애완동물의 털을 건조시키기 위하여 사용되는 여러 방법 중 가장 일반적인 것이 사람의 모발 건조를 위해 사용되는 또는 애완동물 전용의 헤어드라이어를 이용하여 열풍 건조시키는 것이다.
그런데, 애완동물의 경우 털이 젖으면 몸을 흔들어 털어내려고 하는 습성이 있기 때문에, 건조 중에 자주 몸을 흔들어 주변에 물과 털이 튀게 되고, 이에 따라 작업자에게 불쾌감을 안겨주고 건조 후 청소가 필요하여 번거로움을 가중시키게 된다.

이와 같이 서브 조립된 상태로 구비된 각 파트의 부품들 즉 각 판들을 조립하여 완제품으로 조립할 수 있되, 메인모듈(200)과 후면판(400) 및 양측판(300), 전면판(600)은 도 2에서와 같이 각 접합부에 상호 대응되는 암,수 클립(800)(900)을 각각 구비하여 각 부품들을 상호 조립할 수 있고, 바닥판(500)은 후면판(400)과 양 측면판(300)에 끼움 결합하여 조립할 수 있도록 구비된다.
이때, 바닥판(500) 역시도 전후좌우의 각 판에 전술한 암,수 클립으로 결합 고정할 수도 있으나, 신속하면서도 원활한 조립을 위해서 본 실시예에서와 같이 바닥판(500)을 후면판(400)과 양 측면판(300)에 끼움 결합하여 조립하는 바람직하다.
여기서, 메인모듈(200)의 내부에는 제어를 위한 각종 제어장치 즉 컨트롤러(230)와 전기 관련 부품들, 송풍팬(240) 등이 구비되므로 메인모듈(200)은 제작시 완전 조립된 완제품으로 제공하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기와 같이 구비되는 클립 중 암클립(800)은 도 3 및 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 메인모듈(200) 및 각각의 판에 부착 고정되는 고정부(810)와, 고정부(810)의 전면에서 돌출 형성되는 결합홀더(820)를 포함한다.
특히, 암클립(800)의 결합홀더(820)는 그 선단부가 개구된 "Ｃ"자 형상으로 형성되고, 이 개구부(822)에 의해 결합홀더(820)가 탄력적으로 벌어지면서 그 내부로 후술될 수클립(900)의 결합돌부(920)를 삽입하여 수용할 수 있게 된다.
그리고, 결합홀더(820)는 그 내주면에 후술될 결합돌부(920)의 결합홈(921)에 대응한 복수의 결합돌기(821)가 돌출 형성되어, 결합돌부(920)의 결합홈(921)에 결합된다.
한편, 수클립(900)은 암클립(800)과 마주하는 각 판에 부착 고정되는 고정부(910)와, 고정부(910)의 전면에서 돌출 형성되어 암클립(800)의 결합홀더(820)에 삽입되어 결합되는 결합돌부(920)를 포함한다.
수클립(900)의 결합돌부(920)는 고정부(910)의 전면부를 가로질러 횡설되는 원통형으로 형성되고, 결합돌부(920)의 표면에는 결합홀더(820)의 결합돌기(821)에 대응한 복수의 결합홈(921)이 형성되며, 이와 같은 결합홈(921)은 결합돌부(920)의 축방향과 수직한 원주 방향을 따라 형성된다.
따라서, 암클립(800)과 수클립(900)의 결합시 수클립(900)의 결합돌부(920)가 암클립(800)의 결합홀더(820)에 형성된 개구부(822)를 통해 결합홀더(820) 내부로 삽입되어 수용됨으로써 결합이 완료된다.
특히, 상기와 같은 암,수 클립(800)(900)의 결합시 수클립(900)의 결합돌부(920) 외주면에 형성된 결합홈(921)이 암클립(800)의 결합홀더(820) 내주면에 형성된 결합돌기(821)에 모두 일치되어 결합됨에 따라 암,수 클립(800)(900)의 정확한 결합을 유도할 수 있고, 암,수 클립(800)(900)이 정확히 결합되어야만 메인모듈(200)의 하부에 조립되는 각 판들을 정확히 결합하여 조립할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기와 같은 암클립(800)과 수클립(900)은 각 판들간의 접합부에 적절히 배치하여 상호 조립될 수 있도록 구비된다.
즉, 본 실시예에서는 메인모듈(200)의 양측면에는 수클립(900)을 구비하고, 메인모듈(200)의 하면에는 암클립(800)을 구비한다. 이에 대응하여, 메인모듈(200)의 양측면에 접하는 양 측면판(300)의 내측면에는 모두 암클립(800)을 구비하여 메인모듈(200)의 양측면에 조립하고, 메인모듈(200)의 하면에 접하는 후면판(400)의 상면에는 모두 수클립(900)을 구비하여 메인모듈(200)의 하면에 조립한다.
그리고, 바닥판(500)은 후면판(400)과 양 측면판(300)의 내측 하부에 끼움 결합되되, 후면판(400)과 양 측면판(300)의 내측면 하부에는 각각 단차진 끼움홈(340)(420)이 형성되고, 이 끼움홈(340)(420)에 바닥판(500)의 테두리 중 후단부와 양측 단부가 각각 끼움 결합되어 조립된다.
이와 같은 바닥판(500)은 그 선단부를 전면판(600)의 하부에 끼움 결합할 수도 있지만, 바닥판(500)의 3면이 후면판(400)과 양 측면판(300)에 각각 결합 고정된 상태로 지지되어 평행하게 구비되므로 바닥판(500)의 선단부를 전면판(600)에 결합하지 않고 전면판(600)의 하면을 받쳐 지지하도록 구비하는 것이 간소하면서도 원활한 조립 공정을 위해서는 더욱 바람직하다.
이때, 바닥판(500)의 상면 내측에는 고무재질의 패드(520)가 구비된 상태로 조립됨이 바람직하나, 조립 후에 패드(520)를 바닥판(500)의 상면 내측에 조립할 수도 있다.
이로써, 각각 제작된 메인모듈(200)과 후면판(400), 측면판(300), 바닥판(500), 전면판(600) 및 도어(610)를 서로 조립된 상태로 포장함으로써 포장의 부피를 줄일 수 있고, 이로 인해 제품의 운송비를 절감할 수 있다.
그리고, 제품을 받은 소비자는 메인모듈(200) 하면의 암클립(800)에 후면판(400) 상면의 수클립(900)을 결합하여 후면판(400)을 메인모듈(200)의 하면에 조립하고, 메인모듈(200) 측면의 수클립(900)에 측면판(300)의 암클립(800)을 결합하여 양 측면판(300)을 메인모듈(200)의 양측면에 조립한다.
그러면, 메인모듈(200)의 하면 후부와 양 측부에 각각 후면판(400)과 양 측면판(300)이 고정되어 구비되고, 이 상태에서 바닥판(500)을 전방에서 후방으로 이동시켜 바닥판(500)의 후단부와 양측 단부를 각각 후면판(400)과 양 측면판(300)의 끼움홈(340)(420)에 슬라이딩 결합시켜 고정시킨다.
이후, 전면판(600) 내측의 수클립(900)을 양 측면판(300) 선단부의 암클립(800)에 결합하여 양 측면판(300)의 선단부에 전면판(600)을 조립한다. 물론, 전면판(600)을 조립하는 과정 중에 도어(610)를 전면판(600)의 출입구에 구비한 상태에서 도어(610)의 양 힌지브라켓(611)에 구비된 베어링휠(612)(613)을 양 측면판(300)의 레일홈(320)에 끼워 조립하면서 전술한 바와 같이 전면판(600)의 조립을 같이 진행한다.
따라서, 상기와 같은 조립이 완료되면, 육면체의 본체(100)가 형성되고, 본체(100) 내부에는 애완동물이 수용되는 일정 공간의 드라이 룸(700)이 제공되며, 메인모듈(200)과, 후면판(400)의 후방 챔버(410), 양 측면판(300)의 측방 챔버(310), 바닥판(500)의 바닥 챔버(510)는 모두 연통되게 구비되어, 드라이 룸(700) 전 내부로 건조풍이 고르게 분사되어 애완동물을 신속하게 건조시킬 수 있게 된다.
이와 같이 조립된 애완동물 드라이 장치는 송풍팬(240)이 작동되면, 외기가 메인모듈(200)의 흡기구(201)를 통해 유입되고, 드라이 룸(700) 내부의 내기는 필터하우징(220)으로 유입되면서 필터하우징(220) 내부에 구비된 필터(210)에 의해 필터링된 후 배출되어 송풍팬(240)으로 공급된다.
송풍팬(240)으로 공급된 외기와 내기의 혼합 공기는 송풍팬(240)에서 토출되면서 송풍팬(240)의 토출부에 구비된 히터에 의해 가열되면 열풍으로, 미가열되면 건풍으로 후면판(400)의 후방 챔버(410)로 공급된다.
후방 챔버(410)로 공급된 일부 혼합 공기는 드라이 룸(700)으로 분사되어 건조풍으로 제공되고, 나머지 혼합 공기는 측면판(300)의 측방 챔버(310)와 바닥판(500)의 바닥 챔버(510)로 공급된다.
측방 챔버(310)와 바닥 챔버(510)로 공급된 혼합 공기는 모두 드라이 룸(700)으로 분사되어 애완동물을 건조시키는 건조풍으로 제공된다.
한편, 상기와 같은 건조과정 중 송풍팬(240)이 작동되면, 전면판(600)과 도어(610) 사이의 통기구(620)로 신선한 외기가 직접 흡입되어 드라이 룸(700) 내부로 공급됨으로써 건조되는 동안 쾌적함을 유지할 수 있게 된다.
게다가, 송풍팬(240)의 작동시는 송풍팬(240)의 흡입력에 의해 드라이 룸(700) 내의 내기가 빨려나와 순환되므로 드라이 룸(700)에는 음압이 유지되어 건조시 발생될 수 있는 애완동물 털의 외부 유출을 방지할 수 있다.
그리고, 건조 후 드라이 룸(700)에 애완동물이 남아 있어도 도어(610)와 전면판(600) 사이의 통기구(620)에 의해 충분한 환기가 이루어지므로 애완동물의 질식사를 예방할 수 있고, 애완동물의 상태를 도어(610)에 구비된 확인창(614)을 통해서 육안으로 직접 관찰할 수도 있다.
이상 본 발명을 구체적인 실시예를 통하여 상세히 설명하였으나, 이는 본 발명을 구체적으로 설명하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상 내에서 당 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 그 변형이나 개량이 가능함이 명백하다.
본 발명의 단순한 변형 내지 변경은 모두 본 발명의 범주에 속하는 것으로 본 발명의 구체적인 보호 범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위에 의해 명확해질 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 외기 및 내기를 흡입하여 순환시키는 송풍팬이 구비되는 메인모듈과, 메인모듈의 후단부에 구비되고 송풍팬에 의한 외기 및 내기가 유입되는 후방 챔버를 갖는 후면판과, 메인모듈의 양측부에 구비되고 후면판의 후방 챔버와 연통되어 송풍팬에 의한 외기 및 내기가 유입되는 측방 챔버를 갖는 측면판과, 후면판 및 측면판의 하부에 구비되고 후면판의 후방 챔버와 연통되어 송풍팬에 의한 외기 및 내기가 유입되는 바닥 챔버를 갖는 바닥판과, 메인모듈의 선단부에 구비되고 도어가 회전가능하게 구비되어 있는 전면판을 포함하는 애완동물 드라이 장치의 어셈블리로서,
    메인모듈과 각 판의 접합부에는 상호 대응되는 암,수 클립이 각각 구비되되,
    암클립은 메인모듈 및 각 판에 부착 고정되는 고정부와, 고정부에서 돌출 형성되는 결합홀더를 포함하고,
    수클립은 암클립에 대응되는 메인모듈 및 각 판에 부착 고정되는 고정부와, 고정부에서 돌출 형성되어 암클립의 결합홀더에 삽입되어 결합되는 결합돌부를 포함하여,
    암,수 클립에 의해 메인모듈과 각 판을 상호 조립할 수 있도록 구비되는 애완동물 드라이 장치의 어셈블리.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    수클립의 결합돌부는 원통형으로 형성되고, 결합돌부의 외주면에는 결합홈이 원주 방향을 따라 형성되며,
    암클립의 결합홀더는 수클립의 결합돌부가 그 내부로 삽입되도록 개구부가 형성되고, 결합홀더의 내주면에는 결합돌부의 결합홈에 결합되어 암,수 클립의 정결합을 유도하는 결합돌기가 돌출 형성되는 애완동물 드라이 장치의 어셈블리.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    후면판과 양 측면판의 내측면 하부에 각각 끼움홈이 형성되고, 이 끼움홈에 바닥판의 후단부와 양측 단부가 각각 끼움 결합되어 조립되는 애완동물 드라이 장치의 어셈블리.
