본 고안은 버튼 하나로 냄비 손잡이를 냄비 받침대로 사용할 수 있어 별도의 추가적인 부품이나 손잡이가 필요 없으며, 냄비 손잡이로 사용시에도 절첩시 사용되는 부분을 거치턱과 돌출 커버로 보호하여 제품 내구성을 향상시키는 효과와 냄비와 함께 연결된 부분이 일정 간격 떨어져 있어 음식을 조리시에 전도되는 열을 최소화하여 안전적인 냄비 손잡이 및 냄비 받침대로 사용할 수 있으며, 고정편저면 외경에는 좌우이동방지 부재가 구비되어 냄비 손잡이를 받침대로 사용시에 냄비 손잡이가 좌우로 이동을 최소화하여 안전하게 받침대로 사용하고, 냄비로부터 일정간격 떨어져 있어 냄비의 열전도율을 최소화하여 열상과 같은 부상을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있게 한 것이다.

최소화하여 제작의용이성과효율성을극대화시킨것이다.
[49] 상기 전면굴곡부 (32)상부에는버튼 (33)이 형성되어 있어,버튼 (33)을누르게 되면고정부재 (40)의상부걸림홈 (44)에걸려 있던스토퍼 (34)가상향이동하여 몸체 (20)(20’)가회동할수있도록한것이며,버튼 (33)을누르지 않게되면 스토퍼 (34)가상향또는하향으로이동하지 않게된다.여기서고정부재 (40)의 상부걸림홈 (44)과스토퍼 (34)는삼각형 쐐기 형상의 단면형상을가지나,사각 형상의 단면형상으로이루어질수도있다.
[5이 상기스토퍼 (34)는회동부재 (30)의하부에 형성된저면굴곡부 (35)에구비된다. 상술한바와같이 버튼 (33)을누르게되면상부걸림홈 (44)에 이탈되고, 버튼 (33)을누르지 않을경우원래의위치로이동하기위하여,상기 배면 굴곡부 (37)중앙에 거치홈 (38)가구비되어 제 1탄성부재 (30- 1)의중간

(48)(48’)의강한탄성으로냄비손잡이와받침대로사용할때강한탄성력으로 제 2의스토퍼기능을할수있게한것이다.

[57] 이하,본고안을일실시를첨부된도면에의거하여구체적으로설명해본다. 첨부된도 7에서와같이버튼 (33)을누르지않으면회동부재 (30)는회동하지 않게되고,상부걸림홈 (44)에거치된스토퍼 (34)또한상향또는하향으로회동 되지않으며,회동부재 (30)에형성된고정홈 (39)과연장부 (28)(28’)말단에 형성된고정편 (28-1)에고정된제 2탄성부재 (30-2)는본래의형태를유지하게 되며,몸체 (20)(20’)의거치부 (24)(24’)는냄비 (100)에부착되어형성된거치턱 (80)과면접되어회동부재 (30)는회동할수없게된다.이러한형태는첨부된도 9에서와같이냄비손잡이로사용하는실시예이다.

[62] 또한,고정편 (28-1)저면외경에는좌우이동방지부재 (90)가형성되어,냄비 손잡이를받침대로사용할경우좌우로픈들림을최소화하여견고히고정하며 , 회동부재의회동범위를제약하여안전하게받침대로사용할수있으며,좌우 이동부재 (90)는열의전도가최소화할수있는재질을사용해야냄비로부터 2020/175820 1»(:1^1{2020/002050 전도된열을최소화하여열상과같은부상을미연에방지할수있도록한 것이다.

하부에제 1관통공이형성된타원부가구성되고,타원부상부에는 경사부와거치부가구비되어 있어몸체회동시경사부가구비되어 거치턱에간섭없이회동되며,거치부는냄비손잡이로사용시거치턱 말단과면접되어견고히고정이되며,거치부내측으로제 2관통공이 구비되고,상부에는연장부가내측으로돌출되어제 1공간부가 형성되며 ,상기연장부말단에는고정편이구비되고,고정편저면 외경에는좌우이동방지부재가형성된몸체 ;와
중앙에면접부가형성된축부가관통되어노출되며,축부전면부에전면 굴곡부가형성되고,상부에는버튼이수직으로돌출되어형성되고, 하부에는스토퍼가구비되며,스토퍼배면에는저면굴곡부가구비되며, 상기전면굴곡부배면에는하향으로좁아지는배면굴곡부가형성되고, 배면굴곡부중앙에는거치홈이형성되고,하부에는고정홈이일체로 구비된회동부재;와
상기회동부재의거치홈에제 1탄성부재의중간부분이거치되고,제 1 탄성부재의말단부분은몸체의연장부내측에거치되고한편,회동 부재의고정홈과연장부말단에구비된고정편에는제 2탄성부재 고정되어회동부재의버튼을누를경우축부를축으로회동하고버튼을 누르지않을경우제 2탄성부재의탄성으로본상태로되돌아가며 , 중앙에거치공이형성되고,양측으로거치공의지름보다넓은
내입공간이형성된원통부가구비되며 ,원통부상면과하부에는각각 상부걸림홈와하부걸림홈이구비되고,양측으로돌출커버가돌출되며 , 상기내입공간에제 1와셔와 3탄성부재및제 2와셔가순차적으로 거치되는고정부재;와
상기고정부재의상부에는제 2공간부가형성된거치턱이형성되고, 고정부재와거치턱은일체형또는분리형으로냄비좌우측상단에 탈부착가능하게형성되며,고정부재의제 2와셔는몸체의제 1 관통공에면접된후고정수단으로고정됨을특징으로하는절첩이 용이한회전식냄비손잡이용받침대.
