Description
本发明涉及洗衣机技术领域,特别是涉及一种按键模组及洗衣机。
在洗衣机的控制面板上具有控制洗衣机进行启动、停止的按键模组,是洗衣机自动控制系统的重要组成部分。按键模组一般通过简单装配方式,如卡扣结构直接扣设于安装卡槽内,此种装配方式,在洗衣机工作振动或者运输过程中,按键模组容易从安装卡槽内脱落,造成机器故障。
发明概述
问题的解决方案
基于此,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、装配牢固的按键模组及洗衣机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用下述技术方案予以实现:
一种按键模组,包括按键支架,所述按键支架嵌设于箱体的安装卡槽上,所述按键支架与箱体之间设置有第一卡接结构,通过所述第一卡接结构将所述按键支架卡设于所述箱体上;所述按键模组还包括支撑盖,所述支撑盖扣设在所述按键支架上,并与箱体内侧面抵接,所述支撑盖与所述按键支架之间设置第二卡接结构,通过所述支撑盖和第二卡接结构将所述按键支架卡设于所述箱体上。

上述的按键模组200,其结构简单、通过第一卡接结构及支撑盖300和第二卡接结构相配合,实现了按键支架210的双重卡接固定,能够有效防止按键模组200在振动或者运输过程中从安装卡槽内脱落;且卡接结构,装配操作简便。
具体地,如图6、图9和图10所示,箱体100上开设安装卡槽。第一卡接结构包括插接部212、设置于插接部212上的第一卡扣213、以及沿安装卡槽向内侧弯折的卡槽翻边110。按键支架210嵌入安装卡槽,插接部212插入安装卡槽内,通过第一卡扣213与卡槽翻边110卡接配合。按键支架210的四周设置凹槽211,凹槽211的外侧边高于凹槽211的内侧边,因此按键支架210从外侧安装嵌入箱体100的安装卡槽时,凹槽211的外侧边抵接与箱体100上,保证按键模组200不会从内侧脱出。再通过第一卡扣213的外侧面与卡槽翻边110相抵接,将按键支架210固定。在本实施例中,按键板220的形状优选为圆角矩形,插接部212垂直于按键支架210的前侧面设置,插接部212设置有两个,分别设置在上下两侧。上下两个插接部212沿左右方向错位设置,可以提高插接部212的卡接牢固性。在其他的实施例中,插接部212可以设置在左右两侧或四周均设置。

如图8所示,与触摸按键相对的按键支架210的外侧面上通过激光雕刻技术设置有镭射纹纹理215。镭射纹纹理215上设置有真空镀层。通过真空镀技术,将金属材料在真空条件下,运用化学、物理等特定手段进行有机转换,使金属转换成粒子,沉积或吸附在按键支架210的表面,与镭射纹纹理215相结合,形成具有金属质感的镭射纹纹理215。按键板220为透明材质,按键板220盖设在按键支架210的外侧面上。
上述的按键模组200,在按键支架210的外侧面设置镭射纹纹理215,再通过真空镀形成具有金属质感的镭射纹纹理215,透明的按键板220盖设于镭射纹纹理215上,既能够保证按键的金属质感的外观美观性,又能够保证用户无法直接触摸到镭射纹纹理215,避免触摸的冰冷感以及避免灰尘渗入纹理中,提升了用户体验。
具体地,按键板220包括涂覆图案的图案部和空白部,图案部上可以涂覆各种纹理、图案、标志等。空白部与镭射纹纹理215相对,空白部为透明的,因此可以避免镭射纹纹理215被遮挡。
按键板220与按键支架210粘接固定,优选地,在按键板220和按键支架210之间通过3M胶粘接固定。

- 一种按键模组,包括按键支架,所述按键支架嵌设于箱体的安装卡槽上,其特征在于,所述按键支架与箱体之间设置有第一卡接结构,通过所述第一卡接结构将所述按键支架卡设于所述箱体上;所述按键模组还包括支撑盖,所述支撑盖扣设在所述按键支架上,并与箱体内侧面抵接,所述支撑盖与所述按键支架之间设置第二卡接结构,通过所述支撑盖和第二卡接结构将所述按键支架卡设于所述箱体上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的按键模组,其特征在于,所述第一卡接结构包括插接部、设置于插接部上的第一卡扣、以及沿所述安装卡槽向内侧弯折的卡槽翻边,所述按键支架嵌入所述安装卡槽,所述插接部插入所述安装卡槽内,通过所述第一卡扣与所述卡槽翻边卡接配合。
- 根据权利要求2所述的按键模组,其特征在于,所述插接部设置有两个,分别设置在所述按键支架的上下两侧,上下两个插接部沿左右方向错位设置。
- 根据权利要求3所述的按键模组,其特征在于,所述第二卡接结构包括设置在所述插接部上的第二卡扣,所述支撑盖上设置有与第二卡扣配合的抵接部,所述第二卡扣抵接于所述抵接部的外侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的按键模组,其特征在于,所述按键模组还包括电路板,所述电路板设置在所述按键支架的内侧面;所述支撑盖内设置有支撑柱,所述支撑柱与所述电路板抵接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的按键模组,其特征在于,所述按键模组还包括按键板;所述按键支架的外侧面上设置有镭射纹纹理,所述按键板为透明材质,所述按键板盖设在所述按键支架的外侧面上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的按键模组,其特征在于,所述镭射纹纹理上设置有真空镀层。
- 根据权利要求7所述的按键模组,其特征在于,所述按键板包括涂 覆图案的图案部和空白部,所述空白部与所述镭射纹纹理相对。
- 一种洗衣机,所述洗衣机包括箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体的前端面为一体式前板,所述前板上开设所述安装卡槽,设置有如权利要求1-8任一项所述的按键模组。
- 一种洗衣机,所述洗衣机包括箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体的前端面为前板、以及设置在前板上方的主控面板,所述主控面板上开设所述安装卡槽,设置有如权利要求1-8任一项所述的按键模组。
