灶具即炊具,英文译作Cooker。灶具按使用气种分为:天燃气灶、人工煤气灶、液化石油气灶电磁灶。按材质分为:有铸铁灶、不锈钢灶、搪瓷灶。按灶眼分为:单眼灶、双眼灶、多眼灶。按点火方式分为:电脉剖点火灶、压电陶瓷点火灶。按安装方式分为:台式灶、嵌入式灶。台式灶具主要由燃烧器(炉头、内外火盖)、阀体(含喷嘴、风门板、锥形弹簧)、壳体(可以是分体壳体——面板、后板和左右侧板组装而成,也可以是整体拉伸壳体)、炉架、旋钮、盛液盘、炉脚、进气管、和脉冲点火器(脉冲点火方式灶具专用)等组成。嵌入式灶具主要由嵌入燃烧器(炉头、内外火盖等)、阀体(含喷嘴、风门板、锥形弹簧、电磁阀)、面板(有钢化玻璃面板、不锈钢面板和不粘油面板等)、炉架、旋钮、盛液盘、炉脚、底壳、进气管、连接管、脉冲点火器。
现有技术中燃气灶不能自动关闭,需要人手动旋转燃气灶开关按钮才能实现。而有的能实现自动关闭功能的燃气灶是通过直接阻断气源来关闭熄火的,而在关闭了燃气之后,燃气灶开关按钮并没有复位,从外形上开,使用者并不能确认燃气灶已经关闭了气源,这存在很大的安全隐患。
发明内容
有鉴于此,为了解决现有技术中燃气灶开关灶不能自动关闭及关闭时燃气灶开关按钮不能回归OFF位的问题。
本发明一方面提供一种燃气灶自动关闭装置,该燃气灶自动关闭装置可以在现有燃气灶上直接改进,不需要破坏现有燃气灶的结构,同时可实现燃气灶的自动关闭及燃气灶开关的自动归位。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种燃气灶,该燃气灶可实现对燃气灶开关按钮的自动归位,从而实现对燃气灶的自动关闭。
下面为本发明实施例的内容。
一方面,本发明的实施例提供一种燃气灶自动关闭装置,包括壳体,所述壳体内安装有驱动装置、传动部件和连接部件;所述连接部件连接所述燃气灶开关轴及所述传动部件,所述传动部件连接所述驱动装置,所述驱动装置接收指令以驱动所述传动部件。
进一步地,所述驱动装置包括涡簧。
进一步地,所述驱动装置包括电源及马达。
进一步地,还包括计时装置,所述计时装置电连接所述马达。
进一步地,所述计时装置为电子开关。
作为上述发明的进一步地改进,还包括扬声器,所述扬声器电连接所述电源。
作为上述发明的进一步地改进,还包括控制面板,所述控制面板包括电源开关和显示灯,所述电源开关和所述显示灯与所述电源电连接,所述电源开关配置成控制所述马达。

进一步地,所述连接部件包括第一连接件及第二连接件,所述第二连接件套接所述第一连接件,所述第二连接件与所述壳体枢接。第一连接件与第二连接件咬合后,不能发生相对的转动,锁紧件抵接或卡接第二连接件,第一连接件与燃气灶开关轴连接。为了保证第一连接件与现有的燃气灶开关轴能装配上,该第一连接件设有可套接燃气灶开关轴的连接孔,该连接孔一般是非圆形孔,该第一连接件可移出第二连接件以便转动位置来完成其与燃气 灶开关轴的连接。该第一连件可为带有周向突起的连接件,此时,第二连接件设有相应的可咬合第一连接件突起的连接槽。以保证OFF位定位壳体、第一连接件、燃气灶开关轴初始位置都定位到OFF位上,在燃气灶开关轴按钮转动时,第一连接件、OFF位定位壳体随着燃气灶开关轴按钮一起转动。
另一方面,本发明的实施例还提供一种燃气灶,包括燃气灶开关轴及燃气灶自动关闭装置,所述燃气灶开关轴连接所述燃气灶自动关闭装置,所述燃气灶自动关闭装置胶接或可拆卸的固定于燃气灶上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的的有益效果在于:本发明的燃气灶自动关闭装置可实现对燃气灶开关按钮的自动关闭,该燃气灶自动关闭装置可在现有燃气灶上直接加装,不会破坏现有燃气灶的结构,并且燃气灶自动关闭装置关闭后,燃气灶开关按钮复位至OFF位,从外观上看,直观,不会发生误判而造成安全事故。

如图1、图2、图3所示,本实施例的燃气灶自动关闭装置100包括壳体102,壳体102内安装有驱动装置、传动部件和连接部件101。所述连接部件101连接所述燃气灶开关轴2及所述传动部件,所述传动部件连接所述驱动装置,所述驱动装置接收指令以驱动所述连接部件101。本实施例是通过驱动装置驱动燃气灶开关轴2来实现对燃气灶的自动关闭。利用驱动装置来驱动燃气灶开关轴2的旋转取代了手动的方式,可实现自动关闭。该燃气灶自动关闭装置100可以内置安装于现有燃气灶上,也可以外置安装于现有燃气灶上,从而便于推广应用,节约了成本,不需要破坏现有燃气灶的结构。
需要说明的是,燃气灶开关按钮1是用来开启和关闭燃气灶的开关按钮,这种燃气灶开关按钮1是现有技术。燃气灶开关按钮1的下方设有一个OFF位定位壳体4,该燃气灶开关按钮1可对燃气灶进行点火,同时其可以调节燃气灶火力的大小。在现有技术中,燃气灶开关按钮1顺时针或逆时针旋转,其火力大小要经过由小变大,再由大变小的过程。同时,该燃气灶开关按钮1还承担着点火的功能。燃气灶的点火方式有电子脉冲点火和压电陶瓷点火两种。电子脉冲点火消费者一般都很熟悉,嵌入式灶多数采用的这种点火装置,扭到某个位置就点着火了,非常简单方便,点火命中率高,一般是100%,但这种方式需要换电池。压电陶瓷点火多数用于台式灶,最大优点是不需要电池。不过点火的成功率与环境湿度有关,湿度大时不易点着。此外,点火的时候需要按住开关才能打着火,没有电子脉冲点火那么快。
上述燃气灶开关轴2是控制燃气灶火力控制阀的一个调节开关。该燃气灶开关轴2的旋转将使得燃气灶的火力发生变化,这个燃气灶开关轴2与燃气灶开关按钮1是可拆卸的固定在一起,燃气灶开关按钮1旋转会带动该燃气灶开 关轴2的转动从而达到调节火力的作用。需要说明的是,现有技术中,燃气灶开关轴2与燃气灶开关按钮1连接是通过开关轴上的切面来实现的,在沿燃气灶开关轴2径向上设有切面,这些切面的朝向是不固定的,在不同品牌的燃气灶中当该燃气灶开关轴2处于初始位置时,该切面可能具有多个朝向。
需要说明的是,燃气灶包括有灶面,灶面是一种壳体,用于容纳燃气灶的主体组件,现有技术中,灶面材料主要有不锈钢和钢化玻璃两种,不锈钢灶面材料结实,但长期使用后污渍较难清洗。同时,不锈钢灶面越厚越好,而一些劣质产品灶面厚度不足0.3毫米,在使用中易发生塌陷情况,容易造成人身损害。玻璃灶面美观大方,易于清洁,长期使用后易光亮如新,但若买到劣质品,则在使用过程中易发生玻璃爆裂现象。
上述壳体102是燃气灶自动关闭装置100用来容纳并安装各元件的壳体。壳体102是固定连接于燃气灶壳体3的,这样的话,在现在燃气灶上进行改进,就可以将壳体102连接部件101燃气灶上,具体地说,该壳体102是固定在燃气灶的灶面上或固定在灶面内。
上述驱动装置是一种动力装置,该动力装置可以为旋转燃气灶开关轴2提供动力,因此,驱动装置可以是电驱动装置,也可以是机械驱动装置,如涡簧等。涡簧除了具有驱动功能外,其本身还具有计时的功能,在应用涡簧时,其可以经过一定的时间来驱动燃气灶开关按钮1关闭。
上述传动部件是传动动力的部件,该传动部件是现有技术,其可以为齿轮传动装置1041或链传动装置或带转动装置。
上述连接部件101是用来固定连接燃气灶开关轴2的连接部件101,该连接部件101可拆卸的连接燃气灶开关轴2。由于燃气灶开关轴2设有不同的连接切面。例如,燃气灶开关轴2与连接部件101的一段截面为非圆柱形,此时连接部件101需要与该燃气灶开关轴2的连接端装配,所以该连接部件101设有相应的截面。连接部件101与OFF位定位壳体以及燃气灶开关按钮1安装好后,不能发生相对转动。因此,在安装OFF位定位壳体时,要保证连接部件101与燃气灶开关轴2的切面吻合,此时,燃气灶开关按钮1与连接部件101、OFF位定位壳体安装好后,不能发生相对转动,连接部件101在燃气灶开关轴2的带动下传动,OFF位定位壳体以及燃气灶开关按钮1随着一起转动。
实施例1
如图1所示,燃气灶自动关闭装置100的驱动装置采用电源107及马达105,用来驱动燃气灶开关轴2的旋转。容易想象的是,该马达105设有开关按钮,该开关按钮属于现有技术用于开启或关闭该马达105。
在该实施例中,如图8所示,燃气灶自动关闭装置100还可以包括计时装置108,该计时装置108用于按照时间来启动该马达105。该计时装置108是现有技术,需要说明的是,该计时装置108可以是不可调节的计时装置,如PTC启动器或者已经设定好时间间隔启动的时间装置,例如10分钟,这样起到延时启动的作用,即可实现自动关闭燃气灶,并使得燃气灶开关按1回复至OFF位。
需要说明的是,该计时装置108也可以是一种可调节的计时装置,此时其相当于一个电路开关,这种计时装置可以是机械开关,也可以是电子开关。使 用者根据计时装置108来对马达105的启动进行定时,例如,使用者可以将计时装置定在5分钟,5分钟之后,计时装置108启动并带动燃气灶开关轴2旋转从而起到关闭燃气灶开关按钮1的作用,这种计时装置也属于现有技术。
在本实施例中,如图1、图8所示,还可以包括扬声器109,该扬声器109连接在电路中,用于其到提示的作用。如在燃气灶开关按钮1回复至OFF位时,该扬声器109发出蜂鸣声或者一定的语音提示音(如“已关闭”),该扬声器109属于现有技术。
容易理解的是,上述计时装置108的开关、该燃气灶自动关闭装置100的开关、燃气灶自动关闭装置100的电量显示都可以设置在一个控制面板113上,该控制面板113可固定安装在燃气灶上,该控制面板113属于现有技术,主要包括电源开关111、显示灯等,使用者使用该控制面板113对马达调节进行操作控制。
实施例2
如图1-6所示,在本实用例中,燃气灶自动关闭装置100的壳体102胶接或可拆卸的固定于燃气灶壳体3。
具体地,该壳体102可以胶接在燃气灶上,更具体地说,该壳体102可胶接在燃气灶的灶面上。例如,可以通过强力胶将该壳体102粘接在灶面上,胶接安装方便、简单,该胶接使用的粘胶是现有技术。例如,仅需要根据装配尺寸的需要进行划线即可将壳体102胶接在燃气灶的灶面上。强力胶为单组份新型全透明溶液胶,室温固化,操作方便、具有优异的耐水、耐油、耐酸碱的特 性。主要用于软质PVC、合成皮革、PU人造革、丁基橡胶、硫化橡胶、仿羊皮等材料的互粘合自粘;同时对软质PVC与铁板,钢板等金属之间的粘接效果甚佳。
具体地,还可以将壳体102磁性连接与燃气灶上,更具体的说,当灶面采用铁制材料时,可以将壳体102靠近灶面的端面设置为带有磁性的材料端面,这样,其可以直接固定在灶面上。当其采用是非磁性材料上,可以在灶面的反面设置一磁铁,用壳体102及灶面反面的磁铁将灶面夹住,从而起到固定该壳体102的作用。
具体地,该壳体102还可以设有吸盘结构,用于吸附固定在燃气灶的灶面上。该吸盘结构是现有技术,吸盘是一种利用内外大气压力的差别,吸附在物体上的一种挂件或者是抓取物体的一种工具。在本实施例中,可以采用真空吸盘,真空吸盘是一种通过真空度来维持两物体附着不分离的技术。
具体地,该壳体102可以卡接在燃气灶上。此时,燃气灶自动关闭装置100设有卡爪,该卡爪利用了形变的回复力将其固定在燃气灶壳体3上。例如,可以将卡爪卡接到燃气灶壳体3的边缘部分,也可以在燃气灶壳体3设置连接孔,将卡爪卡进连接孔。在具有多灶的现有燃气灶中,也可以通过卡爪将该燃气灶自动关闭装置100卡在另一个燃气灶开关轴2上。需要说明的是,在卡接的方式中,无论壳体102上的卡接件110的卡爪如何设置,其都属于本专利保护的范围。
具体地,该壳体102可以通过紧固件,如螺纹连接的方式固定在燃气灶壳体3,例如,可在燃气灶壳体3上设置螺纹孔,在壳体102设置同样的螺纹孔, 通过旋入螺钉将壳体102固定在燃气灶壳体3上。
实施例3
在本实施例中,连接部件101套接在燃气灶开关轴2上,这种套接是一种紧配合,使得连接部件101与燃气灶开关轴2的连接端固定在一起。壳体102包容连接部件101,连接部件101相对于壳体102是可以绕着燃气灶开关轴2转动的,这种包容是一种套接。可通过锁紧件103将连接部件101锁紧到壳体102上,这样可保证锁紧件103锁紧燃气灶开关轴2,保证了使用的安全。在具体的应用场景中,手无法旋动燃气灶开关按钮1。锁紧件103相对于连接部件101的固定是通过卡接或者抵接的方式完成的。
具体地,当锁紧件103卡接于连接部件101时,在连接部件101上设有卡接孔,锁紧件103卡入连接部件101中,容易想象的是,燃气灶开关按钮1开启后,连接部件101随着传动,此时前述卡机孔易位,锁紧件103不能锁住开关轴按钮1的转动,以保证安全,防止事故发生。
具体地,当锁紧件103抵接与连接部件101时,锁紧件103接触连接部件101,通过摩擦阻力,阻挡连接部件101的转动。此时,锁紧件103可以为螺丝等。
具体地,锁紧件103还可以通过与弹性件配合,按动锁紧件103,其锁住连接部件101,再次按动锁紧件103可解锁。此时的弹性件可应用复位弹簧。该锁紧件103与开关按钮(手动复位开关、自动复位开关等)类似。
需要说明的是,只有锁紧件103关闭状态时才能锁住,开关开启状态时锁 不住。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,燃气灶自动关闭装置100的连接部件101分为多个部分,即第一连接件1011和第二连接件1013,该第一连接件1011与第二连接件1013固定安装,该第一连接件1011可变换其与第一连接件1011的相对位置,这样带来的好处有:现有技术中,针对不同品牌、不同标准的燃气灶开关轴2,该第一连接件1011均可以套接在该燃气灶开关轴2上,此时第一连接件1011与OFF位定位壳体、燃气灶开关按钮1安装一起,不能相对转动。由第一连接件1011和第二连接件1013组成的连接件是一种万用连接件,其可以套接各种燃气灶开关轴2。在现有技术中,燃气灶开关轴2设有不同的连接切面,绝大部分燃气灶开关轴切面与OFF位定位壳体的初始位置的角度关系为成0度角、成45度角、成90度角、成135度角、180度重叠、225度角、270度角、315度角等8种角度。此时第一连接件1011可与不同的燃气灶开关轴切面吻合,第一连接件1011可转动的设置于第二连接件1013中。例如,在具体的应用场景中,第一连接件1011可相对第二连接件1013设置多个不同的位置固定,如当燃气灶开关轴2设有前述八个方向的切面时,该第一连接件1011可以相对该第二连接件1013设置八个不同的固定位置,以使该第一连接件1011可套接在燃气灶开关轴2上。当OFF位定位壳体处于初始位置时,燃气灶开关轴2、燃气灶开关按钮1均处于初始位置。
为了解决上述技术问题,可以在第一连接件1011上设置多个凸起,相应的可以在第二连接件1013上设置多个容置第一连接件1011的凹槽,第一连接件1011在第二连接件1013之间转动时可切换到不同的切面,以与燃气灶开关轴2的前端吻合。
为了更好的解决上述问题,该第一连接件1011可以采用齿轮件,该齿轮件为一种外齿轮,可以为直齿、斜齿、锥齿等。相应地,该第二连接件1013设有可与第一连接件1011咬合装配的内齿结构。
除此之外,该锁紧件103用于锁紧连接部件,具体地,可以将锁紧件103设置为所述锁紧件103为带有内角头螺钉。这样,锁紧件103就可用螺丝刀等工具来旋动从而完成锁紧及打开,锁合可靠。当该燃气灶自动关闭装置100内置于燃气灶壳体3中时,锁紧件103设置为穿过燃气灶壳体3的长条形锁紧件103,锁紧件103的端部设置在燃气灶后面,这样,当其锁紧连接部件101时,小孩等不容易触碰到该锁紧件103上,从而保证了该燃气灶实用的安全。
实施例4
本实施例将对传动部件做详细的举例说明。
如图1、图7所示,燃气灶自动关闭装置100的传动部件的一种结构示意图。此时的传动部件采用齿轮传动装置1041,此处可以采用金属齿轮或塑料齿轮,齿轮传动平稳、传动比精确、工作可靠、效率高、寿命长。而相比于金属齿轮,塑料齿轮更具有润滑性和耐磨性,可以减小噪音,降低成本,降低摩擦。
具体地,本实施例中马达105的输出轴连接的为齿轮1041-1,该齿轮1041-1与马达105输出轴过盈配合,与齿轮1041-1依次啮合的为齿轮1041-2、1041-3、1041-4,而此时连接部件101中的第二连接件1013为外齿轮。
需要说明的是,在上述马达105与第二连接件1013之间还可以用链传动 装置或者带转动装置。链传动装置或者带转动装置属于现有技术,此处不一一举例说明。
本实施例还提供一种燃气灶(图中未示出),包括燃气灶开关轴2及燃气灶自动关闭装置100,所述燃气灶开关轴2连接所述燃气灶自动关闭装置100,所述燃气灶自动关闭装置100可拆卸的固定于燃气灶壳体3上。

  13. 如权利要求1-12任一项所述的燃气灶自动关闭装置,其特征在于:所述传动部件为齿轮传动装置或链传动装置或带转动装置。
  14. 如权利要求1-13任一项所述的燃气灶自动关闭装置,其特征在于:所述连接部件包括第一连接件及第二连接件,所述第二连接件套接所述第一连接件,所述第二连接件与所述壳体枢接。
  15. 一种燃气灶,其特征在于:包括燃气灶开关轴及权利要求1-14任一项所述的燃气灶自动关闭装置,所述燃气灶开关轴连接所述燃气灶自动关闭装置,所述燃气灶自动关闭装置胶接或可拆卸的固定于所述燃气灶上。
