이에 따라, 구매자가 쇼핑몰에서 구매한 상품을 특정 배송사를 통해 구매자에게 신속하고 안전하게 배송하기 위한 배송 시스템도 점차 변화해 가고 있다 (예를 들어, 특허문헌 1 및 특허문헌 2 참조).
통상적으로, 구매자가 쇼핑몰에서 상품을 주문하면, 쇼핑몰은 해당 상품의 판매자 계정에 상품의 주문 정보(판매 정보)를 저장하고, 판매자는 주기적으로 자신의 계정을 방문하여 상품의 주문 상태를 파악한다.
상품의 주문이 확인되면, 판매자는 주문 정보를 다운로드하여, 계약을 맺은 배송사에 주문 정보를 업로드하고. 해당 상품에 대한 운송장을 출력한다.
판매자는 출력한 운송장을 상품에 부착함으로써 배송 준비를 완료하고 해당 상품의 주문 번호에 해당하는 운송장 번호를 쇼핑몰에 업로드(등록)한다.
발번된 운송장 번호가 쇼핑몰에 업로드되면, 쇼핑몰은 상품의 배송 준비가 완료된 것으로 판단하여 구매자에게 배송 준비가 완료되었음을 통지한다.
배송사는 운송장 번호를 발번함으로써 배송할 상품이 존재한다는 것을 인식하여, 판매자로부터 운송장이 부착된 상품을 픽업하여 구매자에게 배송함으로써 일련의 배송 작업이 완료된다.

따라서, 본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 따른 운송장 출력 서비스 방법은, 배송사와 연동하여 배송 정보를 자동으로 이관하므로 배송 추적 등을 통해 물류 품질을 개선할 수 있다.
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장 페이지 제공 단계(S520)는, 판매자가 이용하는 배송사의 운송장 양식에 따라 출력할 정보를 설정하는 운송장폼 설정 단계(S545)를 포함한다.
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장폼 설정 단계(S545)는, 각 배송사로부터 제공되는 운송장을 스캔하여, 운송장 번호 필드 및 날짜 필드를 포함하는 복수의 필드의 위치, 폰트, 및 속성을 해당하는 배송사의 운영 정책에 따라 설정한다 (도 6 참조).
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장폼 설정 단계(S545)는, 사용자가 복수의 필드의 위치, 폰트, 및 속성을 편집 가능한 운송장 폼 커스터마이징 기능을 제공한다 (도 6 참조).
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장 페이지 제공 단계(S520)는, 운송장 페이지를 쇼핑몰 내의 판매자의 판매자 사이트에 제공한다. 이 경우, 판매자는 동일 쇼핑몰 내에서 주문 및 배송 처리를 모두 할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장 페이지 제공 단계(S520)는, 운송장 페이지를 별도의 사이트에 제공한다. 이 경우, 판매자는 주문 처리와 배송 처리를 별도 관리할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 쇼핑몰에서의 판매와 관계없이 별도의 사이트를 통해 필요한 배송 처리를 할 수도 있다.
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 따른 운송장 출력 서비스 방법은, 판매자의 서비스 이용 신청을 받아 판매자의 서비스 가입을 수행하는 서비스 가입 수행 단계(미 도시)를 더 구비한다.
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장 이미지 출력 단계(S550)는, 운송장 정보 및 주문 정보가 기재된 운송장 이미지를 판매자가 원클릭으로 출력 가능하도록 한다.
종래의 운송장 출력 처리와 달리, 본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 따른 운송장 출력 서비스 방법은, 판매자가 주문 상태를 파악하고, 주문 정보를 다운로드 및 업로드하는 여러 단계의 클릭을 수행하지 않고, 한 번의 클릭만으로 운송장을 출력할 수 있도록 한다.
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장 이미지 출력 단계(S550)는, 쇼핑몰로부터 주문 정보가 입력되면 운송장 정보 및 주문 정보가 기재된 운송장 이미지를 판매자의 출력 장치로 자동으로 출력한다.
이와 같이 함으로써, 판매자는 별도의 작업을 수행하지 않고도 구매자의 상품 주문과 동시에 자동으로 운송장을 출력할 수 있으므로, 번거로운 정보의 다운로드 및 업로드 작업을 수행하지 않고 용이하게 운송장을 출력할 수 있다.
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장 번호 발번 단계(S530)는, 쇼핑몰로부터 주문 정보가 입력되면 판매자에게 주문 정보를 통지하는 단계(미 도시)를 포함한다.
이와 같이, 본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 따른 운송장 출력 서비스 방법은, 쇼핑몰로부터 주문 정보가 입력되면, 운송장 번호 발번 단계(S530)에서 즉시 문자 전송, 이메일, 전화 등을 통해 판매자에게 주문 정보를 통지하므로, 판매자가 주기적으로 주문 정보를 파악해야 하는 수고를 덜어줄 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 따른 운송장 폼의 일례를 보여주는 개념도이다.
도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 따른 운송장 폼의 일례는, 운송장 번호 필드(610, 614), 접수일자 필드(612, 616), 바코드 필드(618, 628, 632), 받는 사람 필드(620, 646), 보내는 사람 필드(622, 638), 기타 정보 필드(624), 인수자 필드(626), 배송상품명/옵션 필드(630), 배달지점 배달자 필드(634) 등으로 구성된다.
도 6에 도시된 운송장 폼의 일례에서 우측 상단과 하단에 있는 두 개의 받는 사람과 보내는 사람 필드 중 상단 부분은 스티커로 분리되어 택배기사가 배송 완료 후에 증빙자료로 가져가는 부분이다. 이 때, 스티커로 분리되는 부분은 인수자(625)와 바코드(628)를 포함해서 그 위의 부분이다.
도면 상의 각 필드는 반드시 기재되어야 하는 필수 필드와 필요에 따라 기재하는 옵션 필드를 포함하며, 운송장 양식에 사전에 공란으로 인쇄되어 있다. 운송장 출력 시에 해당 정보가 각 필드 위치에 인쇄되며 바코드가 생성된다.
각 필드의 위치는 도면 상의 위치에서 크게 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 문자 크기 및 폰트를 변경할 수 있다. 특히, 배송상품명/옵션 필드(630)는 도 6에 도시된 예에서는 4줄만 도시되어 있지만 운송장의 여백에 따라 문자 크기를 줄여서 최대 8줄까지 변경할 수 있다.
도 6에 도시된 예에서, 좌측 상단의 바코드는 배송 터미널 바코드이여, 좌측 하단 및 우측의 바코드는 운송장 번호 바코드이다.
도 2 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 따른 운송장 출력 서비스 시스템은, 쇼핑몰(100), 쇼핑몰(100) 내에 판매자 사이트를 갖는 판매자(110), 판매자(110)가 사용하는 배송사(120)를 네트워크(예를 들어, 인터넷)를 통해 연결하는 네트워크 장치(미 도시) 및 메모리(미 도시)와 프로세서(미 도시)를 포함하는 연산장치(미 도시)를 구비하고, 연산장치는, 예를 들어, 쇼핑몰(100), 판매자(110), 및 배송사(120)와 연동하여 운송장 출력을 지원하는 운송장 출력 서비스 장치(200)를 구비한다.
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에서, 운송장 출력 서비스 장치(200)는, 운송장 번호 저장부(220), 운송장 페이지 제공부(240), 운송장 번호 발번부(230), 및 제1 정보 제공부(260)를 구비한다.
운송장 번호 저장부(220)는, 사전에 배송사(120)로부터 복수의 운송장 번호를 할당받아 메모리에 저장한다. 운송장 번호 저장부(220)는, 예를 들어 저장하고 있는 운송장 번호의 수량이 평균적으로 하루에 사용되는 수량의 최대치 이하가 되면 배송사(120)의 운송장 번호 관리 서버에 운송장 번호를 요구함으로써 복수의 운송장 번호를 새로 할당 받는다. 본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에서, 운송장 번호 저장부(220)는, 과거의 상품 판매 수량의 이력 정보(예를 들어, 최근 몇 개월간의 판매 수량, 요일별 판매 수량 등의 이력 정보)를 토대로 필요한 운송장 번호의 수량을 추정하여, 할당량을 요구한다.
운송장 페이지 제공부(240)는, 판매자(110)가 액세스 가능한 운송장 페이지를 제공한다. 운송장 페이지는 쇼핑몰(100) 또는 별도의 사이트 내의 판매자(110)의 판매자 계정을 통해 제공되도록 할 수 있다.
운송장 번호 발번부(230)는, 구매자(130)가 쇼핑몰(100)을 통해 판매자(110)의 상품을 주문하면, 쇼핑몰(100)로부터 상품의 주문 정보를 입력받아 메모리에 저장된 복수의 운송장 번호로부터 해당 상품에 대한 운송장 번호를 발번한다.
제1 정보 제공부(260)는, 운송장 페이지 내에 운송장 번호 발번부(230)가 발번한 운송장 번호를 포함하는 운송장 정보 및 해당 상품의 주문 정보를 제공한다.
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장 출력 서비스 장치(200)는, 판매자(110)가 운송장 페이지 내에서 해당 상품에 대한 운송장을 출력할 수 있도록 운송장 이미지를 출력하는 운송장 이미지 출력부(250)를 더 구비한다. 여기서, 이미지의 출력이란 프린터를 사용한 인쇄와 프린터 출력을 위한 인쇄 이미지의 출력을 다 포함한다.
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장 출력 서비스 장치(200)는, 판매자(110)가 운송장 페이지 내에서 해당 상품에 대한 운송장을 출력하면, 운송장 정보를 배송사(120)와 쇼핑몰(100)에 제공하는 제2 정보 제공부(270)를 더 구비한다.
따라서, 판매자(110)가 운송장을 출력한 후 해당 상품의 주문 번호에 해당하는 운송장 번호를 쇼핑몰(100)에 업로드(등록)할 필요가 없다.
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장 페이지 제공부(240)는, 판매자(110)가 이용하는 배송사(120)의 운송장 양식에 따라 출력할 정보를 설정하는 운송장폼 설정부(241)를 포함한다.
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장폼 설정부(241)는, 각 배송사(120)로부터 제공되는 운송장을 스캔하여, 운송장 번호 필드 및 날짜 필드를 포함하는 복수의 필드의 위치, 폰트, 및 속성을 해당하는 배송사(120)의 운영 정책에 따라 설정한다 (도 6 참조).
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장폼 설정부(241)는, 사용자가 복수의 필드의 위치, 폰트, 및 속성을 편집 가능한 운송장 폼 커스터마이징 기능을 제공한다 (도 6 참조).
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장 페이지 제공부(240)는, 운송장 페이지를 쇼핑몰(100) 내의 판매자(110)의 판매자 사이트에 제공한다. 이 경우, 판매자(110)는 동일 쇼핑몰 내에서 주문 및 배송 처리를 모두 할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장 페이지 제공부(240)는, 운송장 페이지를 별도의 사이트에 제공한다. 이 경우, 판매자(110)는 주문 처리와 배송 처리를 별도 관리할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 쇼핑몰(100)에서의 판매와 관계없이 별도의 사이트를 통해 필요한 배송 처리를 할 수도 있다.
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장 출력 서비스 장치(200)는, 판매자(110)의 서비스 이용 신청을 받아 판매자(110)의 서비스 가입을 수행하는 서비스 가입 수행부(210)를 더 구비한다.
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장 이미지 출력부(250)는, 운송장 정보 및 주문 정보가 기재된 운송장 이미지를 판매자(110)가 원클릭으로 출력 가능하도록 한다.
종래의 운송장 출력 처리와 달리, 본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 따른 운송장 출력 서비스 장치(200)는, 판매자(110)가 주문 상태를 파악하고, 주문 정보를 다운로드 및 업로드하는 여러 단계의 클릭을 수행하지 않고, 한 번의 클릭만으로 운송장을 출력할 수 있도록 한다.
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장 이미지 출력부(250)는, 쇼핑몰(100)로부터 주문 정보가 입력되면 운송장 정보 및 주문 정보가 기재된 운송장 이미지를 판매자(110)의 출력 장치로 자동으로 출력한다.
이와 같이 함으로써, 판매자(110)는 별도의 작업을 수행하지 않고도 구매자(130)의 상품 주문과 동시에 자동으로 운송장을 출력할 수 있으므로, 번거로운 정보의 다운로드 및 업로드 작업을 수행하지 않고 용이하게 운송장을 출력할 수 있다.
본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 있어서, 운송장 번호 발번부(230)는, 쇼핑몰(100)로부터 주문 정보가 입력되면 판매자(110)에게 주문 정보를 통지한다.
이와 같이, 본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 따른 운송장 출력 서비스 장치(200)는, 쇼핑몰(100)로부터 주문 정보가 입력되면, 운송장 번호 발번부(230)가 즉시 문자 전송, 이메일, 전화 등을 통해 판매자(110)에게 주문 정보를 통지하므로, 판매자(110)가 주기적으로 주문 정보를 파악해야 하는 수고를 덜어줄 수 있다.
전술한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 따르면, 판매자가 번거로운 정보의 다운로드 및 업로드 작업을 수행하지 않고 용이하게 운송장을 출력할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 따르면, 쇼핑몰과 주문 정보를 연동하므로 판매자의 번거로운 업무 절차 및 이로 인한 실수를 사전에 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 따르면, 판매자가 주문 정보의 다운로드 및 업로드 작업을 수행하지 않으므로 구매자의 개인 정보 보호를 강화할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예에 따르면, 배송사와 연동하여 배송 정보를 자동으로 이관하므로 배송 추적 등을 통해 물류 품질을 개선할 수 있다.
이상 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 최소한 하나의 실시예들을 설명하였지만, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명이 그 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다.

Claims (14)

  1. 쇼핑몰, 판매자, 및 배송사와 연동하여 운송장 출력을 지원하는 운송장 출력 서비스 장치에 있어서,
    상기 배송사로부터 사전에 복수의 운송장 번호를 할당받아 저장하는 운송장 번호 저장부;
    상기 판매자가 액세스 가능한 운송장 페이지를 제공하는 운송장 페이지 제공부;
    구매자가 상기 쇼핑몰을 통해 상기 판매자의 상품을 주문하면, 상기 쇼핑몰로부터 상기 상품의 주문 정보를 입력받아 상기 운송장 번호 저장부에 저장된 상기 복수의 운송장 번호로부터 상기 상품에 대한 운송장 번호를 발번하는 운송장 번호 발번부; 및
    상기 운송장 페이지 내에 상기 운송장 번호 발번부가 발번한 상기 운송장 번호를 포함하는 운송장 정보 및 상기 주문 정보를 제공하는 제1 정보 제공부
    를 구비하는,
    운송장 출력 서비스 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 판매자가 상기 운송장 페이지 내에서 상기 상품에 대한 운송장을 출력할 수 있도록 운송장 이미지를 출력하는 운송장 이미지 출력부를 더 구비하는,
    운송장 출력 서비스 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 판매자가 상기 운송장 페이지 내에서 상기 상품에 대한 운송장을 출력하면, 상기 운송장 정보를 상기 배송사와 상기 쇼핑몰에 제공하는 제2 정보 제공부를 더 구비하는,
    운송장 출력 서비스 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 운송장 페이지 제공부는, 상기 판매자가 이용하는 배송사의 운송장 양식에 따라 출력할 정보를 설정하는 운송장폼 설정부를 포함하는,
    운송장 출력 서비스 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 운송장폼 설정부는, 각 배송사로부터 제공되는 운송장을 스캔하여, 운송장 번호 필드 및 날짜 필드를 포함하는 복수의 필드의 위치, 폰트, 및 속성을 해당하는 배송사의 운영 정책에 따라 설정하는,
    운송장 출력 서비스 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 운송장폼 설정부는, 사용자가 상기 복수의 필드의 위치, 폰트, 및 속성을 편집 가능한 운송장 폼 커스터마이징 기능을 제공하는,
    운송장 출력 서비스 장치.

    상기 운송장 페이지 제공부는, 상기 운송장 페이지를 상기 쇼핑몰 내의 상기 판매자의 판매자 사이트에 제공하는,

    상기 운송장 페이지 제공부는, 상기 운송장 페이지를 상기 쇼핑몰과는 다른 별도의 사이트에 제공하는,
    운송장 출력 서비스 장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 판매자의 서비스 이용 신청을 받아 상기 판매자의 서비스 가입을 수행하는 서비스 가입 수행부를 더 구비하는,
    운송장 출력 서비스 장치.
  10. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 운송장 이미지 출력부는, 상기 운송장 정보 및 상기 주문 정보가 기재된 운송장 이미지를 상기 판매자가 원클릭으로 출력 가능하도록 하는,

  11. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 운송장 이미지 출력부는, 상기 쇼핑몰로부터 상기 주문 정보가 입력되면 상기 운송장 정보 및 상기 주문 정보가 기재된 운송장 이미지를 상기 판매자의 출력 장치로 자동으로 출력하는,
    운송장 출력 서비스 장치.
  12. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 운송장 번호 발번부는, 상기 쇼핑몰로부터 상기 주문 정보가 입력되면 상기 판매자에게 상기 주문 정보를 통지하는,

  13. 쇼핑몰, 판매자, 및, 배송사와 연동하여 운송장 출력을 지원하는 운송장 출력 서비스 방법에 있어서,
    상기 배송사로부터 사전에 복수의 운송장 번호를 할당받아 저장하는 운송장 번호 저장 단계;
    상기 판매자가 액세스 가능한 운송장 페이지를 제공하는 운송장 페이지 제공 단계;
    구매자가 상기 쇼핑몰을 통해 상기 판매자의 상품을 주문하면, 상기 쇼핑몰로부터 상기 상품의 주문 정보를 입력받아 상기 운송장 번호 저장 단계에서 저장된 상기 복수의 운송장 번호로부터 상기 상품에 대한 운송장 번호를 발번하는 운송장 번호 발번 단계; 및
    상기 운송장 페이지 내에 상기 운송장 번호 발번 단계에서 발번된 상기 운송장 번호를 포함하는 운송장 정보 및 상기 주문 정보를 제공하는 정보 제공 단계
    를 구비하는,

  14. 쇼핑몰, 판매자, 및 배송사와 연동하여 운송장 출력을 지원하는 운송장 출력 서비스 시스템에 있어서,
    상기 쇼핑몰, 상기 판매자, 및 상기 배송사를 연결하는 네트워크를 구성하는 네트워크 장치; 및
    메모리와 프로세서를 포함하는 연산장치
    를 구비하고,
    상기 연산장치는 제1항에서 제12항의 어느 한 항에 기재된 운송장 출력 서비스 장치를 포함하는,
    운송장 출력 서비스 시스템.
