示位仪是船载通信终端的一种,船舶在行驶途中遇到特殊情况而导致船体沉没,如果不能及时提供船舶的具体位置数据,就会给救援带来困难,造成重大伤亡或财产损失,示位仪就提供了位置指示的功能。
专利公布号为CN105173003A的中国专利公开了一种船舶定位器,可以准确的显示船舶的位置,船舶定位器安装在船舶上,但是现有技术中的船用示位仪不具备防松的功能,在长时间使用后容易脱落,造成损失。

本发明所采用的技术方案是:
船载通信终端底座防拆、防松结构,包括支杆和固定在船体上的底座,所述底座上设有安装柱,所述支杆旋转安装于所述安装柱上,
所述安装柱外壁设有容纳槽,所述容纳槽内设有具有弹性的止回件,所述止回件上设有挡面和推动面,
所述止回件用于当所述支杆正转安装且所述推动面受力时收于所述容纳槽内,当所述支杆反转时所述挡面抵压于所述支杆内壁使所述支杆无法转动。
所述支杆与所述安装柱通过螺纹安装。
所述安装柱外壁设有螺纹部,所述容纳槽设于所述螺纹部,所述容纳槽包括相连通的第一槽和第二槽,所述止回件包括第一杆和第二杆,所述第二杆与所述第二槽间隙配合,所述第一杆与所述第一槽对应设置。
所述挡面设于所述第一杆的前端面,所述推动面为所述第一杆的周向面。
所述底座上还设有限位孔,所述止回件还包括与所述第二杆连接的第三杆,所述第三杆一端插入所述限位孔内。
所述底座上还可拆连接有盖板,所述盖板对应设于所述第三杆上方。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供船载通信终端底座防拆、防松结构,其支杆正转安装的时候,其止回件会收入容纳槽内,对支杆的转动不产生影响,当支杆反转的时候,止回件会抵压在支杆的内壁,起到防止反转的作用,防止船载通信终端脱落及不可轻易拆除。

下面结合附图对发明作进一步说明:如图所示,船载通信终端底座防拆、防松结构,包括支杆1和固定在船体上的底座2,所述底座上设有安装柱3,所述支杆旋转安装于所述安装柱上,所述安装柱外壁设有容纳槽31,所述容纳槽内设有具有弹性的止回件4,所述止回件上设有挡面41和推动面42,所述止回件用于当所述支杆正转安装且所述推动面42受力时收于所述容纳槽内,当所述支杆反转时所述挡面41抵压于所述支杆内壁使所述支杆无法转动。该支杆为船载通信终端的支杆。
这里说的旋转安装,可以为通过螺纹安装,或者在安装柱上设置螺旋槽,在支杆上设置安装块来实现,当支杆正转安装的时候,止回件上的推动面受力,使止回件落入容纳槽内不会影响支杆转动(参见图5),当支杆反向旋转时候,止回件挡面受力,使止回件抵压于支杆的内壁(参见图6),阻止支杆进一步的转动,这里的止回件可以一端固定在容纳槽内一端伸出在容纳槽外,也可以通过其他可拆的方式安装在底座上,作为可选方案之一,可以在支杆内壁(设有螺纹的处)沿支杆轴线方向设置若干挡槽15,当支杆反转时,该挡面会落入挡槽内,便于受力,当支杆正转时则不受影响。
在本实施例中,如图所示,所述支杆与所述安装柱通过螺纹安装。此处采用螺纹安装,结构简单,使用方便,需要指明的是,该安装柱上可以设置外螺纹也可以设置内螺纹,只要与支杆内壁配合即可。
在本实施例中,如图所示,所述安装柱外壁设有螺纹部32,所述容纳槽设于所述螺纹部,所述容纳槽包括相连通的第一槽311和第二槽312,所述止回件包括第一杆400和第二杆401,所述第二杆与所述第二槽间隙配合,所述第一杆与所述第一槽对应设置。第一杆可以伸出或者收入第一槽,第二杆可以有一定角度的转动,当第一杆前端与支杆内壁抵压时,其背部抵压在容纳槽的底部。
在本实施例中,如图所示,所述挡面设于所述第一杆的前端面,所述推动面为所述第一杆的周向面。
在本实施例中,如图所示,所述底座上还设有限位孔23,所述止回件还包括与 所述第二杆连接的第三杆402,所述第三杆一端插入所述限位孔内。对止回件进行限位,防止晃动。
在本实施例中,如图所示,所述底座上还可拆连接有盖板24,所述盖板对应设于所述第三杆上方。拿下止回件前需先拆下盖板,安装稳固,防止随意拆除。
在本实施例中,如图所示,所述盖板与所述底座通过紧固件连接。可以通过螺钉或者螺栓安装。
在本实施例中,如图所示,所述第一槽与所述第二槽相对垂直设置。
在本实施例中,如图所示,所述盖板底部设有喇叭状的导向槽241。第三杆从导向槽的较大端伸入,从较小端伸出,起到导向限位的作用。
在本实施例中,如图所示,还包括与所述底座可拆卸连接的顶板25,所述盖板设于所述顶板与所述底座之间。要拆除盖板时需先拆除顶板,该顶板可以通过螺钉与底座连接。
