发明内容
因此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种游戏机结构,藉以能供检知物品性质后改变游戏方式,而增加其娱乐效果,以提高对玩家的吸引力。
又,本发明的另一主要目的在于提供一种游戏机结构,其能让玩家寻找特定的物品,以进行游戏积分,而生成不同的游戏,进一步提高游戏机的趣味性。
基于此,本发明主要是通过下列的技术手段,来具体实现前述的目的及功效:供抓取至少一具识别标签的物品,其包含有:

再者,如图7所示,本发明另有一实施例,该操控模块20的数据传输单元25可以是有线或无线传输技术的网络模块、蓝牙模块、NFC模块等,供连接一 远程服务装置60,供进行远程数据管理及游戏延伸,如形成多人连线竞赛或玩家积分累积。且该操控模块20亦可通过网络模块、蓝牙模块、NFC模块等,直接与一便携式装置80连线、又或通过服务器60与便携式装置80连线,供连接远程的服务器60或便携式装置80进行操控及传输数据,例如由便携式装置80操作该游戏机的取物单元23或传输得奖信息等,可供做为商家行销、奖品兑换或游戏等多重游戏,可以大幅增进其娱乐性,并供进行后续管理。
综上所述,可以理解到本发明为一创意极佳的发明创作,除了有效解决习式者所面临的问题,更大幅增进功效,且在相同的技术领域中未见相同或近似的产品创作或公开使用,同时具有功效的增进,故本发明已符合发明专利有关新颖性与进步性的要件,乃依法提出申请发明专利。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种游戏机结构,供抓取至少一具识别标签的物品,其特征在于,包含有:
    一机台,其具有一容置空间,该机台上具有一连通容置空间的取物口,且该容置空间可包含有一抓取区及一识别区,其中抓取区可供放置复数物品,而该识别区具有一落物道及一回流道,其中落物道通过一落物口连通取物口,而回流道则连通该抓取区;
    一操控模块,其设于机台内,该操控模块具有一处理单元,该处理单元连接有一启动游戏的启动单元,又该处理单元连接有一设于容置空间顶部的取物单元,并可选择性抓取物品于容置空间内位移,再者该处理单元电气连接有一可操作取物单元的操控单元,再者该处理单元并连接有一设定物品游戏信息的存储单元;
    一选择模块,其设于机台的识别区,该选择模块包含有一连接处理单元的扫描单元,该扫描单元可供识别物品的移动路径,再者该选择模块于识别区的落物道及回流道上分设有一挡板,而该等挡板可通过至少一连接处理单元的挡板驱动件分别或同步作动,令落物道与回流道的挡板可选择性处于一个开启、另一个关闭的状态;
    由此,令落入识别区的物品能选择进入落物口或重回抓取区,组构成一具有多重互动游戏的游戏机结构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的游戏机结构,其特征在于,该操控模块的处理单元连接有一数据传输单元,供上传或下载游戏数据。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的游戏机结构,其特征在于,该机台设有至少一连接处理单元的显示单元,供显示广告与游戏状态的显示屏幕。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的游戏机结构,其特征在于,该显示单元是触控屏幕,供玩家输入游戏所需数据。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的游戏机结构,其特征在于,该选择模块的扫描单元是RFID读取器,而物品的识别标签是无线识别技术的RFID标签。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的游戏机结构,其特征在于,该选择模块的扫描单元是图像抓取器,供通过图像识别物品的游戏形态。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的游戏机结构,其特征在于,该机台的抓取区间设有 一连接处理单元的搅拌单元,该搅拌单元可被操作拨动混合该等物品。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的游戏机结构,其特征在于,该机台于该抓取区上设有一连接处理单元的盖板单元,该盖板单元可选择性覆盖抓取区的搅拌单元拨动物品的动作,以增加游戏的娱乐性。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的游戏机结构,其特征在于,该操控模块的数据传输单元是有线或无线技术的网络模块,供传输游戏数据。
