技术领域
本发明涉及灶具领域,具体涉及一种燃气灶调节装置、燃气灶及燃气灶火力调节方法。
背景技术
灶具即炊具,英文译作Cooker。灶具按使用气种分为:天燃气灶、人工煤气灶、液化石油气灶电磁灶。按材质分为:有铸铁灶、不锈钢灶、搪瓷灶。按灶眼分为:单眼灶、双眼灶、多眼灶。按点火方式分为:电脉剖点火灶、压电陶瓷点火灶。按安装方式分为:台式灶、嵌入式灶。台式灶具主要由燃烧器(炉头、内外火盖)、阀体(含喷嘴、风门板、锥形弹簧)、壳体(可以是分体壳体——面板、后板和左右侧板组装而成,也可以是整体拉伸壳体)、炉架、旋钮、盛液盘、炉脚、进气管、和脉冲点火器(脉冲点火方式灶具专用)等组成。嵌入式灶具主要由嵌入燃烧器(炉头、内外火盖等)、阀体(含喷嘴、风门板、锥形弹簧、电磁阀)、面板(有钢化玻璃面板、不锈钢面板和不粘油面板等)、炉架、旋钮、盛液盘、炉脚、底壳、进气管、连接管、脉冲点火器。
现有的燃气灶通过旋转燃气灶开关按钮来调整火力的大小,在制作有的菜肴的过程中,对火力火候的要求很高,需要结合时间进行调节,在此情况下,使用者都是通过经验或者辅助计时的工具来完成的。
发明内容
有鉴于此,为了解决现有技术中燃气灶使用中火力调节的自动切换调节,本发明一方面提供一种燃气灶调节装置,通过其中的控制装置来控制动力部件,这种燃气灶调节装置可直接在现有的燃气灶上安装,改造成本低。另一方面,本发明还提供一种燃气灶,该燃气灶带有调节装置,能实现自动的火力调节,结构设计合理。再一方面,本发明还提供一种燃气灶火力调节方法,其利用上述燃气灶对烹饪过程中的火力大小进行调节,能够较为精确地控制火力,十分方便。
下面为本发明的内容。
本发明一方面提供一种燃气灶调节装置,包括壳体,所述壳体固设有连接部件、传动部件、动力部件、电源和控制装置;所述连接部件连接燃气灶开关轴;所述传动部件连接所述连接部件及所述动力部件;所述动力部件电连接所述控制装置,所述控制装置电连接所述电源,所述控制装置接收指令并驱动所述动力部件。
进一步地,所述连接部件包括第一连接件及第二连接件,所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件咬合,所述第一连接件套接燃气灶开关轴,所述第二连接件与所述传动部件连接。第一连接件与第二连接件咬合后,不能发生相对的转动,锁紧件抵接或卡接第二连接件,第一连接件与燃气灶开关轴连接。为了保证第一连接件与现有的燃气灶开关轴能装配上,该第一连接件设有可套接燃气灶开关轴的连接孔,该连接孔一般是非圆形孔,该第一连接件可移出第二连接件以便转动位置来完成其与燃气灶开关轴的连接。该第一连件可为带有周向突起的连接件,此时,第二连接件设有相应的可咬合第一连接件突起的连接槽。以保证OFF位定位壳体、第一连接件、燃气灶开关轴初始位置都定位到OFF位上,在燃气灶开关轴按钮转动时,第一连接件、OFF位定位壳体随着燃气灶开关轴按钮一起转动。
进一步地,所述第一连接件相对所述第二连接件设置有若干不同的位置固定,配置成将所述第一连接件套接在燃气灶的燃气灶开关轴上。
进一步地,所述第一连接件上设置有若干凸起,所述第二连接件上设置有若干凹槽,所述凹槽配置成容置所述凸起。
所述第一连接件在所述第二连接件中转动时,能够切换到不同的方面,以与所述燃气灶开关轴的前面吻合。
进一步地,所述控制装置包括火力调节按钮,所述火力调节按钮电连接所述动力部件。
进一步地,所述控制装置包括能够定时对火力进行调节的火力切换按钮,所述火力切换按钮电连接所述动力部件。
进一步地,还包括锁紧件,所述锁紧件抵接或卡接所述连接部件。
进一步地,所述壳体胶接或可拆卸地固定于燃气灶。
进一步地,所述动力部件为马达。
进一步地,所述电源为电池,该电池可拆卸地固定于所述壳体。

再一方面,本发明还提供一种燃气灶火力调节方法,利用上述燃气灶对火力进行调节,包括如下步骤:
S10:开启所述燃气灶,并向所述控制装置输入指令;
S20:所述控制装置驱动所述动力部件,所述动力部件通过所述传动部件驱动所述连接部件,对火力进行调节。
与现有技术相比,本发明的的有益效果在于:本发明的燃气灶调节装置可以直接加装到现有的燃气灶上,可实现对燃气灶火力的切换调节,并可以实现自动关闭。使用者根据制作菜肴的需要进行时间及火力的设定,来达到控制燃气灶火力的大小及关闭的问题。

为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对燃气灶调节装置、燃气灶及燃气灶火力调节方法进行更全面的描述。附图给出了燃气灶调节装置及燃气灶的实施例(燃气灶火力调节方法未在图中示出),但是,燃气灶调节装置及燃气灶可以以不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对燃气灶调节装置、燃气灶及燃气灶火力调节方法的公开内容更加透彻全面。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“下”、“左”、“右”、“前”、“后”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

如图1所示,本发明的燃气灶调节装置100包括壳体102,所述壳体102固设有连接部件101、传动部件104、动力部件105、电源107、控制装置106;所述连接部件101连接燃气灶开关轴2;所述传动部件104连接所述连接部件101及所述动力部件105;所述动力部件105电连接所述控制装置106,所述控制装置106电连接所述电源107,所述控制装置106接收指令并驱动所述动力部件105。燃气灶调节装置100通过控制装置106来控制动力部件105的转动,该控制装置106还带有时间记录功能,可对控制转换之间加入时间约束。
上述壳体102是燃气灶调节装置100用来容纳并安装各元件的壳体。壳体102是固定连接于燃气灶壳体3的,这样的话,在现在燃气灶上进行改进,就可以将壳体102连接部件101安装在燃气灶上,具体地说,该壳体102是固定在燃气灶的灶面上或固定在灶面内。
需要说明的是,燃气灶开关按钮1是用来开启和关闭燃气灶的开关按钮,这种燃气灶开关按钮1是现有技术。燃气灶开关按钮1的下方设有一个OFF位定位壳体4,该燃气灶开关按钮1可对燃气灶进行点火,同时其可以调节燃气灶火力的大小。在现有技术中,燃气灶开关按钮1顺时针或逆时针旋转,其火力大小要经过由小变大,再由大变小的过程。 同时,该燃气灶开关按钮1还承担着点火的功能。燃气灶的点火方式有电子脉冲点火和压电陶瓷点火两种。电子脉冲点火消费者一般都很熟悉,嵌入式灶多数采用的是这种点火装置,扭到某个位置就点着火了,非常简单方便,点火命中率高,一般是100%,但这种方式需要换电池。压电陶瓷点火多数用于台式灶,最大优点是不需要电池。不过点火的成功率与环境湿度有关,湿度大时不易点着。此外,点火的时候需要按住开关才能打着火,没有电子脉冲点火那么快。
上述燃气灶开关轴2是控制燃气灶火力控制阀的一个调节开关。该燃气灶开关轴2的旋转将使得燃气灶的火力发生变化,这个燃气灶开关轴2与燃气灶开关按钮1是可拆卸的固定在一起,燃气灶开关按钮1旋转会带动该燃气灶开关轴2的转动从而达到调节火力的目的。需要说明的是,现有技术中,燃气灶开关轴2与燃气灶开关按钮1连接是通过燃气灶开关轴2上的切面来实现的,在沿燃气灶开关轴2径向上设有切面,这些切面的朝向是不固定的,在不同品牌的燃气灶中当该燃气灶开关轴2处于初始位置时,该切面可能具有多个朝向。
需要说明的是,燃气灶包括有灶面,灶面是一种壳体,用于容纳燃气灶的主体组件,灶面材料主要有不锈钢和钢化玻璃两种,不锈钢灶面材料结实,但长期使用后污渍较难清洗。同时,不锈钢灶面越厚越好,而一些劣质产品灶面厚度不足0.3毫米,在使用中易发生塌陷情况,容易造成人身损害。玻璃灶面美观大方,易于清洁,长期使用后易光亮如新,但若买到劣质品,则在使用过程中易发生玻璃爆裂现象。
上述电源107是给动力部件105提供电能的元件,该电源107可以是电池,例如可采用充电电池或干电池。壳体102上设置有电量显示单元,用于显示电池的剩余电量。
上述动力部件105给燃气灶开关轴2转动提供动力,该动力部件105可以是电动机,如马达。
上述传动部件是传动动力的部件,其可以为齿轮传动装置1041或链传动装置或带传动装置。
上述连接部件101是用来固定连接燃气灶开关轴2的连接部件101,该连接部件101可拆卸的连接燃气灶开关轴2。由于燃气灶开关轴2设有不同的连接切面。例如,燃气灶开关轴2与连接部件101的一段截面为非圆柱形,此时连接部件101需要与该燃气灶开关轴2的连接端装配,所以该连接部件101设有相应的截面。连接件101与OFF位定位壳体4以及燃气灶开关按钮1安装好后,不能发生相对转动。因此,在安装OFF位定位壳体4时,要保证连接部件101与燃气灶开关轴2的切面吻合,此时,燃气灶开关按钮1与连接部件101、OFF位定位壳体4安装好后,不能发生相对转动,连接部件101在燃气灶开关轴2的带动下转动,OFF位定位壳体4以及燃气灶开关按钮1随着一起转动。
上述控制装置106是控制动力部件105(如马达)的转动的控制装置,现有技术中的电机控制装置已经是非常成熟的技术,其可以对电机的启动、加速、运转、减速及停止进行的控制。在本发明中,可以通过控制马达的角位移来控制电机在火力之间的切换,又可以在控制中加入时间来对火力切换进行调节。在一种具体的应用场景中,使用者可以使用控制装置106来控制火力及其时间的转换,待调节完成后,该控制装置106又控制电机回复燃气灶开关按钮至OFF位。
实施例1
本实施例对控制装置106控制动力部件105作详细的举例说明。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,控制装置106用于控制火力的切换以及切换的时间间隔和自动关闭。
需要说明的是,火力调节按钮114对火力的调节是通过连接部件101的位置来控制马达所在电路的断开的。如图8所示,具体地,按下第一火力调节按钮,当连接部件101上设置的连接孔位转动至大火处的位置传感器117时,马达断开停止转动。按下第二火力调节按钮,当连接部件101转动至中火处的位置传感器117时,马达断开停止转动。按下第三火力调节按钮,当连接部件101转动至小火处的位置传感器117时,马达断开停止转动。通过上述设置可以实现对火力的精确控制,容易想象的是,可以在连接部件101转动的路径上,设置多个位置传感器117,以便对火力实行更精确的控制。
需要说明的是,该控制装置106可供使用者输入指令,该指令可以是实体的按钮指令,也可以是PLC指令。在指令设置好后,该控制装置106设有启动按钮116,用于执行指令的启动。
如当燃气灶开启后,通过控制装置106的按钮可实现对火力的调节。这种火力的调节是通过火力调节按钮114来实现的,在一种具体的应用场景中。按下火力调节按钮114,火力切换到相应的火力上,这种调节是通过调节马达的角位移实现的。
而火力切换按钮115是经过一定时间后将火力切换到设定的火力的指令按钮,当燃气灶处于大火时,可将火力设定为:35分钟后切换到小火状态。此时,可设置时间为35分钟,而将火力切换按钮切换到小火状态。
在上述火力切换完后,可以通过另一定时装置将火力维持小火2小时12分钟,后关闭燃气灶开关按钮1,使其回复至OFF位。
除了上述具体的应用场景外,还可以通过多种火力的切换。即可以在大小火之间任意的切换。这种切换是一种时间控制的切换,主要控制的是马达的角位移。
需要说明的是,上述火力切换及火力维持的关键在于对马达的控制,火力切换控制的是马达的旋转,而火力维持是靠时间记录来进行的。为此可通过多种实施方式来控制。
具体地,该控制装置106可以为时间控制开关,通过时间控制开关来实现自动切换。该时间控制开关可以是一种定时开关,定时开关从功能上有机械式定时开关和电子式定时开关,均为现有技术。
具体地,该控制装置106可以是PLC,通过控制马达的输入电压来控制马达的转动及时间间隔。
需要说明的是,在PLC控制时,可采用触控屏进行指令的输入。
本实施例中,还可以包括扬声器109,用于在切换的时间节点处发出提示的声音,同时在手动按动控制装置106的按钮时也可以发出提示语音。
需要说明的是,本发明中还包括有报警器,在出现短路或断路时提示使用者,该报警器属于现有技术。在一种具体的应用场景中,当火力切换中马达并没有按照设定的时间来切换时,其发出报警声。
在本实施例中,电源107可采用电池,如可选择干电池、充电电池,可根据马达的选型来决定使用电池的规格,该电池安装在燃气灶调节装置100中,可取出更换。
需要说明的是,在上述控制装置106中可设有电源电量显示块、时间显示单元1061,电源电量显示块用于显示电池的电量以便使用者进行更换,时间显示单元1061用于显示倒计时。
容易想象的是,该燃气灶调节装置100设有电源开关111,用于总控。
控制装置106上还可以设置火力显示单元118,对燃气灶的火力大小进行直观显示。
实施例2
在本实施例中,连接部件101套接在燃气灶开关轴2上,这种套接是一种紧配合,使得连接部件101与燃气灶开关轴2的连接端固定在一起。壳体102包容连接部件101,连接部件101相对于壳体102是可以绕着燃气灶开关轴2转动的,这种包容是一种套接。可通过锁紧件103将连接件101锁紧到壳体102上,这样可保证锁紧件103锁紧燃气灶开关轴2,保证了使用的安全。在具体的应用场景中,手无法旋动燃气灶开关按钮1。锁紧件103对于连接件的固定是通过卡接或者抵接的方式完成的。
具体地,当锁紧件103卡接于连接部件101时,在连接部件101上设有卡接孔,锁紧件103卡入连接部件101中,容易想象地是,燃气灶开关按钮1开启后,连接部件101随着转动,此时前述卡接孔易位,锁紧件103不能锁住开关轴按钮1的转动,以保证安全,防止事故发生。
具体地,当锁紧件103抵接于连接部件101时,锁紧件103接触连接部件101,通过摩擦阻力,阻挡连接部件101的转动。此时,锁紧件103可以为机米螺丝等。
具体地,锁紧件103还可以通过与弹性件配合,按动锁紧件103,其锁住连接部件101, 再次按动锁紧件103可解锁。此时的弹性件可应用复位弹簧。该锁紧件103与开关按钮(手动复位开关、自动复位开关等)类似。
需要说明的是,只有锁紧件103关闭状态时才能锁住,开关开启状态时锁不住。
如图1、图6所示,在本实施例中,燃气灶调节装置100的连接部件101分为多个部分,即第一连接件1011和第二连接件1013,该第一连接件1011与第二连接件1013固定安装,该第一连接件1011可变换其与第一连接件1011的相对位置,这样带来的好处有:现有技术中,针对不同品牌、不同标准的燃气灶开关轴2,该第一连接件1011均可以套接在该燃气灶开关轴2上,此时第一连接件1011与OFF位定位壳体4、燃气灶开关按钮1安装一起,不能相对转动。由第一连接件1011和第二连接件1013组成的连接件是一种万用连接件,其可以套接各种燃气灶开关轴2。在现有技术中,燃气灶开关轴2设有不同的连接切面,绝大部分燃气灶开关轴切面与OFF位定位壳体4的初始位置的角度关系为成0度角、成45度角、成90度角、成135度角、180度重叠、225度角、270度角、315度角等8种角度。此时第一连接件1011可与不同的燃气灶开关轴切面吻合,第一连接件1011可转动的固定于第二连接件1013中。例如,在具体的应用场景中,第一连接件1011可相对第二连接件1013设置多个不同的位置固定,如当燃气灶开关轴2设有前述八个方向的切面时,该第一连接件1011可以相对该第二连接件1013设置8个不同的固定位置,以使该第一连接件1011可套接在燃气灶开关轴2上。当OFF位定位壳体4处于初始位置时,燃气灶开关轴2、燃气灶开关按钮1均处于初始位置。
为了解决上述技术问题,可以在第一连接件1011上设置多个凸起,相应的可以在第二连接件1013上设置多个容置第一连接件1011的凹槽,第一连接件1011在第二连接件1013之间转动时可切换到不同的方面,以与燃气灶开关轴2的前面吻合。
为了更好的解决上述问题,该第一连接件1011可以采用齿轮件,该齿轮件为一种外齿轮,可以为直齿、斜齿、锥齿等。相应地,该第二连接件1013设有可与第一连接件1011咬合装配的内齿结构。
除此之外,该锁紧件103用于锁紧连接部件,具体地,可以将锁紧件103设置为带有内角头螺钉。这样,只有用螺丝刀等工具才能旋动来完成锁紧及打开,锁合可靠。当该燃气灶安全装置100内置于燃气灶壳体3中时,锁紧件103设置为穿过燃气灶壳体3的长条形锁紧件103,锁紧件103的端部设置在燃气灶后面,这样,当其锁紧连接件101时,小孩等不容易触碰到该锁紧件103上,从而保证了该燃气灶使用的安全。
实施例3
如图1~5所示,在本实施例中,壳体102胶接或可拆卸的固定于燃气灶壳体3。
具体地,该壳体102可以胶接在燃气灶上,更具体地说,该壳体102可胶接在燃气灶 的灶面上。例如,可以通过强力胶将该壳体102粘接在灶面上,胶接安装方便、简单,该胶接使用的粘胶是现有技术。例如,仅需要根据装配尺寸的需要进行划线即可将壳体102胶接在燃气灶的灶面上。强力胶为单组份新型全透明溶液胶,室温固化,操作方便,具有优异的耐水、耐油、耐酸碱的特性。主要用于软质PVC、合成皮革、PU人造革、丁基橡胶、硫化橡胶、仿羊皮等材料的互粘合自粘;同时对软质PVC与铁板,钢板等金属之间的粘接效果甚佳。
具体地,还可以将壳体102磁性连接于燃气灶上,更具体的说,当灶面采用铁制材料时,可以将壳体102靠近灶面的端面设置为带有磁性的材料端面,这样,其可以直接固定在灶面上。当其采用非磁性材料时,可以在灶面的反面设置一磁铁,用壳体102及灶面反面的磁铁将灶面夹住,从而起到固定该壳体102的作用。
具体地,该壳体102还可以设有吸盘结构,用于吸附固定在燃气灶的灶面上。该吸盘结构是现有技术,吸盘是一种利用内外大气压力的差别,吸附在物体上的一种挂件或者是抓取物体的一种工具。在本发明中,可以采用真空吸盘,真空吸盘是一种通过真空度来维持两物体附着不分离的技术。
具体地,该壳体102可以卡接在燃气灶上。此时,燃气灶安全装置100设有卡爪,该卡爪利用了形变的回复力将其固定在燃气灶壳体3上。例如,可以将卡爪卡接到燃气灶壳体3的边缘部分,也可以在燃气灶壳体3设置连接孔,将卡爪卡进连接孔。在具有多灶的现有燃气灶中,也可以通过卡爪将该燃气灶安全装置100卡在另一个燃气灶开关轴2上。需要说明的是,在卡接的方式中,无论壳体102上的卡接件110的卡爪如何设置,其都属于本专利保护的范围。
具体地,该壳体102可以通过紧固件,如螺纹连接的方式固定在燃气灶壳体3,例如,可在燃气灶壳体3上设置螺纹孔,在壳体102设置匹配的连接孔,通过旋入螺钉将壳体102固定在燃气灶壳体3上。
实施例4
如图1、图7所示,燃气灶调节装置100的传动部件104的一种结构示意图。此时的传动部件104采用齿轮传动装置,此处可以采用金属齿轮或塑料齿轮,齿轮传动平稳、传动比精确、工作可靠、效率高、寿命长。而相比于金属齿轮,塑料齿轮更具有润滑性和耐磨性,可以减小噪音,降低成本,降低摩擦。
具体地,本发明中与动力部件105(如马达)的输出轴连接的为齿轮1041-1,该齿轮1041-1与马达输出轴过盈配合,与齿轮1041-1依次啮合的为齿轮1041-2、1041-3、1041-4,而此时连接部件101中的第二连接件1013为外齿轮。
需要说明的是,在上述动力部件105与第二连接件1013之间还可以用链传动装置或者 带传动装置。链传动装置或者带传动装置属于现有技术,此处不一一举例说明。
本发明还提供一种燃气灶(图中未示出),该燃气灶包括有燃气灶开关轴2及燃气灶调节装置100,燃气灶调节装置100的连接部件101连接于所述燃气灶开关轴2。
本发明还提供一种燃气灶火力调节方法,利用上述燃气灶对火力进行调节,包括如下步骤:
S10:开启燃气灶,并向控制装置106输入指令;
S20:控制装置106驱动动力部件105,动力部件105通过传动部件104驱动连接部件101,对火力进行调节。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的燃气灶调节装置、燃气灶及燃气灶火力调节方法,能实现自动的火力调节,结构设计合理。并且,该燃气灶调节装置可直接在现有的燃气灶上安装,改造成本低。燃气灶火力调节方法能够对燃气灶的火力大小进行调节,使用者可以根据菜肴的需要进行时间及火力的设定,较为精确地对火力大小进行控制,十分方便。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种燃气灶调节装置,其特征在于:包括壳体,所述壳体固设有连接部件、传动部件、动力部件、电源和控制装置;
    所述连接部件连接燃气灶开关轴;
    所述传动部件连接所述连接部件及所述动力部件;
    所述动力部件电连接所述控制装置,所述控制装置电连接所述电源,所述控制装置接收指令并驱动所述动力部件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的燃气灶调节装置,其特征在于:所述连接部件包括第一连接件及第二连接件,所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件咬合,所述第一连接件套接燃气灶开关轴,所述第二连接件与所述传动部件连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的燃气灶调节装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接件相对所述第二连接件设置有若干不同的位置固定,配置成将所述第一连接件套接在燃气灶的燃气灶开关轴上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的燃气灶调节装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接件上设置有若干凸起,所述第二连接件上设置有若干凹槽,所述凹槽配置成容置所述凸起;
    所述第一连接件在所述第二连接件中转动时,能够切换到不同的方面,以与所述燃气灶开关轴的前面吻合。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的燃气灶调节装置,其特征在于:所述控制装置包括火力调节按钮,所述火力调节按钮电连接所述动力部件。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的燃气灶调节装置,其特征在于,所述控制装置包括能够定时对火力进行调节的火力切换按钮,所述火力切换按钮电连接所述动力部件。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的燃气灶调节装置,其特征在于:还包括锁紧件,所述锁紧件抵接或卡接所述连接部件。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的燃气灶调节装置,其特征在于:所述壳体胶接或可拆卸地固定于燃气灶。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的燃气灶调节装置,其特征在于:所述动力部件为马达。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的燃气灶调节装置,其特征在于:所述电源为电池,所述电池可拆卸地固定于所述壳体。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的燃气灶调节装置,其特征在于:还包括电量显示单元,所述电量显示单元配置成显示所述电池的剩余电量。
  12. 如权利要求1-11任一项所述的燃气灶调节装置,其特征在于:所述传动部件为齿轮传动装置或链传动装置或带传动装置。
  13. 如权利要求1-11任一项所述的燃气灶调节装置,其特征在于:还包括扬声器,所述扬声器电连接所述电源。
  14. 如权利要求1-11任一项所述的燃气灶调节装置,其特征在于:所述控制装置为定时开关或PLC。
  15. 如权利要求1-11任一项所述的燃气灶调节装置,其特征在于:还包括若干位置传感器,各所述位置传感器沿所述连接部件转动的路径设置,各所述位置传感器电连接所述动力部件。
  16. 如权利要求1-11任一项所述的燃气灶调节装置,其特征在于:还包括电源开关,所述电源开关配置成总控,所述电源开关电连接所述电源。
  17. 一种燃气灶,包括燃气灶开关轴,其特征在于:还包括权利要求1-16任一项所述的燃气灶调节装置,所述燃气灶调节装置的所述连接部件连接于所述燃气灶开关轴。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的燃气灶,其特征在于,还包括灶面,所述灶面的材料为不锈钢或钢化玻璃。
  19. 一种燃气灶火力调节方法,其特征在于,利用权利要求17或18所述的燃气灶对火力进行调节,包括如下步骤:
    S10:开启所述燃气灶,并向所述控制装置输入指令;
    S20:所述控制装置驱动所述动力部件,所述动力部件通过所述传动部件驱动所述连接部件,对火力进行调节。
