Description

반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치
본 발명은 반려동물이 편히 쉴 수 있는 주거 및 휴식 공간을 제공하는 한편, 에어 샤워 클리닝(Air Shower Cleaning) 시스템, 미스트 또는 스팀 분사 및 샤워(Mist/Steam Spray and Shower) 시스템, 건조(Drying) 시스템, 그리고 플라즈마 발생장치(Plasma Generator) 또는 이온 발생장치(Ionizer) 등을 통해 털, 먼지, 냄새 및 각종 세균 (박테리아, 곰팡이 등)을 제거함으로써 반려동물의 위생관리 및 피부병, 호흡기 질병 등의 각종 질병 예방과 건강을 관리할 수 있는 기기장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 반려동물을 쉬게 하는 공간으로서 여러 형태의 펫 하우스(pet house)가 제공되고 있는데, 그 예로서 대한민국 공개실용신안 제20-2016-0003287호(2016.09.27. 공개)는 '반려동물 하우스'가 소개되어 있다.
상기 발명을 구체적으로 살펴보면, 바닥부의 사방을 출입구 및 적어도 하나의 환풍용 창이 형성된 복수의 측판부가 둘러싸도록 배치하고, 상기 복수의 측판부의 상부를 덮도록 지붕을 배치한 반려동물 하우스로 구성되어 있다. 반려동물 하우스의 내부에는 온도를 감지하는 온도 감지부가 설치되고, 또한 상기 반려동물 하우스의 내부는 중량 변화를 감지하는 중량 감지부가 설치되어 있으며, 바닥부의 일면에 접하도록 전기가 흐르면 흡열면과 발열면 사이에 온도 편차가 발생하면서 열을 흡수하거나 방출하는 열전 소자가 설치된다. 그리고, 열전 소자에 인접해서는 상기 열전 소자에 의한 열전도가 이루어지는 열전도 부재가 배치되며, 제어부는 온도 감지부에 의해 감지된 온도 및 중량 감지부에 의해 감지된 반려동물의 이동 여부에 따른 중량 변화에 따라 열전 소자를 제어한다.
그러나 이와 같은 종래의 반려동물 하우스는 단지 반려동물이 쉬기 위한 최적의 온도를 유지할 수 있는 장점은 있지만, 반려동물로부터 발생하는 냄새 또는 이물질의 제거 기능이 전혀 없기 때문에 반려동물 하우스 내에서 악취가 발생하는 등 청결 및 위생 유지에는 별다른 대책이 없다.

상기 바닥판의 먼지 배출구와 상기 수집통의 먼지 수집부에 각각 먼지 필터가 구비될 수 있으며, 상기 바닥판에는 전원을 공급받으면 발열을 하는 탄소섬유판이 구비될 수도 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 상기 본체는 내측벽과, 상기 내측벽에 대해 이격되어 그 사이에 공간을 형성하는 외측벽을 포함하고, 상기 내측벽과 외측벽 사이에는 상기 공기 송풍장치로부터 상기 메인 송풍구와 상기 제1 및 제2 보조 송풍구로 공기가 유동할 수 있는 덕트가 형성된다.
여기서, 상기 덕트는, 상기 메인 송풍구로 공기를 공급하는 메인 덕트와, 상기 제1 및 제2 보조 송풍구로 공기를 공급하는 보조 덕트가 서로 분리되게 형성되어 있다.
상기 메인 송풍구는 상기 본체의 내부공간 좌우면에 각각 상하로 이격된 한 쌍으로 형성될 수 있으며, 이 경우 상기 보조 덕트는 상기 한 쌍의 메인 송풍구에 대해 각각 독립적으로 연결되는 한 쌍의 메인 덕트 사이에 배치된다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따르면, 상기 한 쌍의 메인 덕트 중 위쪽의 메인 덕트 주변으로 상기 본체의 내부공간과 연통하는 이중순환용 슬릿이 형성되고, 상기 이중순환용 슬릿은 상기 본체의 하방에서 상기 보조 덕트와 연통된다.
그리고, 상기 본체의 내부공간 상면 전방에는 상기 출입구에 인접하여 하방으로 공기를 분출하는 에어커튼이 구비될 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명은 상기 공기 송풍장치, 미스트 공급장치, 공기 배출장치, 탄소섬유판의 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 제어부는 안락 모드에서 상기 공기 송풍장치와 탄소섬유판 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 동작을 제어하게 된다.
또한, 상기 제어부는 청결 모드에서는 상기 공기 송풍장치, 미스트 공급장치, 공기 배출장치의 동작을 제어하게 되며, 특히 청결 모드에서는 상기 공기 송풍장치와 공기 배출장치를 작동하여 애완동물에 묻은 이물질을 털어내고, 이후 상기 공기 송풍장치와 공기 배출장치를 정지시키고, 상기 미스트 공급장치를 작동하여 상기 애완동물의 몸에 상기 소독액, 세정액 또는 물을 미스트 형태로 분출하며, 다음으로 상기 공기 송풍장치와 공기 배출장치를 작동하여 점차로 공기의 흐름을 빠르게 하면서 이와 반비례하여 상기 미스트 공급장치를 점차로 정지시키고, 상기 미스트 공급장치가 정지한 이후에 일정 시간 동안 상기 공기 송풍장치와 공기 배출장치를 작동하여 상기 애완동물의 몸을 말려주도록 제어하게 된다.
상기와 같은 구성을 가진 본 발명의 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치는 반려동물에게 쾌적한 주거환경을 제공할 수 있는 것은 물론 반려동물의 외출 후나 반려동물이 아플 때 또는 사람이 반려동물을 직접 목욕시킬 수 없을 때에 간편하게 샤워를 시키는데 매우 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치는 특별한 이중 공기순환 구조와 강제 배출구조를 구비함으로써 미스트 샤워 시스템의 기능을 크게 향상시키고 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예들을 상세히 설명한다. 이때, 첨부된 도면에서 동일한 구성 요소는 가능한 동일한 부호로 나타내고 있음에 유의한다. 또한, 본 발명의 요지를 흐리게 할 수 있는 공지 기능 및 구성에 대한 상세한 설명은 생략할 것이다. 마찬가지 이유로 첨부 도면에 있어서 일부 구성요소는 과장되거나 생략되거나 개략적으로 도시되었다.
본 발명은 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치(10)에 관한 것으로서, 평상시에는 반려동물이 펫 하우스로 사용할 수 있으며, 반려동물을 청결하게 닦아줄 때에는 자동으로 미스트 샤워를 하고 물기를 말릴 수 있는 건조기로도 사용할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치(10)는 실내공간을 매우 효율적으로 활용할 수 있도록 하며, 자동으로 반려동물의 샤워를 할 수 있기 때문에 반려동물의 위생과 건강 관리에 유용하다.
도 1 및 도 2는 본 발명의 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치(10)의 전체적인 외형을 보여준다. 외부적으로는 본체(100)가 보이며, 본체(100)의 전면에는 출입구(110)가 형성되어 있다. 출입구(110)에는 상방이 힌지 고정되어 회동할 수 있는 도어(112)가 구비되며, 도어(112)는 도 3에 도시된 것과 같이 위로 회동한 후 본체(100) 안에 슬라이드 방식으로 수납된다. 슬라이드 방식의 수납형 도어(112)는 출입구(110)를 개방해 놓더라도 공간을 차지하지 않기 때문에 여닫이 문 등에 비해 공간 활용성이 우수하다. 그리고, 본체(100)의 상면 전방에는 각종 조작을 위한 컨트롤 패널(114)(제어부와 연결)이 배치되는데, 반려동물이 건드려 예기치 못한 동작이 일어나지 않도록 회동식 패널 커버(116)로 가려놓을 수 있다.
여기서, 도어(112)는 안과 밖에서 반려동물과 주인이 서로를 보고 확인할 수 있을 정도의 투명도를 가지는 것이 반려동물의 심리적 안정감을 위해 좋다.
이하에서는, 도 4 및 도 5를 참조하여 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치(10)의 내부구조에 대해 상세히 설명한다.
반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치(10)는 그 기능을 중심으로 하여, 본체(100)와 바닥판(200), 공기 송풍장치(300), 미스트 공급장치(400), 수집통(500), 그리고 공기 배출장치(600)로 나누어 설명할 수 있다.
본체(100)는 반려동물을 수용하는 내부공간을 형성하며, 공기 송풍장치(300)와 미스트 공급장치(400) 등의 부속 구성품을 장착하는 프레임의 역할을 한다. 전술한 것처럼 본체(100)의 전면에 출입구(110)가 형성되어 있으며, 내부공간의 좌우면 중앙부에는 각각 메인 송풍구(120)가, 후면 하방에 제1 보조 송풍구(122)가, 그리고 상면 후방으로부터는 홈의 형태로서 미스트 분출구(124)가 형성되어 있다.
바닥판(200)은 본체(100)의 바닥에 설치되는 일종의 플레이트 부재인데, 도 9에 도시된 것과 같이, 바닥판(200)의 중앙부는 오목면(210)을 이루고 있으며, 좌우면에는 제2 보조 송풍구(220)가 형성되어 있다. 또한, 오목면(210) 안쪽의 후방 바닥에는 유체 배출구(230)가 형성되어 있으며, 오목면(210) 전방의 바깥으로는 먼지 배출구(240)가 형성되어 있다. 오목면(210)은 각종 이물질이 제1 및 제2 보조 송풍구(122, 220)를 통해 유출되는 것을 억제하고 유체 배출구(230)로 집중하기 위해 의도적으로 오목하게 만든 것이다.
또한, 도 9에서 확인할 수 있듯이, 바닥판(200)에서 유체 배출구(230)는 오목면(210) 안쪽에 형성한 반면, 먼지 배출구(240)를 오목면(210) 바깥으로 가장 멀리에 형성한 것은 물기나 오줌 등의 유체 오물을 먼지 등의 고형 이물질과 확실히 분리하여 수거하기 위함이다.
그리고, 공기 송풍장치(300)는 본체(100)의 후면에 설치되며, 메인 팬(310)이 외부 공기를 흡입하여 메인 송풍구(120)와 제1 및 제2 보조 송풍구(122, 220)로 공급한다. 그리고, 히터(320)를 메인 팬(310) 주변에 설치하여 외부공기를 적절한 온도의 온풍으로 만들어 공급할 수 있다. 온풍의 온도는 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치(10)의 사용 모드에 맞춰 적절히 조절할 수 있다.
미스트 공급장치(400)는 리저버(물탱크)(410)에 저장된 소독액, 세정액 또는 물 등의 액체를 미스트 발생장치(420), 예를 들면 초음파 진동자를 이용하여 미스트 형태로 만든 후 미스트 팬(430)으로 압송하여 본체(100)의 미스트 분출구(124)를 통해 내부공간에 분출하는 구성이다. 도시된 실시형태에서는 2개의 미스트 발생장치(420) 및 미스트 팬(430)을 구비하여 충분한 양의 미스트를 공급할 수 있도록 되어 있으며, 미스트 분출구(124)를 본체(100) 상면에 전방을 향해 길게 연장 형성함으로써 내부공간 전반에 걸쳐 균일한 미스트 작용이 일어나도록 구성하고 있다.
뒤에 더 자세히 설명하겠지만, 미스트 공급장치(400)에서 만든 소독액, 세정액 또는 물 등의 미스트는 반려동물의 털을 소독하거나 세척하는 기능을 할 수 있다. 이는 근래 보급되고 있는 의류용 스팀 관리기의 기능을 연상하면 쉽게 이해할 수 있다. 또한 미스트 공급장치(400)는 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치(10) 내부공간의 습도를 조절하여 거주공간으로서의 쾌적함을 유지하는 용도로도 사용될 수 있다. 그리고, 도시된 것처럼, 액체의 보충을 쉽게 할 수 있도록 본체(100)의 상면 후방에 리저버 캡(412)을 배치하는 것도 가능하다.
그리고, 바닥판(200)의 하방에는 본체(100)에 대해 슬라이드 방식으로 착탈되는 수집통(500)이 구비된다. 수집통(500)은 미스트 샤워시의 물기나 오줌 등의 액체, 먼지나 털 등의 고형 이물질을 수집하였다가 나중에 일괄하여 버릴 수 있도록 하는 일종의 오염물 수거통이다. 특히, 본 발명의 수거통은 바닥판(200)과 연계하여, 바닥판(200)의 먼지 배출구(240)와 연통하는 먼지 수집부(510)와, 먼지 수집부(510)에 대해 격벽으로 분리되어 있으면서 바닥판(200)의 유체 배출구(230)와 연통하는 유체 수집부(520)의 두 영역으로 구분되어 있다.
수집통(500)의 구조는 도 3 및 도 9를 참조할 수 있는데, 유체 수집부(520)는 바닥판(200)의 유체 배출구(230)와 연통하는 일부분을 제외하고는 사방을 밀폐하여 오물이 밖으로 유출될 가능성을 낮추는 것이 바람직할 수 있다.
그리고, 공기 배출장치(600)는 수집통(500)의 먼지 수집부(510)와 연통하여 본체(100) 내부공간의 공기를 외부로 강제 배출하는 구성이다. 즉, 배출 덕트(620)와 연결된 배출 팬(610)이 수집통(500)의 먼지 수집부(510)를 통해 본체(100) 내부공간의 공기를 흡입하여 후면의 배출구(630)로 강제 배출한다. 공기 배출장치(600)의 배출 덕트(620)가 수집통(500)의 먼지 수집부(510)와 연결되는 것은, 본 발명의 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치(10)가 내부공간을 유동하는 외부 공기의 흐름을 효율적으로 설계한 것과 관계가 있는 것인데, 이에 대해서는 상세히 설명한다.
도 6은 외부 공기를 내부공간으로 도입하고 순환시키기 위한 덕트(140) 구조를 상세히 도시한 도면이고, 도 7은 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치(10)를 후면에서 바라본 내부구조를 도시하고 있다.
본체(100)는 내측벽(130)과, 상기 내측벽(130)에 대해 이격되어 그 사이에 공간을 형성하는 외측벽(132)을 포함하고 있으며, 내측벽(130)과 외측벽(132) 사이에 공기 송풍장치(300)로부터 메인 송풍구(120)와 제1 및 제2 보조 송풍구(122, 220)로 공기가 유동할 수 있는 덕트(140)가 형성되어 있다. 도시된 실시형태는 덕트(140)의 벽면이 내측벽(130)으로부터 돌출 형성되어 있으면서 외측벽(132)이 이를 감쌈으로써 덕트(140) 구조가 완성되는 형태이다.
여기서, 상기 덕트(140)는 메인 송풍구(120)로 공기를 공급하는 메인 덕트(142)와, 제1 및 제2 보조 송풍구(122, 220)로 공기를 공급하는 보조 덕트(144)가 서로 분리 형성되어 있다. 이와 같이 메인 덕트(142)와 보조 덕트(144)를 분리하여 독립적으로 형성하는 것은 메인 팬(310)에 의해 흡입된 외부 공기를 유동 초기부터 균등하게 분할함으로써 내부공간에서의 공기 흐름을 균일하게 만들기 위함이다.
도시된 것과 같이, 메인 송풍구(120)는 본체(100)의 내부공간 좌우면에 각각 상하로 이격된 한 쌍으로 형성될 수 있는데, 이 경우에는 한 쌍의 메인 송풍구(120)에 대해 각각 독립적으로 연결되는 한 쌍의 메인 덕트(142) 사이에 보조 덕트(144)를 배치하는 것이 외부 공기의 균등 배분에 유리하다.
메인 송풍구(120)와 제1 및 제2 보조 송풍구(122, 220)의 주된 역할은 다른데, 중앙에 위치한 메인 송풍구(120)는 반려동물에게 직접 작용하는 바람을 만드는 것이 주목적이고, 하방에 위치한 제1 및 제2 보조 송풍구(122, 220)는 바닥판(200)에 흐르는 물기나 오줌 등을 중앙의 유체 배출구(230) 쪽으로 밀어주는 바람을 만드는 것이 주된 목적이다. 물론 제1 및 제2 보조 송풍구(122, 220) 역시 반려동물의 하반신 쪽 송풍이나 건조에 도움을 주지만, 내부공간을 빠르게 건조하고 청소 효과까지 얻을 수 있다는 측면에서의 제1 및 제2 보조 송풍구(122, 220)의 역할도 중요하다. 참고로, 제1 보조 송풍구(122)를 바닥판(200)이 아닌 본체(100)의 후면 하방에 형성한 것은 공기 배출장치(600)의 배출구(630) 위치와 간섭 문제가 발생할 수 있기 때문인데, 경우에 따라서는 바닥판(200)에 제1 보조 송풍구(122)를 형성할 수도 있을 것이다.
그리고, 메인 송풍구(120)와 제1 및 제2 보조 송풍구(122, 220)는 내부공간에서 봤을 때 오목한 면을 이루도록 함으로써 분출되는 공기가 자연스럽게 넓게 확산되도록 하는 것이 균일한 송풍에 도움이 된다.
또한, 본 발명은 한 쌍의 메인 덕트(142) 중 위쪽의 메인 덕트(142) 주변으로 본체(100)의 내부공간과 연통하는 이중순환용 슬릿(146)을 형성하고, 상기 이중순환용 슬릿(146)이 본체(100)의 하방에서 보조 덕트(144)와 연통하도록 구성할 수 있다. 즉, 이중순환용 슬릿(146)은 내부공간에 도입된 외부 공기를 내측벽(130)과 외측벽(132) 사이의 공간을 통해 제1 및 제2 보조 송풍구(122, 220)로 다시금 되돌리는 이중 공기순환을 만들기 위해 마련된 것이다.
내부공간의 상부에는 먼지나 털과 같은 가벼운 이물질이 많이 분산되어 있는데, 공중에 뜬 가벼운 이물질이 하부의 수집통(500)에 수거되기에는 메인 송풍구(120)의 바람이 방해를 하게 되고, 메인 팬(310)의 작동을 멈추고 공기 배출장치(600)만 가동하더라도 많은 시간이 소요되고 전력 소비도 늘어나게 된다. 따라서, 위쪽의 메인 덕트(142) 주변의 상부에 이중순환용 슬릿(146)을 형성함으로써 공기의 압력에 의한 자연스러운 흐름을 통해 가벼운 이물질을 제1 및 제2 보조 송풍구(122, 220)로 보내고, 이후 바닥판(200) 쪽으로 불어낸 바람을 통해 수집통(500)으로 바로 수거되도록 하는 이중 공기순환을 만드는 것이 바람직할 수 있다.
이러한 이중 공기순환은 도 8에 잘 도시되어 있다. 가는 실선은 메인 팬(310)에 의해 내부공간으로 들어가는 공기 흐름을, 파선은 내부공간의 공기가 이중순환용 슬릿(146)을 통해 제1 및 제2 보조 송풍구(122, 220)로 도입되는 공기 흐름을 나타낸다.
또한, 도 8을 보면, 내부공간의 공기가 공기 배출장치(600)를 통해 최종적으로 외부로 배출되는 공기 흐름이 굵은 실선으로 도시되어 있다. 본 발명은 강제 배출방식을 취하고 있는데, 이는 메인 팬(310)으로 가압된 외부 공기가 유로 저항에 의해 적절히 배출되지 못하고 내부공간에 쌓일 경우 압력이 과도하게 상승하여 도어(112)가 강제로 개방되거나 반려동물이 괴로움을 느낄 우려가 있기 때문이다.
또한, 물기나 오줌 등의 액체는 바닥판(200)에 약간의 경사를 주는 것만으로도 중력에 의해 쉽게 수집되지만, 먼지나 털 등의 가벼운 이물질은 상대적으로 수거하는 것이 어렵기 때문에 먼지 배출구(240)와 먼지 수집부(510)에 집중하여 공기를 강제 배출함으로써 가벼운 이물질의 수거 효율을 상승시킬 수 있다. 바닥판(200)의 먼지 배출구(240)과 수집통(500)의 먼지 수집부(510)에는 각각 먼지 필터(150)가 구비되어 먼지나 털 등이 실내에 비산되는 것을 방지한다.
그리고, 바닥판(200)에는 전원을 공급받으면 발열을 하는 탄소섬유판(250)이 구비될 수 있으며, 이를 통해 본체(100)의 바닥을 따뜻하게 난방하는 온돌 효과를 통해 더욱 쾌적한 환경을 만들 수 있다.
설명되지 않은 도면부호 "252"는 탄소섬유판(250)에 전력을 공급하는 전원선을 표시한 것이며, 도면부호 "160"은 바닥판(200)의 오목면(210) 위에 올려지는 패브릭 재질과 같은 패드(160)를 표시한 것이다. 패드(160)는 안락감을 주고 바닥판(200)의 오염을 방지하기 위해 구비될 수 있는데, 탈착이 자유로워서 세탁과 교체가 용이한 것이 좋으며, 바닥판(200)의 유체 배출구(230)에 대응하는 구멍이 형성되어 있어 배수에 방해가 되지 않을 필요도 있다.
또한, 도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 것과 같이, 본체(100)의 내부공간 상면 전방에 출입구(110)에 인접하여 하방으로 공기를 분출하는 에어커튼(700)이 구비될 수 있다. 에어커튼 팬(710)에 의해 불어낸 공기가 에어커튼 덕트(720)를 통해 에어커튼(700)에 공급되며, 에어커튼(700)은 도어(112) 내면쪽으로 공기를 불어냄으로써 내부공간에 미스트가 충만하더라도 도어(112)를 통해 반려동물이 외부를 볼 수 있도록 만들어준다. 밀폐된 내부공간 안에서 바람과 미스트를 받는 반려동물은 상당한 불안감에 빠질 수 있으므로, 에어커튼(700)을 작동하여 주인을 볼 수 있도록 만들어주는 것은 본 발명을 실내환경에서 빈번히 사용하는데 매우 긴요하고 본 발명의 활용성을 제고한다.
그리고, 본 발명은 조명등 및 플라즈마/이온 발생장치(800)를 구비하고 있는데, 조명등은 내부공간의 조명을 위한 것으로서 수명과 전력소모를 고려하면 LED 조명기구가 바람직할 수 있고, 조도를 조절할 수 있다면 더욱 좋을 것이다. 또한, 플라즈마/이온 발생장치는 내부공간의 냄새를 정화하고 살균, 소독 작용을 일으키기 위한 것이다.
상기와 같은 구성을 가진 본 발명의 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치(10)는 크게 나누어 펫 하우스나 스팀 관리기로 사용할 수 있음은 전술한 바와 같다.
예를 들어, 본 발명은 공기 송풍장치(300), 미스트 공급장치(400), 공기 배출장치(600), 탄소섬유판(250)의 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함(컨트롤 패널을 통해 조작 가능)하는데, 펫 하우스로 사용하는 이른바 안락 모드에서는 공기 송풍장치(300)와 탄소섬유판(250) 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 동작을 제어하게 된다. 안락 모드는 편안한 주거 및 휴식 환경을 유지하는 모드를 의미하며, 통상 도어(112)를 개방하여 사용하기 때문에 공기 배출장치(600)를 작동할 필요는 없다. 공기 송풍장치(300)로 가벼운 바람을 불어내고 탄소섬유판(250)으로 바닥판(200)을 따뜻하게 함으로써 반려동물은 충분한 안락감을 느끼게 된다. 미스트 공급장치(400)는 필요하다면 습도 조절을 위해 수분을 공급하는 용도로 가볍게 구동될 수도 있다. 또한, 에어커튼(700)을 가동하여 외부 이물질의 유입을 차단할 수도 있다.
이에 비해 미스트 및 샤워 시스템을 사용하는 모드, 예컨대 청결 모드에서는 제어부는 공기 송풍장치(300), 미스트 공급장치(400), 공기 배출장치(600)의 동작을 제어하는 것이 통상적이다. 탄소섬유판(250)은 전기 누전의 위험도 있고 세척 시에 바닥판(200)을 가열할 필요는 적기 때문에 굳이 탄소섬유판(250)을 작동할 필요는 없으며, 도어(112)를 폐쇄한 상태이기 때문에 공기 배출장치(600)는 가동해야 한다.
청결 모드에서의 일련의 동작 과정을 간략히 설명하면, 먼저 공기 송풍장치(300)와 공기 배출장치(600)를 강하게 작동하여 애완동물에 묻은 이물질을 털어내고, 이후 공기 송풍장치(300)와 공기 배출장치(600)를 일시 정지시킨 상태에서 미스트 공급장치(400)를 활발히 작동하여 애완동물의 몸에 소독액, 세정액 또는 물을 미스트 형태로 분출하며 충분히 적시게 되며, 그 다음으로 공기 송풍장치(300)와 공기 배출장치(600)를 작동하여 점차로 공기의 흐름을 빠르게 하면서 이와는 반비례하여 미스트 공급장치(400)를 점차로 정지시키는 샤워 과정을 진행하게 된다. 공기의 흐름이 빨라질수록 미스트의 양을 줄이는 것은 샤워 과정에서 건조 과정으로 넘어가는 과정을 유연하게 연결하고, 또한 미스트를 빨리 줄여주는 것이 반려동물의 심리 안정에 도움을 주기 때문이다.
미스트 공급장치(400)가 정지한 이후에는 일정 시간 동안 공기 송풍장치(300)와 공기 배출장치(600)를 작동하여 애완동물의 몸을 말려주는 건조 과정을 거치게 되며, 이로써 반려동물의 미스트 또는 스팀 방식의 샤워가 완료된다.
또한, 청결 모드는 미스트의 양을 줄이는 건강관리 모드로 전환할 수 있으며, 반려동물의 호흡기 질병 예방 및 치료, 면역력 향상에 도움이 되는 약품 또는 물질을 리저버(410) 속에 투입, 첨가하여 미스트를 분사함으로써 반려동물의 호흡기 질병 예방 및 치료, 면역력 강화에 도움이 되는 기능을 할 수 있다. 또한 플라즈마/이온 발생장치(800) 시스템을 단독 기동함으로써 피부병 또는 호흡기 질병 예방, 면역력 강화 등 건강관리에 도움이 되는 기능을 할 수 있다.
이상, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 대하여 설명하였으나, 해당 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 사상으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서, 구성 요소의 부가, 변경, 삭제 또는 추가 등에 의해 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있을 것이며, 이러한 수정, 변경 또한 본 발명의 권리범위 내에 포함된다고 할 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 전면에 출입구가 형성되고, 내부공간의 좌우면 중앙부에 각각 메인 송풍구가 형성되며, 후면 하방에 제1 보조 송풍구가 형성되고, 상면 후방으로부터 연장되어 소독액, 세정액 또는 물이 미스트 형태로 분무되는 미스트 분출구가 형성된 본체;
    상기 본체의 바닥에 설치되고 중앙부가 오목면을 이루는 판으로서, 좌우면에는 제2 보조 송풍구가 형성되고, 상기 오목면의 후방 바닥에는 유체 배출구가 형성되며, 상기 오목면 전방의 밖에는 먼지 배출구가 형성된 바닥판;
    상기 본체의 후면에 설치되고, 상기 메인 송풍구와 상기 제1 및 제2 보조 송풍구에 외부 공기를 흡입하여 공급하며, 상기 외부 공기를 가열하는 히터를 구비하는 공기 송풍장치;
    상기 소독액, 세정액 또는 물을 미스트 형태로 만들어 상기 미스트 분출구를 통해 상기 내부공간에 분출하는 미스트 공급장치;
    상기 바닥판의 하방에 배치되어 상기 본체에 대해 슬라이드 방식으로 착탈되며, 상기 먼지 배출구와 연통하는 먼지 수집부와, 상기 먼지 수집부에 대해 격벽으로 분리되어 있고 상기 유체 배출구와 연통하는 유체 수집부를 구비하는 수집통: 및
    상기 수집통의 먼지 수집부와 연통하여 상기 본체 내부공간의 공기를 외부로 강제 배출하는 공기 배출장치;
    를 포함하는 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 바닥판의 먼지 배출구와 상기 수집통의 먼지 수집부에 각각 먼지 필터가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 바닥판에는 전원을 공급받으면 발열을 하는 탄소섬유판이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 본체는 내측벽과, 상기 내측벽에 대해 이격되어 그 사이에 공간을 형성하는 외측벽을 포함하고, 상기 내측벽과 외측벽 사이에는 상기 공기 송풍장치로부터 상기 메인 송풍구와 상기 제1 및 제2 보조 송풍구로 공기가 유동할 수 있는 덕트가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 덕트는,
    상기 메인 송풍구로 공기를 공급하는 메인 덕트와, 상기 제1 및 제2 보조 송풍구로 공기를 공급하는 보조 덕트가 서로 분리되게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 메인 송풍구는 상기 본체의 내부공간 좌우면에 각각 상하로 이격된 한 쌍으로 형성되고, 상기 보조 덕트는 상기 한 쌍의 메인 송풍구에 대해 각각 독립적으로 연결되는 한 쌍의 메인 덕트 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 한 쌍의 메인 덕트 중 위쪽의 메인 덕트 주변으로 상기 본체의 내부공간과 연통하는 이중순환용 슬릿이 형성되고, 상기 이중순환용 슬릿은 상기 본체의 하방에서 상기 보조 덕트와 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 본체의 내부공간 상면 전방에는 상기 출입구에 인접하여 하방으로 공기를 분출하는 에어커튼이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치.
  9. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 공기 송풍장치, 미스트 공급장치, 공기 배출장치, 탄소섬유판의 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고,
    상기 제어부는 안락 모드에서 상기 공기 송풍장치와 탄소섬유판 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 동작을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는 청결 모드에서 상기 공기 송풍장치, 미스트 공급장치, 공기 배출장치의 동작을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는 청결 모드에서,
    상기 공기 송풍장치와 공기 배출장치를 작동하여 애완동물에 묻은 이물질을 털어내고,
    이후 상기 공기 송풍장치와 공기 배출장치를 정지시키고, 상기 미스트 공급장치를 작동하여 상기 애완동물의 몸에 상기 소독액, 세정액 또는 물을 미스트 형태로 분출하며,
    다음으로 상기 공기 송풍장치와 공기 배출장치를 작동하여 점차로 공기의 흐름을 빠르게 하면서 이와 반비례하여 상기 미스트 공급장치를 점차로 정지시키고,
    상기 미스트 공급장치가 정지한 이후에 일정 시간 동안 상기 공기 송풍장치와 공기 배출장치를 작동하여 상기 애완동물의 몸을 말려주도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물 위생 및 건강관리 기기장치.
