Description
本实用新型涉及汽车雨刮器技术领域,特别是一种新型雨刮器。
目前的汽车的挡风玻璃上都设有雨刮器,当行车遇到天气变化时,风沙雨雪会附着在挡风玻璃上,影响驾驶员视线,看不清行人及道路通通行情况。此刻开启雨刮器,就会清洁挡风玻璃,获得清晰的视野,尤其在暴雨天气,雨刮器的高效工作,对于行车安全是十分重要的。现有技术的雨刮器一般为一条雨刮片,经常因为中间参入砂砾灰尘造成不能与玻璃紧密结合,同时又因为雨刮器经常要使用相对长一段时间,雨刮部弹性松弛,使得雨刮部活动区间过大造成局部漏刮或跳刮,影响雨刮器的正常使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种新型雨刮器,为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种新型雨刮器,其包括雨刮器本体,雨刮器本体上柔性设有雨刮部,使得雨刮部可以相对本体单独摆动,雨刮部上设有雨刮片,其特征在于:雨刮部两侧设有的止挡条,且雨刮部直径小于雨刮器本体直径。
优选的,所述的雨刮部上设有复数条雨刮片;
优选的,所述的雨刮片为三条;
优选的,所述雨刮片分为主雨刮片和副雨刮片,主雨刮片位于正中,副雨刮片分别位于主雨刮片两侧并且位置相互对应;
优选的,所述的止挡条位于雨刮片上部并与雨刮器本体相邻。
采用本实用新型的技术方案,雨刮器本体上设有主雨刮片和副雨刮片,可 以在一次刮水行程完成多次刮水的目的,同时也可以更好的起到沙尘过滤的作用,雨刮部两侧设有的止挡条,在雨刮部相对雨刮器本体单独做钟摆运动时,可以控制雨刮部钟摆的幅度,从而严格的控制雨刮器摆动区间,解决了雨刮器因长时间使用导致雨刮部弹性松弛,使得雨刮部活动区间过大造成局部漏刮或跳刮的问题。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型的具体实施例,一种新型雨刮器,其包括雨刮器本体1,雨刮器本体1上柔性设有雨刮部2,使得雨刮部2可以相对本体1单独摆动,雨刮部2上设有雨刮片21,其特征在于:雨刮部2两侧设有的止挡条22,且雨刮部2直径小于雨刮器本体1直径,雨刮片21为三条,分为主雨刮片和副雨刮片,主雨刮片位于正中,副雨刮片分别位于主雨刮片两侧并且位置相互对应,止挡条22位于雨刮片21上部并与雨刮器本体1相邻。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型雨刮器,其特征在于:所述的雨刮部上设有复数条雨刮片。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型雨刮器,其特征在于:所述的雨刮片为三条。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型雨刮器,其特征在于:所述雨刮片分为主雨刮片和副雨刮片,主雨刮片位于正中,副雨刮片分别位于主雨刮片两侧并且位置相互对应。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型雨刮器,其特征在于:所述的止挡条位于雨刮片上部并与雨刮器本体相邻。
