得体积较大。而且在开合盖的转动过程中精确性、稳定性较舵机的实施方式弱,而且一般的电机只是用作一种动力源,将电能转化为机械能,对于位置的控制欠佳。但是,该实施方式出与成本和效果考虑,也是可行的。
如图4所示,本申请还提供了一种开合盖组件的控制方法,以用于控制上述的开合盖组件。该控制方法包括:
检测用户向盖体10施加的开盖力或合盖力;
当检测到的开盖力大于第一预定值时,执行开盖动作;
当检测到的合盖力大于第二预定值时,执行合盖动作。
即,当盖体上的压力传感器受到开盖力大于第一预定值时,产生开盖控制信号,让驱动组件20执行开盖动作。当盖体上的压力传感器受到合盖力大于第二预定值时,产生合盖控制信号,让驱动组件20执行合盖动作。需要说明的是,第一预定值和第二预定值可以为相同的压力值,也可以为不同的压力值。
作为一种更为优选的实施方式,如图4所示,控制方法还包括:当执行开盖动作时,持续执行第一预定时长后,停止执行开盖动作,继续检测用户向盖体10施加的开盖力或合盖力;当执行合盖动作时,持续执行第 二预定时长后,停止执行合盖动作,继续检测用户向盖体10施加的开盖力或合盖力。基于该实施方式的控制方法,通过对执行时间的限定,可以让盖体10停留在既定位置,既定位置可以是盖体10完全打开的位置,也可以盖体10完全关闭的位置,或者也可以是根据用户的操作停留的中间位置。
本申请还提供了一种烹饪器具,该烹饪器具包括上述的开合盖组件。
如图1和图2所示,在本实施例的技术方案中,烹饪器具为电饭煲,作为其他的可选的实施方式,烹饪器具还可以为电压力锅。
如图2所示,在本实施例的技术方案中,烹饪器具包括器具本体50,驱动组件20安装在器具本体50上,盖体10可转动地安装在器具本体50上。可选的,在图2的实施方式中,在器具本体50上根据舵机的形状结构,设计相应的舵机架,两个舵机相对安装在器具本体50上,通过螺栓连接。两个舵机通过联轴装置固定在同一根转轴结构上,联轴装置可以由齿轮、销或键等组成。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的开合盖组件,其特征在于,所述压力传感器包括:
    开盖压力传感器(31),设置在所述盖体(10)上,用于检测用户向所述盖体(10)施加的所述开盖力;
    合盖压力传感器(32),设置在所述盖体(10)上,用于检测用户向所述盖体(10)施加的所述合盖力。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的开合盖组件,其特征在于,所述开盖压力传感器(31)设置在所述盖体(10)的侧面上,所述合盖压力传感器(32)设置在所述盖体(10)的顶面上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的开合盖组件,其特征在于,所述盖体(10)的与所述驱动组件(20)连接的一端为连接端,所述盖体(10)上的与所述连接端向远离的另一端为操作端,所述开盖压力传感器(31)设置在所述操作端的顶面上,所述合盖压力传感器(32)设置在所述操作端的侧面上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的开合盖组件,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(20)包括:
    转动件,所述转动件与所述盖体(10)相连;
    执行件,与所述转动件相连,执行件用于驱动所述转动件转动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的开合盖组件,其特征在于,所述执行件为舵机(21),所述转动件包括与所述舵机(21)相配合的转轴结构(22)以及安装在所述转轴结构(22)上的力臂结构(23),所述力臂结构(23)与所述盖体(10)相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的开合盖组件,其特征在于,所述力臂结构(23)为多个,多个所述力臂结构(23)在所述转轴结构(22)上间隔分布。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的开合盖组件,其特征在于,所述盖体(10)上设置有槽路结构,所述压力传感器安装在所述槽路结构内。
  9. 根据权利要求1或8所述的开合盖组件,其特征在于,所述压力传感器为薄膜压力传感器。
  10. 一种开合盖组件的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法用于控制权利要求1至9中任一项所述的开合盖组件,所述控制方法包括:
    检测用户向所述盖体(10)施加的开盖力或合盖力;
    当检测到的开盖力大于第一预定值时,执行开盖动作;
    当检测到的合盖力大于第二预定值时,执行合盖动作。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:
    当执行开盖动作时,持续执行第一预定时长后,停止执行开盖动作,继续检测用户向所述盖体(10)施加的开盖力或合盖力;
    当执行合盖动作时,持续执行第二预定时长后,停止执行合盖动作,继续检测用户向所述盖体(10)施加的开盖力或合盖力。
  12. 一种烹饪器具,包括开合盖组件,其特征在于,所述开合盖组件为权利要求1至9中任一项所述的开合盖组件。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述烹饪器具包括器具本体(50),所述驱动组件(20)安装在所述器具本体(50)上,所述盖体(10)可转动地安装在所述器具本体(50)上。
