[0002] パワーインダクタ、 高周波帯域用インダクタ、 コモンモードチョークコイ ルと呼ばれるインダクタは、 携帯電話機、 スマートフォンなどの情報端末に 数多く搭載されている。 従来は独立したインダクタ部品が回路基板上に実装 されていたが、 近年は回路基板の導体パターンによりコイルを形成し、 イン ダクタを回路基板の内部に設ける手法が行われるようになってきている。
[0003] 例えば、 特許文献 1 には、 回路基板の薄型化のため、 インダクタ基板を回 路基板のコア基板に内蔵することが開示されており、 絶縁層上に形成される 複数の導体/《ターンによりインダクタを形成したインダクタ基板が開示され ている。 また絶縁層を形成する材料として、 支持体付き樹脂シートの樹脂組 成物層を構成する樹脂組成物に磁性粉体を含有させた接着フィルムが開示さ れている。
[0004] 近年の情報端末のさらなる薄型化、 小型化の要求を満たすため、 インダク 夕素子のさらなる薄型化、 小型化を行うためには、 コイルの巻き数を減らし 、 コイルを構成する配線の断面積を小さくすることが求められる。 しかし、 前記のような接着性の磁性フィルムにより形成された磁性層上の導体バター ンで構成されるインダクタにおいて、 単純にコイルの巻き数を減らし、 コイ ルを構成する配線の断面積を小さくするとインダクタンスが低下してしまう 。 一方、 磁性層の透磁率 ( ’ ) を高めることができれば、 インダクタ素子 の!-値および〇値を向上させることができるため、 高透磁率の磁性層を形成 可能な磁性フィルムの開発が求められている。

発明が解決しようとする課題
[0006] ところで、 プリント基板の絶縁層用途に使用される接着フィルムは、 一般 に、 樹脂組成物のワニスを支持体に塗布し、 樹脂組成物を加熱乾燥すること で、 樹脂組成物層を形成して製造する。 ここで樹脂組成物層の支持体側とは 反対側の面には、 異物の付着防止等のため、 樹脂組成物層上にカバーフィル ム層を設けられる場合がある。 カバーフィルムとしては、 専ら 2軸延伸ポリ プロピレンフィルム (〇 フィルム) が使用されている。
[0007] しかしながら、 本発明者らの鋭意研究の結果、 磁性フィルムにおいては、 磁性粉体を含む樹脂組成物層上にカバーフィルム層を設けると、 カバーフィ ルム層が樹脂組成物層に貼り付きにくい傾向があることを知見した。 特に、 高透磁率の達成等のため、 樹脂組成物中の磁性粉体の含有量を高くするほど 、 その傾向が顕著となる。 シリカ等の無機充填材を含む樹脂組成物層を有す る、 プリント基板の絶縁層用途に使用される接着フィルムにおいては、 カバ —フィルム層が比較的容易に樹脂組成物層に貼りつくことから、 前記課題は 磁性粉体を含む樹脂組成物層を用いることによって生じた新たな課題である
[0008] 磁性フィルムにカバーフィルム層を設けない場合、 枚葉の製品においては 、 フィルムを枚葉形態に調製する際や、 柄包する際などに、 異物の付着リス クが増大する。 一方、 口ール状の製品であれば、 枚葉に比べてごみの付着リ スクを小さくすることが可能である。 しかしこの場合も、 口ール状に巻き取 る際に支持体表面に存在する異物の付着リスクが存在する。 また口ール状で あっても、 磁性フィルムをスリッ トして使用する場合、 やはり異物が付着す るリスクが高くなる。

課題を解決するための手段
[0010] 本発明者らは、 上記目的を達成すべく、 鋭意検討した結果、 所定のカバー フィルム層が、 磁性粉体を含む樹脂組成物層であっても容易に貼り付くこと を見出し、 本発明を完成するに至った。

以下、 本発明の磁性フィルムを構成する各層について詳細に説明する。

磁性フィルムは、 支持体を有する。 支持体としては、 例えば、 プラスチッ ク材料からなるフィルム、 金属箔、 離型紙が挙げられ、 プラスチック材料か らなるフィルム、 金属箔が好ましい。
[0018] 支持体としてプラスチック材料からなるフィルムを使用する場合、 プラス チック材料としては、 例えば、 ポリエチレンテレフタレート (以下 「 巳丁 」 と略称することがある。 ) 、 ポリエチレンナフタレート (以下 「 巳 1\1」 と略称することがある。 ) 等のポリエステル、 ポリカーボネート (以下 「 〇」 と略称することがある。 ) 、 ポリメチルメタクリレート ( 1\/1 1\/1八) 等 のアクリル、 環状ポリオレフィン、 トリアセチルセルロース (丁八〇) 、 ポ リエーテルサルファイ ド ( 巳3) 、 ポリエーテルケトン、 ポリイミ ド等が 挙げられる。 中でも、 ポリエチレンテレフタレート、 ポリエチレンナフタレ —卜が好ましく、 安価なポリエチレンテレフタレートが特に好ましい。

付着を抑制することが可能となる。 またカバーフィルム層がない磁性フィル ムを用いると、 樹脂組成物層表面の異物の付着の問題の他に、 磁性フィルム をスリッ トする際に、 フィルム端部において、 樹脂組成物層の割れや欠けが 起り易くなること傾向がある。 本発明により、 磁性粉体を含む樹脂組成物層 上にカバーフィルム層を設けることが可能となる結果、 通常は、 樹脂組成物 層への異物の付着、 およびスリッ ト時の樹脂組成物層の割れや欠けの発生を 抑制することが可能となる。
