상기한 바에 따르면, 본 발명의 마스크는 마스크본체가 상부시트와 하부시트 및 상부시트와 하부시트를 연결하는 내부시트로 구성되며, 상부시트와 하부시트가 연결되어 방진기능으로서 사용되는 제1사용상태와 상부시트와 하부시트가 분리되고 내부시트가 외부에 노출되어 사용자의 음성이 내부시트를 통해 외부로 잘 방출되어 음성전달이 용이하게 이루어지는 제2사용상태로 형태변형시켜 사용할 수 있으므로, 필요에 따라 사용자가 마스크의 형태를 변형시켜 상대방과 대화를 용이하게 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 상부시트와 하단부와 하부시트의 상단부를 분리가능하게 결합하는 결합수단을 구비하여, 대화시 결합수단을 분리하거나 방진기능으로 사용할 때 결합수단을 체결하여 상부시트의 하단부와 하부시트의 상단부의 결합과 분리가 확실히 이루어질 수 있도록 함으로써 마스크본체의 사용상태를 용이하게 변형시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하여, 본 발명의 제 1 실시 예에 따른 음성전달기능이 강화된 마스크에 대해 설명한다.
본 발명의 마스크는 코와 입을 가리도록 얼굴을 커버하는 마스크본체(A)와, 마스크본체(A)의 양단에 구비되어 마스크본체(A)를 얼굴에 고정착용시키는 귀걸이부(40)를 포함하도록 구성된다.
상부시트(10), 상부시트(10)의 하부에 배치되는 하부시트(20) 및, 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)와 하부시트(20)의 상단부를 연결하는 내부시트(30)를 포함하도록 구성된다.
본 발명에서 상부시트(10), 하부시트(20), 내부시트(30)는 필터지로 이루어질 수 있으며, 서로 일체로 형성될 수도 있고, 서로 융착방식에 의해 융착되어 연결된 형태로 이루어질 수 있다.
본 발명은 도 2의 (a) 및 도 3의 (a)와 같이, 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)와 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)가 서로 접하도록 연결되는 제1사용상태와, 도 2의 (b) 및 도 3의 (b)의 같이 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)와 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)가 서로 분리 이격되어 내부시트(30)가 외부로 노출되어진 제2사용상태로 형태변형하여 사용할 수 있도록 구성된다.
이때, 본 발명은 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)와 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)를 서로 분리가능하게 결합시키기 위한 결합수단(50)을 포함하도록 구성된다.
결합수단(50)은 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)를 따라 구비되는 제1지퍼부(51)와, 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)를 따라 구비되며, 상기 제1지퍼부(51)에 지퍼결합가능한 제2지퍼부(52)를 포함하도록 구성될 수 있다.
이때, 제1지퍼부(51)에는 지퍼손잡이(51a)가 구비되어, 지퍼손잡이(51a)를 일방향으로 이동시킴으로써, 제1지퍼부(51)와 제2지퍼부(52)가 체결되어, 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)와 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)가 서로 연결될 수 있고, 지퍼손잡이(51a)를 타방향으로 이동시킴으로써, 제1지퍼부(51)와 제2지퍼부(52)의 체결을 해제하여 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)와 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)가 서로 분리되어 이격된 형태가 되도록 할 수 있다.
본 발명의 마스크는 도 2의 (a) 및 도 3의 (a)와 같이, 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)와 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)가 서로 연결되는 제1사용상태에서는 내부시트(30)가 외측에 노출되지 않고 상부시트(10)와 하부시트(20)의 내측에 겹쳐진 형태가 되어, 통상적인 마스크 본연의 방진기능으로서 사용될 수 있다. 이 경우, 상부시트(10)와 하부시트(20)가 연결된 상태에서, 그 내측에 내부시트(30)가 막고 있는 형태가 되어, 사용자가 말하는 음성이 내부시트(30) 및 서로 연결된 상부시트(10)와 하부시트(20)에 의해 외부로 잘 방출되지 못하게 되어 음성전달이 제대로 이루어지지 않을 수 있다.
반면, 결합수단(50)을 해제하여, 도 2의 (b) 및 도 3의 (b)의 같이 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)와 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)가 서로 분리 이격되고, 내부시트(30)가 외부로 노출되어진 제2사용상태에서는 내부시트(30)가 외부에 노출되어 있으므로, 방진기능을 제1사용상태에 비해 다소 떨어질 수 있으나, 사용자의 음성이 내부시트(30)만을 통해 외부로 방출될 수 있어 음성전달이 잘 이루어질 수 있게 된다.
즉, 본 발명의 마스크는 대화가 필요 없을 경우에는 방진기능이 주를 이루도록 결합수단(50)을 체결하여 상부시트(10)와 하부시트(20)가 연결된 제1사용상태로 사용하다가, 상대방과 대화가 필요할 경우, 결합수단(50)을 해제하여 상부시트(10)와 하부시트(20)를 분리하여 내부시트(30)가 외부에 노출되는 제2사용상태로 형태변형시킨 후, 용이한 대화를 할 수 있다.
본 발명에서, 상부시트(10), 하부시트(20), 및 내부시트(30)는 통상의 마스크 필터지로 이루어지되, 상부시트(10)와 하부시트(20)는 동일한 크기의 조직기공을 갖는 필터지로 이루어지고, 내부시트(30)는 상부시트(10)와 하부시트(20)에 비해 크기가 큰 조직기공을 갖는 필터지로 이루어질 수 있다.
이 경우, 도 2의 (b)와 도 3의 (b)와 같이, 결합수단(50)이 해제되어, 상부시트(10)와 하부시트(20)가 이격되고 내부시트(30)가 외부로 노출되어 제2사용상태로 사용될 때, 상부시트(10)와 하부시트(20) 보다 조직기공이 큰 필터지로 이루어진 내부시트(30)의 조직기공을 통해 음파가 보다 잘 외부로 방출되어 음성전달이 잘 이루어질 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에서 상부시트(10)와 하부시트(20)는 각각 통상의 마스크와 같이 4겹의 필터지 즉 4장의 필터지가 겹쳐진 형태로 이루어질 수 있으며, 내부시트(30)는 상부시트(10) 및 하부시트(20) 보다 적은 3겹 또는 2겹의 필터지가 겹쳐진 형태로 이루어질 수 있다.
다만, 상부시트(10), 하부시트(20), 내부시트(30)의 필터지 겹수는 상기에서 언급한 수에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 내부시트(30)는 상부시트(10)와 하부시트(20)에 비해 적은 수의 필터지가 겹쳐진 형태로 이루어질 수 있다.
한편, 도 4에 도시된 제 2 실시 예에 따른 마스크는 내부시트(30)에 펀칭가공을 통해 복수의 관통공(30a, 도 4 참조)이 형성되도록 구성할 수 있다.
이렇게 내부시트(30)에 복수의 관통공(30a)을 형성시키는 경우, 도 2의 (b)와 도 3의 (b)와 같이, 마스크본체(A)를 제 2 사용상태로 변형하여 사용할 때, 사용자의 음성이 관통공(30a)을 통해 외부로 더욱 방출될 수 있어, 음성전달이 더욱 잘 이루어질 수 있게 된다.
이하, 도 5 및 도 6을 참조하여, 본 발명의 제 3 실시 예에 따른 마스크는 제 1 실시 예에 비해, 결합수단(60)의 구성에 대해서만 차이가 있을 뿐 나머지 구성에 대해서는 동일하다.
제 1 실시 에의 결합수단(50)은 지퍼수단의 형태로 이루어지는 것이었으나, 제 3 실시 예에서의 결합수단(60)은 레일형 스냅결합구조로 이루어질 수 있다.
구체적으로 결합수단(60)은 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)을 따라 돌출형성되며, 하단면에 길이방향을 따라 길게 끼움홈(61a)이 구비된 제1띠부재(61) 및, 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)를 따라 돌출형성되며, 상단면에 길이방향을 따라 상기 끼움홈(61a)에 끼움결합되는 길게 끼움돌기(62a)가 구비된 제2띠부재(62)를 포함하도록 구성될 수 있다.
제1띠부재(61)는 플렉서블한 합성수지 재질로 이루어지며, 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)에 접착제를 통해 부착되거나 열융착에 의해 접합되도록 구성될 수 있으며, 제2띠부재(62)는 플렉서블한 합성수지 재질로 이루어지며, 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)에 접착제를 통해 부착되거나 열융착에 의해 접합되도록 구성될 수 있다.
한편, 제 2 실시 예에서 본 발명은 내부시트(30)에 펀칭가공을 통해 음파방출이 용이하게 하는 복수의 관통공((30a)이 형성되는 것에 대해 설명하였으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 도 7을 참조하면, 본 발명의 내부시트(30)에는 플라스틱과 같은 합성수지재질이나 금속재질로 이루어지고, 음파방출공(31a)이 형성된 음파방출판(31)이 구비되도록 구성될 수 있으며, 이 음파방출판(31)은 2개로 구성되어 내부시트(30)의 양측부에 구비될 수 있다.
본 발명에서 음파방출판(31)은 내부시트(30)의 양측에 설치공을 형성시킨 후, 음파방출판(31)을 내부시트(30)에 형성시킨 설치공에 배치시킨다음, 서로 접하는 테두리부분을 초음파 융착이나 접착제를 통해 접착되게 하여 형성시킬 수 있다.
이렇게 음파방출판(31)이 내부시트(30)에 구비되게 되면, 도 2의 (b)와 도 3의 (b)와 같이, 마스크본체(A)를 제 2 사용상태로 변형하여 사용할 때, 사용자의 음성이 음파방출판(31)의 음파방출공(31a)을 통해 외부로 잘 방출되어 음성전달이 더욱 잘 이루어질 수 있게 된다.
이하, 도 8 및 도 9를 참조하여, 본 발명의 제 5 실시 예에 따른 마스크에 대해 설명한다.
제 5 실시 예의 마스크는 제 1 실시 예에 비해, 결합수단(70)의 형태 및 내부시트(30)의 연결위치에 있어서 차이가 있을 뿐 나머지는 제 1 실시 예와 동일하며, 차이가 있는 구성에 대해서만 자세히 설명하도록 한다.
제 5 실시 예에서 내부시트(30)의 일단은 다른 실시 예에 비해, 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)로부터 상부로 소정간격 이격된 높이에 연결되며, 내부시트(30)의 타단은 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)에 연결되도록 형성된다.
아울러, 결합수단(70)은 똑딱이 단추형태로 이루어지며, 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)에 길이방향을 따라 복수의 암도트단추(71)가 소정간격으로 설치되며, 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)에는 상기 암도트단추(71)와 결합가능한 복수의 수도트단추(72)가 암도트단추(71)와 대응되는 위치에 소정간격으로 설치되도록 구성될 수 있다.
본 발명은 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)가 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)에 서로 겹쳐진 상태에서 암도트단추(71)와 수도트단추(72)를 체결함으로써, 도 8의 (a) 및 도 9의 (a)와 같이, 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)와 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)가 연결되어 방진기능을 주기능으로 하는 제1사용상태로 사용이 가능하며, 암도트단추(71)와 수도트단추(72)의 체결을 해제하여 도 8의 (b) 및 도 9의 (b)와 같이, 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)와 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)가 서로 분리되어 이격되고, 내부시트(30)가 외부로 노출되어 음성이 외부에 잘 전달되는 제 2 사용상태로 사용할 수 있다.
한편, 도시하지는 않았지만, 본 발명에서 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)와 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)를 서로 분리가능하게 결합하여 연결시키는 결합수단으로서, 상기에서 언급한 결합수단(50,60,70) 이외에도 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)에 길이방향을 따라 띠형태의 제1자석을 부착설치하고, 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)에 길이방향을 따라 상기 제1자석에 자력으로 부착가능한 띠형태의 금속 또는 제2자석을 부착설치하여, 자력에 의해 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)와 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)를 결합시키는 구성이 될 수도 있다.
또한, 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)에 길이방향을 따라 띠형태의 암벨크로부재를 부착설치하고, 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)에 길이방향을 따라 수벨크로부재를 부착설치하여, 벨크로방식에 의해 상부시트(10)의 하단부(11)와 하부시트(20)의 상단부(21)를 결합시키는 구성이 될 수도 있다.
이상, 본 발명을 본 발명의 원리를 예시하기 위한 바람직할 실시 예와 관련하여 도시하고 또한 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 그와 같이 도시되고 설명된 그대로의 구성 및 작용으로 한정되는 것이 아니다. 오히려 첨부된 특허청구범위의 사상 및 범주를 일탈함이 없이 본 발명에 대한 다수의 변경 및 수정 가능함을 당업자들은 잘 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 그러한 모든 적절한 변경 및 수정과 균등물도 본 발명의 범주에 속하는 것으로 간주되어야 할 것이다.
상기한 바와 같은 본 발명은 방진마스크 관련 산업분야에 널리 이용될 수 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 코와 입을 가리도록 얼굴을 커버하는 마스크본체와, 상기 마스크본체의 양단에 구비되어 마스크본체를 얼굴에 고정착용시키는 귀걸이부로 구성된 마스크에 있어서,
    상기 마스크본체는,
    상부시트;
    상기 상부시트의 하부에 배치되는 하부시트;
    상기 상부시트의 하단과 상기 하부시트의 상단을 연결하도록 형성되며 상기 상부시트와 상기 하부시트의 내측에 형성되는 내부시트;를 포함하며,
    상기 상부시트와 상기 하부시트 마주하는 단부가 서로 접하도록 연결되어 마스크 본연의 방진기능으로 사용되는 제1사용상태와,
    상기 상부시트와 상기 하부시트가 서로 이격된 상태에서 상기 내부시트가 외부에 노출되어 상기 제1사용상태에 비해 마스크 착용자의 음성이 외부로 더 잘 전달되게 하는 제2사용상태로 형태변형가능하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마스크.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 상부시트의 하단부와, 상기 하부시트의 상단부에 각각 형성되어, 상기 상부시트와 상기 하부시트의 마주하는 양단부를 분리가능하게 결합시키는 결합수단;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마스크.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 결합수단은, 벨크로수단, 자력수단, 지퍼수단, 단추수단 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마스크.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 결합수단은,
    상기 상부시트의 하단부에 형성되며, 길이방향을 따라 끼움홈이 형성된 제1띠부재;
    상기 하부시트의 상단부에 형성되며, 길이방향을 따라 상기 끼움홈에 끼움결합되는 끼움돌기를 구비한 제2띠부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마스크.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 내부시트에는 상기 상부시트와 상기 하부시트가 서로 이격되어 상기 내부시트가 외부에 노출되는 경우, 마스크 착용자의 음성을 보다 용이하게 외부로 방출시키도록 음파방출공이 형성된 합성수지재질 또는 금속재질의 음파방출판이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 마스크.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 상부시트와 상기 하부시트는 동일한 크기의 자체 조직기공을 갖는 필터지로 이루어지며,
    상기 내부시트는 상기 상부시트와 상기 하부시트에 비해 조직기공이 큰 필터지로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마스크.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 상부시트와 상기 하부시트는 각각은 복수의 필터지가 겹쳐진 형태로 이루어질 수 있으며,
    상기 내부시트는 상기 상부시트와 상기 하부시트에 비해 적은 수의 필터지가 겹쳐진 형태로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마스크.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 내부시트에는 자체재질의 조직기공 이외에 음파가 보다 더 잘 방출되도록 별도의 펀칭가공을 통해 형성된 복수의 관통공을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마스크.
