一种高可靠性长寿命灯具 技术领域
本发明涉及照明设备技术领域,具体地,涉及一种高可靠性长寿命灯具。
背景技术
灯具是我们生活中必不可少的电器之一,随着社会的发展,现代灯具已经包括家居照明,商业照明,工业照明,道路照明,景观照明,特种照明等。灯具的应用场景也越来越多元化,从沿海地区到高原地区,从室内到室外,只要有人生活工作的地方就少不了灯具。
灯具主要由固定框架和光源模块组成,现有的灯具存在着一下几个问题:
1.现有的灯具的光源模块主要由散热器、光源板和透镜等部件组成,其中现有的光源模块在组装时,是在透镜上设置有多个螺丝孔,然后用螺丝穿过螺丝孔后穿过光源板后插入散热器将散热器、光源板和透镜三者固定在一起,这就导致当这种灯具被安装到碱性环境或者昼夜温差较大的地方使用时,透镜上的螺丝孔很容易开裂,灯具防水性能下降,使得灯具的可靠性降低,使用寿命减少。
2.现有的灯具一般由多个光源模块组成照明组件,但是现有的灯 具的照明组件并不是对称结构,多个光源模块之间不能形成对称关系,且现有的光源模块中的透镜也不是对称结构的,则现有的灯具的照明范围会随着安装方向的改变而改变,这就导致了现有的灯具只能往一个方向固定安装,当现有的灯具想要改变安装方向时,会出现灯具照明范围与原来不一致,导致灯具照明范围不能满足需求,当安装方向改变时,需要安装特定结构的灯具,才能满足照明需求,即现有的灯具的实用性较低,不能满足不同安装环境的需求;
3.灯具的固定框架内需要安装有电源以及各种电子配件,现有的灯具是在灯具的上表面设置有上盖,在灯具需要检修时,打开上盖,对位于固定框架内的电源和电子配件进行检修,这就容易导致:当在下雨时,很难对灯具进行检修,且由于现有的灯具的上盖与固定框架之间很难做到完全气密性隔绝,工作人员进行检修的时候也容易出现在上盖和固定框架之间留有缝隙,这就使得,当灯具使用时间一长,水很容易从上盖与固定框架之间的缝隙渗入,固定框架内部的水分会逐渐增多,导致电子配件损坏,灯具的可靠性降低,使用寿命减少。
因此,需提供一种高可靠性长寿命灯具,以解决现有技术的不足。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种高可靠性长寿命灯具。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种高可靠性长寿命灯具,包括安装组件、固定框架和光源模块,所述安装组件固定设置于所述固定框架上,所述光源模块固定设置于所述固定框架内;所述固定框架包括左固定块、前固定块、右固定块和后固定块,所述左固定块与所述右固定块相对于所述光源模块相互对称;所述光源模块为对称结构,所述光源模块对称设置有多个光源模块本体,所述光源模块本体固定设置于所述前固定块和所述后固定块之间;所述光源模块本体包括散热器、多个照明组件和连接结构;所述照明组件包括光源板、透镜和防水圈,所述透镜本体向下对称凸伸有多个光形透镜,所述连接结构用于将所述光源板固定于所述散热器上;所述透镜包括透镜本体和安装组件,所述安装组件用于将所述透镜本体固定安装于所述散热器上。
优选的,所述左固定块的一端与所述前固定块的一端固定连接,所述前固定块的另一端与所述右固定块的一端固定连接,所述右固定块的另一端与所述后固定块的一端固定连接,所述后固定块的另一端与所述左固定块的另一端固定连接。
优选的,所述后固定块内从前到后依次设置有第三空腔和多个第四空腔,所述第三空腔与所述光源模块固定连接。
优选的,所述散热器固定设置于所述前固定块和所述后固定块之间,所述照明组件固定设置于所述散热器下方,所述连接结构位于所述照明组件上。
优选的,所述光源板固定设置于所述散热器下表面,所述透镜固定设置于所述散热器的下表面,所述防水圈固定设置于所述透镜上。
优选的,所述透镜本体向外凸伸有第三凸起块。
优选的,所述安装组件包括多个长压条和多个与所述长压条相匹配的短压条,所述长压条和所述短压条上均设置有第十三螺丝孔,所述长压条的内侧面以及两端均凸伸有与所述第三凸起块相匹配的第四凸起块,所述短压条上凸伸有与所述第四凸起块相匹配的第五凸起块,所述第四凸起块与所述第三凸起块的下表面抵接,所述第五凸起块与位于所述长压条两端的所述第四凸起块的下表面抵接。
优选的,所述连接结构包括多个第九螺丝孔、与所述第九螺丝孔相匹配的第十螺丝孔和安装腔,所述第九螺丝孔位于所述散热器上,所述第十螺丝孔位于所述光源板上,所述安装腔由所述透镜本体向下凸伸形成。
优选的,所述连接结构包括多个第一凹槽、与所述第一凹槽相匹配的第二通孔以及与所述第二通孔相匹配的卡扣,所述第一凹槽位于所述散热器上,所述第二通孔位于所述光源板上,所述卡扣的一端固定设置于所述透镜上,所述透镜的另一端设置有与所述第一凹槽相匹配的凸块。
优选的,所述光源板上对称设置有多个LED光源,所述LED光源的位置与所述光形透镜的位置相对应。
本发明的有益效果为:与现有技术相比,该一种高可靠性长寿命灯具的上述一个或多个技术方案至少具有如下技术效果之一:通过连接结构将光源板固定于散热器上以及通过安装组件将透镜本体固定安装到散热器上,避免了在透镜本体上开孔,增加了透镜的可靠性, 使得透镜在盐碱环境或者是昼夜温差大的环境中不会轻易损坏,提高了灯具的可靠性;通过使用采用对称结构的光源模块以及采用对称结构的透镜,使得灯具的安装方向不同时,依然可以满足照明需求,灯具可以适应不同的安装环境,提高了灯具的实用性;通过将光源模块固定在前固定块和后固定块之间,左固定块和右固定块分别固定设置于后固定块的左后侧面,增加了灯具的防水性能,可以有效的防止灯具进水;当左固定块与后固定块之间的连接存在缝隙,或者当右固定块与后固定块之间的连接存在缝隙时,灯具会出现进水的情况,但是由于第一连接孔的位置高于第三空腔和第四空腔,则当进入灯具内的水逐渐增多时,水会从缝隙处流到外界,防止灯具内的水涨到第一连接孔处,增加了灯具使用的稳定性,避免了灯具一遭遇进水情况就损坏不能使用。

实施例一:
参照图1,一种高可靠性长寿命灯具,包括安装组件1、固定框架2、光源模块3和多功能底座4,所述安装组件1固定设置于所述固定框架2上,所述光源模块3固定设置于所述固定框架2内,所述多功能底座4固定设置于所述固定框架2上。该高可靠性长寿命灯具由安装组件1、固定框架2、光源模块3和多功能底座4组成,各个部分之间可拆卸组装,实现产品模块化设计,使得产品的检测维修以及更换配件更为方便。在本实施例中,所述多功能底座4可以根据实际情况安装到灯具的任意位置。
参照图2、图3、图4和图5,所述安装组件1用于安装灯具;所述安装组件1包括第一安装底座11和挑臂12,所述第一安装底座 11的一端与所述固定框架2的侧壁面固定连接,所述挑臂12与所述第一安装底座11的另一端固定连接,所述第一安装底座11上设置有刻度盘;所述刻度盘方便灯具的安装,在灯具安装前,检测出灯具的安装角度,然后通过所述刻度盘对灯具安装角度进行调整,方便快捷。在其他实施例中,所述第一安装底座11的安装位置可以根据实际情况进行改动,所述挑臂12的形状也可以根据实际的安装需求进行改动,及所述安装组件1的安装位置和所述安装组件1的形状可以根据实际情况和客户需求进行改动。
所述固定框架2主要用于固定所述光源模块3;所述固定框架2上设置有第一空腔,所述光源模块3固定安装于所述第一空腔内,所述固定框架2包括左固定块21、前固定块22、右固定块23和后固定块24,所述左固定块21的一端与所述前固定块22的一端固定连接,所述前固定块22的另一端与所述右固定块23的一端固定连接,所述右固定块23的另一端与所述后固定块24的一端固定连接,所述后固定块24的另一端与所述左固定块21的另一端固定连接,所述左固定块21与所述右固定块23相对于所述光源模块3相互对称。在实际生产制造中,由于所述左固定块21与所述右固定块23的结构相同,则只需要一种模具即可同时生产所述左固定块21与所述右固定块23,降低了生产制造成本。
所述左固定块21的一端设置有与所述前固定块22的一端相匹配的第一凸起块211,所述左固定块21的另一端设置有与所述后固定块24的另一端相匹配的第二凸起块212,所述左固定块21的另一端 还设置有多个第一螺丝孔213。
所述第一凸起块211上设置有第二螺丝孔。
所述前固定块22内设置有与第二空腔221,所述第二空腔221的形状与所述第一凸起块211相匹配,所述前固定块22上还设置有至少两个与所述第二螺丝孔相匹配的第三螺丝孔222,两个所述第三螺丝孔222分别位于所述前固定块22一端的底部和所述前固定块22另一端的底部;一紧固件穿过所述第三螺丝孔222后插入所述第二螺丝孔,将所述左固定块21的一端与所述前固定块22的一端固定连接。
两个所述第三螺丝孔222之间设置有多个第一连接孔223,所述第一连接孔223用于固定所述光源模块3。
所述右固定块23的结构与所述左固定块21的结构相同,通过一紧固件将所述前固定块22的另一端与所述右固定块23的一端固定连接。
所述后固定块24内从前到后依次设置有第三空腔241和多个第四空腔242,所述第三空腔241和所述第四空腔242的形状与所述第二凸起块212相匹配,所述第三空腔241与所述光源模块3固定连接;所述第四空腔242内固定设置有一或多个电源;所述第三空腔241用于安装所述光源模块3与电源连接所需要的各种电子配件及线路。灯具安装时,所述框架向上倾斜,即所述第三空腔241的位置高于所述第四空腔242,则当灯具进水时,所述第三空腔241处的水会流到所述第四空腔242处,所述第三空腔241处的电子配件不会受影响,增加了灯具的使用寿命。
所述后固定块24的两端分别设置有多个与所述第一螺丝孔213相匹配的第四螺丝孔243;通过将所述左固定块21的所述第二凸起块212嵌入所述后固定块24的另一端,一紧固件穿过所述第一螺丝孔213后插入所述第四螺丝孔243将所述左固定块21的另一端与所述后固定块24的另一端固定连接,以及通过将所述右固定块23的所述第二凸起块212嵌入所述后固定块24的一端,通过另一紧固件将所述右固定块23的另一端与所述后固定块24的一端固定连接,增加了灯具的防水性能。
所述第三空腔241底部设置有多个第一通孔244和多个第五螺丝孔245,所述第一通孔244上设置有连接头;所述连接头的一端通过所述第一通孔244与所述光源模块3电连接,所述连接头的另一端通过一导线与电源电连接,所述第五螺丝孔245用于固定所述光源模块3。所述第一连接孔244的位置始终高于所述第三空腔241和所述第四空腔242,所述第三空腔241内的电子配件和所述第四空腔242内的电源与所述光源模块3的连接线束位于所述第一连接孔244处,则当灯具使用时,灯具进水时,由于所述第一连接孔244的位置始终高于所述第三空腔241和所述第四空腔242,水都会留到所述第三空腔241和所述第四空腔242处,保证了所述第一连接孔244处不会进水,保证了电源以及电子配件等和所述光源模块1的连接处不会进水,增加了灯具使用的可靠性。当需要对灯具进行检修时,将所述左固定块21或所述右固定块23从所述固定框架2上拆卸下来,对所述第三空腔241内的电子配件或是所述第四空腔242内的电源进行检修,增强 了灯具的防水性能,有效的防止了灯具进水。
参照图6、图7和图8所述光源模块3采用对称结构,所述光源模块3对称设置有多个光源模块本体31,所述光源模块本体31固定设置于所述前固定块22和所述后固定块24之间。在本实施例中,所述光源模块3包括六个所述光源模块本体31;在其他实施例中,所述光源模块本体31的数量可根据实际情况进行增减,如图13所示,所述光源模块本体31的数量为4个。
所述光源模块本体31包括散热器32、多个照明组件33和连接结构34,所述散热器32固定设置于所述前固定块22和所述后固定块24之间,所述照明组件33固定设置于所述散热器32下方,所述连接结构34位于所述照明组件33上;在本实施例中,所述光源模块本体31包括的所述照明组件33的数量为两个;在其它实施例中,所述照明组件33的数量可根据实际情况进行增减,如图13所示,所述光源模块本体31包括的所述照明组件33的数量为一个。
所述散热器32一端的底部设置有多个与所述第五螺丝孔245相匹配的第六螺丝孔,所述散热器32另一端的底部设置有多个与所述第一连接孔223相匹配的第七螺丝孔,所述第六螺丝孔和所述第七螺丝孔之间设置有多个第十四螺丝孔;一紧固件穿过所述第六螺丝孔后插入所述第五螺丝孔245,将所述散热器32的一端与所述后固定块24固定连接;一紧固件穿过所述第七螺丝孔后插入所述第一连接孔223,将所述散热器32的另一端与所述前固定块22固定连接;所述第十四螺丝孔用于固定所述照明组件33。
其中,所述散热器32侧面还设置有纵向散热条纹;所述纵向散热条纹用于增加散热面积,加强散热效果。
所述照明组件33包括光源板331、透镜332和防水圈333,所述光源板331固定设置于所述散热器32下表面,所述透镜332固定设置于所述散热器32的下表面,所述防水圈333固定设置于所述透镜332的上表面;所述防水圈333用于防止所述光源板331进水。
所述光源板331用于提供照明;所述光源板331上对称设置有多个LED光源。在本实施例中,所述光源板331上对称设置有两列LED光源。
所述透镜332包括透镜本体334和安装组件335,所述安装组件335将所述透镜本体334固定安装于所述散热器32上。
所述透镜本体334向外凸伸有第三凸起块3341,所述透镜本体334还向下对称凸伸有多个光形透镜3342,所述光形透镜3342的位置与所述LED光源的位置相对应。
所述安装组件335包括多个长压条3351和多个与所述长压条3351相匹配的短压条3352,所述长压条3351和所述短压条3352上均设置有与所述第十四螺丝孔相匹配的第十三螺丝孔3353,所述长压条3351的内侧面以及两端均凸伸有与所述第三凸起块3341相匹配的第四凸起块3354,所述短压条3352上凸伸有与所述第四凸起块3354相匹配的第五凸起块,所述第四凸起块3354与所述第三凸起块3341的下表面抵接,所述第五凸起块与位于所述长压条3351两端的所述第四凸起块3354的下表面抵接;一紧固件穿过所述第十三螺丝 孔3353后插入所述第十四螺丝孔将所述透镜332固定安装到所述散热器32上,所述安装组件335均匀的压在所述透镜本体332上,避免了在所述透镜本体332上开孔,因而没有螺丝直接固定在透镜本体332上,使得所述透镜本体332不容易开裂,即使在盐碱环境中使用也不会使所述透镜本体332变脆开裂。
参照图9,所述连接结构34包括多个第九螺丝孔341、与所述第九螺丝孔341相匹配的第十螺丝孔342和安装腔343,所述第九螺丝孔341位于所述散热器32上,所述第十螺丝孔342位于所述光源板331上,所述安装腔343位于所述透镜本体334上,所述安装腔343由所述透镜本体334向下凸伸形成;通过将一紧固件的一端穿过所述第十螺丝孔342后插入所述第九螺丝孔341将所述光源板331固定在所述散热器32上,紧固件的另一端位于所述安装腔343内,避免了在所述透镜332上开设螺丝孔,增加了透镜332的可靠性,从而提高了灯具的可靠性。
实施例二:
本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于:
参照图10和图11,所述连接结构34包括多个第一凹槽344、与所述第一凹槽344相匹配的第二通孔345以及与所述第二通孔345相匹配的卡扣346,所述第一凹槽344位于所述散热器32上,所述第二通孔345位于所述光源板331上,所述卡扣346的一端固定设置于所述透镜本体334上,所述透镜本体334的另一端设置有与所述第一凹槽344相匹配的凸块;通过将所述卡扣346的另一端穿过所述第二 通孔345后与所述第一凹槽344卡接,将所述本体334、所述光源板331和所述散热器32三者固定在一起,避免了在所述本体334上开设螺丝孔,增加了所述本体334的可靠性,从而提高了灯具的可靠性。
实施例三:
本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于:
参照图12,所述安装组件1包括两个第二安装底座13和U型支架14,两个所述第二安装底座13分别固定设置于所述固定框架2的左侧壁面和右侧壁面上,所述U型支架14与所述第二安装底座13固定连接,所述第二安装底座13上设置刻度盘。
该一种高可靠性长寿命灯具,通过将所述光源模块3固定在所述前固定块22和所述后固定块24之间,然后将所述左固定块21固定在所述前固定块22和所述后固定块24左侧面,将所述右固定块23固定在前固定块22和所述后固定块24右侧面,增加了灯具的防水性能,可以有效的防止灯具进水,且在所述后固定块24内从前到后依次设置有用于安装电子配件的第三空腔241和多个用于安装电源的第四空腔242,在灯具使用时,所述第三空腔241的位置高于所述第四空腔242,当所述左固定块21与所述后固定块24之间的连接存在缝隙,或者当所述右固定块23与所述后固定块24之间的连接存在缝隙时,灯具会出现进水的情况,但是由于所述第一连接孔244的位置高于所述第三空腔241和所述第四空腔242,则当进入灯具内的水逐渐增多时,水会从缝隙处流到外界,防止灯具内的水涨到所述第一连接孔244处,增加了灯具使用的稳定性,避免了灯具一遭遇进水情况 就损坏不能使用;通过所述连接结构34将所述光源板331与所述散热器32固定连接,然后通过所述安装组件335将所述透镜332与所述散热器32固定连接,避免了在所述透镜本体334上开孔,增加了所述透镜332的可靠性,使得所述透镜332在盐碱环境或者是昼夜温差大的环境中不会轻易损坏,提高了灯具的可靠性;通过使用采用对称结构的所述光源模块3以及采用对称结构的所述透镜332,使得灯具的安装方向不同时,灯具的照明范围保持一致,可以满足照明需求,使得灯具可以适应不同的安装环境,提高了灯具的实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种高可靠性长寿命灯具,包括安装组件、固定框架和光源模块,所述安装组件固定设置于所述固定框架上,所述光源模块固定设置于所述固定框架内,其特征在于;
    所述固定框架包括左固定块、前固定块、右固定块和后固定块,所述左固定块与所述右固定块相对于所述光源模块相互对称;
    所述光源模块为对称结构,所述光源模块对称设置有多个光源模块本体,所述光源模块本体固定设置于所述前固定块和所述后固定块之间;
    所述光源模块本体包括散热器、多个照明组件和连接结构;
    所述照明组件包括光源板、透镜和防水圈,所述连接结构用于将所述光源板固定于所述散热器上;
    所述透镜包括透镜本体和安装组件,所述透镜本体向下对称凸伸有多个光形透镜,所述安装组件用于将所述透镜本体固定安装于所述散热器上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高可靠性长寿命灯具,其特征在于,所述左固定块的一端与所述前固定块的一端固定连接,所述前固定块的另一端与所述右固定块的一端固定连接,所述右固定块的另一端与所述后固定块的一端固定连接,所述后固定块的另一端与所述左固定块的另一端固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种高可靠性长寿命灯具,其特征在于,所述后固定块内从前到后依次设置有第三空腔和多个第四空腔,所述第三空腔与所述光源模块固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高可靠性长寿命灯具,其特征在于,所述散热器固定设置于所述前固定块和所述后固定块之间,所述照明组件固定设置于所述散热器下方,所述连接结构位于所述照明组件上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高可靠性长寿命灯具,其特征在于,所述光源板固定设置于所述散热器下表面,所述透镜固定设置于所述散热器的下表面,所述防水圈固定设置于所述透镜上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高可靠性长寿命灯具,其特征在于,所述透镜本体向外凸伸有第三凸起块。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种高可靠性长寿命灯具,其特征在于,所述安装组件包括多个长压条和多个与所述长压条相匹配的短压条,所述长压条和所述短压条上均设置有第十三螺丝孔,所述长压条的内侧面以及两端均凸伸有与所述第三凸起块相匹配的第四凸起块,所述短压条上凸伸有与所述第四凸起块相匹配的第五凸起块,所述第四凸起块与所述第三凸起块的下表面抵接,所述第五凸起块与位于所述长压条两端的所述第四凸起块的下表面抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的一种高可靠性长寿命灯具,其特征在于,所述连接结构包括多个第九螺丝孔、与所述第九螺丝孔相匹配的第十螺丝孔和安装腔,所述第九螺丝孔位于所述散热器上, 所述第十螺丝孔位于所述光源板上,所述安装腔由所述透镜本体向下凸伸形成。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的一种高可靠性长寿命灯具,其特征在于,所述连接结构包括多个第一凹槽、与所述第一凹槽相匹配的第二通孔以及与所述第二通孔相匹配的卡扣,所述第一凹槽位于所述散热器上,所述第二通孔位于所述光源板上,所述卡扣的一端固定设置于所述透镜上,所述透镜的另一端设置有与所述第一凹槽相匹配的凸块。
  10. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的一种高可靠性长寿命灯具,其特征在于,所述光源板上对称设置有多个LED光源,所述LED光源的位置与所述光形透镜的位置相对应。
