背景技术
复式机是指一个机器可实现两种或两种以上的不同功能同时运行,例如,复式洗衣机,复式洗衣机使得烘干机和洗衣机同时存在,人们在利用烘干机对衣物进行烘干的同时,还可以利用洗衣机对衣物进行洗涤,即烘干机和洗衣机可以同时工作,节约了人们的时间,给人们的生活带来了便利。
但是,目前的复式机在实际应用中,存在洗涤效率差和具有一定安全隐患的问题。
申请内容
本申请旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。
为此,本申请的第一个目的在于提出一种加热控制方法,当烘干加热器请求执行烘干程序时,若洗涤水加热器处于加热状态,优先洗涤水加热器加热至满足设定条件,再切换至烘干加热器加热,实现了满足洗涤水加热器和烘干加热器加热的工作要求,提高了洗涤效率,同时又避免了烘干加热器和洗涤水加热器同时工作时造成的超负荷运转,避免了安全隐患。
本申请的第二个目的在于提出另一种加热控制方法。
本申请的第三个目的在于提出一种加热控制种装置。
本申请的第四个目的在于提出另一种加热控制种装置。
本申请的第五个目的在于提出一种衣物处理装置。
本申请的第六个目的在于提出一种计算机可读存储介质。
为达上述目的,本申请第一方面实施例提出了一种加热控制方法,包括:
获取第一加热请求,所述第一加热请求用于启动烘干加热器;
查询以确定洗涤水加热器处于加热状态;
控制所述洗涤水加热器加热直至达到设定条件停止加热;
控制所述烘干加热器加热。
本申请实施例的加热控制方法中,获取烘干加热器请求启动烘干程序的第一加热请求时,查询确定洗涤水加热器处于加热状态,控制所述洗涤水加热器加热直至达到设定条件停止加热,控制烘干加热器加热,通过在确定洗涤水加热器处于加热状态时,则优先洗涤水加热器的加热直至达到设定条件才停止加热,实现了满足洗涤水加热器和烘干加热器加热的工作要求,提高了洗涤效率,同时又避免了烘干加热器和洗涤水加热器同时工作时造成的超负荷运转,避免了安全隐患,解决了现有技术中无法满足烘干加热器和洗涤水加热器的加热需求,洗涤效率较低的技术问题。

其中,所述控制单元包括:存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时,实现如第一方面所述的加热控制方法,或者,实现如第二方面所述的加热控制方法。
为了实现上述目的,本申请第六方面实施例提出了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如第一方面所述的加热控制方法,或者,实现如第二方面所述的加热控制方法。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考附图描述本申请实施例的加热控制方法、装置和衣物处理装置。
相关技术中,复式机的烘干机进行衣物烘干时,如果洗涤桶也进行加热洗涤,会使得复式洗衣机的工作功率大于家用电源的额定功率(220v,10A),长时间进行这种超负荷运转,具有很大的安全隐患。
而为保证用户使用安全,并最大限度的增加该复式机使用场景,现有技术提供了一种加热装置控制方法,如中国专利文献CN109306593A中示出的:设置烘干程序的加热装置的优先级高于水加热的加热装置,使得控制装置在接收到烘干程序的加热指令时,则控制水加热程序停止以优先进行烘干加热。然而,由于滚筒洗衣机通常需要一定的温度才能完成衣物洗涤,如果按现有技术示出的方式处理,将导致洗衣机采用较低温度的水进行洗涤,使得洗衣机的洗涤过程延长,和/或,降低了洗涤效果。
为此,本申请提出了一种加热控制方法,获取烘干加热器请求启动烘干程序的第一加热请求时,查询确定洗涤水加热器处于加热状态,控制所述洗涤水加热器加热直至达到设定条件停止加热,控制烘干加热器加热,实现了满足洗涤水加热器和烘干加热器加热的工作要求,提高了洗涤效率,同时又避免了烘干加热器和洗涤水加热器同时工作时造成的超负荷运转,避免了安全隐患。
图1为本申请实施例所提供的一种加热控制方法的流程示意图。
如图1所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101,获取第一加热请求,第一加热请求用于启动烘干加热器。
本申请实施例的执行主体为衣物处理装置,该衣物处理装置包含烘干加热器和洗涤水加热器,烘干加热器用于执行烘干程序,洗涤水加热器用于在洗涤程序中执行洗涤水的加热,以提高洗涤效率和洁净比。
步骤102,查询以确定洗涤水加热器处于加热状态。
具体地,当获取到用于启动烘干加热器加热的加热请求时,查询以确定洗涤水加热器是否处于加热状态。
作为一种可能的实现方式,可查询洗涤水加热器对应的加热标志位,以确定洗涤水加热器的加热状态,即确定洗涤水加热器是处于加热状态,还是处于未加热状态,例如,可预设加热标志位,标志位置1,则洗涤水加热器在加热,标志位置0,则洗涤水加热器没有在加 热。
需要说明的是,洗涤水加热器的加热标志位写入和更新的方式,具体是在控制加热器开启加热后,将洗涤水加热器的加热标志位置为指示当前正在加热的加热标志位,例如为1;而在控制洗涤水加热器处于关闭状态后,可将洗涤水加热器的加热标志位置为指示当前未进行加热的加热标志位,例如为0,也就是说,洗涤水加热器的加热状态发生变化,则对应的加热标志位则进行更新。因此,通过查询洗涤水加热器对应的加热标志位,以确定洗涤水加热器的加热状态。
作为另一种可能的实现方式,可查询衣物处理装置运行的阶段,根据运行的阶段,确定洗涤水加热器的加热状态,即确定洗涤水加热器是处于加热状态,还是处于未加热状态。
例如,当衣物处理装置执行洗涤过程时,洗涤过程中包含多个漂洗阶段,有些漂洗阶段需要加热洗涤水进行洗涤,可以起到杀菌作用,同时还可以促进污物与衣物的分离,提高洗涤过程的洁净比,有些漂洗阶段需要加热洗涤水,以有利于后期脱水时,水与衣物分离,提高脱水率;而当处于洗涤过程的脱水阶段时,则不需要对洗涤水进行加热。而当衣物处理装置执行烘干过程时,烘干过程需要加热气流,以烘干衣物。因此,衣物处理装置在执行衣物洗涤过程时,哪些阶段需要加热,哪些阶段不需要加热,又或者,在执行烘干过程时,需要加热气流都是预先设定好的,因此,通过查询衣物处理装置运行的阶段,根据运行的阶段可以确定洗涤水加热器的加热状态。
步骤103,控制洗涤水加热器加热直至达到设定条件停止加热。
其中,设定条件,包括:加热达到设定时长;和/或,洗涤温度达到第一设定温度;和/或,洗涤温度增加量达到第二设定温度。
本申请实施例中,在获取到烘干加热器的加热请求时,当确定洗涤水加热器处于加热状态时,则继续控制洗涤水加热器加热,直至达到上述的设定条件,才停止洗涤水加热器的加热。
步骤104,控制烘干加热器加热。
本申请实施例中,在洗涤水加热器进行加热时,收到烘干加热器的加热请求后,暂不控制烘干加热器进行加热,但可控制烘干加热器进行初期负载调整进行加热准备,而是控制洗涤水加热器继续进行加热,直至达到加热的预设条件时,停止洗涤水的加热并控制烘干加热器加热,实现了在对烘干程序影响较小的情况下,对洗涤水加热,提高了衣物的洗涤效果。
本申请实施例的加热控制方法中,获取烘干加热器请求启动烘干程序的第一加热请求时,查询确定洗涤水加热器处于加热状态,控制所述洗涤水加热器加热直至达到设定条件停止加热,控制烘干加热器加热,通过在确定洗涤水加热器处于加热状态时,则优先洗涤水加热器的加热直至达到设定条件才停止加热,实现了满足洗涤水加热器和烘干加热器加热的工 作要求,提高了洗涤效率,同时又避免了烘干加热器和洗涤水加热器同时工作时造成的超负荷运转,避免了安全隐患,解决了现有技术中无法满足烘干加热器和洗涤水加热器的加热需求,洗涤效率较低的技术问题。
基于上一实施例,本实施例提供了另一种加热控制方法的可能的实现方式,图2为本申请实施例所提供的另一种加热控制方法的流程示意图。
如图2所示,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤201,获取第一加热请求,第一加热请求用于启动烘干加热器。
本申请实施例的执行主体为衣物处理装置,该衣物处理装置包含烘干加热器和洗涤水加热器,烘干加热器用于执行烘干程序,洗涤水加热器用于在洗涤程序中执行洗涤水的加热,以提高洗涤效率和洁净比。
步骤202,查询洗涤水加热器对应的加热标志位,以确定洗涤水加热器是否处于加热状态,若是,执行步骤204,若否,执行步骤203。
具体地,对于查询洗涤水加热器是否处于加热状态的方法,可以参照上一实施例中的步骤102,原理相同,此处不再赘述。
步骤203,控制烘干加热器加热。
具体地,若查询确定洗涤水加热器不处于加热状态,则直接控制烘干加热器启动进行加热执行烘干程序。
步骤204,控制洗涤水加热器继续加热,并控制烘干加热器等待加热启动。
具体地,若查询确定洗涤水加热器处于加热状态,则控制洗涤水加热器继续加热,并控制烘干加热器等待加热启动,直至洗涤水加热器加热达到设定条件。
步骤205,判断是否控制洗涤水加热器加热达到设定条件,若是,执行步骤206,若否,继续执行步骤204。
其中,设定条件,包括:加热达到设定时长;和/或,洗涤温度达到第一设定温度;和/或,洗涤温度增加量达到第二设定温度。
作为一种可能的实现方式,加热对应的设定时长取值范围为1至10分钟,优选的,设定时长为5分钟,例如,当控制洗涤水加热器加热时长达到5分钟时,则认为洗涤水加热器加热达到了设定条件。
作为另一种可能的实现方式,洗涤温度对应的第一设定温度取值范围为25摄氏度至40摄氏度,优选的,第一设定温度取值为32摄氏度,例如,当控制洗涤水加热器加热的洗涤温度达到的第一设定温度值为32摄氏度时,则认为洗涤水加热器加热达到了设定条件。
作为又一种可能的实现方式,洗涤温度增加量对应的第二设定温度取值范围为1摄氏度至10摄氏度,优选的,第二设定温度取值为5摄氏度,例如,当控制洗涤水加热器加热的洗 涤温度增加量达到第二设定温度值为5摄氏度时,则认为洗涤水加热器加热达到了设定条件。
需要说明的是,设定条件为加热达到设定时长;和/或,洗涤温度达到第一设定温度;和/或,洗涤温度增加量达到第二设定温度,本实施例中对于设定条件的各种组合情况不一一列举。
步骤206,根据加热状态,更新加热标志位。
具体地,当洗涤水加热器加热达到设定条件后,则控制洗涤水加热器停止加热,并根据加热状态,将洗涤水加热器的加热状态从指示加热的标志位更新为指示停止加热的标志位,例如,将洗涤水加热器的加热标志位从指示加热的标志位1,更新为指示停止加热的标志位0。
步骤207,控制洗涤水加热器停止加热,并控制烘干加热器开始加热。
其中,步骤207可以在步骤206之前执行,也可以在步骤206之后执行,本实施例中对此不作限定。
本申请实施例的加热控制方法中,获取烘干加热器请求启动烘干程序的第一加热请求时,查询确定洗涤水加热器处于加热状态,控制所述洗涤水加热器加热直至达到设定条件停止加热,更新加热标志位,并控制烘干加热器加热,通过在确定洗涤水加热器处于加热状态时,则优先洗涤水加热器的加热直至达到设定条件才停止加热,实现了满足洗涤水加热器和烘干加热器加热的工作要求,提高了洗涤效率,同时又避免了烘干加热器和洗涤水加热器同时工作时造成的超负荷运转,避免了安全隐患。
上述实施例中描述了,获取到启动烘干加热器的加热请求时,若洗涤水加热器已经处于加热状态时的加热处理方法,而实际应用中,烘干加热器的加热请求和洗涤水加热器的加热请求有可能是属于同时请求的预设时间范围内,对此,本申请实施例提供了又一种加热控制方法的可能的实现方式,图3为本申请实施例所提供的又一种加热控制方法的流程示意图。
如图3所示,该方法可以包含如下的步骤:
步骤301,获取到第一加热请求,第一加热请求用于启动烘干加热器。
步骤302,获取到第二加热请求,第二加热器用于启动洗涤水加热器。
做为一种可能的实现方式,分别获取第一加热请求和第二加热请求,当获取到第一加热请求和第二加热请求后,需要确定接收到第一加热请求和第二加热请求的时间间隔不大于阈值,其中,阈值较短,则确定烘干加热器和洗涤水加热器需要同时进行加热。
作为另一种可能的实现方式,获取到第一加热请求和第二加热请求后,则根据获取第一加热请求和第二加热请求的时间,查询接收到第一加热请求之前或之后的设定时段,其中,设定时段对应的时间较短,以确定在对应的设定时段内接收到第二加热请求,即认定第一加热请求和第二加热请求需要同时执行,也就是说确定烘干加热器和洗涤水加热器需要同时进行加热。
步骤303,控制洗涤水加热器加热直至达到设定条件停止加热。
其中,设定条件,包括:加热达到设定时长;和/或,洗涤温度达到第一设定温度;和/或,洗涤温度增加量达到第二设定温度。
本申请实施例中,在获取到烘干加热器的加热请求时,当确定洗涤水加热器处于加热状态时,则继续控制洗涤水加热器加热,直至达到上述的设定条件,才停止洗涤水加热器的加热。
作为一种可能的实现方式,加热对应的设定时长取值范围为1至10分钟,优选的,设定时长为5分钟,例如,当控制洗涤水加热器加热时长达到5分钟时,则认为洗涤水加热器加热达到了设定条件。
作为另一种可能的实现方式,洗涤温度对应的第一设定温度取值范围为25摄氏度至40摄氏度,优选的,第一设定温度取值为32摄氏度,例如,当控制洗涤水加热器加热的洗涤温度达到的第一设定温度值为32摄氏度时,则认为洗涤水加热器加热达到了设定条件。
作为又一种可能的实现方式,洗涤温度增加量对应的第二设定温度取值范围为1摄氏度至10摄氏度,优选的,第二设定温度取值为5摄氏度,例如,当控制洗涤水加热器加热的洗涤温度增加量达到的第二设定温度值为5摄氏度时,则认为洗涤水加热器加热达到了设定条件。
需要说明的是,设定条件为加热达到设定时长;和/或,洗涤温度达到第一设定温度;和/或,洗涤温度增加量达到第二设定温度,本实施例中对于设定条件的各种组合情况不一一列举。
步骤304,控制烘干加热器加热。
本申请实施例中,在确定接收到第一加热请求和第二加热请求的时间间隔不大于阈值时,不控制烘干加热器进行加热,但可控制烘干加热器进行初期负载调整进行加热准备,而控制洗涤水加热器进行加热,直至达到预设条件时,停止洗涤水的加热并控制烘干加热器加热,实现了在对烘干程序影响较小的情况下,对洗涤水加热,提高了衣物的洗涤效果。

本申请实施例的加热控制装置中,获取烘干加热器请求启动烘干程序的第一加热请求时,查询确定洗涤水加热器处于加热状态,控制所述洗涤水加热器加热直至达到设定条件停止加热,控制烘干加热器加热,通过在确定洗涤水加热器处于加热状态时,则优先洗涤水加热器的加热直至达到设定条件才停止加热,实现了满足洗涤水加热器和烘干加热器加热的工作要求,提高了洗涤效率,同时又避免了烘干加热器和洗涤水加热器同时工作时造成的超负荷运转,避免了安全隐患,解决了现有技术中无法满足烘干加热器和洗涤水加热器的加热需求,洗涤效率较低的技术问题。
为了实现上述实施例,本申请实施例还提出了另一种加热控制装置的可能的实现方式,图5为本申请实施例所提供的另一种加热控制装置的结构示意图,如图5所述,该装置包括:获取模块51和控制模块52。
获取模块51,用于获取到第一加热请求和第二加热请求,第一加热请求用于启动烘干加热器,第二加热器用于启动洗涤水加热器。
控制模块52,用于控制洗涤水加热器加热直至达到设定条件停止加热;以及控制烘干加热器加热。
进一步地,在本申请实施例的一种可能的实现方式中,上述设定条件,包括:
加热达到设定时长;和/或,洗涤温度达到第一设定温度;和/或,洗涤温度增加量达到第二设定温度。
作为一种可能的实现方式,所述设定时长取值范围为1至10分钟;所述第一设定温度取值范围为25摄氏度至40摄氏度;所述第二设定温度取值范围为1摄氏度至10摄氏度。
作为一种可能的实现方式,获取到第一加热请求与获取到第二加热请求的时间间隔不大于阈值。
需要说明的是,前述对加热控制方法实施例的解释说明也适用于该实施例的加热控制装置,此处不再赘述。
本申请实施例的加热控制装置中,获取到第一加热请求和第二加热请求,第一加热请求用于启动烘干加热器,第二加热器用于启动洗涤水加热器,控制洗涤水加热器加热直至达到设定条件停止加热,控制烘干加热器加热,通过在同时获取到烘干加热器的加热请求和洗涤水加热器的加热请求时,则优先洗涤水加热器的加热直至达到设定条件才停止加热,实现了满足洗涤水加热器和烘干加热器加热的工作要求,提高了洗涤效率,同时又避免了烘干加热器和洗涤水加热器同时工作时造成的超负荷运转,避免了安全隐患,解决了现有技术中无法满足烘干加热器和洗涤水加热器的加热需求,洗涤效率较低的技术问题。
基于上述实施例,本申请实施例还提供了一种衣物处理装置110,图6为本申请实施例所提供的一种衣物处理装置110的结构示意图,如图6所示,衣物处理装置110包括烘干加热器113和洗涤水加热器112,与烘干加热器113和洗涤水加热器112电连接的控制单元111;
其中,控制单元111包括:存储器1110、处理器1111及存储在存储器1110上并可在处理器1111上运行的计算机程序1112,处理器1111执行所述程序时,实现如前述方法实施例所述的加热控制方法。
为了实现上述实施例,本申请还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如前述方法实施例所述的加热控制方法。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种加热控制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    获取第一加热请求,所述第一加热请求用于启动烘干加热器;
    查询以确定洗涤水加热器处于加热状态;
    控制所述洗涤水加热器加热直至达到设定条件停止加热;
    控制所述烘干加热器加热。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加热控制方法,其特征在于,所述设定条件,包括:
    加热达到设定时长;
    和/或,洗涤温度达到第一设定温度;
    和/或,洗涤温度增加量达到第二设定温度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的加热控制方法,其特征在于,
    所述设定时长取值范围为1至10分钟;
    所述第一设定温度取值范围为25摄氏度至40摄氏度;
    所述第二设定温度取值范围为1摄氏度至10摄氏度。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的加热控制方法,其特征在于,所述查询以确定洗涤水加热器处于加热状态,包括:
    查询所述洗涤水加热器对应的加热标志位,以确定所述洗涤水加热器的加热状态;
    所述控制所述洗涤水加热器加热直至达到设定条件停止加热之后,还包括:
    根据加热状态,更新所述加热标志位。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的加热控制方法,其特征在于,所述查询以确定洗涤水加热器处于加热状态,包括:
    查询所述衣物处理装置运行的阶段;
    根据运行的阶段,确定所述洗涤水加热器的加热状态。
  6. 一种加热控制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    获取到第一加热请求和第二加热请求,所述第一加热请求用于启动烘干加热器,所述第二加热器用于启动洗涤水加热器;
    控制所述洗涤水加热器加热直至达到设定条件停止加热;
    控制所述烘干加热器加热。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的加热控制方法,其特征在于,所述设定条件,包括:
    加热达到设定时长;
    和/或,洗涤温度达到第一设定温度;
    和/或,洗涤温度增加量达到第二设定温度;
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的加热控制方法,其特征在于,
    所述设定时长取值范围为1至10分钟;
    所述第一设定温度取值范围为25摄氏度至40摄氏度;
    所述第二设定温度取值范围为1摄氏度至10摄氏度。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的加热控制方法,其特征在于,获取到所述第一加热请求与获取到所述第二加热请求的时间间隔不大于阈值。
  10. 一种加热控制装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取第一加热请求,所述第一加热请求用于启动烘干加热器;
    确定模块,用于查询以确定洗涤水加热器处于加热状态;
    控制模块,用于控制所述洗涤水加热器加热直至达到设定条件停止加热;以及控制所述烘干加热器加热。
  11. 一种加热控制装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取到第一加热请求和第二加热请求,所述第一加热请求用于启动烘干加热器,所述第二加热器用于启动洗涤水加热器;
    控制模块,用于控制所述洗涤水加热器加热直至达到设定条件停止加热;以及控制所述烘干加热器加热。
  12. 一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,包括烘干加热器和洗涤水加热器,与所述烘干加热器和所述洗涤水加热器电连接的控制单元;
    其中,所述控制单元包括:存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时,实现如权利要求1-5任一项所述的加热控制方法,或者,实现如权利要求6-9任一项所述的加热控制方法。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-5任一项所述的加热控制方法,或者,实现如权利要求6-9任一项所述的加热控制方法。
