本实用新型涉及LED景观灯。
背景技术
现有技术下,LED景观灯通常都是安装支架和光源组件一体化制造。而光源组件是LED景观灯和核心,容易损坏。当光源组件损坏,需要进行维修时,由于安装支架和光源组件一体化制造,需要整体拆卸LED景观灯,因此,拆卸维修不是很方便。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题:LED景观灯安装架和光源组件一体化制造,拆卸维修不方便。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用的方案如下:
根据本实用新型的一种光源组件,包括主壳体、安装块和光源板;主壳体呈长条形;主壳体沿长条形方向设有正面开口的光源安装槽;安装块有两个,呈L形;两个L形的安装块分别设于主壳体两端,使得所述光源组件两端呈台阶结构;光源板呈长条形,正面设有若干LED芯片;光源板设在主壳体的光源安装槽内;光源板比主壳体长,使得光源板两端分别伸出光源安装槽;安装块的正面设有连接槽;光源板的两端伸出光源安装槽的部分伸入两个安装块的连接槽内;安装块的背面设有导向块;导向块内设有连通安装块正面的通孔;光源板的一端背面设有电源连接头;电源连接头位于导向块内的通孔内。
进一步,根据本实用新型的光源组件,安装块的背面还设置有卡凸块;导向块位于卡凸块上。
进一步,根据本实用新型的光源组件,还包括盖在光源板上的透光盖板。
进一步,根据本实用新型的光源组件,安装块上设有用于固定所述光源组件的第一安装孔9。
进一步,根据本实用新型的光源组件,导向块呈腰形;导向块内的通孔呈腰形。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,一种LED景观灯,包括安装支架和光源组件。安装支架和光源组件是 两个相互拆分的组件。如图1、图2所示,安装支架包括安装底板11和两个底座块12。两个底座块12相对设置。底座块12上设置有台阶槽121和第二安装孔123。第二安装孔123位于台阶槽121的外侧,是为螺孔。底座块12通过两个底座块螺母31和与该螺母相匹配的螺丝设置在安装底板11上。底座块螺母31位于台阶槽121内。台阶槽121内设置有导向孔122。其中一个底座块12的导向孔122内设置有电源连接插针124。电源连接插针124由两个弹性插针式的连接触头组成,连接交流电,并连接光源组件。
光源组件,如图1、图3、图4、图5所示,包括主壳体21、安装块22、光源板23和透光盖板124。主壳体21呈长条形。主壳体21由两块侧板和一块底板组成,横截面呈凵字形结构,使得主壳体21沿长条形方向构建出正面开口的光源安装槽211。主壳体21两块侧板内侧设置有光源卡槽212和端部螺孔218。光源板23呈长条形,正面设有若干LED芯片231,一端的背面设有电源连接头232。光源板23设在主壳体21的光源安装槽211内,两边卡在光源卡槽212内。光源板23比主壳体21长,使得光源板23两端分别伸出光源安装槽211。电源连接头232位于光源板23伸出光源安装槽211的部分。安装块22有两个,呈L形。两个L形的安装块22分别通过端部安装孔228和端部螺孔218内的螺丝设于主壳体21两端,使得光源组件背面两端呈台阶结构。安装块22的正面设有连接槽224。光源板23的两端伸出光源安装槽211的部分分别伸入两个安装块22的连接槽224内。连接槽224的外侧设有用于固定光源组件的第一安装孔229。安装块22的背面设置有卡凸块221。卡凸块221上设有导向块222。导向块222内设有连通安装块22正面的通孔。光源板23一端背面的电源连接头232刚好位于导向块222的通孔内。透光盖板24本实施例为一透明玻璃,通过胶水粘贴在主壳体21的光源安装槽211和安装块22的连接槽224内,并盖在光源板23上。
光源组件背面两端的台阶结构与安装支架上的底座块12相匹配,使得光源组件背面两端的台阶结构能够分别架设在两个底座块12上,并且,第二安装孔123和第一安装孔229相对齐,由此,光源组件和安装支架能够通过第二安装孔123和第一安装孔229内的组件螺丝30相固定。卡凸块221形状和尺寸与底座块12上的台阶槽121尺寸相匹配,导向块222的形状和尺寸与底座块12上导向孔122相匹配,电源连接插针124与电源连接头232相匹配,当光源组件安装在安装支架上时,卡凸块221恰好卡在台阶槽121内,导向块222插入导向孔122内,此时,电源连接插针124与电源连接头232相连接。本实施例中,导向孔122、导向块222以及导向块222内的通孔均呈腰形。
本实施例光源组件在安装支架上的安装非常方便,当光源组件的卡凸块221卡入台 阶槽121时,导向块222即插入导向孔122内,电源连接插针124与电源连接头232即相连,此时,第二安装孔123和第一安装孔229对齐,此时只要拧紧组件螺丝30即完成光源组件在安装支架上的安装。
