Definitions
- the present invention relates to a composite spine examination auxiliary device capable of multi-posture correction, and more particularly, various forces of action in the longitudinal direction of the spine can be applied while maintaining the patient's posture stably, and constant bending to the left and right
- the present invention relates to a complex spinal examination assistant device capable of correcting multiple postures so that accurate and various tests are possible because it can transmit power, and in addition to observing the vertebral body and vertebral disc ligaments that change according to posture.
- Structural images mean structural and anatomical images of the human body, and functional images are human perception. It is to visualize functional information on sensory functions, etc., either directly or indirectly.
- CT, MRI, etc. are technologies corresponding to the structural imaging technology.
- CT Computer Tomography
- the CT device is basically implemented using X-rays, which is a device that photographs while moving around a patient lying down.
- the X-ray information obtained through the photographing is reconstructed as an image on a computer, and the cut surface of the sore spot is clearly shown as if it was cut with a knife.
- it is possible to accurately diagnose internal organs or anatomically complex structures that are not overlapped in normal X-ray images.
- the advantage of the CT device is that it can scan within a short time, so that a clear image can be obtained without motion artifacts caused by movement of the human body such as breathing.
- a drug called a contrast agent which is often used to take a blood vessel or to determine the characteristics of a tissue
- the scan is performed at the time when the concentration in the blood vessel is highest, so CT angiography can be performed and the amount of contrast agent is reduced. I can.
- Such a CT device is useful for diagnosing most diseases, including the evaluation of fracture patients, but is evaluated as useful for brain diseases, head and neck tumors, lung cancer, tumors of various digestive organs, and liver cancer.
- a general MRI device that is currently most widely used in clinical and research as an anatomical image is a device that finds and analyzes lesions using the force of a magnetic field.
- NMR Nuclear Magnetic Resonance
- the MRI device is very useful for imaging soft tissues such as muscles and ligaments, brain nervous system, and tumors, and in recent years, it has been widely used to determine the range of soft tissue cancers such as breast cancer, liver cancer, ovarian cancer, and cervical cancer. .
- the side effects of the contrast agent can be avoided because the blood vessels and the spinal cavity can be viewed without the use of a contrast agent. Additional tests such as MRI are performed, and spinal cavity angiography (MRI-Myelogram) is sometimes performed to accurately observe the spinal cavity and spinal nerve bundles from multiple directions.
- MRI-Myelogram spinal cavity angiography
- the MRI apparatus is an imaging diagnostic device capable of obtaining a tomographic shape of the body by using a signal of magnetization of an atomic nucleus in a living body.
- the reason why an image in a living body can be obtained using magnetism and high frequency is because the living body is made of hydrogen molecules that are affected by numerous magnets. 70% of the living body is made up of water, and each water molecule contains one hydrogen atom, which makes it a very small magnet.
- a patient table is installed to allow the patient to take a stable posture and to conduct an image.
- the patient table is a patient fixing device that can increase the image to a stable posture by limiting the patient's will. have.
- the patient fixing device used in the past has a shape of fixing the patient fixing belt in a home manner and detaching the patient, but these are not accurately fixed, so that the photographed image is degraded, resulting in an uneconomical problem that requires re-taking. have.
- the belt cannot be moved according to the position and part of the patient, it is uncomfortable for patients with physical conditions other than the position of the belt, thereby reducing comfort.
- the structure of the spine, the structure and shape of the disks and ligaments change according to the load and various posture changes caused by gravity and weight.
- An object of the present invention is to solve all the problems as described above, it is possible to apply various forces of action in the longitudinal direction of the spine while maintaining the patient's posture stably, and to transmit a constant bending force to the left and right. It is to provide a complex spinal examination assistant device capable of correcting multiple postures to enable accurate and various examinations.
