Description

触控式集成灶 技术领域
本发明涉及一种触控式集成灶,属于厨具设备领域。
背景技术
现市面的集成灶使用灶具点火装置,主要配件旋钮气阀,开关,电脉冲,点火针,热电偶,外接电源或者电池盒,其原理是使用下压,旋转旋钮,打开气阀,气阀上微动开关接通电路,信号传递脉冲,脉冲点火,点燃燃气,热电偶热受热感应发电打开气阀里面的电磁阀。
灶台台面上按钮、按键多,不利于清洁,机械结构容易出现松动。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种触控式集成灶,采用触控面板开关控制点火、火力调节等,灶台台面无多余部件,便于清洁,易于安装,适于在集成灶中推广应用。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种触控式集成灶,包括安装架、设置在所述的安装架上的进气管、设置在所述的安装架上的两个灶体单元以及触控系统,所述的进气管上连接有分别指向两个所述的灶体单元的分流管,所述的分流管上设置有由电机驱动的电磁阀,所述的电机驱动所述的电磁阀至少具有进气量递减的第一开度、第二开度、第三开度和全闭状态,所述的灶体单元中包括点火针和热电偶,所述的触控系统包括触控面板及处理器,所述的触控面板上集成有电源开关、点火开关及火力调节开关,所述的触控面板通过所述的处理器连接至两个所述的灶体单元、所述的电机及所述的电磁阀,所述的电源开关连接至该集成灶的供电电路上,所述的点火开关连接在所述的点火针的工作电路上且连接在所述的电机及电磁阀的工作电路上,所述的火力调节开关连接在所述的电机及电磁阀的工作电路上,该集成灶的供电电路接通时,单次按下所述的点火开关,对应的所述的点火针处于工作状态,对应的所述的热电偶处于工作状态,对应的所述的电磁阀处于第一开度,对应的所述的灶体单元处于工作状态。
进一步地,循环单次按下所述的火力调节开关时,所述的电磁阀的开度以第一开度、第二开度及第三开度顺序循环切换。
进一步地,该集成灶还包括灶台面板,所述的触控面板嵌入安装在所述的灶台面板上,所述的灶台面板的上表面与所述的触控面板的上表面位于同一平面内。
进一步地,按下所述的点火开关3秒或以上时,对应的所述的电磁阀切换至全闭状态,对应的所述的灶体单元处于关闭状态。
进一步地,所述的触控面板上还集成有定时开关,该定时开关通过定时器连接至所述的点火开关。
进一步地,所述的定时开关包括定时增加开关和定时减少开关。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的触控式集成灶,采用触控面板开关控制整个集成灶,灶台台面没有多余的部件,灶台台面整洁,便于清洁,并且安装方便,避免了传统技术中机械按钮容易松动的缺陷,本设计适于在集成灶中推广应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1和图2所示,一种触控式集成灶,包括安装架1、设置在所述的安装架1上的进气管2、设置在所述的安装架1上的两个灶体单元以及触控系统,所述的进气管2上连接有分别指向两个所述的灶体单元的分流管3,所述的分流管 3上设置有由电机4驱动的电磁阀5,所述的电机4驱动所述的电磁阀5至少具有进气量递减的第一开度、第二开度、第三开度和全闭状态,该电磁阀5选用侨享品牌的电磁阀(市上有售),所述的灶体单元中包括点火针6和热电偶7,所述的触控系统包括触控面板及处理器,所述的触控面板上集成有电源开关、点火开关及火力调节开关,所述的触控面板通过所述的处理器连接至两个所述的灶体单元、所述的电机4及所述的电磁阀5,所述的电源开关连接至该集成灶的供电电路上,所述的点火开关连接在所述的点火针6的工作电路上且连接在所述的电机4及电磁阀5的工作电路上,所述的火力调节开关连接在所述的电机4及电磁阀5的工作电路上,该集成灶的供电电路接通时,单次按下所述的点火开关,对应的所述的点火针6处于工作状态,对应的所述的热电偶7处于工作状态,对应的所述的电磁阀5处于第一开度,对应的所述的灶体单元处于工作状态,循环单次按下所述的火力调节开关时,所述的电磁阀5的开度以第一开度、第二开度及第三开度顺序循环切换,即在对应的灶体单元已经处于工作状态时,按下火力调节开关一次,电磁阀5开度由第一开度转换至第二开度,火力为中火;再按下火力调节开关一次,电磁阀5开度由第二开度转换至第三开度,火力为小火;再按下火力调节开关一次,电磁阀5开度由第三开度转换至第一开度,火力回为大火;再单次按下火力调节开关,以此在大火、中火和小火之间循环转换,该集成灶还包括灶台面板,所述的触控面板嵌入安装在所述的灶台面板上,所述的灶台面板的上表面与所述的触控面板的上表面位于同一平面内,按下所述的点火开关3秒或以上时,对应的所述的电磁阀5切换至全闭状态,对应的所述的灶体单元处于关闭状态,所述的触控面板上还集成有定时开关,该定时开关通过定时器连接至所述的点火开关,所述的定时开关包括定时增加开关和定时减少开关,此定时功能为传统技术的应用,故此处不进行赘述。
综上,本发明的触控式集成灶,采用触控面板开关控制整个集成灶,灶台台面没有多余的部件,灶台台面整洁,便于清洁,并且安装方便,避免了传统技术中机械按钮容易松动的缺陷,本设计适于在集成灶中推广应用。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种触控式集成灶,其特征在于:包括安装架、设置在所述的安装架上的进气管、设置在所述的安装架上的两个灶体单元以及触控系统,所述的进气管上连接有分别指向两个所述的灶体单元的分流管,所述的分流管上设置有由电机驱动的电磁阀,所述的电机驱动所述的电磁阀至少具有进气量递减的第一开度、第二开度、第三开度和全闭状态,所述的灶体单元中包括点火针和热电偶,所述的触控系统包括触控面板及处理器,所述的触控面板上集成有电源开关、点火开关及火力调节开关,所述的触控面板通过所述的处理器连接至两个所述的灶体单元、所述的电机及所述的电磁阀,所述的电源开关连接至该集成灶的供电电路上,所述的点火开关连接在所述的点火针的工作电路上且连接在所述的电机及电磁阀的工作电路上,所述的火力调节开关连接在所述的电机及电磁阀的工作电路上,该集成灶的供电电路接通时,单次按下所述的点火开关,对应的所述的点火针处于工作状态,对应的所述的热电偶处于工作状态,对应的所述的电磁阀处于第一开度,对应的所述的灶体单元处于工作状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的触控式集成灶,其特征在于,循环单次按下所述的火力调节开关时,所述的电磁阀的开度以第一开度、第二开度及第三开度顺序循环切换。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的触控式集成灶,其特征在于,该集成灶还包括灶台面板,所述的触控面板嵌入安装在所述的灶台面板上,所述的灶台面板的上表面与所述的触控面板的上表面位于同一平面内。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的触控式集成灶,其特征在于,按下所述的点火开关3秒或以上时,对应的所述的电磁阀切换至全闭状态,对应的所述的灶体单元处于关闭状态。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的触控式集成灶,其特征在于,所述的触控面板上还集成有定时开关,该定时开关通过定时器连接至所述的点火开关。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的触控式集成灶,其特征在于,所述的定时开关包括定时增加开关和定时减少开关。
