Description

空调室内机的开关门组件和具有其的空调室内机 技术领域
本发明涉及空气处理设备领域,尤其是涉及一种空调室内机的开关门组件和具有其的空调室内机。
背景技术
为了防止在空调停止运行时,空气中的颗粒污染物沿着出风口进入空调的内部,影响空调吹出风的质量,通常会设有开关门以在空调停止运行时关闭出风口。但相关技术中,在开关门打开或者关闭过程中,对开关门的限位以及导向是通过驱动机构完成的,限位以及导向的效果差。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种空调室内机的开关门组件,所述空调室内机的开关门在移动时的稳定性好、移动轨迹较容易控制。
本发明还提出一种具有所述空调室内机的开关门组件的空调室内机。
根据本发明第一方面实施例的空调室内机的开关门组件,所述空调室内机的开关门组件包括开关门安装板、开关门、导向部和用于驱动所述开关门移动的驱动组件,所述开关门安装板上设有容纳槽,所述开关门安装板上还设有导向槽,所述开关门在邻近和远离所述开关门安装板的方向上可移动,所述导向部与所述开关门相连,所述导向部位于所述开关门的朝向所述开关门安装板的一侧,所述导向部可移动地设在所述导向槽内,所述驱动组件设在所述容纳槽内。
根据本发明实施例的空调室内机的开关门组件,驱动组件在驱动开关门朝前方或者后方移动的过程中,导向部可沿着导向槽滑动,开关门可跟随导向部滑动,从而使得开关门移动时具有较好的稳定性。另外,导向部沿着导向槽滑动的过程中,导向槽还可对导向部限位,从而控制开关门的移动轨迹,使得开关门的移动轨迹较为精准。
另外,根据本发明的空调室内机的开关门组件,还可以具有如下附加的技术特征:
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述开关门安装板包括:框架和安装部,所述安装部设在所述框架上且位于所述框架的横向中部,所述容纳槽和所述导向槽均形成在所述安装部上。
在本发明的一些示例中,所述容纳槽形成在所述安装部的远离所述开关门的一侧, 所述驱动组件设在所述容纳槽,所述驱动组件的至少一部分穿过所述容纳槽的底壁后与所述开关门相连。
在本发明的一些示例中,所述导向槽形成在所述安装部的朝向所述开关门的一侧。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述导向槽形成为环形且围绕所述容纳槽的外部设置。
可选地,所述导向槽的横截面面积在由所述开关门至所述开关门安装板的方向上逐渐减小。
可选地,所述导向槽由围绕所述容纳槽设置的环形的第一壁和环形的第二壁限定出,所述第二壁套设在所述第一壁的周向外侧,所述第一壁在由所述开关门至所述开关门安装板的方向上逐渐朝径向向外的方向倾斜,所述第二壁在由所述开关门至所述开关门安装板的方向上逐渐朝径向向内的方向倾斜。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述空调室内机的开关门组件还包括导向圈,所述导向圈设在所述导向槽的朝向所述开关门的开口侧,所述导向圈的内周壁沿朝向所述开关门的方向逐渐朝径向向内的方向倾斜。
可选地,所述导向部的外周壁与所述导向圈的内周壁平行。
可选地,所述导向圈的内周壁设有定位凸起。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述开关门包括底板和盖板,所述盖板设在所述底板的远离所述开关门安装板的一侧,所述盖板相对于所述底板可拆卸,其中所述导向部设在所述底板的邻近所述开关门安装板的一侧。
可选地,所述底板的中部设有朝向所述盖板凸出的凸出部,所述凸出部的远离所述盖板的一侧设有安装槽,所述导向部设在所述安装槽内。
进一步地,所述导向部包括底壁和围绕所述底壁周向设置的周壁,所述底壁和部分所述周壁容纳在所述安装槽内,所述周壁可移动地设在所述导向槽内。
可选地,所述底板和所述导向部可拆卸的相连。
本发明还提出一种具有上述实施例的空调室内机的空调室内机。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的空调室内机包括外箱底部部件、面板部件和空调室内机的开关门组件,所述外箱底板部件的一侧敞开,所述面板部件设在所述外箱底板部件的敞开侧,所述面板部件上设有出风口,所述开关门安装板设于所述面板部件的朝向所述外箱底板部件的一侧,所述开关门可移动地打开和关闭所述出风口,当所述开关门打开所述出风口时,所述开关门位于所述面板部件的远离所述外箱底板部件的一侧。
根据本发明实施例的空调室内机,通过设有上述实施例的空调室内机的开关门组件,可以较好地封闭出风口,同时,开关门在打开位置和关闭位置之间活动时较为稳定,且限位效果较好,可使得开关门在关闭位置时,开关门与面板部件之间配合的间隙较为均 匀,从而使得空调室内机较为美观。

下面参考图1-图9描述根据本发明实施例的空调室内机的开关门组件100。
如图3-图5所示,根据本发明实施例的空调室内机的开关门组件100包括开关门安装板1、开关门2、导向部3和驱动组件4,开关门安装板1上设有容纳槽121,开关门安装板1上还设有导向槽122,开关门2在邻近和远离开关门安装板1的方向上可移动,导向部3与开关门2相连,导向部3位于开关门2的朝向开关门安装板1的一侧,导向部3可移动地设在导向槽122内,驱动组件4用于驱动开关门2移动,驱动组件4设在容纳槽121内。
也就是说,开关门安装板1上具有容纳槽121,容纳槽121内可安装驱动组件4,驱动组件4可与开关门2配合以驱动开关门2,使得开关门2朝向开关门安装板1的方向移动,或者开关门2朝向远离开关门安装板1的方向移动。
开关门2朝向开关门安装板1的一侧设有导向部3,开关门安装板1朝向开关门2的一侧设有导向槽122,导向部3可与导向槽122配合,可以使得开关门2在活动的过程中,导向部3可沿着导向槽122滑动,开关门2的稳定性好。
下面为方便说明,如图5和图6所示,开关门2朝向开关门安装板1的方向为后方,开关门安装板1朝向开关门2的方向为前方,故驱动组件4可驱动开关门2朝前方或者后方移动。
由此,根据本发明实施例的空调室内机的开关门组件100,驱动组件4在驱动开关门2朝前方或者后方移动的过程中,导向部3可沿着导向槽122滑动,开关门2可跟随导向部3滑动,从而使得开关门2移动时具有较好的稳定性。另外,导向部3沿着导向 槽122滑动的过程中,导向槽122还可对导向部3限位,从而控制开关门2的移动轨迹,使得开关门2的移动较为精准。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图3和图4所示,开关门安装板1包括框架11和安装部12,安装部12设在框架11上且位于框架11的横向中部,这里的横向指的是如图1和图2所示的左右方向,由此,在左右方向上,安装部12设在框架11的中部。容纳槽121和导向槽122均形成在安装部12上,可以减少空调室内机的开关门组件100内的零部件数量,便于装配,同时,如图5所示,容纳槽121与导向槽122可套叠设置,可以节约空调室内机的开关门组件100的内部空间,有利于其内部的布局。
在本发明的一些示例中,如图5所示,容纳槽121形成在安装部12的远离开关门2的一侧,驱动组件4设在容纳槽121内,驱动组件4的至少一部分穿过容纳槽121的底壁31后与开关门2相连。也就是说,驱动组件4可以有一部分穿过容纳槽121的底壁31后与开关门2相连,也可以完全穿过容纳槽121的底壁31后与开关门2相连。
可选地,如图3所示,容纳槽121的底壁31上设有凸出槽1211,驱动组件4包括电机、齿轮和齿条41,齿条41可穿过凸出槽1211与开关门2相连,从而驱动开关门2在前后方向上移动。此时驱动组件4被限制在安装部12与框架11之间,有利于容纳槽121对驱动组件4的收纳,也可防止驱动组件4与空调室内机的开关门组件100内的其他零部件产生磨损。进一步地,凸出槽1211和齿条41可设有多个,多个齿条41驱动开关门2在前后方向上移动,较为平稳。
可选地,如图3-图8所示,导向槽122形成在安装部12的朝向开关门2的一侧。例如图5所示,导向槽122大体沿前后方向延伸,由此可较为容易地将导向槽122在安装部12的前后方向上的长度设得较大,从而有利于导向槽122对导向部3的导向,也使得导向槽122对导向部3具有更好地限位效果。同时,大体沿水平方向延伸的导向槽122,也有利于导向槽122与导向部3的配合。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图5-图9所示,导向槽122形成为环形且围绕容纳槽121的外部设置。由此,容纳槽121内的驱动组件4可从导向槽122的环形孔内伸出,而不会影响导向槽122与导向部3的配合。另外,环形的导向槽122可以在轴向和径向上对导向部3进行限位,使得导向槽122对导向部3的限位效果更好,移动轨迹更加精准。
进一步地,如图5-图8所示,导向槽122的横截面面积在由开关门2至开关门安装板1的方向上逐渐减小,也就是说,导向槽122的横截面面积在靠近开关门2的一端最大,从而使得导向部3容易与导向槽122配合,导向槽122的横截面面积在靠近开关门安装板1的一端最小,可以使得导向部3在沿导向槽122朝开关门安装板1的方向移动 时,导向部3导向部3与导向槽122的配合更加紧密,从而进一步增强导向槽122对导向部3的限位效果,便于控制开关门2的移动轨迹。这里的横截面所在的平面为如图1所示的沿上下方向和左右方向延伸的直线共同构成的平面。
可选地,如图5-图8所示,导向槽122由围绕容纳槽121设置的环形的第一壁1221和环形的第二壁1222限定出,第二壁1222套设在第一壁1221的周向外侧,由此,在一些示例中,导向部3与导向槽122配合时,导向部3可沿着第一壁1221的外壁面滑动,在另一些示例中,导向部3可沿着第二壁1222的内壁面滑动,还有一些示例中,导向部3在第二壁1222的内壁面和第一壁1221外壁面之间滑动。第一壁1221在由开关门2至开关门安装板1的方向上逐渐朝径向向外的方向倾斜,第二壁1222在由开关门2至开关门安装板1的方向上逐渐朝径向向内的方向倾斜,由此,第一壁1221和第二壁1222共同构成的导向槽122,在如图5所示的剖视图内形成为沿着前后方向延伸,且开口朝向导向部3的喇叭状,可以使得导向部3容易与导向槽122配合,且不容易与导向槽122的第一壁1221或者第二壁1222发生碰撞。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图3-图5所示,开关门2包括底板21和盖板22,盖板22设在底板21的远离开关门安装板1的一侧,盖板22相对于底板21可拆卸,其中导向部3设在底板21的邻近开关门安装板1的一侧。也就是说,在将盖板22于底板21进行配合安装后,还可将盖板22与底板21进行拆分。例如,可将底板21与盖板22拆开,将导向部3安装在底板21上然后可以将盖板22安装在底板21上以使得开关门2较为美观,从而可以在不影响开关门2外观的情况下提高导向部3与开关门2的安装效率高。
进一步地,如图3-图5所示,底板21的中部设有朝向盖板22凸出的凸出部211,凸出部211的远离盖板22的一侧设有安装槽2111,导向部3设在安装槽2111内。也就是说,安装槽2111形成在底板21的中部并可朝向盖板22的方向延伸,安装槽2111的开口朝向开关门安装板1,导向部3通过安装槽2111安装在底板21上。
进一步地,如图3-图5所示,导向部3包括底壁31和围绕底壁31周向设置的周壁32,底壁31和部分周壁32容纳在安装槽2111内,周壁32可移动地设在导向槽122内。也就是说,导向部3形成为开口朝向开关门安装板1的圆筒形,导向部3的底壁31可伸入安装槽2111内,并安装在安装槽2111的底壁31上,从而可增加导向部3的周壁32在前后方向的延伸长度,从而有利于导向部3与导向槽122之间的配合及限位,从而可更好地控制开关门2的移动轨迹。
在本发明的一些示例中,底板21和导向部3可拆卸的相连。由此可方便将底板21与导向部3进行拆装。例如图5和图6所示,在导向部3的底壁31上形成有卡槽311, 在凸出部211朝向开关门安装板1的一侧形成有卡凸2112,通过卡凸2112与卡槽311的配合,可快速地进行底板21与导向部3之间的拆装,拆装效率高。
在本发明的一些实施例中,空调室内机的开关门组件100还包括导向圈6,导向圈6设在导向槽122的朝向开关门2的开口侧,导向圈6的内周壁沿朝向开关门的方向逐渐朝径向向内的方向倾斜。这里的内周壁指的是,在导向部3与导向槽122配合时,导向圈6朝向导向部3所在的内壁面。也就是说,导向圈6设在导向槽122与开关门2之间,如图5所示的视图中,开关门2在从前向后活动的过程中,导向部3可先与导向圈6配合,以沿着导向圈6的内壁面朝向导向槽122滑动,从而可使得导向部3更容易与导向槽122配合。导向圈6的内壁面在由后向前延伸的过程中朝下倾斜延伸,可使得导向部3沿着导向圈6进入导向槽122后,导向圈6可与导向槽122配合以共同对导向部3进行限位,从而更好地控制开关门2的活动。
可选地,如图5-图9所示,导向圈6可由后向前延伸,且在前后方向上,第二壁1222加上导向圈6的长度大于第一壁1221的长度,由此,导向圈6可增加对导向部3在前后方向的导向长度,从而有利于开关门2在打开位置与关闭位置之间的活动。进一步地,开关门2在打开位置和关闭位置之间活动的过程中,导向部3可始终与导向圈6配合,由此可防止导向部3在活动的过程中滑出导向槽122后容易产生偏移,从而不容易再次与导向槽122配合的问题。
可选地,导向部3的外周壁与导向圈6的内周壁平行,需要说明的是,导向部3的外周壁指的是,在导向部3与导向槽122配合时,导向部3朝向导向圈6所在的外壁面,由此,导向部3的外壁面与导向圈6的内壁面平行,可使得导向部3较好地沿着导向圈6的内壁面滑动。
可选地,导向圈6的内周壁设有定位凸起61,定位凸起61可减小导向圈6与导向部3之间的配合间隙,可以更进一步地对导向部3进行限位,从而提高导向圈6对导向部3的限位效果,以进一步控制开关门2在打开位置和活动位置之间的活动,而且可以防止导向部3晃动。
本发明还提出一种具有上述实施例的空调室内机的开关门组件100和具有其的空调室内机1000。
如图1和图2所示,根据本发明实施例的空调室内机1000包括外箱底板部件200、面板部件300和空调室内机的开关门组件100,外箱底板部件200的一侧敞开,面板部件300设在外箱底板部件200的敞开侧,面板部件300上设有出风口5,由此,空调换热产生的空气可通过出风口5排出。
开关门安装板1设于面板部件300的朝向外箱底板部件200的一侧,开关门2可移 动地打开和关闭出风口5,当开关门2打开出风口5时,开关门2位于面板部件300的远离外箱底板部件200的一侧。也就是说,开关门2在前后移动的过程中具有打开位置和关闭位置,开关门2在关闭位置时可封闭出风口5,防止空气中的颗粒污染物进入空调室内机1000内部,从而影响空调室内机1000吹出的空气的质量,开关门2从关闭位置朝向打开位置活动时可朝前方移动,从而可移动至面板部件300的前侧。
由此,根据本发明实施例的空调室内机1000,通过设有上述实施例的空调室内机的开关门组件100,可以较好地封闭出风口5,同时,开关门2在打开位置和关闭位置之间活动时较为稳定,且限位效果较好,可使得开关门2在关闭位置时,开关门2与面板部件300之间配合的间隙较为均匀,从而使得空调室内机1000较为美观。
根据本发明实施例的空调室内机1000的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

  1. 一种空调室内机的开关门组件,其特征在于,包括:
    开关门安装板,所述开关门安装板上设有容纳槽,所述开关门安装板上还设有导向槽;
    开关门,所述开关门在邻近和远离所述开关门安装板的方向上可移动;
    导向部,所述导向部与所述开关门相连,所述导向部位于所述开关门的朝向所述开关门安装板的一侧,所述导向部可移动地设在所述导向槽内;及
    用于驱动所述开关门移动的驱动组件,所述驱动组件设在所述容纳槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室内机的开关门组件,其特征在于,所述开关门安装板包括:
    框架;
    安装部,所述安装部设在所述框架上且位于所述框架的横向中部,所述容纳槽和所述导向槽均形成在所述安装部上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调室内机的开关门组件,其特征在于,所述容纳槽形成在所述安装部的远离所述开关门的一侧,所述驱动组件设在所述容纳槽,所述驱动组件的至少一部分穿过所述容纳槽的底壁后与所述开关门相连。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的空调室内机的开关门组件,其特征在于,所述导向槽形成在所述安装部的朝向所述开关门的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的空调室内机的开关门组件,其特征在于,所述导向槽形成为环形且围绕所述容纳槽的外部设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空调室内机的开关门组件,其特征在于,所述导向槽的横截面面积在由所述开关门至所述开关门安装板的方向上逐渐减小。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的空调室内机的开关门组件,其特征在于,所述导向槽由围绕所述容纳槽设置的环形的第一壁和环形的第二壁限定出,所述第二壁套设在所述第一壁的周向外侧,所述第一壁在由所述开关门至所述开关门安装板的方向上逐渐朝径向向外的方向倾斜,
    所述第二壁在由所述开关门至所述开关门安装板的方向上逐渐朝径向向内的方向倾斜。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的空调室内机的开关门组件,其特征在于,还包括导向圈,所述导向圈设在所述导向槽的朝向所述开关门的开口侧,所述导向圈的内周壁沿朝向所述开关门的方向逐渐朝径向向内的方向倾斜。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的空调室内机的开关门组件,其特征在于,所述导向部的外周壁与所述导向圈的内周壁平行。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的空调室内机的开关门组件,其特征在于,所述导向圈的内周壁设有定位凸起。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的空调室内机的开关门组件,其特征在于,所述开关门包括底板和盖板,所述盖板设在所述底板的远离所述开关门安装板的一侧,所述盖板相对于所述底板可拆卸,其中所述导向部设在所述底板的邻近所述开关门安装板的一侧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的空调室内机的开关门组件,其特征在于,所述底板的中部设有朝向所述盖板凸出的凸出部,所述凸出部的远离所述盖板的一侧设有安装槽,所述导向部设在所述安装槽内。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的空调室内机的开关门组件,其特征在于,所述导向部包括底壁和围绕所述底壁周向设置的周壁,所述底壁和部分所述周壁容纳在所述安装槽内,所述周壁可移动地设在所述导向槽内。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的空调室内机的开关门组件,其特征在于,所述底板和所述导向部可拆卸的相连。
  15. 一种空调室内机,其特征在于,包括:
    外箱底板部件,所述外箱底板部件的一侧敞开;
    面板部件,所述面板部件设在所述外箱底板部件的敞开侧,所述面板部件上设有出风口;
    根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的空调室内机的开关门组件,所述开关门安装板设于所述面板部件的朝向所述外箱底板部件的一侧,所述开关门可移动地打开和关闭所述出风口,当所述开关门打开所述出风口时,所述开关门位于所述面板部件的远离所述外箱底板部件的一侧。
