本公开实施例涉及一种电子货架标签及其组装方法。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展,电子显示屏幕得到了广泛的引用,例如在零售、仓储行业中,需要使用电子货架标签来展示货品的价格和规格。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供一种电子货架标签及其组装方法。
根据本公开的一方面,提供一种电子货架标签,包括:
壳体,所述壳体包括面壳和底壳,所述面壳和所述底壳互相连接且所述面壳和所述底壳之间形成有腔,所述底壳具有开口;
母板,所述母板位于所述腔内;
背板,所述背板覆盖于所述开口上,所述母板可拆卸地连接于所述背板上,所述背板可拆卸地连接于所述底壳,并且所述背板在所述底壳所在平面内的正投影位于所述底壳中。
根据本公开的另一方面,提供前述的电子货架标签的组装方法,包括:
连接所述面壳和所述底壳以形成所述腔;
将所述母板固定在所述背板上;以及
将所述背板固定到所述底壳上,
其中在将所述背板固定到所述底壳的同时,所述母板穿过所述底壳的所述开口到达所述腔中。

如图1所示,本公开的一种条形电子货架(Electronic Shelf Label,简称ESL),包括条形屏1和连接器2。安装时,一般需要通过连接器2固定在待固定平面3上,连接器2内设有连接组件。由于连接器2和ESL条形屏1是两个独立的结构,往往在将ESL条形屏1安装至连接器2后,连接器2的部分还会露出ESL条形屏1,使整体结构累赘且不美观。
根据本公开实施例,提供一种电子货架标签,包括:壳体,所述壳体包括面壳和底壳,所述面壳和所述底壳互相连接且所述面壳和所述底壳之间形成有腔,所述底壳具有开口;母板,所述母板位于所述腔内;背板,所述背板覆盖于所述开口上,所述母板可拆卸地连接于所述背板上,所述背板可拆卸地连接于所述底壳,并且所述背板在所述底壳所在平面内的正投影位于所述底壳中。
上述实施例的电子货架标签中,通过将包括母板和背板在内的连接组件设置在壳体的腔中,不仅提高了电子货架标签的美观性,而且有效的缩小了整体设备的体积,具有结构紧凑、安装简便的有益效果。
图2至图5是一实施例电子货架标签的结构示意图。本公开实施例提供一种电子货架标签,该电子货架标签包括:壳体10、连接组件30和电路板40。壳体10包括底壳11和面壳12,底壳11开设有开口111,底壳11和面壳12彼此连接形成腔13。

在本实施例中,网络接口60与电源接口50位于母板31的同一表面上且彼此相邻,第二凸起部322与第一凸起部321彼此连接。例如,如图4和图5所示,第二凸起部322与第一凸起部321一体成型,形成一个整体外壳结构。在其他实施例中,第二凸起部322与第一凸起部321也可以是相互独立的,两者的位置根据对应的网络接口60以及电源接口50的具体位置对应设置。
例如,第二凸起部322、第一凸起部321和背板32一体成型,从而形成一个封闭底壳11的整体结构。

例如,如图4和图5所示,第一紧固件为铆钉71,铆钉71穿过母板31的安装孔701,这样,母板31通过四个铆钉71固定于背板32的朝向母板31的表面。如图2和图3所示,第二紧固件为螺栓72,背板32上设有安装孔 323,底壳11上设有安装孔702,螺栓72穿过安装孔323和702,这样,背板32通过两个螺栓72固定于底壳11,安装孔323设于背板32的边缘。例如,第一紧固件比第二紧固件更靠近电路板40,这样,在将母板31固定到背板32时,不会影响到背板32与底壳11之间的连接。
例如,母板31和底壳11位于背板32的同一侧,这样便于背板32的拆卸。本实施例中,开口111的面积大于母板31的面积,使得母板31更容易从底壳11的开口111中穿过,到达腔13中。
例如,如图7所示,电子货架标签为条形,电子货架标签还包括显示屏70,嵌在面壳12中,显示屏70的面积占据面壳12的面积的4/5以上,这样可以获得更好的视觉效果。
根据本公开实施例,还提供一种前述实施例的电子货架标签的组装方法,如图8所示,包括:
连接所述面壳和所述底壳以形成所述腔;
将所述母板固定在所述背板上;以及
将所述背板固定到所述底壳上,
其中在将所述背板固定到所述底壳的同时,所述母板穿过所述底壳的所述开口到达所述腔中。
本实施例中,在将所述背板固定到所述底壳上之前,先将所述母板固定在所述背板上,这样方便背板及内部结构的拆装。
上述实施例的电子货架标签及其组装方法中,通过合理设置母板和背板的位置,有效的缩小了整体设备的体积,具有结构紧凑、安装简便的有益效果。
本文中,有以下几点需要说明:
(1)本公开实施例附图只涉及到与本公开实施例涉及到的结构,其他结构可参考通常设计。
(2)为了清晰起见,在用于描述本公开的实施例的附图中,层或区域的厚度被放大或缩小,即这些附图并非按照实际的比例绘制。
(3)在不冲突的情况下,本公开的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合以得到新的实施例。
以上所述仅是本公开的示范性实施方式,而非用于限制本公开的保护范围,本公开的保护范围由所附的权利要求确定。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电子货架标签,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体包括面壳和底壳,所述面壳和所述底壳互相连接且所述面壳和所述底壳之间形成有腔,所述底壳具有开口;
    母板,所述母板位于所述腔内;
    背板,所述背板覆盖于所述开口上,所述母板可拆卸地连接于所述背板上,所述背板可拆卸地连接于所述底壳,并且所述背板在所述底壳所在平面内的正投影位于所述底壳中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子货架标签,其中所述背板连同所述母板一起可拆卸地连接于所述底壳。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的电子货架标签,其中所述母板设置为穿过所述开口到达所述腔内。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的电子货架标签,其中所述电子货架标签还包括电路板,所述电路板位于所述母板的面向所述背板的一侧且固定于所述母板。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电子货架标签,其中所述母板与所述背板之间设有间隙,所述间隙的高度大于或等于所述电路板的高度。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的电子货架标签,其中所述母板包括通信接口,所述背板具有凸起部,该凸起部具有用于容纳所述通信接口的腔。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电子货架标签,其中所述通信接口包括电源接口,所述电源接口位于所述母板面向所述背板的表面上,所述背板在与所述电源接口对应的位置设有第一凸起部,所述第一凸起部罩设于所述电源接口。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电子货架标签,其中所述第一凸起部包括第一通孔,所述电源接口的端部与所述第一通孔彼此连通,所述第一凸起部远离所述背板的端部与所述电源接口远离所述母板的端部平齐。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的电子货架标签,其中所述通信接口还包括网络接口,所述网络接口位于所述母板面向所述背板的所述表面上,所述背板在与所述网络接口对应的位置设有第二凸起部,所述第二凸起部罩设于所述网络接口。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子货架标签,其中所述第二凸起部设有第二通孔,所述网络接口的端部与所述第二通孔彼此连通,并且所述第二凸起部远离所述背板的端部与所述网络接口远离所述母板的端部平齐。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的电子货架标签,其中所述网络接口与所述电源接口位于所述母板的同一表面上且彼此相邻,所述第二凸起部与所述第一凸起部彼此连接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电子货架标签,其中所述第二凸起部、所述第一凸起部和所述背板一体成型。
  13. 如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的电子货架标签,其中所述母板通过第一紧固件可拆卸地连接于所述背板,所述背板通过第二紧固件可拆卸地连接于所述底壳,所述第一紧固件比所述第二紧固件更靠近所述电路板。
  14. 如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的电子货架标签,其中所述母板和所述底壳位于所述背板的同一侧,所述开口的面积大于所述母板的面积,使得所述母板从所述底壳的所述开口中穿过。
  15. 一种如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的电子货架标签的组装方法,包括:
    连接所述面壳和所述底壳以形成所述腔;
    将所述母板固定在所述背板上;以及
    将所述背板固定到所述底壳上,
    其中在将所述背板固定到所述底壳的同时,所述母板穿过所述底壳的所述开口到达所述腔中。
