精轧二十辊的哈夫套在二十辊轧机上使用,使用时哈夫套套设于第一中间辊的辊颈和第一中间辊接手的外围,由于工作过程中轧机高速运转,且偶有震动,经常出现第一中间辊与第一中间辊接手装配后,哈夫套的两个圆弧抱不紧,导致第一中间辊的辊颈扭断或者圆弧位置严重磨损,同时由于轧机使用水溶性轧制油,使用环境相对恶劣,进一步造成轧机停机、故障,延误生产,降低产能,轧辊消耗率猛增,浪费能源。

为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供第一中间辊与第一中间辊接手紧密连接的高密封性的精轧二十辊哈夫套装置。
