본 발명은 반려동물 샤워 겸용 드라이룸에 대한 것으로서, 이를 보다 상세히 설명하면 반려견이나 반려묘 등의 반려동물을 깨끗하게 씻기고 털을 보송보송하게 말릴 수 있는 샤워와 드라이를 같이 할 수 있도록 한 반려동물 샤워 겸용 드라이룸에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 반려견이나 반려묘 등의 반려동물은 사람과 같이 살기 때문에 잦은 목욕으로 냄새 발생을 최소화하고 세균으로부터의 감염 등을 예방해야 할 필요성이 있으며, 이를 위해 전용 샤워기나 샤워부스가 필요하고, 이때 반려동물의 털을 건조시킬 수 있도록 드라이어나 드라이부스 등을 필요로 하였다.
종래 반려동물의 목욕을 위해서 대한민국 등록실용신안 제268304호(2002년 3월 16일자 공고)에 게재된 바와 같이 브러시에 돌출 형성된 빗살 속으로 빈 공을 내어 빈 공으로 물이 분사되는 물 분사구가 구성된 샤워기가 개발되어 있었으나, 이는 애완견 등의 반려동물을 목욕시킬 때 물이 사방으로 튀거나 해서 욕실이나 야외의 물이 튀어도 괜찮은 특정 장소에 국한되어 사용해야 하는 문제점을 있었다.
이를 해결하기 위하여 대한민국 등록실용신안 제319679호(2003년 7월 12일자 공고)에 게재된 바와 같이 물이 튀는 것을 방지하고 일정 모양의 투명 본체에 애완동물의 몸은 투명 본체 내부에 머리 부분은 투명 본체 밖으로 나오게 하여 목 고정문을 닫고 고정장치로 고정토록 구성하고, 욕조 내부에 샤워용 밸브와 샤워노즐로 구성하고 배수구로 구성된 애완동물의 샤워욕조가 개발되어 있었으나, 샤워노즐이 상부에만 설치되어 애완동물의 배나 다리 쪽으로 물이 충분히 분사되지 않아서 제대로 된 샤워가 곤란하였으며, 본체 내부의 상측에서 전체적으로 물이 분사되므로 목 고정문 개방된 사이로 물이 튀어 나와서 주변을 오염시키게 되는 문제점과 함께 목 고정문에 목이 낀 애완동물이 극심한 거부 반응을 보이게 되어 극도의 스트레스를 주게 되는 문제점을 가지고 있었으며, 샤워 후 털을 건조시키기 위해서는 드라이어 등과 같이 별도의 건조장치를 더 구비해야 하므로 제조원가가 상승하게 되며, 설치장소를 많이 차지하게 되는 등 다수의 문제점을 가지고 있었던 것이다.
근래 대한민국 공개특허 2018년 제53130호(2018년 5월 21일자 공개)와 같이 애완동물을 건조하기 위한 전용 건조장치가 개발되어 있었으나, 이는 손으로 잡아 움직여서 애완동물의 털을 말리도록 하는 것으로 조금만 사용해도 사용자의 팔이 아파오고 피로함이 쉽게 오는 문제점을 가지고 있었으며, 공개특허 2017년 제3120호(2017년 1월 9일자 공개)에서와 같이 목욕이 끝난 애완동물의 젖은 털이나 피부 등을 상하, 좌우 4방향에서 건풍을 분사하여 건조시킬 수 있도록 한 드라이 어셈블 리가 개발되어 있었으나, 이 역시 건풍의 분사 시 애완동물이 놀래서 어셈블리에서 벗어나게 되어 애완동물을 억지로 잡아둬야 하므로 극심한 스트레스를 받게 되며, 드라이만 가능할 뿐 샤워는 할 수 없는 구조여서 별도의 샤워장치도 구비해야 하므로 구매비가 상승하게 되는 등 다수의 문제점을 가지고 있었던 것이다.
상기와 같이 종래에 샤워와 건조가 별도로 이루어지던 것을 하나의 장치에서 샤워와 건조가 함께 이루어지도록 한 기술이 대한민국 공개실용신안 2018년 제2645호(2018년 9월 5일자 공개)에서와 같이 애완동물이 수용되는 본체 측면 공간에 노출된 샤워헤드로 물이 분사되는 샤워기가 구비되며, 애완동물을 브러싱하는 브러쉬가 구비되면서 본체 상부공간에 건조 공기를 공급하는 건조기가 구비되게 이루어진 애완동물 샤워 장치가 근자에 개발되었으나, 이는 샤워헤드가 본체의 일측에 고정되어 있어서 애완동물의 신체 전체에 물을 고루 분사할 수 없는 문제점을 가지고 있었으며, 본체에서 애완동물이 샤워기에서 분사되는 물을 피하거나 건조 시에도 일측으로 피하게 되면 애완동물의 샤워 및 건조가 제대로 이루어지지 못하게 되는 등 여전히 다수의 문제점을 가지고 있었다.

본 발명에서는 상기한 종래 기술의 제반 문제점들을 해결코자 새로운 기술을 창안한 것으로서, 본 발명은 하나의 룸에서 반려견이나 반려묘 등의 반려동물을 깨끗하게 씻기면서 털을 보송보송하게 말릴 수 있도록 해서 반려동물의 샤워와 드라이가 극히 신속하면서 간편하게 이루어지도록 한 반려동물 샤워 겸용 드라이룸을 제공코자 함에 발명에서 해결하고자 하는 과제를 두고 완성한 것이다.
이와 함께 샤워를 위한 용수 공급관의 구조가 반려동물의 몸통을 향해서 경사지게 분사되도록 구성되면서 샤워를 위한 용수 분사 시 거부방응을 갖는 머리쪽은 제외하고 몸통쪽만 상하에서 대각으로 경사지게 분사되도록 해서 반려동물이 놀라거나 버둥거리다가 다치는 등의 안전사고를 예방할 수 있도록 함을 또 다른 해결과제로 한다.
상기한 발명의 과제를 해결하기 위한 구체적인 수단으로 본 발명에서는 반려동물 샤워 겸용 드라이룸을 구성하되, 상기 본 발명의 반려동물 샤워 겸용 드라이룸은 상부가 개방되며 하부에 수개의 배수공이 형성되면서 전면에 숨구멍이 형성되어 내부로 반려동물의 머리부분을 전방으로 향하도록 안치시켜서 샤워 또는 드라이를 겸할 수 있도록 구성된 룸케이스가 포함되며, 상기 룸케이스의 후방에 결합되어 룸케이스 내부로 샤워를 위한 용수와 드라이를 위한 온풍을 선택적으로 공급할 수 있도록 구성된 컨트롤박스가 포함되며, 상기 룸케이스 내부에 내입되어 컨트롤박스로부터 용수를 공급받아 반려동물을 향해서 분사하여 샤워가 이루어지도록 구성된 용수공급관이 포함되며, 상기 룸케이스의 후방에 관통된 통풍공에 컨트롤박스로부터 불어나오는 온풍 또는 평상시 온도의 바람으로 반려동물을 건조시킬 수 있도록 통풍공에 결합되게 컨트롤박스에서 온풍 또는 송풍이 불어나오게 돌출 형성된 통풍덕트로 구성된 통풍구가 포함된다.
이때 상기 용수공급관은 룸케이스의 사면 내측 상부에 대응되게 사각형태로 연통되게 형성된 상부파이프와, 룸케이스의 사면 내측 하부에 대응되게 사각형태로 연통되게 형성된 하부파이프와, 상부파이프 및 하부파이프를 상하로 각각 이격시켜서 연통되게 연결 지지되도록 구성된 수직파이프와, 상부파이프에서 반려동물의 머리부분에 해당되는 전방의 미분사구역을 제외하고 몸통부분에 해당되는 후방의 분사구역에 각각 하향 대각으로 경사지게 설치된 상부분사공과, 하부파이프에서 반려동물의 머리부분에 해당되는 전방의 미분사구역을 제외하고 몸통부분에 해당되는 후방의 분사구역에 각각 상향 대각으로 경사지게 설치된 하부분사공으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에서는 상기 룸케이스의 하부 일측에 룸케이스의 내외를 수평으로 슬라이딩 탈착 가능토록 구성되며, 판상에 상하로 관통된 수개의 이동배수공이 형성된 배수판과, 배수판 상부에 이동배수공으로 반려동물의 발이 빠지거나 다치는 것을 방지하면서 배수가 이루어지도록 인조잔디가 입설되게 구성된 배수패드가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
본 발명에서는 상기 룸케이스 내부 양측에 돌출된 돌출부에서 상부가 개방되게 상하로 홈이 형성된 결합홈과, 룸케이스 내부에서 용수공급관의 용수가 분사되는 분사구역과 미분사구역을 구획하여 분사되는 용수가 반려동물의 머리부분으로 분사 또는 튀지 않도록 결합홈에 양측이 상부에서 하부로 슬라이드 끼움 결합되게 구성된 차단판이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
본 발명에서는 상기 컨트롤박스의 내부 하측에 후방에서 수도와 연결되며, 전방으로 룸케이스 내부의 용수공급관의 일측에 연결 설치되는 공급호스에 용수의 공급 및 차단을 제어토록 제어밸브가 설치된 용수저장통이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
본 발명에서는 상기 컨트롤박스의 내부에 설치되어 전방의 통풍구로 연통되게 연결 구성된 송풍모터와, 송풍모터 전방의 통풍구에 설치되어 송풍모터에서 공급되는 바람을 가열시켜 온풍을 송풍시킬 수 있도록 구성된 가열히터가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
본 발명에서는 상기 컨트롤박스의 내부 설치되어 컨트롤박스의 일측에 설치되는 흡입체결구로 연통되게 연결 구성된 진공흡입모터와, 흡입체결구에 후방이 탈착 가능토록 결합된 플렉시블한 흡입관과, 흡입관의 전방에 결합되어 샤워나 드라이 후에 룸케이스 내부의 털 또는 이물질을 진공흡입하여 청소를 할 수 있도록 구성된 흡입구가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
본 발명에서는 룸케이스의 상부에 물이 외부로 튀거나 온풍이 상부로 빠져나가는 것을 차단코자 개폐 가능토록 결합 구성된 덮개가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
상술한 과제 해결을 위한 구체적인 수단에 의하면, 본 발명의 반려동물 샤워 겸용 드라이룸은 케이스 내부에서 공급관을 상하 및 좌우로 각각 연결되게 설치하면서 분사가 대각으로 경사지게 이루어지도록 해서 반려동물의 상하로 골고루 분사되도록 해서 보다 깨끗하게 샤워가 가능토록 하는 효과가 있다.
이와 함께 공급관은 반려동물의 머리가 위치하는 전방은 물이 분사되지 않도록 구성되며, 반려동물의 몸통이나 다리가 위치하는 후방은 물이 분사되도록 구성되어 샤워를 위한 공급관에서의 물 분사 시 머리로 물 분사가 되지 않도록 해서 반려동물이 놀라지 않도록 하여 발버둥치는 것을 방지하므로 샤워에 의한 반려동물의 스트레스를 최소화시킬 수 있도록 하면서, 발버둥치는 것을 방지함으로 해서 장치의 파손을 예방할 수 있도록 하는 효과를 제공하는 것이다.
이에 더불어 후방에서 온풍이 공급되어 샤워 후 드라이(=건조)가 케이스 내부에서 함께 일어나도록 해서 반려동물의 샤워 및 드라이가 자동으로 극히 간단하면서 신속하게 이루어지도록 한 효과와 샤워기와 건조기가 별도로 구비되던 종래 장치에 비하여 구매비 절감과 협소한 공간에도 설치가 가능하여 공간 활용성이 우수하며, 별도로 구비되는 샤워기와 건조기로 각각 반려동물을 이동시키지 않아도 되므로 반려동물도 편하면서 사용자도 편리하여 사용상의 편의성을 극대화시킬 수 있는 등 다수의 효과를 갖는 것이다.
또한, 케이스 하부에 배수가 잘 이루어지면서도 반려동물이 발을 편하게 지지할 수 있도록 배수받침판을 슬라이드 구조로 탈착 가능하게 구성하여 반려동물이 다치지 않도록 하면서 샤워 시 배출되는 물의 배수가 원활하게 하면서 반려동물의 털을 쉽게 제거할 수 있는 등 그 기대되는 효과가 다대한 발명이다.

본 발명은 반려견이나 반려묘 등의 반려동물을 깨끗하게 씻기면서 털을 보송보송하게 말릴 수 있는 샤워와 드라이를 하나의 장치에서 함께 행할 수 있도록 한 반려동물 샤워 겸용 드라이룸을 제공코자 하는 것으로서, 이를 하기에서 도면들과 함께 보다 구체적으로 설명토록 하되, 첨부된 도면은 본 발명의 기술적 사상의 내용과 범위를 쉽게 설명하기 위한 예시일 뿐 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 사용되는 용어들 역시 실시 예를 구체적으로 설명하기 위한 것일 뿐 해당 용어에 국한되게 해석되어서는 아니 된다.
상기 본 발명의 반려동물 샤워 겸용 드라이룸(1)은 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 전방으로는 반려동물의 머리부분이 전방을 향하도록 내입 안치되어 샤워 또는 드라이를 겸하도록 구성된 룸케이스(2)가 위치하며, 후방으로는 룸케이스(2)의 후방에 결합되어 샤워를 위한 용수와 드라이를 위한 온풍의 공급 또는 룸케이스(2) 내부의 진공흡입에 의한 청소가 선택적으로 이루어지도록 한 컨트롤박스(3)가 위치하며, 룸케이스(2) 상부에 결합되어 물이 외부로 튀거나 온풍이 빠져나가는 것을 차단코자 개폐 가능토록 결합 구성된 덮개(4)로 대분된다.
상기 룸케이스(2)는 분리된 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 상부는 개방되며 하부에는 수개의 배수공(211)이 내외로 관통되게 형성된 하부패널(21)이 구비되며, 전방에는 수개의 숨구멍(221)이 내외로 관통되게 형성된 전면패널(22)이 구비되며, 후방에는 컨트롤박스(3)로부터 불어나오는 온풍 또는 평상시 온도의 바람으로 룸케이스(2) 내부의 반려동물을 건조시킬 수 있도록 통풍공(231)이 내외로 관통되게 형성된 후면패널(23)이 구비되며, 양측에는 가로 막히게 형성된 측면패널(24)이 구비된다. 상기 하부패널(21), 전면패널(22), 후면패널(23), 양측 측면패널(24)이 일체로 형성되거나 분할되어 조립 구성될 수 있으며, 투명한 아크릴 등의 합성수지 등으로 제작될 수 있으며, 룸케이스(2)가 투명으로 제작 시 내입된 반려동물의 상태확인 및 반려동물도 외부가 보여서 폐쇄감을 최소화하여 스트레스를 현저히 줄여줄 수 있을 것이다.
이러한 룸케이스(2) 내부에는 도 2 내지 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 컨트롤박스(3)로부터 용수를 공급받아 반려동물을 향해서 용수를 분사시켜서 샤워가 자동으로 이루어지도록 한 용수공급관(5)이 내입되게 설치된다.
상기 용수공급관(5)은 룸케이스(2)의 사면 내측 상하에 대응되게 형성되어 룸케이스(2) 내부로 내입되는 반려동물의 머리부분에 해당되는 전방의 미분사구역(5-1)으로는 용수가 분사되지 않도록 하면서 몸통부분에 해당되는 후방의 분사구역(5-2)으로는 용수가 분사되도록 구성된다. 따라서 반려동물의 얼굴, 눈, 코, 귀 등에 물이 분사되지 않도록 해서 반려동물이 놀라는 등의 스트레스를 주지 않으며, 놀라서 버둥거리다가 다치는 것을 방지한다.
이러한 용수공급관(5)은 룸케이스(2)의 사면 내측 상부에 대응되게 상부전면파이프(511)와 양측의 상부측면파이프(512) 및 상부후면파이프(513)가 사각형태로 연통되게 형성된 상부파이프(51)와, 룸케이스(2)의 사면 내측 하부에 대응되게 하부전면파이프(521)와 양측의 하부측면파이프(522) 및 하부후면파이프(523)가 사각형태로 연통되게 형성된 하부파이프(52)와, 상기 상부파이프(51) 및 하부파이프(52)를 이격시키면서 네 꼭짓점을 상하로 각각 연통되게 연결 지지되도록 구성된 수직파이프(53)와, 상부파이프(51)에서 반려동물의 머리부분에 해당되는 전방의 상부전면파이프(511) 및 양측 상부측면파이프(512)의 전방부인 미분사구역(5-1)을 제외하고, 몸통부분에 해당되는 후방의 상부후면파이프(513) 및 양측 상부측면파이프(512)의 후방부인 분사구역(5-2)에 각각 하향 대각으로 경사지게 설치된 상부분사공(514)과, 하부파이프(52)에서 반려동물의 머리부분에 해당되는 전방의 하부전면파이프(521) 및 양측 하부측면파이프(522)의 전방부인 미분사구역(5-1)을 제외하고, 몸통부분에 해당되는 후방의 하부후면파이프(523) 및 양측 하부측면파이프(522)의 후방부인 분사구역(5-2)에 각각 상향 대각으로 경사지게 설치된 하부분사공(524)으로 이루어지며, 상기 상부분사공(514)과 하부분사공(524)에는 보다 강한 용수의 분사를 위해서는 분사노즐을 설치할 수도 있다.
상기 룸케이스(2)의 하부 일측에는 도 2 내지 도 4에서처럼 룸케이스(2)의 내외를 수평으로 슬라이딩 탈착 가능한 판상으로 이루어진 배수판(6)이 구비되며, 배수판(6)에는 상하로 관통된 수개의 이동배수공(61)이 형성되며, 룸케이스(2)의 하부 일측에는 배수판(6)이 슬라이딩 출입되는 출입개구(25)가 형성되며, 출입개구(25)를 통해서 내입된 배수판(6)의 외측으로 걸림손잡이(62)를 형성하여 출입개구(25)를 통해서 배수판(6)의 슬라이딩 작용을 편리하게 할 수 있도록 구성된다.
상기 배수판(6)의 상부에는 이동배수공(61)으로 반려동물의 발이 빠지거나 끼이는 등으로 다치는 것을 방지하면서 배수가 원활하게 이루어지도록 구성된 배수패드(63)가 구비되며, 배수패드(63)의 상면으로 인조잔디가 입설되게 구성되도록 할 수 있다.
이와 더불어 상기 룸케이스(2) 내부 양측에 돌출되어 상부가 개방되게 상하로 길쭉한 결합홈(71)이 형성되도록 돌출부(72)가 구비되며, 상기 룸케이스(2)의 내부 양측의 돌출부(72)에 형성된 결합홈(71)에 양측이 상부에서 하부로 슬라이드 끼움 결합되는 차단판(7)이 구비되며, 이러한 차단판(7)에 의해 도 3에서처럼 룸케이스(2) 내부에서 용수공급관(5)의 용수가 분사되는 분사구역(5-2)과 미분사구역(5-1)을 구획하여 분사되는 용수가 반려동물의 머리부분으로 분사 또는 튀지 않도록 하는 기능을 갖는 것이다.
본 발명에서 도 3 내지 도 4에서와 같이 룸케이스(2)로 샤워를 위한 용수를 공급하거나, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 드라이를 위한 온풍 또는 평상시 온도의 바람을 공급할 시 용수와 온풍의 온도설정 및 공급타이밍 등을 제어하여 선택적으로 룸케이스(2) 내부로 공급되도록 구성된 컨트롤박스(3)는 도 2 내지 도 3에서와 같이 상부에 용수나 온풍의 온도설정 및 타이머설정 및 각종 조작을 제어하기 위한 컨트롤패널(31)이 설치되며, 이러한 컨트롤박스(3)의 내부 하측에 후방에서 수도와 연결된 용수저장통(32)이 구비되며, 상기 용수저장통(32)의 전방에 룸케이스(2) 내부의 용수공급관(5)의 일측에 연결 설치되게 결합구(331)를 갖는 공급호스(33)가 구비되며, 이와 같은 공급호스(33)에는 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 용수저장통(32)의 용수 온도나 용수공급관(5)으로 공급되는 용수의 온도를 온도계로 측정하여 측정 온도가 컨트롤패널(31)에 의해 설정된 온도보다 높거나 낮을 시 용수공급관(5)으로 용수저장통(32)의 용수가 공급되거나 차단하는 것을 제어토록 제어밸브(34)가 설치된다.
상기 컨트롤박스(3) 내부에는 도 6에서와 같이 내부에 설치되는 송풍모터(35)가 전방의 통풍구(351)로 연통되게 연결 구성되어 컨트롤박스(3) 전방으로 돌출된 통풍덕트(352)를 통해 룸케이스(2) 안으로 바람을 공급하며, 상기 통풍구(351)에는 송풍모터(35)에서 공급되는 바람을 컨트롤패널(31)에서 설정된 온도로 가열시켜 온풍을 공급시킬 수 있도록 가열히터(353)가 설치된다.
상기 컨트롤박스(3)는 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 내부에 설치되는 진공흡입모터(36)가 컨트롤박스(3)의 일측에 설치되는 흡입체결구(361)로 연통되게 연결 구성되며, 상기 흡입체결구(361)에 후방이 탈착 가능토록 결합된 플렉시블한 흡입관(362)이 구비되며, 상기 흡입관(362)의 전방에 결합되어 샤워나 드라이 후에 룸케이스(2) 내부의 반려동물 털이나 각종 이물질을 진공흡입하여 청소를 할 수 있도록 흡입구(363)가 구비되며, 흡입체결구(361)의 입구 내측에 흡입되는 공기 중에 잔존하는 반려동물의 털이나 각종 이물질이 걸러지도록 필터(364)가 설치된다.
상기 본 발명에서 룸케이스(2) 하부에는 도 3 및 도 6에서처럼 바닥과 이격되어 지지되도록 탈착 가능한 받침다리(8)가 설치되어 룸케이스(2)의 하부패널(21)이 바닥과 이격되어서 하부패널(21)에 관통 형성된 배수공(211)을 통해서 샤워 시의 물이 바닥으로 원활하게 배출되도록 구성되며, 이와 함께 룸케이스(2)에 결합되는 컨트롤박스(3)의 하부에도 룸케이스(2)와 컨트롤박스(3)의 결합 높이가 일치되도록 받침다리(8)가 결합 구성된다.
상기 룸케이스(2)의 하부에는 하부패널(21)의 배수공(211)을 통해서 떨어지는 물을 받을 수 있도록 상부가 개방된 가장자리에 격벽(91)이 기립된 사각형태의 배수받침(9)을 도 8 내지 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 설치할 수 있으며, 배수받침(9)은 도 8에서와 같이 룸케이스(2)의 하부에 결합된 받침다리(8)의 하단이 바닥에 닿도록 받침다리(8)에 대응되는 위치에 격벽(91)이 배수받침(9)의 내측으로 내입되게 형성된 다리관통부(92)가 형성되거나, 도 9에서와 같이 룸케이스(2)의 하부에 결합된 받침다리(8)가 격벽(91) 내측에 안치되게 사각형태로 형성되도록 할 수도 있으며, 상기 배수받침(9)의 하부 일측에는 드레인밸브를 갖는 배출호수(93)를 설치할 수 있으며, 이러한 배수받침(9)에 의해서 본 발명의 룸케이스(2)의 하부로 용수가 배수되더라도 배수받침(9)에서 모두 받아내므로 욕조나 욕실바닥 또는 야외에서 뿐만 아니라, 실내의 방이나 거실 등 방수 및 배수설비가 되어 있지 않은 곳에서도 사용이 가능한 것이다.
이에 더하여 본 발명 중 차단판(7)은 도 10에 도시된 바와 룸케이스(2)의 내측 양면에 돌출된 돌출부(72)에 높이가 상이한 결합홈(71)을 상부가 개방되게 수개 형성하여 높이가 다른 각 결합홈(71)에 차단판(7)을 결합 시 차단판(7)의 내입홈(73)의 높이가 달라져서 반려동물의 신체조건에 맞추어 차단판(7)의 높낮이나 전후 위치를 조절할 수 있도록 하며, 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이 룸케이스(2)의 돌출부(72)에 하나의 결합홈(71)만을 형성하더라도 차단판(7)에서 내입홈(73)의 깊이와 넓이를 다변화시킨 수개의 차단판(7)을 구비하여 반려동물의 신체조건에 적합한 내입홈(73)을 갖는 차단판(7)을 선택하여 차단판(7) 양측을 룸케이스(2)의 양측 결합홈(71)에 슬라이딩 결합되도록 할 수 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 반려동물 샤워 겸용 드라이룸(1)은 룸케이스(2)에 반려동물을 내입시켜서 도 3 내지 도 4에서처럼 샤워를 할 수 있으면서, 도 6에서처럼 드라이를 할 수도 있도록 하여 샤워와 건조를 위한 별도의 장치를 복수개 구비할 필요가 없고, 하나의 장치에서 샤워와 건조가 모두 이루어지므로 반려동물의 스트레스를 최소화시키며, 사용상의 편의성을 최대화시키도록 한 것으로서, 이의 작용을 보다 상세히 설명토록 한다.
우선 룸케이스(2)와 컨트롤박스(3)의 하부에 받침다리(8)를 결합하여 욕실바닥이나 욕조내부 또는 야외에 본 발명의 반려동물 샤워 겸용 드라이룸(1)을 설치하되, 필요에 의해서 이와 함께 룸케이스(2)의 하부에 배수받침(9)을 결합하여 방수나 배수시설이 안된 방이나 거실 등의 실내 어느 곳이라도 안착시키도록 하되, 룸케이스(2)의 용수공급관(5)에 용수저장통(32)에 공급호스(33)를 연결하면서 룸케이스(2)의 통풍공(231)에 컨트롤박스(3)의 통풍덕트(352)를 결합하여 룸케이스(2)와 컨트롤박스(3)가 결합되도록 하며, 상기 용수저장통(32)의 후방에 샤워기의 헤드를 제거한 연결부를 연결하거나 온수가 공급되는 온수호스를 연결토록 한다.
이후 컨트롤박스(3)에 외부 전원을 연결하거나 자체 배터리 전원을 공급토록 스위치를 켜고, 컨트롤패널(31)의 조작하여 원하는 용수의 온도와 온풍의 온도를 최고치와 최저치로 설정한 다음, 컨트롤패널(31)에서 샤워시작버튼을 눌러주면 수도에서 공급되는 온수가 온수저장통에 내입되면서 용수의 온도가 올라가서 설정된 온도가 되면 온수준비완료램프가 깜박이게 되며, 이때 수도로부터의 온수 공급을 정지시킨 후 샤워시작버튼을 재차 누르게 되면 온수저장통에서 공급호스(33)를 통해서 룸케이스(2) 내부의 용수공급관(5)으로 공급되어 반려동물의 몸통부분으로 용수가 분사되며, 설정 온도를 벗어난 용수는 공급호스(33)상에 설치된 제어밸브(34)를 통과하면서 하부의 배수관(341)을 통해서 바닥이나 배수받침(9)으로 배수가 이루어진다.
상기와 같이 구비된 본 발명에서 룸케이스(2) 내측으로 반려동물을 내입 안치시켜서 도 3 및 도 4에서처럼 용수공급관(5)의 머리부분에 해당되는 비분사구역(5-2)외의 몸통부분에 해당되는 분사구역(5-2)에서 용수가 분사되되, 본 발명에서는 용수공급관(5)의 상부파이프(51)에서는 하향 대각으로 경사지게 분사되며, 용수공급관(5)의 하부파이프(52)에서는 상향 대각으로 경사지게 분사되어 반려동물의 몸통 전체에 고르게 분사되며, 이때 귀나 눈이나 코 등이 위치하는 머리쪽으로는 용수가 분사되지 않으므로 스트레스를 최소화시킬 수 있으며, 버둥거려서 다치거나 룸케이스(2) 등이 파손되는 등의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 것이다.
상기에서처럼 5분 정도 샤워 후 샤워중지버튼을 누르고, 반려동물을 샴푸 등을 이용하여 룸케이스(2)의 상부로 손을 넣어서 씻어준 다음, 다시 샤워시작버튼을 누르면 용수공급관(5)에서 용수가 분사되어 샴푸 등을 깨끗하고 신속하게 씻어 내릴 수 있으며, 이후 충분히 샴푸나 비눗물 등을 씻어내는 샤워 후 샤워정지버튼을 누르고, 털이 많아서 물기가 많은 반려동물의 경우 수건 등을 이용하여 일차적으로 닦은 후에 드라이를 행하고, 털이 많지 않는 반려동물의 경우 샤워 후 바로 드라이를 행하도록 한다.
상기와 같이 샤워 후의 드라이를 행할 시 컨트롤패널(31)의 드라이시작버튼을 누르면 설정된 온도의 온풍이 통풍구(351)를 통해 통풍덕트(352)를 거쳐서 룸케이스(2)로 공급 시 가열히터(353)에 의해서 가열되어 공급되는 것이며, 이러한 온풍에 의해서 도 6에서처럼 반려동물의 털을 신속하게 말릴 수 있으며, 이러한 드라이 시 룸케이스(2)의 상부에 덮개(4)를 덮은 상태에서 드라이를 행하여 온풍이 외부로 쉽게 빠져나가지 않도록 할 수 있으며, 낮은 온도에서 높은 온도로 점진적으로 온도가 올라가도록 할 수도 있으며, 상기 온풍 온도는 적정하게 조절할 수 있으며, 필요에 따라서 가열히터(353)를 가동하지 않고 평상시 온도의 바람이 나오도록 할 수도 있는 것이다.
상기와 같이 샤워와 드라이가 끝난 후 반려동물을 룸케이스(2)에서 빼내고 샤워 시 용수가 하부의 배수패드(63) 및 배수판(6)을 통과하여 하부패널(21)의 배수공(211)을 통해서 하부로 물이 배출될 시 배수패드(63) 등에 걸림된 반려동물의 털이나 분뇨 등의 각종 이물질을 청소하기 위해서 컨트롤패널(31)의 진공청소시작버튼을 눌러 컨트롤박스(3)의 일측에 돌출된 흡입체결구(361)에 결합된 흡입관(362)의 선단에 결합된 흡입구(363)를 잔디 등이 입설된 배수패드(63) 및 배수판(6)에 걸러진 털이나 이물질을 흡입하거나, 흡입구(363)를 룸케이스(2)의 내측에 붙어 있던 털이나 이물질 등을 진공흡입하여 청소를 손쉽게 이루어지도록 하며, 흡입체결구(361)의 내측에 탈착 가능토록 결합된 필터(364)에 털이나 이물질이 걸러지게 하여 일정 시간 사용 후 필터(364)를 털어주거나 세척 및 교체하여 다시 청소가 깨끗하게 이루어지도록 할 수 있는 것이다.
이러한 본 발명은 상기와 같이 샤워와 드라이를 하나의 장치에서 모두 연계되게 이루어지도록 하여 반려동물에게 스트레스를 최소화시킬 수 있는 효과와 함께 반려동물의 샤워와 드라이를 시키는 사용자에게는 편의성을 극대화시키는 효과를 제공하는 것이며, 이에 더불어서 반려동물의 샤워와 드라이를 할 때 발생된 털이나 각종 이물질을 진공흡입할 수 있도록 하여 항상 깨끗하게 유지시킬 수 있는 등 다양한 효과를 제공토록 할 수 있는 것이다.
이상과 같이 본 발명의 상세한 설명에는 본 발명의 가장 바람직한 실시 예에 관하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 기술범위에 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서는 다양한 변형실시도 가능하다 할 것이며, 따라서 본 발명의 보호범위는 상기 실시 예에 한정하여 정해지는 것이 아니라, 후술하는 특허청구범위의 기술들과 이들 기술로부터 균등한 기술수단들에까지 보호범위가 인정되어야 할 것이다.
본 발명에서 제공하는 반려동물 샤워 겸용 드라이룸을 이용하면 반려동물이 받는 스트레스를 줄이고 샤워와 건조가 신속하고 편리하게 이루어지게 되어 급성장하는 반려동물 시장에서 큰 수요를 창출할 수 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 상부가 개방되며 하부에 수개의 배수공(211)이 형성되면서 전면에 숨구멍(221)이 형성되어 내부로 반려동물의 머리부분을 전방으로 향하도록 안치시켜서 샤워 또는 드라이를 겸할 수 있도록 구성된 룸케이스(2);
    룸케이스(2)의 후방에 결합되어 룸케이스(2) 내부로 샤워를 위한 용수와 드라이를 위한 온풍을 선택적으로 공급할 수 있도록 구성된 컨트롤박스(3);
    룸케이스(2) 내부에 내입되어 컨트롤박스(3)로부터 용수를 공급받아 반려동물을 향해서 분사하여 샤워가 이루어지도록 구성된 용수공급관(5);
    룸케이스(2)의 후방에 관통된 통풍공(231)에 컨트롤박스(3)로부터 불어나오는 온풍 또는 평상시 온도의 바람으로 반려동물을 건조시킬 수 있도록 구성된 통풍구(351);
    가 포함되며,
    용수공급관(5)은 룸케이스(2)의 사면 내측 상하부에 대응되게 사각형태로 연통되게 형성된 상부파이프(51) 및 하부파이프(52)를 상하로 각각 이격시켜서 연통되게 연결 지지되도록 구성된 수직파이프(53)와, 상부파이프(51)에서 반려동물을 향해 각각 하향 대각으로 경사지게 설치된 상부분사공(514)과, 하부파이프(52)에서 반려동물을 향해 각각 상향 대각으로 경사지게 설치된 하부분사공(524)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물 샤워 겸용 드라이룸.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서;
    룸케이스(2)의 하부 일측에 룸케이스(2)의 내외를 수평으로 슬라이딩 탈착 가능토록 구성되며, 판상에 상하로 관통된 수개의 이동배수공(61)이 형성된 배수판(6);
    배수판(6) 상부에 이동배수공(61)으로 반려동물의 발이 빠지거나 다치는 것을 방지하면서 배수가 이루어지도록 인조잔디가 입설되게 구성된 배수패드(63);
    가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물 샤워 겸용 드라이룸.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서;
    룸케이스(2) 내부 양측에 돌출된 돌출부(72)에서 상부가 개방되게 상하로 홈이 형성된 결합홈(71);
    룸케이스(2) 내부에서 용수공급관(5)의 용수가 분사되는 분사구역(5-2)과 미분사구역(5-1)을 구획하여 분사되는 용수가 반려동물의 머리부분으로 분사 또는 튀지 않도록 결합홈(71)에 양측이 상부에서 하부로 슬라이드 끼움 결합되게 구성된 차단판(7);
    이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물 샤워 겸용 드라이룸.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서;
    컨트롤박스(3)의 내부 하측에 후방에서 수도와 연결되며, 전방으로 룸케이스(2) 내부의 용수공급관(5)의 일측에 연결 설치되는 공급호스(33)에 용수의 공급 및 차단을 제어토록 제어밸브(34)가 설치된 용수저장통(32);
    이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물 샤워 겸용 드라이룸.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서;
    컨트롤박스(3)의 내부에 설치되어 전방의 통풍구(351)로 연통되게 연결 구성된 송풍모터(35);
    송풍모터(35) 전방의 통풍구(351)에 설치되어 송풍모터(35)에서 공급되는 바람을 가열시켜 온풍을 송풍시킬 수 있도록 구성된 가열히터(353);
    가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물 샤워 겸용 드라이룸.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서;
    컨트롤박스(3)의 내부 설치되어 컨트롤박스(3)의 일측에 설치되는 흡입체결구(361)로 연통되게 연결 구성된 진공흡입모터(36);
    흡입체결구(361)에 후방이 탈착 가능토록 결합된 플렉시블한 흡입관(362);
    흡입관(362)의 전방에 결합되어 샤워나 드라이 후에 룸케이스(2) 내부의 털 또는 이물질을 진공흡입하여 청소를 할 수 있도록 구성된 흡입구(363);
    가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물 샤워 겸용 드라이룸.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서;
    룸케이스(2)의 상부에 물이 외부로 튀거나 온풍이 상부로 빠져나가는 것을 차단코자 개폐 가능토록 결합 구성된 덮개(4);
    가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물 샤워 겸용 드라이룸.
