技术领域
本申请涉及智能显示领域,例如涉及一种边框、显示屏及智能显示设备。
背景技术
相关技术中的显示屏的边框,为了不影响显示屏的美观性,边框一般做的较窄,在实现本申请过程中,申请人发现相关技术存在如下问题:由于边框较窄,边框与显示屏安装时容易出现安装错位,影响安装效率。
发明内容
本申请提供一种边框、显示屏及智能显示设备,该边框在安装时,可实现准确定位,实现边框的快速安装,提高安装效率。
其技术方案如下:
边框,至少包括第一分框及第二分框,所述第一分框包括第一预安装部及第一边框体,所述第二分框包括第二预安装部及第二边框体,所述第一边框体通过所述第一预安装部及所述第二预安装与所述第二边框体预定位安装。
可选地,所述第一预安装部为凸出部,所述第二预安装部为预安装槽,所述凸出部与所述预安装槽相匹配。
可选地,所述边框还包括固定部,所述边框上设有固定槽,所述固定部位于所述固定槽内,所述固定部固定于所述第一分框及所述第二分框上。
可选地,所述固定部包括第一侧部及第二侧部,所述第一侧部与所述第二侧部相连。

下面对本申请的实施例进行详细说明。
下述实施例以智能显示设备为透明触摸显示设备为例进行详细说明,需要说明的是,当智能显示设备为电视或电脑等,上述提及的显示设备均可借鉴本实施例。
如图1至图16所示,本实施例公开一种智能显示设备,包括显示屏100及底座200,底座200用于提供驱动显示屏100的驱动信号,并为显示屏100供电,显示屏100具有第一显示面110及第二显示面120,第一显示面110与第二显示面120相背,底座200具有前侧部210及后侧部211,前侧部210与后侧部211通过螺栓或螺钉等连接,显示屏100位于前侧部210与后侧部211之间。
本实施例中第一显示面110指面向观众且可实现触摸功能的一侧,第二显示面120指与第一显示面110相反的另一侧,本实施例中前侧部210指第一显 示面110一侧,后侧部211指第二显示面120一侧。
本实施例的底座200包括第一座体220及第二座体230,显示屏100位于第一座体220上,第一座体220位于第二座体230上,其中,第一座体220包括第一底板221、第一侧板222及第二侧板223,第一侧板222与第二侧板223的底部均固定于第一底板221上,在本实施例中,第一侧板222、第二侧板223及第一底板221可为一体式结构,第一侧板222、第二侧板223与第一底板221也可为分体式结构,当第一侧板222、第二侧板223与第一底板221为分体式结构时,第一侧板222、第二侧板223通过螺栓或螺钉等与第一底板221固定即可,本实施例中第一侧板222与第二侧板223相对设置,第一侧板222与第二侧板223之间形成第一容纳槽,显示屏100底部位于第一容纳槽内,置于第一容纳槽后的显示屏100与第一侧板222之间设有间隙,置于第一容纳槽后的显示屏100与第二侧板223之间也设有间隙,显示屏100与第一座体220之间设有弹性件300,弹性件300设于间隙内,弹性件300与间隙相对应,本实施例中弹性件300可为泡棉,泡棉的两个相反侧边分别与显示屏100及第一底座200相接触;弹性件300还可为弹性片,弹性片的两个相反侧边分别与显示屏100及第一底座200相接触;为了增加第一座体220的稳定性,本实施例的第一座体220的位于第一侧板222一侧的第一底板221,向远离第一侧板222的斜下方延伸,位于第二侧板223一侧的第一底板221,向远离第二侧板223的斜下方延伸,在实际应用中,还可通过增加第一底板221的底面的面积或增加第一底板221的重量等方式增加第一座体220的稳定性,为了固定显示屏100与第一座体220,同时便于显示屏100与第一座体220的快速安装及拆卸,本实施例在第一座体220上设有与第一容纳槽相通的第一连接件224,第一连接件224分别位于第一侧板222及第二侧板223上,显示屏100上设有第二连接件225,显示屏100通过第一连接件224及第二连接件225固定于第一容纳槽内,其中,第一连接件224为第一固定孔,第二连接件225为第二固定孔,显示屏100与第一座体220安装时,通过在第一固定孔及第二固定孔内钉入螺钉或螺栓等即可将显示屏100固定于第一座体220上,拆卸时取下螺钉或螺栓即可将显示屏100与第一座体220分离,为了使显示屏100在第一座体220上固定的更加牢固,本实施例的第一座体220为两个,两个第一座体220的结构相同,且两个第一座体220分别位于显示屏100的底部相对的两侧,在实际应用中,还可根据显示屏100的大小等增加或减少第一座体220的数量或调整显示屏100与第一座体220的相对 位置等。

本实施例的第一控制板234、第二控制板235、第三控制板236、第四控制板237及第五控制板238是根据较佳的散热效果及较优的排线方式进行排列设置,在实际应用中,还可根据控制板所处空间大小或根据各个控制板的大小等进行排列设置,且上下叠加设置的各个控制板之间不限于平行设置,第四控制板237、第五控制板238还可设置于第二控制板235的下方。

本实施例的上盖后壳2312的第一侧面2313、第二侧面2314及第三侧面2315为一体式结构,为了减小上盖后壳2312的体积及方便运输,第一侧面2313、第二侧面2314及第三侧面2315还可设置为分体式结构;本实施例中散热部600为散热孔,在实际应用中,散热部600还可设置为散热风扇、散热鳍片或由多个散热风扇组成的散热风道等。

本实施例的显示面板包括触控面板130及图像显示面板140,触控面板130的一侧面与图像显示面板140的一侧面相贴合,本实施例中触控显示面板120为电容触摸屏,触控显示面板130还可为电阻触控屏或其他具有触控功能的触控屏,图像显示面板140为OLED透明屏,图像显示面板140还可为LED显示屏等,本实施例的显示面板具有上侧边、下侧边、左侧边及右侧边,本实施例的第一分框113为两个,两个第一分框113分别固定于显示面板的上侧边及下侧边,第二分框114也为两个,两个第二分框114分别固定于显示面板的左侧边及右侧边。
本实施例的优点及原理如下:
1、本实施例的智能显示设备,其为一种新的产品形态的智能显示设置,其 显示屏100位于底座200上,智能显示设备上的各种电子元器件设置于底座200中。
2、智能显示设备的显示屏100较薄,外观较为美观,显示屏100具有第一显示面110及第二显示面120,且第一显示面110与第二显示面120相背,显示屏100可通过两个显示面同时实现显示,实现显示屏100的双面透明显示。
3、扬声器400位于底座200上,节约了显示屏100的高度空间,扬声器400位于前侧部210,扬声器400所发出的声音直接向前传出,其扬声器400效果较好,
4、第一控制板234与第二控制板235位于底座200的后侧部211,减少了显示屏100的厚度,使显示屏100外观较为美观,第一控制板234与第二控制板235在高度方向上异层设置,节约了底座200的空间,减少了智能显示设备的整体尺寸。
5、第一控制板234、第三控制板236与第二控制板235之间设有控制板支架239,控制板支架239阻隔了第一控制板234、第三控制板236及第二控制板235,使第一控制板234、第三控制板236及第二控制板235运行时不会相互影响,且第一控制板234、第三控制板236位于控制板支架239上利于第一控制板234、第三控制板236及第二控制板235的散热。
6、控制板支架239上的定位柱2392方便第一控制板234及第三控制板236的定位安装,第一控制板234及第三控制板236通过第一定位孔2393及第二定位孔2394固定于控制板支架239上,其结构简单,方便拆卸。
7、控制板支架239上的走线槽2391便于控制板之间的连接,各个控制板之间连接时线路不会过于杂乱,也使结构更加紧凑。

10、弹性件300为泡棉或弹性片,泡棉或弹性片的两个相反侧分别与显示屏100及底座200相接触,泡棉及弹性件300除具有缓冲作用外,还可阻挡灰 尘等通过间隙进入底座200内,采用泡棉时可以有效降低其材料成本,并且加工工艺简单。

14、位于第一侧板222一侧的第一底板221,向远离第一侧板222的斜下方延伸,位于第二侧板223一侧的第一底板221,向远离第二侧板223的斜下方延伸,第一座体220的此种设置使第一座体220更加稳定,同时使位于第一座体220上的显示屏100更加稳定。
15、第二座体230的上盖231活动设置于第二座底板上,通过拆卸第二座体230的上盖231即可拆卸第一座体220及显示屏100,便于显示屏100的拆卸及维修。
16、第一座体220位于上盖前壳2311与上盖后壳2312之间,上盖前壳2311及上盖后壳2312将显示屏100固定于其之间,使显示屏100固定牢固。

18、智能显示设备的转接板相对显示屏100垂直或倾斜设置,便于转接板与底座200中的第三控制板236的连接,减少了整个产品在竖直方向的尺寸,增加了智能显示设备的美观性。
19、底座200的端子外接接口位于底座200的不同侧面上,便于数据传输 线及电源线等的连接,且底座200体积较小的情况下也可放置多个端子外接接口,端子外接接口的分布排列充分利用了底座200的空间。
20、第一侧面2313从第三侧面2315的一端内侧向第三侧面2315的另一端的斜后方延伸,且第二侧面2314的左右两端分别位于第三侧面2315的左右两端之间,第一侧面2313及第二侧面2314的设置使底座200的体积较小,且从第一显示面110一侧看不到第一侧面2313及第二侧面2314,使智能显示设备的外观美观。
21、边框110上的第一预安装部1131及第二预安装部1141便于第一分113与第二分框114的连接安装,使第一分113及第二分框114可准确连接及安装,不会出现安装错位等情况。
22、第一预安装部1131的凸出部与第二预安装部1141的预安装槽相对应,第一分框113与第二分框114安装时,第一预安装部1131的凸出部插入第二预安装部1141的安装槽,实现第一预安装部1131与第二预安装部1141的预安装,实现第一分框113与第二分框114的准确安装。
23、固定部115分别固定于第一分框113及第二分框114上,固定部115用于固定预安装后的第一分框113及第二分框114,使第一分框113与第二分框114连接牢固,固定部115固定于固定槽116内,安装后的固定部115不会凸出于边框110,从而影响边框110的美观性。
24、固定部115的第一侧部1151通过第一定位孔1153及第二定位孔1154与第一边框体1132相连,固定部115的第二侧部1152通过第三固定孔及第四固定孔与第二边框体1142相连,固定部115与第一边框体1132及第二边框体1142的连接结构简单,且不会增加边框110的厚度。
25、边框的第三侧部111的宽度小于或等于显示面板的厚度,边框既达到对显示面板的固定作用,同时边框又可以做的很窄,使显示屏100的厚度较薄,增加显示屏100外观的美观性。
26、边框通过粘结层与显示面板相连,粘结层较薄,不会过多增加显示屏100的厚度,同时粘结层可使边框与显示面板达到较好的连接效果。
27、底座200上的散热部600用于对底座200内的电子元器件在运行时产生的热量进行散热,散热部600位于底座200的不同位置,可从不同位置对底座200进行散热,能达到较好的散热效果。
上述实施例示例性的展示的本申请的技术构思,但在一些实施例中,各个 控制板的位置可以根据设计者期望实现的目标进行相异的排布和定制。示例性的:控制板支架239用于提供异层的多个固定区位,第一控制板234、第二控制板235、第三控制板236、第四控制板237、第五控制板238可根据需要在排布在各个区位上,当然部分控制板也可以不借助控制板支架239固定,具体的控制板排布方式皆取决于设计者的实际需要。
需要说明的是:“第二控制板235和第一控制板234在高度方向上异层设置”,其中的高度方向是指将底座平放后的高度方向,异层则是指第一控制板234和第二控制板235实质具有不同的设置高度,例如:两者可以具有在高度方向上层叠的至少部分区域;而不是指两者设置高度稍有差异,即为异层。
需要说明的是:设置弹性件的目的旨在于消除显示屏100和底座200之间的间隙,因此弹性件除泡棉以外还可以选用与泡棉硬度相仿的弹性体,一般来说硬度值处于10-30的弹性体皆满足条件,例如是硅胶材料等。
需要说明的是:采用透明基板制成的OLED屏能够呈现趋于透明的效果,提升产品的科技感,但上述实施例的智能显示设备仍适用于LCD显示屏、LED显示屏、或者是量子点作为背光源的显示屏等。
以上仅为本申请的具体实施例,并不以此限定本申请的保护范围;在不违反本申请构思的基础上所作的任何替换与改进,均属本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 边框,至少包括第一分框及第二分框,所述第一分框包括第一预安装部及第一边框体,所述第二分框包括第二预安装部及第二边框体,所述第一边框体通过所述第一预安装部及所述第二预安装与所述第二边框体预定位安装。
  2. 如权利要求1所述边框,其中,所述第一预安装部为凸出部,所述第二预安装部为预安装槽,所述凸出部与所述预安装槽相匹配。
  3. 如权利要求1所述边框,其中,所述边框还包括固定部,所述边框上设有固定槽,所述固定部位于所述固定槽内,所述固定部固定于所述第一分框及所述第二分框上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述边框,其中,所述固定部包括第一侧部及第二侧部,所述第一侧部与所述第二侧部相连。
  5. 如权利要求4所述边框,其中,所述第一侧部上设有第三定位孔,所述第一边框体上设有第四定位孔,所述第三定位孔与所述第四定位孔相对应,所述第一侧部通过所述第三定位孔及所述第四定位孔与所述第一边框体相固定。
  6. 如权利要求4所述边框,其中,所述第二侧部上设有第五定位孔,所述第二边框上设有第六定位孔,所述第五定位孔与所述第六定位孔相对应,所述第二侧部通过所述第五定位孔及所述第六定位孔与所述第二边框体相固定。
  7. 如权利要求2至6中任一项所述边框,其中,所述边框包括第三侧部及第四侧部,所述第三侧部与所述第四侧部相连,所述第一预安装部及所述第二预安装部位于所述第四侧部上。
  8. 显示屏,包括显示层、粘结层及如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的边框,所述边框通过所述粘结层与所述显示层相连。
  9. 如权利要求8所述显示屏,其中,所述边框的第一分框为两个,两个所述第一分框分别位于所述显示层的上侧边及下侧边,所述边框的第二分框为两个,两个所述第二分框分别位于所述显示层的左侧边及右侧边。
  10. 智能显示设备,包括底座及如权利要求8至9中任一项所述的显示屏,所述底座具有前侧部及后侧部,所述前侧部与所述后侧部相连,所述显示屏位于所述前侧部与所述后侧部之间。
