Description
本申请要求2019年03月07日递交的申请号为201910172033.7、发明名称为“页面内容展示方法、装置及电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及页面内容展示技术领域,特别是涉及页面内容展示方法、装置及电子设备。
在“新零售”的商业模式中,零售商可以通过商品对象信息服务系统发布商品对象的信息,消费者用户可以通过线上的App进行浏览、购买等行为。同时,零售商还可以开设线下的实体店铺,线上的订单可以由线下的实体店铺进行具体处理,另外,消费者用户也可以直接到线下的实体店铺进行商品对象的购买,等等。总之,在上述商业发展趋势下,衍生出消费者在线上、线下多个场域中的消费模式,消费者购物的诉求不再仅局限在线上购物的浏览购买效率,还在于如何通过与线下场景相结合,获得更优质的服务,相应的,零售商也希望能够通过线上与线下的相结合,为消费者用户提供更优质的服务。
现有技术中,商品对象信息服务系统中的大部分页面都是基于商家或者买家在线上开设的虚拟店铺来设计的,其中通常是以具体的商品对象信息列表等为主体进行信息的展示。例如,对于某品牌在某系统中开设的官方旗舰店,该店铺关联的页面中通常会展示有该品牌提供的优惠活动信息,最新上架的商品对象的列表信息,按照类目等进行展示的商品对象列表信息,等等,用户在访问这种页面的过程中,可以点击具体商品对象的链接,进行详情信息的查看,进而可以进行加入购物车、购买等操作。
但是,上述页面内容展示方法对于“新零售”场景而言可能会不太适合,或者无法凸显出“新零售”场景的特点,因此,如何设计出更适合“新零售”场景下的页面,使其更凸显出“新零售”场景的特点,成为需要本领域技术人员解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请提供了页面内容展示方法、装置及电子设备,能够凸显出“新零售”场景的 特点,并且有利于将各种服务能力资源更合理地分配给不同场景下的用户,避免造成资源浪费。

接收针对目标实体店铺关联的目标页面的访问请求,所述目标页面内包括多个内容资源位,所述内容资源位用于展示所述实体店铺所能提供的服务能力信息;
确定所述请求的发起方用户当前所处的场景特征信息;
根据所述场景特征信息确定目标服务能力,以用于在所述目标页面内对所述目标服务能力信息进行优先展示。

通过本申请实施例,可以在向用户展示具体的实体店铺关联的目标页面的过程中,根据具体访问发起者用户当前所处的场景的特征信息,以及该实体店铺可以提供的服务能力信息,确定出目标服务能力信息,这样,这种目标服务能力信息可能会比较符合用户的需求,另外,在用户自己无法明确具体需求的情况下,还可以通过这种方式来帮助用户选择使用更适合自己的服务能力,从而使得用户获得更优质的服务,对于实体店铺而言,也可以将各种服务能力资源更合理地分配给不同场景下的用户,避免造成资源浪费。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
首先需要说明的是,在“新零售”等应用场景中,通常会包括在线下开设的多家实体店铺,其中可能包括不同品牌对应的不同的实体店铺,也可能包括同一个品牌商在线下可能开设有多个不同的实体店铺,例如,在不同的地址、商场等开设有多家不同的连锁店,等等。其中,不同的实体店铺在具体的商品对象的库存信息,能够为用户提供的服务等方面都可能是不同的。为了能够体现出不同实体店铺在库存、服务等方面存在的差别,本申请实施例中可以为实体零售店铺打造以店铺维度的“目标页面”,具体的,这种目标页面可以以轻应用、本地页面、H5页面等形式存在,通过这种目标页面可以为具体的实体店铺提供私域的流量阵地,并在具体私域的流量阵地内进行具体门店内所能提供的商品对象和/或服务能力(包括5km范围内的“急速达”能力,“到店自提”能力, “扫码购”能力,等)等信息的透出,以更精准的匹配用户需求。
其中,上述目标页面的访问入口可以有多种,例如,在其中一种方式下,可以在商品对象信息服务系统为消费者用户提供的客户端首页等位置,提供具体上述以线下实体店铺粒度上提供的目标页面的入口,这样,在用户访问客户端首页的过程中,如果对这种实体店铺的信息感兴趣,则可以通过该入口发起相应的访问请求。另一种方式下,由于具体实体店铺可能是某品牌开设的具体店铺,而具体的品牌商通常还会在商品对象信息服务系统中为该品牌开设对应的官方旗舰店等,因此,还可以在这种官方旗舰店的店铺首页等位置(例如,具体可以是在页面的banner图等位置),提供用于对具体实体店铺对应的目标页面进行访问的入口,等等。这样,用户在通过商品对象信息服务系统的客户端访问某品牌商的官方旗舰店页面时,如果在页面内的banner等位置展示有“门店自提”等字样的操作按钮等信息,则可以通过点击该操作按钮等方式进入到具体实体店铺对应的目标页面。再一种实现方式下,还可以是在具体实体店铺的门店入口等处设置该门店对应的目标页面对应的二维码等图形码信息,这样,进入到具体实体店铺中的消费者用户,可以使用其移动终端设备上安装的相关客户端等对该图形码进行扫码,通过这种方式也可以进入到具体实体店铺对应的目标页面。
除了具体提供目标页面的入口的方式有多种之外,由于目标页面是与具体的实体店铺相对应的,也就是说,由于线下的实体店铺有多家,因此,具体目标页面的数量通常也是非常多的。因此,除了通过对线下实体店铺内的二维码等进行扫码的方式进行访问的情况之外,在通过客户端首页或者相关品牌的线上旗舰店页面进行访问的情况下,还可以在接收到用户的访问请求后,确定出具体需要向用户展示哪个实体店铺对应的目标页面。例如,在一种具体的实现方式下,可以根据用户当前所处的地理位置等信息,提供距离用户在5km(或者其他数值)范围内的实体店铺对应的轻应用页面的链接列表,之后,用户可以从中选择具体所需的实体店铺,通过点击对应的链接进入到该实体店铺的轻应用页面。或者,在另一种方式下,还可以根据用户具体所处的地理位置信息,直接确定出距离该用户最近的实体店铺,并跳转到该实体店铺对应的目标页面,等等。
对于具体与某个实体店铺对应的目标页面,其中的内容展示方式与普通线上虚拟店铺的页面可能会有所不同,例如,这种目标页面主要可以用于呈现具体实体店铺内所能够提供的服务能力信息。这种服务能力信息通常是与线上线下相结合的服务能力相关,例如,具体可以包括“急速达”能力,“到店自提”能力,“扫码购”能力,等等。其中,“急速达”能力,相当于是将线上的下单,与线下实体店铺提供的在某规定时间内 (例如,半小时等)送货上门的服务能力相结合;“到店自提”能力是指,将线上的下单,与实体店铺内的线下拣货、打包、用户到线下实体店铺中自行取货相结合;“扫码购”能力是指,将线下实体店铺在的选购行为,与线上的自助结算能力相结合,等等。总之,可以通过多种方式实现线上与线下相结合,并最终为用户带来便利。
其中,本申请发明人在实现本申请的过程中发现,消费者用户在访问具体目标页面时,具体的诉求可能有多种,具体的,这种诉求可能会通过用户当前所在位置的场景特性所体现出来。例如,当用户在自己的家中访问具体某个实体店铺对应的目标页面时,可能是具有送货上门的诉求;在某商圈内逛街的过程中,对附近的某个实体店铺对应的目标页面进行访问时,其诉求可能是进行线上下单,并到该实体店铺自提;在进入到具体实体店铺的用户,在通过扫描二维码等方式访问该实体店铺对应的目标页面时,其诉求可能是使用店内提供的“扫码购”服务,等等。另外,在一些情况下,消费者用户在访问某个实体店铺对应的目标页面之前,可能只是想要从该实体店铺获得服务,但是对于具体想使用该实体店铺的何种服务能力并不明确,此时,还可以帮助用户选择适合其使用的服务能力,以期对用户的行动点做出一些引导,帮助其更合理、有效地使用具体某项服务能力。
因此,在本申请实施例中,在接收到具体用户的访问实体店铺关联的目标页面的请求,并确定出具体的目标实体店铺后,还可以根据用户当前所处的地理位置等信息,对用户当前所处的场景特点进行确定,然后,根据具体的场景特点,对目标页面中所需展示的服务能力信息进行调整。例如,在具体实现时,如果预测出某用户需要获得某实体店铺的“急速达”服务,或者,根据用户当前所处的场景特点,确定其更适合使用“急速达”服务,则可以在向该用户展示该目标实体店铺的目标页面时,优先展示该实体店铺内所能提供的“急速达”信息,等等。总之,可以根据用户所在位置的场景特性,优先将用户最可能获得的服务能力信息进行展示,这样,由于优先展示的信息更容易被用户注意到,因此,通过这种方式来满足甚至改变消费购物诉求,同时还可以对行为侧重点进行引导或者改变,从而提升用户体验,还可以实现对各种服务能力的引流,实现同一实体店铺中对外提供服务的均衡,通过多种不同的服务能力满足用户在多种不同场景中的诉求。
具体实现时,从系统架构角度而言,本申请实施例提供的功能可以通过商品对象信息服务系统来实现,其中,参见图1,该服务系统通常可以包括客户端以及服务端,客户端主要用于提供给消费者用户、买家用户等第一用户使用的客户端,通过该客户端, 第一用户可以提交对具体页面的访问请求。服务端则用于提供就具体的页面数据,在本申请实施例中,还可以通过对第一用户所处的场景特性的分析,确定出具体实体店铺关联的目标页面中关于服务能力信息的展示方式。
下面对本申请实施例提供的具体实现方案进行详细介绍。

首先,该实施例一从服务端的角度,提供了一种页面内容展示方法,参见图2,该方法具体可以包括:
S201:接收针对目标实体店铺关联的目标页面的访问请求,所述目标页面内包括多个内容资源位,所述内容资源位用于展示所述实体店铺所能提供的服务能力信息;
其中,具体关于目标页面的访问请求可以有多种具体的发起方式,如前文所述,一种方式下,可以在客户端首页等位置,提供这种访问入口,当某第一用户通过该入口发出访问请求时,可以根据该用户当前所在的地理位置等信息,确定出与其在一定距离范围内的实体店铺的信息列表,在用户选择其中某个目标实体店铺后,可以接收到关于该目标实体店铺对应的目标页面的访问请求。在该方式下,具体的实体店铺信息列表中,可以包括多个不同品牌对应的实体店铺,例如,可以包括餐饮类、服饰类等各种不同行业、不同品牌的实体店铺的信息。
或者,另一种方式下,也可以是在某品牌对应的品牌旗舰店等页面中提供关于具体实体店铺的目标页面的访问入口,其中,这里的品牌旗舰店可以是具体品牌通过商品对象信息服务系统开设的线上店铺。具体的,可以在品牌旗舰店详情页面的banner图等处,提供用于对目标实体店铺关联的目标页面的访问入口。其中,具体实现时,还可以将具体实体店铺所能够提供的某项服务能力的信息,展示在访问入口处,通过这种方式将服务能力信息透出给旗舰店页面的访问者用户,由于这种服务能力通常是纯的线上店铺所无法提供的,因此,用户可以在这种服务能力信息的引导下,进入到具体实体店铺关联的目标页面进行访问。其中,在这种方式下,具体在从所述访问入口进入后,同样可以根据当前用户所在的地理位置等信息,确定出与该用户距离一定范围内的实体店铺的列表,供用户进行选择,其中,此时展示出的实体店铺信息,可以是同一品牌在线下不同的地理位置开设的实体店铺的信息。
再者,由于还可以在具体实体店铺入口等处放置图形码,该图形码可以是根据具体目标页面的网址等信息生成的,因此,也可以通过对这种图形码进行扫码的方式来发起对目标页面的访问。其中,由于在实体店铺内设置图形码,因此,该图形码可以直接与 该实体店铺关联的目标页面对应,也即,可以直接进入到该目标页面,而不再需要提供实体店铺列表信息。
其中,在上述目标页面中,为了能够凸显出与普通线上虚拟店铺页面的不同,在页面中可以提供多个资源位,每个资源位中用于展示具体实体店铺所能够提供的服务能力信息。其中,资源位的尺寸可以比较大,以使得具体展示出的服务能力信息更加醒目。
而在实际应用中,一个实体店铺所能够提供的服务能力可能有多种,不同的用户在访问同一实体店铺关联的目标页面时,具体的诉求可能会不同,或者,不明确具体的诉求,不知道更适合使用何种服务能力,因此,在本申请实施例中,可以根据实际的场景特征,对具体页面中展示的服务能力信息进行调整,以符合用户的诉求,或者,对用户的行为侧重点进行引导。
S202:确定所述请求的发起方用户当前所处的场景特征信息;
为了达到上述对用户行为侧重点进行预测或者引导的目的,首先可以确定出请求的发起方用户当前所处的场景特征信息。其中,关于具体所处的场景特征信息可以通过方式进行确定,例如,其中一种方式下,可以首先确定所述发起方用户关联的地理位置信息,然后,根据所述发起方用户关联的地理位置信息与所述目标实体店铺所在地理位置之间的关系,确定所述发起方用户当前所处的场景特征信息。
其中,具体在确定所述发起方用户关联的地理位置信息时,也可以有多种方式,例如,一种方式下,可以根据所述发起方用户关联的移动终端设备提供的实时定位信息,确定所述发起方用户当前所在的地理位置信息。也就是说,由于移动终端设备中通常都会配备有定位功能,而移动终端设备所在的位置通常可以代表用户所在的位置,因此,可以通过这种实时定位的功能,获得用户所在的地理位置信息。或者,另一种方式下,如果移动终端设备的定位功能没有开放,或者,由于其他原因无法获得移动终端设备中的实时定位信息,则还可以提供降级方案,具体的,可以根据所述发起方用户关联的历史收货地址信息,确定所述发起方用户当前所在的地理位置信息。也就是说,由于在商品对象信息服务系统中,用户在进行线上购物时,通常会指定具体的收货地址信息,而系统中通常可以对用户使用过的历史收货地址信息进行记录,因此,可以根据这种记录的历史收货地址信息确定用户关联的地理位置信息。其中,历史收货地址信息具体可以是用户最近使用的收货地址,或者,用户最常使用的收货地址,等等。具体实现时,如果最近使用的收货地址与最常使用的收货地址不同,则还可以将两者提供给用户由用户从中选择一个来代表用户关联的地理位置信息,等等。当然,如果所述访问请求是通过 对所述目标实体店铺内的图形码信息进行扫码发起的,则可以直接确定所述发起方用户当前位于所述目标实体店铺内。
在确定出用户关联的地理位置信息后,便可以确定用户所处的场景特征,并进而根据该场景特征确定出具体对应的目标服务能力。例如,如果所述发起方用户关联的地理位置信息位于所述目标实体店铺提供的目标配送服务的第一阈值范围内,且与所述目标实体店铺之间的距离大于第二阈值,则将可以所述目标服务能力确定为所述目标配送服务;其中,所述目标配送服务为:在指定时间内将指定商品对象送达所述发起方用户关联的地理位置。
在实际应用中,上述目标配送服务通常可以被称为“急速达”服务,通常,“急速达”服务对应有具体的配送范围,例如,如果收货地址距离具体的实体店铺5km范围内,则可以保证从用户在线下单时起,半小时内送到用户指定的收货地址,等等。具体实现时,如果用户发起对某实体店铺的目标页面的访问请求时,所在的地理位置距离该实体店铺在上述范围内,则实体店铺便可以为该用户提供该“急速达”服务。而在本申请实施例中,由于实体店铺同时还可以提供“店内自提”、“扫码购”等其他的服务能力,因此,还可以进一步根据具体用户所处的场景特征,确定具体优先将哪项服务能力展示给该用户。具体的,就可以继续判断用户关联的地理位置信息与所述目标实体店铺之间的距离是否大于第二阈值,这里的第二阈值具体可以是根据是否适合到店自提来确定的。例如,该第二阈值具体可以设定为2km,等等,也就是说,如果用户与某实体店铺距离大于2km,则用户到店自提所需的时间会比较多,另外,可能比较难以通过步行等方式快速到达店内,因此,用户可能更需要使用的是“急速达”服务,对于实体店铺而言,也更适合为该用户提供“急速达”服务。因此,用户关联的地理位置信息位于所述目标实体店铺提供的目标配送服务的第一阈值范围内,且与所述目标实体店铺之间的距离大于第二阈值的情况下,就可以将所述目标配送服务确定为需要优先展示的目标服务能力。
另外,如果所述发起方用户关联的地理位置信息与所述目标实体店铺之间的距离小于第二阈值,且位于所述目标实体店铺外,则证明用户就在目标实体店铺附近,可能是正在附近的商圈逛街等,因此,用户可能更需要的服务是,先在线上下单,然后,在从下单到自己到达实体店铺这段时间内,实体店铺内刚好可以完成对具体商品对象的拣货打包等操作,然后,用户可以到店自提。因此,在上述情况下,可以将所述目标服务能力确定为所述到店自提服务;其中,所述到店自提服务为:将指定商品对象进行拣货以及打包完毕后,等待所述发起方用户到所述实体店铺内取货。
再者,如果所述发起方用户位于所述目标实体店铺内,则可以将所述目标服务能力确定为通过扫码的方式进行商品对象自助结算的能力。也就是说,如果某用户是在已经到达了具体的目标实体店铺内,通过对店铺内设置的二维码等进行扫码的方式访问所述目标页面,则更适合为该用户提供“扫码购”的服务能力,使得用户能够在店铺内选购商品对象的过程中,通过其移动终端设备对具体商品对象扫码,即可实现自助结算,等等。
S203:根据所述场景特征信息确定目标服务能力,以用于在所述目标页面内对所述目标服务能力信息进行优先展示。
如上述步骤S202中所述,在确定出场景特征信息后,便可以确定出目标服务能力,具体可以包括预测出的所述发起方用户所需的服务能力,或者为发起方用户选择的适合其使用的服务能力,等等。在确定出具体的场景特征信息,并根据场景特征信息确定出目标服务能力之后,便可以在当前目标实体店铺对应的目标页面中对目标服务能力的信息进行优先展示。
其中,优先展示的方式也可以有多种,例如,可以将所述目标服务能力信息展示到所述目标页面内的首个内容资源位中。具体如图3所示,假设具体的目标页面中包括三个资源位,分别用于对“急速达”、“门店自提”、“扫码购”等服务能力进行展示。而在本申请实施例中,上述各个资源位中展示的内容可以是动态调整的,具体的调整依据便是用户所处的场景特征信息。例如,如果用户所关联位置与当前目标实体店铺之间的距离是在3.0km到5.0km之间,则属于“远场”,用户可能在家,此时,可以将“急速达”信息优先在第一个资源位中进行展示。而如果用户所关联位置与当前目标实体店铺之间的距离是在0.3km到2.9km之间,则属于“近场”,用户可能在附近的商圈逛街,此时,可以将“门店自提”信息优先在第一个资源位中进行展示。如果用户所关联位置显示其正好在当前目标实体店铺内,则属于“到店现场”,此时,可以将“扫码购”信息优先在第一个资源位中进行展示,等等。
其中,优先在第一个资源位内展示的信息通常具有更高的被点击或者被使用的概率,因此,可以使得实际展示出的信息更符合用户的诉求,另外,在用户诉求不明确的情况下,也可以通过这种方式引导用户的行动点,为其提供更适合的服务能力信息。否则,如果不区分具体用户所处的场景特征,全部按照固定的方式对服务能力进行展示,则实际位于“远场”的用户可能会选择“到店自提”能力,这显然是不适合的,在距离实体店铺比较远的情况下,用户很难通过到店自提的方式第一时间获得所需的商品对象;或 者,实际位于“近场”的用户可能会选择到“急速达”,但是,由于用户当前可能处于“逛街”状态,“急速达”是将商品对象配送至用户的家中等收货地址,因此,显然也无法使得用户第一时间真正收到商品对象,另外,对于实体店铺而言,也会对“急速达”相关的配送资源等造成浪费,等等。本申请实施例则可以避免上述现象的发生,引导用户使用更适合于具体所处场景的服务能力。
具体的,服务器还可以响应于对所述内容资源位执行的目标操作,提供与所述目标实体店铺、所述目标服务能力对应的详情页面信息。也就是说,在点击具体的服务能力对应的资源位之后,可以展示出该服务能力对应的详情页面信息,其中可以展示出具体能够使用对应的服务能力的商品对象列表信息等等,这样,用户可以在线进行商品对象信息的选择以及线上的结算等操作。
另外,在具体实现时,为了能够更有效的引导用户的行为,还可以在目标页面中提供指向性行动点信息,并且,还可以通过所述指向性行动点信息对所述目标服务能力信息进行提示。也就是说,在具体资源位内优先展示的目标服务能力信息发生变化的情况下,该指向性行动点处展示的信息也可以随之变化,并且与具体优先展示的目标服务能力信息相对应。这样,用户在点击该指向性行动点信息时,也可以跳转到该目标服务能力对应的详情信息页面。该详情信息页面与通过点击具体的资源位获得的详情信息页面可以是相同的。通过这种资源位与指向性行动点信息相结合的方式,使得同一目标页面内可以包括多种使用具体服务能力的入口,因此,可以提高对用户行为引导的成功率。
需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,具体的目标页面可以是包括通过轻应用形式生成的页面,或者,也可以是通过终端设备本地编程语言生成的页面,或者,还可以是以H5的形式存在的页面,这里不做限定。
另外需要说明的是,在具体实现时,关于用户所在的地理位置的定位信息、历史收货地址信息等,可以是在获得用户授权的情况下进行获取。
总之,通过本申请实施例,可以在向用户展示具体的实体店铺关联的目标页面的过程中,根据具体访问发起者用户当前所处的场景的特征信息,以及该实体店铺可以提供的服务能力信息,确定出目标服务能力信息,这样,这种目标服务能力信息可能会比较符合用户的需求,另外,在用户自己无法明确具体需求的情况下,还可以通过这种方式来帮助用户选择使用更适合自己的服务能力,从而使得用户获得更优质的服务,对于实体店铺而言,也可以将各种服务能力资源更合理地分配给不同场景下的用户,避免造成资源浪费。

存储器720可以采用ROM(Read Only Memory,只读存储器)、RAM(Random Access Memory,随机存取存储器)、静态存储设备,动态存储设备等形式实现。存储器720可以存储用于控制电子设备700运行的操作系统721,用于控制电子设备700的低级别操 作的基本输入输出系统(BIOS)722。另外,还可以存储网页浏览器723,数据存储管理724,以及页面内容处理系统725等等。上述页面内容处理系统725就可以是本申请实施例中具体实现前述各步骤操作的应用程序。总之,在通过软件或者固件来实现本申请所提供的技术方案时,相关的程序代码保存在存储器720中,并由处理器710来调用执行。
输入/输出接口713用于连接输入/输出模块,以实现信息输入及输出。输入输出/模块可以作为组件配置在设备中(图中未示出),也可以外接于设备以提供相应功能。其中输入设备可以包括键盘、鼠标、触摸屏、麦克风、各类传感器等,输出设备可以包括显示器、扬声器、振动器、指示灯等。
网络接口714用于连接通信模块(图中未示出),以实现本设备与其他设备的通信交互。其中通信模块可以通过有线方式(例如USB、网线等)实现通信,也可以通过无线方式(例如移动网络、WIFI、蓝牙等)实现通信。

传感器组件814包括一个或多个传感器,用于为设备800提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件814可以检测到设备800的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为设备800的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件814还可以检测设备800或设备800一个组件的位置改变,用户与设备800接触的存在或不存在,设备800方位或加速/减速和设备800的温度变化。传感器组件814可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件814还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件814还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件816被配置为便于设备800和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。设备800可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信部件816经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信部件816还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,设备800可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器804,上述指令可由设备800的处理器820执行以完成本公开技术方案提供的方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
通过以上的实施方式的描述可知,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本申请可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质 上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于系统或系统实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述得比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。以上所描述的系统及系统实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。

Claims (20)
- 一种页面内容展示方法,其特征在于,包括:接收针对目标实体店铺关联的目标页面的访问请求,所述目标页面内包括多个内容资源位,所述内容资源位用于展示所述实体店铺所能提供的服务能力信息;确定所述请求的发起方用户当前所处的场景特征信息;根据所述场景特征信息确定目标服务能力,以用于在所述目标页面内对所述目标服务能力信息进行优先展示。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述场景特征信息确定目标服务能力,包括:根据所述场景特征信息预测所述发起方用户所需的服务能力。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述场景特征信息确定目标服务能力,包括:根据所述场景特征信息选择适合所述发起方用户使用的服务能力。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述请求的发起方用户当前所处的场景特征信息,包括:确定所述发起方用户关联的地理位置信息;根据所述发起方用户关联的地理位置信息与所述目标实体店铺所在地理位置之间的关系,确定所述发起方用户当前所处的场景特征信息。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述场景特征信息确定目标服务能力,包括:如果所述发起方用户关联的地理位置信息位于所述目标实体店铺提供的目标配送服务的第一阈值范围内,且与所述目标实体店铺之间的距离大于第二阈值,则将所述目标服务能力确定为所述目标配送服务;所述目标配送服务为:在指定时间内将指定商品对象送达所述发起方用户关联的地理位置。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述场景特征信息确定目标服务能力,包括:如果所述发起方用户关联的地理位置信息与所述目标实体店铺之间的距离小于第二阈值,且位于所述目标实体店铺外,则将所述目标服务能力确定为到店自提服务;所述到店自提服务为:将指定商品对象进行拣货以及打包完毕后,等待所述发起方用户到所述实体店铺内取货。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述场景特征信息确定目标服务能力,包括:如果所述发起方用户位于所述目标实体店铺内,则将所述目标服务能力确定为通过扫码的方式进行商品对象自助结算的能力。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述发起方用户关联的地理位置信息,包括:根据所述发起方用户关联的移动终端设备提供的实时定位信息,确定所述发起方用户当前所在的地理位置信息。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述发起方用户关联的地理位置信息,包括:根据所述发起方用户关联的历史收货地址信息,确定所述发起方用户当前所在的地理位置信息。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述发起方用户关联的地理位置信息,包括:如果所述访问请求是通过对所述目标实体店铺内的图形码信息进行扫码发起的,则确定所述发起方用户当前位于所述目标实体店铺内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述目标服务能力信息在所述目标页面内进行优先展示,包括:将所述目标服务能力信息展示到所述目标页面内的首个内容资源位中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:响应于对所述内容资源位执行的目标操作,提供与所述目标实体店铺、所述目标服务能力对应的详情页面信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标页面内还包括指向性行动点信息;所述方法还包括:通过所述指向性行动点信息对所述目标服务能力信息进行提示。
- 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:响应于对所述指向性行动点信息执行的目标操作,提供与所述目标实体店铺、所述目标服务能力对应的详情页面信息。
- 一种页面内容展示方法,其特征在于,包括:向服务端提交针对目标实体店铺关联的目标页面的访问请求;接收所述服务端返回的所述目标页面的页面数据,其中,所述目标页面内包括多个内容资源位,所述内容资源位用于展示所述实体店铺所能提供的服务能力信息,其中,所述页面数据包括根据所述访问请求的发起方用户当前所处的场景特征信息确定出的目标服务能力信息;在根据所述页面数据对所述目标页面进行展示的过程中,对所述目标服务能力信息进行优先展示。
- 一种页面内容展示装置,其特征在于,包括:请求接收单元,用于接收针对目标实体店铺关联的目标页面的访问请求,所述目标页面内包括多个内容资源位,所述内容资源位用于展示所述实体店铺所能提供的服务能力信息;场景特征信息确定单元,用于确定所述请求的发起方用户当前所处的场景特征信息;目标服务能力信息确定单元,用于根据所述场景特征信息确定目标服务能力,以用于在所述目标页面内对所述目标服务能力信息进行优先展示。
- 一种页面内容展示装置,其特征在于,包括:请求提交单元,用于向服务端提交针对目标实体店铺关联的目标页面的访问请求;页面数据接收单元,用于接收所述服务端返回的所述目标页面的页面数据,其中,所述目标页面内包括多个内容资源位,所述内容资源位用于展示所述实体店铺所能提供的服务能力信息,其中,所述页面数据包括根据所述访问请求的发起方用户当前所处的场景特征信息确定出的目标服务能力信息;页面展示单元,用于在根据所述页面数据对所述目标页面进行展示的过程中,对所述目标服务能力信息进行优先展示。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:一个或多个处理器;以及与所述一个或多个处理器关联的存储器,所述存储器用于存储程序指令,所述程序指令在被所述一个或多个处理器读取执行时,执行如下操作:接收针对目标实体店铺关联的目标页面的访问请求,所述目标页面内包括多个内容资源位,所述内容资源位用于展示所述实体店铺所能提供的服务能力信息;确定所述请求的发起方用户当前所处的场景特征信息;根据所述场景特征信息确定目标服务能力,以用于在所述目标页面内对所述目标服务能力信息进行优先展示。
- 根据权利要求18所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述程序指令还用于执行如权利要求2至14任一项所述的方法。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:一个或多个处理器;以及与所述一个或多个处理器关联的存储器,所述存储器用于存储程序指令,所述程序指令在被所述一个或多个处理器读取执行时,执行如下操作:向服务端提交针对目标实体店铺关联的目标页面的访问请求;接收所述服务端返回的所述目标页面的页面数据,其中,所述目标页面内包括多个内容资源位,所述内容资源位用于展示所述实体店铺所能提供的服务能力信息,其中, 所述页面数据包括根据所述访问请求的发起方用户当前所处的场景特征信息确定出的目标服务能力信息;在根据所述页面数据对所述目标页面进行展示的过程中,对所述目标服务能力信息进行优先展示。
