個別に識別可能なRFIDが付された遊技用代用貨幣と、
前記遊技用代用貨幣を用いてゲームを行うための遊技テーブルと、
前記遊技テーブルにおいて、ゲームに参加するプレイヤが賭ける賭けチップ及びディーラが勝ちプレイヤに対して前記遊技テーブルのチップトレイから払い出す支払いチップが置かれるチップ配置エリアと、
前記チップ配置エリアに置かれた遊技用代用貨幣のRFIDを読み取るチップ読取装置と、
前記チップ読取装置の読取結果を把握する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記遊技用代用貨幣のRFIDのID情報をもとに、当該遊技用代用貨幣の所持者に関する情報を取得可能であり、
さらに前記制御装置は、勝ちプレイヤの賭けチップと当該勝ちプレイヤに対して払い出された支払いチップとが、前記チップ配置エリア外に移動することを認識し、前記支払いチップのID情報と、当該支払いチップと同じタイミングで前記チップ配置エリア外に移動した前記賭けチップのID情報とをデータベース上で関連付け可能な構成であり、
前記支払いチップのRFIDが持つID情報に、前記賭けチップのRFIDが示す当該賭けチップの所持者に関する情報をデータベース上で関連付ける機能を備えたものである。
前記チップ読取装置は前記ペイエリアを前記プレイヤポジション毎に区別して読取可能な構成である構成であってもよい。
本発明の第1の実施の形態のテーブルゲーム管理システムの全体の概要を図1を用いて説明する。図1は同システム全体の概要を示す図である。バカラゲーム用の遊技テーブル1004にはプレイヤポジション1131~1135毎に、プレイヤ1441、バンカ1442、タイ1443、プレイヤペア1444、バンカペア1445のベットエリアがある。また各プレイヤポジション毎にチップ配置エリア1025が設けられており、当該チップ配置エリア内に置かれた遊技用代用貨幣1001のRFIDを読み取るチップ読取装置1002が備えられている。
はじめに、本発明の実施の形態の遊技用代用貨幣の管理システムで使用される遊技用代用貨幣を説明する。図3は同システムで使用される遊技用代用貨幣1を示している。同図において、遊技用代用貨幣1には、様々な情報を記憶可能なRFIDタグ2が埋め込まれている。RFIDタグ2は、データの書換えができない領域21と、データの書換えが可能な領域22を備えている。
1)最新の所在に関する情報がケージ9を示す情報であり、次の情報の書込みが所定時間以上たっている、
2)最新の所在に関する情報がゲート10での入場を示す情報であり、次の情報の書込みが所定時間以上たっている、
3)最新の所在に関する情報がゲート10での退場を示す情報であり、次の情報の書込みが所定の時間以上たっている、
のいずれかの状況である。
4)遊技場への入場時において、遊技用代用貨幣1のデータの書換えが可能な領域22の最新の所在に関する情報として、ゲート10での退場を示す情報が書き込まれていない、
5)ケージ9での使用時において、バックヤード7を示す情報が書き込まれていない、
6)遊技場からの退場時において、ケージ9またはバックヤード7を示す情報が書き込まれていない、
のいずれかの状況である。
1)データの書換えが可能な領域22に記憶している最終の所持者とは異なる人物が遊技用代用貨幣1を遊技場内で換金、または両替する、あるいは遊技場から退場する、
2)データの書換えが可能な領域22に記憶している退場時の所持者とは異なる人物が、当該遊技用代用貨幣を遊技場に持ち込む、
のいずれかの状況を判定可能である。
1)データの書換えが可能な領域22に記憶している最終の所持者とは異なる人物が当該遊技用代用貨幣1を遊技テーブルで使用する、
2)遊技テーブルでの使用記録のない遊技用代用貨幣1を当該遊技用代用貨幣1のケージ9での購入時とは異なる人物が、ケージ9で換金する、
3)ケージ9またはバックヤード7を示す情報のない遊技用代用貨幣1が遊技場内で使用される、
4)最新の所在に関する情報がベットエリア11または支払いエリアを示す情報であり、所定期間以上経過後に、ケージ9で換金または遊技テーブルで使用される、
上記の1)から4)のいずれかの状況を判定する。
本発明の実施の形態の複数の遊技テーブルを有する遊技場におけるテーブルゲームの管理システムの全体の概要を以下に説明する。図9は同システムの全体の概要を示す図であって、複数の遊技テーブル2004を有する遊技場におけるテーブルゲームの管理システムは、遊技テーブル2004で行われるゲームを、遊技用代用貨幣1を含めて複数のカメラ2002を介して画像として記録するゲーム記録装置2011、および記録された画像を画像分析する画像分析装置2012、遊技用代用貨幣1に付されたRFIDを読み取るチップ読取装置25、さらに遊技テーブル2004において各ゲームのゲーム結果を判定し表示するゲーム結果判定装置18を備える。
1)勝ち遊技用代用貨幣1に対する償還が終了したとき、
2)当該ゲームで使用されたカードCが回収され、当該テーブルの廃棄エリア41もしくは廃棄スロット42に廃棄されるとき、
3)勝敗結果判定装置に付随する所定のボタンを押したとき、
4)勝敗を示すマーカー43を元に戻したとき。
1)各ゲームにおいて、カードの引き出しが開始されてからもしくはディーラのゲーム開始操作からカード配布装置によりゲームの勝敗結果が表示される前の間に、チップの動きがないかどうか、
2)各ゲームの終了後、ディーラがゲーム参加人のうちの敗者が賭けていたチップを回収している間に、ディーラ以外の者によるチップの動きがないかどうか、
3)各ゲームの終了後、ディーラがゲーム参加人のうちの敗者が賭けていたチップを回収している間に、チップが追加されたかどうか、
4)各ゲームの終了後、ディーラがゲーム参加人のうちの勝者が賭けていたチップの位置に、支払いを行ったかどうか、
5)各ゲームの終了後、ゲーム参加人のうちの勝者が、賭けていたチップおよび支払われたチップを取ったかどうか、
の少なくとも1つを判定する機能と、を備える。
1)各ゲームにおいて、カード配布装置2003から得られるカードの引き出しが開始される信号から、もしくはディーラ2005が開始ボタン4sを押すことによるゲーム開始操作から、カード配布装置2003によりゲームの勝敗結果が表示される前の間に、遊技用代用貨幣1の動きがないかどうかを、カメラ2002を使って画像分析装置2012が得る情報により監視する。
2)各ゲームの終了後、ディーラ2005がゲーム参加人2006のうちの敗者が賭けていた遊技用代用貨幣1を回収している間に、敗者6が遊技用代用貨幣1を不正に取っていないかどうかを、カメラ2002を使って画像分析装置2012が得る情報により監視する。
3)各ゲームの終了後、ディーラ2005がゲーム参加人のうちの敗者が賭けていた遊技用代用貨幣1を回収している間に、ディーラ2005以外の者(勝者もしくは敗者)が勝ち遊技用代用貨幣1Wを追加したり、賭けていない勝側に新たに遊技用代用貨幣1を置きなおしていないかどうかを、カメラ2002を使って画像分析装置2012が得る情報により監視する。
4)各ゲームの終了後、ディーラ2005がゲーム参加人2006のうちの勝者が賭けていた遊技用代用貨幣1の位置に、正しく支払いの遊技用代用貨幣1Wを置いたかどうかを、カメラ2002を使って画像分析装置2012が得る情報により監視する。
5)各ゲームの終了後(ディーラ2005がカード配布装置2003を操作して勝敗結果を表示ランプ13に表示させる)、ゲーム参加人2006のうちの勝者6Wが、賭けていた遊技用代用貨幣1および支払われた遊技用代用貨幣1Wを取ったかどうかを、カメラ2002を使って画像分析装置2012が得る情報により監視する。
上記の従来の問題を解決するために、本発明の遊技用代用貨幣の管理システムは、
データの書換えができない領域と、データの書換えが可能な領域と、を有する単一のRFIDタグが遊技用代用貨幣に付与され、
前記RFIDタグの前記データの書換えができない領域は、固定情報として、当該遊技用代用貨幣の生産情報、商品情報、カジノ情報、金額情報、シリアルナンバーの内、少なくとも一つを記憶しており、
前記データの書換えが可能な領域は、変動情報として、当該遊技用代用貨幣の所在に関する情報を記憶しており、
前記データの書換えができない領域に記憶している前記固定情報から、同一の当該RFIDタグにおける前記データの書換えが可能な領域に記憶している前記変動情報を抽出可能な構成であり、
前記システムは、
前記データの書換えが可能な領域に、当該遊技用代用貨幣の前記所在に関する情報を書き加える書込装置と、
複数の前記遊技用代用貨幣の前記データの書換えができない領域に記憶された前記固定情報を一括して読み取り、読み取った前記固定情報に基づき、当該各固定情報と対になる前記データの書換えが可能な領域に記憶された前記所在に関する情報を読み取り可能な読取装置と、
前記読取装置から得た前記所在に関する情報を審査する管理制御装置と、を更に備え、
前記データの書換えが可能な領域は、前記書込装置により書き込まれた全ての所在に関する情報の少なくとも最新の所在に関する情報を含んだ、複数の所在に関する情報を記憶しており、
前記管理制御装置は、前記読取装置から得た前記所在に関する情報の履歴に異常がないか否かを判定する機能を備え、異常があればエラーシグナルを生成し、異常と判定した遊技用代用貨幣の前記固定情報を特定可能な構成である。
前記管理制御装置は、前記読取装置から得た前記所在に関する情報から、前記異常か否かの判定として、前回の書き込みから所定期間以上使用されていない、もしくは、書き込まれているべき前記所在に関する情報が書き込まれていない、のいずれかの事象があるか否かを判定する構成である。
前記の、前回の書き込みから所定期間以上使用されていない事象は、
1)最新の所在に関する情報がケージを示す情報であり、次の情報の書き込みが所定時間以上たっている、
2)最新の所在に関する情報が入場を示す情報であり、次の情報の書き込みが所定時間以上たっている、
3)最新の所在に関する情報が退場を示す情報であり、次の情報の書き込みが所定の時間以上たっている、
のいずれかの状況であり、
前記の、書き込まれているべき前記所在に関する情報が書き込まれていない事象は、
4)遊技場への入場時において、当該遊技用代用貨幣の前記データの書換えが可能な領域の最新の所在に関する情報として、退場を示す情報が書き込まれていない、
5)ケージでの使用時において、バックヤードを示す情報が書き込まれていない、
6)遊技場からの退場時において、ケージまたはバックヤードを示す情報が書き込まれていない、
のいずれかの状況であってよい。
1)前記データの書換えが可能な領域に記憶している最終の所持者とは異なる人物が当該遊技用代用貨幣を遊技場内で換金、または両替する、あるいは遊技場から退場する、
2)前記データの書換えが可能な領域に記憶している退場時の所持者とは異なる人物が、当該遊技用代用貨幣を遊技場に持ち込む、
上記の1)または2)のいずれかの状況を判定する機能を備えた、ものであってよい。
1)前記データの書換えが可能な領域に記憶している最終の所持者とは異なる人物が当該遊技用代用貨幣を遊技テーブルで使用する、
2)遊技テーブルでの使用記録のない遊技用代用貨幣を当該遊技用代用貨幣のケージでの購入時とは異なる人物が、ケージで換金する、
3)ケージまたはバックヤードを示す情報のない遊技用代用貨幣が遊技場内で使用される、
4)最新の所在に関する情報がベットエリアまたは支払いエリアを示す情報であり、所定期間以上経過後に、ケージで換金または遊技テーブルで使用される、
上記の1)から4)のいずれかの状況を判定する機能を備えた、ものであってよい。
前記管理制御装置は、前記読取装置により読み取られた複数の前記遊技用代用貨幣の複数の前記固定情報から、同一の当該RFIDタグにおける前記データの書換えが可能な領域に記憶している前記所在に関する情報を抽出して把握可能な構成であってよい。
前記データの書換えができない領域は、固定情報として、当該遊技用代用貨幣の生産情報、商品情報、カジノ情報、金額情報、シリアルナンバーの内、少なくとも一つを記憶しており、
前記データの書換えが可能な領域は、変動情報として、書込装置により書き込まれた当該遊技用代用貨幣の所在に関する情報を記憶する構成であり、
前記データの書換えができない領域に記憶している前記固定情報から、同一の当該RFIDタグにおける前記データの書換えができない領域に記憶している前記変動情報を抽出可能な構成である。
前記遊技用代用貨幣を用いてゲームを行うための遊技テーブルと、
前記遊技テーブルで行われるゲームにおいて各ゲーム参加人が賭ける遊技用代用貨幣をカメラを介して画像として記録するゲーム記録装置と、
前記記録された遊技用代用貨幣の画像を画像分析する画像分析装置と、
各ゲーム参加人が賭ける前記遊技用代用貨幣に付されたRFIDを読み取るチップ読取装置と、
前記画像分析装置の画像分析結果とチップ読取装置の読取結果を把握する制御装置と、を有し、
前記遊技テーブルは、シッティングナンバー毎に少なくともプレイヤ用ベットエリア、バンカ用ベットエリアを含む複数のベットエリアを備え、
前記チップ読取装置は、前記シッティングナンバー毎にベットエリア全体を一つの読取エリアとして前記遊技用代用貨幣を読み取るか、もしくは、全体を前記ベットエリアの数より少ない複数の読取エリアに分け、前記読取エリア毎に前記遊技用代用貨幣を読み取り、
前記制御装置は、前記画像分析装置による画像分析結果に基づき少なくとも前記プレイヤ用ベットエリア、バンカ用ベットエリアを含む各ベットエリアについてそれぞれ独立して、賭けられた前記遊技用代用貨幣の種類と枚数を把握し、前記画像分析装置による画像分析結果に基づく前記シッティングナンバー毎または前記読取エリア毎の遊技用代用貨幣の合計金額または合計枚数が前記チップ読取装置の読取結果に基づく前記シッティングナンバー毎または前記読取エリア毎の遊技用代用貨幣の合計金額または合計枚数と一致するか否かを判定し、判定結果を出力可能な構成である。
前記制御装置は、前記チップ読取装置の読取結果に基づくRFIDのIDと、前記データベースに記憶しているIDとを照合し、当該遊技用代用貨幣の真贋を判定し、判定結果を出力可能な構成であってよい。
前記チップトレイに収容された前記遊技用代用貨幣の種類と枚数を把握可能なチップトレイ判定装置と、
遊技テーブルにおいて各ゲームのゲーム結果を判定するゲーム結果判定装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記ゲーム結果判定装置から得たゲーム結果及び前記画像分析装置による画像分析結果に基づいた遊技用代用貨幣の位置と金額と枚数の測定結果を用いて前記遊技テーブルにおけるカジノ側の収支計算を各ゲームの回収及び償還毎に行う計算機能を備え、
各ゲーム参加人の賭けた負けチップの回収が終わったときに、前記遊技テーブルにおける各ゲーム参加人が賭けるチップの位置、種類および枚数と前記ゲーム結果とから計算される当該ゲームにおけるチップの回収すべき額と、前記チップトレイにおける現実の回収額とを比較し、回収すべき額と現実の回収額との間に違いがあるか否かを判定することで、遊技用代用貨幣の回収に不正やミスがあったか否かを判定する回収判定機能と、
償還すべきチップに対する償還を行い、償還が終わったときに、前記遊技テーブルにおける各ゲーム参加人が賭けるチップの位置、種類および枚数と前記ゲーム結果とから計算される当該ゲームにおけるチップの償還すべき額に基づく前記チップトレイのあるべき総額と、前記チップトレイにおける現実の総額を比較し、あるべき総額と現実の総額との間に違いがあると判定した場合には、償還に不正やミスがあったと判定する償還判定機能と、を備えていてよい。
特定した前記遊技用代用貨幣のIDまたは金額または枚数と、前記ゲーム結果判定装置から得たゲーム結果及び前記画像分析装置による画像分析結果に基づく遊技用代用貨幣の位置と金額と枚数の測定結果を用いて判定したシッティングナンバー毎の回収されるべき前記遊技用代用貨幣のIDまたは金額または枚数と、を比較し、一致するか否かをシッティングナンバー毎に判定可能な構成であってよい。
前記制御装置は、前記ゲーム結果判定装置から得たゲーム結果及び前記画像分析装置による画像分析結果に基づく遊技用代用貨幣の位置と金額と枚数の測定結果を用いて判定した償還金額と、前記チップ読取装置の読取結果に基づく前記シッティングナンバー毎に置かれた前記遊技用代用貨幣の金額とを比較し、償還金額の一致または不一致を判定し、出力可能な構成であってよい。
前記制御装置は、前記シッティングナンバーと前記ゲーム参加人特定手段が特定した前記ゲーム参加人の情報とを結びつけることが可能な構成であってよい。
前記サイドベット用ベットエリアは、各シッティングナンバー毎のベットエリアが隣接して設けられており、
前記チップ読取装置は、少なくとも一つの前記サイドベット用ベットエリアをまとめて読取可能であり、

前記制御装置は、前記チップ読取装置の読取結果に基づくRFIDのIDと、前記データベースに記憶しているIDとを照合し、当該遊技用代用貨幣の真贋を判定可能な構成であってよい。
以下、本発明の第4の実施の形態を説明する。
図23は、本発明の第4の実施の形態の第1の例の管理システムの構成を示す図である。管理システム110では、データベースを用いずに遊技用代用貨幣の所持者をトレースする。このために、遊技用代用貨幣には、所持者の情報が記憶される。管理システム110は、概略楕円形の遊技テーブル4004を備えている。遊技テーブル4004の一方側(図23の下側)にプレイヤ82が位置し、反対側にはディーラ(図示省略)が位置する。遊技テーブル4004の上面には、複数のプレイポジションごとにベットエリア41a~41e(以下、総称するときは「ベットエリア41」と表記する。)が区画されている。ベットエリア41は、プレイヤ82がその遊技用代用貨幣83を置くことでベットするためのエリアである。遊技テーブル4004のディーラポジション側には、ディーラの遊技用代用貨幣82を置くためのチップトレイ12が設けられている。
図27は、第4の実施の形態の第2の例の管理システムの構成を示す図である。管理システム120は、第1の例の管理システム110の構成に加えて、プレイヤ特定システムが導入されている。プレイヤ特定システムは、カメラ52と画像認識装置55とからなる画像認識システム、及びカード81とカードリーダ53とからなるカード認証システムを含むが、いずれか一方であってもよい。
図28は、第4の実施の形態の第3の例の管理システムの構成を示す図である。管理システム130は、第1の例の管理システム110の構成に加えて、データベース57を備えている。データベース57には、遊技用代用貨幣83を唯一に特定するチップID(図28の「Chip ID」)と当該遊技用代用貨幣83を所持するプレイヤのユーザIDとが関連付けられて記憶される。なお、上述のように、遊技用代用貨幣83が購入され、ゲームで使用され、換金されることで所持者は変更されるが、データベース57には、過去の所持者の履歴が記録される。よって、データベース57を参照することで、各遊技用代用貨幣83について、所持者の変遷を知ることができる。
図32は、第4の実施の形態の第4の例の管理システムの構成を示す図である。管理システム140は、第1の例の管理システム110の構成に加えて、プレイヤ特定システムと、データベース57と、カード配布装置(電子シュー)4003とを備えている。また、遊技テーブル4004には、各プレイポジションのベットエリア41よりディーラ側に、ペイエリア42a~42e(以下、総称するときは「ペイエリア42」と表記する。)が設けられている。また、ペイエリア42a~42eには、それぞれのエリアに対応してアンテナ512a~512e(以下、総称するときは「アンテナ512」と表記する。)が設けられている。
図33は、第4の実施の形態の第5の例の管理システムの構成を示す図である。管理システム150は、図32に示した第4の例の管理システム140と同じ構成を有している。すなわち、管理システム150は、第1の例の管理システム110の構成に加えて、プレイヤ特定システムと、データベース57と、カード配布装置(電子シュー)4003とを備えている。
図34は、第4の実施の形態の第6の例の管理システムの構成を示す図である。管理システム160は、第2の例と同様の構成を備えている。バカラでは、上述のように遊技テーブル4004に複数のプレイポジションが設けられており、遊技テーブル4004の各プレイポジションに対応する位置には、プレイポジションごとにベットエリア41が設けられている。原則として、1つのプレイポジションでは1人のプレイヤがプレイをする。
図39は、第4の実施の形態の第7の例の管理システムの構成を示す図である。管理システム170は、第3の例の管理システム130と同様の構成を有している。管理システム170においても、同一のベットエリア41に複数のプレイヤがベットした場合にも遊技用代用貨幣83の所持者のトレースが可能である。
図45は、第4の実施の形態の第8の例の管理システムの構成を示す図である。管理システム180は、第4の例の管理システム140と同様の構成を有している。ただし、管理システム180では、遊技テーブル4004にベットエリアとして、プレイヤペアエリア44、タイエリア45、バンカペアエリア46が設けられている。また、遊技テーブル4004には、プレイヤペアエリア44、タイエリア45、バンカペアエリア46に対応して、アンテナ514、515、516が設けられている。
図46は、第4の実施の形態の第9の例の管理システムの構成を示す図である。管理システム190は、プレイヤ特定システムを備えている。この例では、データベース57を用いずに、遊技用代用貨幣83のトレースを行う。また、遊技テーブル4004には、ペイエリア42a~42e及びそれらに対応するアンテナ512a~512eが設けられている。また、遊技用代用貨幣83のRFIDタグ2の固定情報3には、当該遊技用代用貨幣83の額(価値)を示す情報が記憶されており、変動情報4には所持者のユーザIDが記憶されている。
上記の第1~第9の例において、プレイヤ82がメンバとして登録されていない非メンバである場合には、そのような非メンバにはユーザIDが付与されていないので、プレイヤ特定システムによってプレイヤ82を特定することができない。また、上述のように、非メンバが所有する遊技用代用貨幣83については、RFIDタグ2又はデータベース57に有効なユーザIDを記憶することができないため、ユーザIDとして「Unknown」が記録される。
図50は、第4の実施の形態の第11の例におけるベットエリアの例を示す図である。この例では、各プレイポジションのベットエリア41が、メンバ用のベットエリア411と非メンバ用のベットエリア412とに分けられており、アンテナもメンバ用のアンテナ5111と非メンバ用のアンテナ5112に分かれている。
上記の第1~第9の例において、遊技テーブル4003においてディーラとプレイヤとの間で遊技用代用貨幣83どうしの両替が行われる場合にも、遊技用代用貨幣83の所持者をトレースすることが可能である。この場合に、管理システムは、ゲームの進行状況(即ち、ベット中、ゲーム中、清算中のいずれか)を判定する進行状況判定手段を備える。かかる進行状況判定手段としては、カード配布装置4003を用いることができるが、他の任意の手段を用いてもよい。
(A1)遊技用代用貨幣を管理する管理システムであって、
前記遊技用代用貨幣が使用されたときに、前記遊技用代用貨幣の所持者を記憶した記憶手段を参照して、当該遊技用代用貨幣の所持者を特定する所持者特定手段と、

前記制御装置は、前記償還される前記遊技用代用貨幣について、いずれの前記ベットエリアに償還されるかを特定することで、当該遊技用代用貨幣がいずれのプレイヤに償還されるかを判定する、(A5)の管理システム。
前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤが前記所持者として記憶されている前記遊技用代用貨幣に対して償還される前記遊技用代用貨幣について、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤを当該遊技用代用貨幣の所持者として記憶させる、(A5)の管理システム。
前記制御装置は、前記ベットエリアに、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤが前記所持者として記憶されている前記遊技用代用貨幣と、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤが所持者として記憶されていない前記遊技用代用貨幣とが賭けられている場合において、
前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤが所持者として記憶されていない前記遊技用代用貨幣への償還に相当する額が前記検知装置にて検知された後に前記ベットエリアに償還される前記遊技用代用貨幣について、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤを当該遊技用代用貨幣の所持者として記憶させる、(A5)の管理システム。
前記制御装置は、前記ベットエリアに、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤが前記所持者として記憶されている前記遊技用代用貨幣と、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤが所持者として記憶されていない前記遊技用代用貨幣とが賭けられている場合において、
前記ベットエリアについて最初に前記検知装置にて検知された前記遊技用代用貨幣について、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤを当該遊技用代用貨幣の所持者として記憶させる、(A5)の管理システム。
前記遊技用代用貨幣の所持者を記憶した記憶手段と、
ペイアウトされた前記遊技用代用貨幣のスタックを受ける可能性のある複数の候補プレイヤを特定するプレイヤ特定手段と、
ペイアウトされる前記スタックを構成する前記遊技用代用貨幣の各々について、前記記憶手段に前記複数の候補プレイヤを前記所持者として記憶させる制御手段と、
を備えた、管理システム。
前記管理システムは、ベットされた前記遊技用代用貨幣について、前記記憶手段に前記所持者として記憶された前記複数の候補プレイヤを特定する所持者特定手段をさらに備え、
前記制御手段は、前記プレイヤ特定手段で特定された前記ベッティングプレイヤが、前記所持者特定手段で特定された前記複数の候補プレイヤのいずれかと一致する場合に、当該一致する候補プレイヤを前記所持者として確定して前記記憶手段に記憶させる、(A12)の管理システム。
前記遊技テーブル上のベットエリアに置かれた賭けチップに記憶された前記識別情報を読み取る第1識別装置と、
前記賭けチップに対して払い出される払出しチップに記憶された前記識別情報を取得する第2識別装置と、
前記識別情報と、当該識別情報を記憶した前記チップの所持者とを関連付けて記憶する記憶装置と、
前記第1識別装置が前記賭けチップから読み取った前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者を、前記第2識別装置が取得した前記払出しチップの前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者として前記記憶装置に記憶する制御装置と、
を備えた、管理システム。
前記制御装置は、前記第1識別装置が前記賭けチップから読み取った前記識別情報を前記第1識別装置が読み取らなくなったときに、当該読み取らなくなった前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者を、前記第2識別装置が取得した前記払出しチップの前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者として前記記憶装置に記憶する、(B1)の管理システム。
前記制御装置は、前記第2識別装置が前記払い出しチップから読み取った前記識別情報を前記第2識別装置が読み取らなくなったときに、前記第1識別装置が前記賭けチップから読み取った前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者を、前記読み取らなくなった前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者として前記記憶装置に記憶する、(B1)の管理システム。

Claims (32)
- 遊技用代用貨幣を管理する管理システムであって、
前記遊技用代用貨幣が使用されたときに、前記遊技用代用貨幣の所持者を記憶した記憶手段を参照して、当該遊技用代用貨幣の所持者を特定する所持者特定手段と、
前記遊技用代用貨幣が使用されたときに、当該遊技用代用貨幣を使用したプレイヤを特定するプレイヤ特定手段と、
使用された前記遊技用代用貨幣について、前記所持者特定手段にて特定された所持者と、前記プレイヤ特定手段で特定されたプレイヤとが一致しない場合に、エラーシグナルを生成する制御手段と、
を備えた管理システム。 - 前記記憶手段は、前記遊技用代用貨幣に設けられる、請求項1に記載の管理システム。
- 前記記憶手段は、前記遊技用代用貨幣に付されたRFIDタグの、データの書き換えが可能な書換え可能領域である、請求項2に記載の管理システム。
- 前記所持者特定手段は、使用される前記遊技用代用貨幣の前記書換え可能領域を読み取るRFIDリーダである、請求項3に記載の管理システム。
- 前記遊技用代用貨幣には、当該遊技用代用貨幣を識別する識別情報が付されており、
前記記憶手段は、前記識別情報と前記所持者とを関連付けて記憶するデータベースであり、
前記所持者特定手段は、使用される前記遊技用代用貨幣から取得した前記識別情報に基づいて、取得前記データベースを参照して、使用された前記遊技用代用貨幣の所持者を特定する、請求項1に記載の管理システム。 - 前記遊技用代用貨幣は、前記識別情報を記憶したRFIDタグを有する、請求項5に記載の管理システム。
- 前記エラーシグナルに基づいて、アラームを出力するアラーム出力手段をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の管理システム。
- 前記制御手段は、使用された前記遊技用代用貨幣について、前記所持者特定手段にて特定された所持者と、前記プレイヤ特定手段で特定されたプレイヤとが一致しない場合に、前記プレイヤ特定手段で特定されたプレイヤを前記所持者として前記記憶手段に記憶する、請求項1に記載の管理システム。
- 前記制御手段は、前記制御手段は、使用された前記遊技用代用貨幣について、前記所持者特定手段にて特定された所持者と、前記プレイヤ特定手段で特定されたプレイヤとが一致しない場合に、前記記憶手段に不一致があったことを記憶する、請求項8に記載の管理システム。
- 前記プレイヤ特定手段は、顔認証又はIDカードの読取りによって前記遊技用代用貨幣を使用したプレイヤを特定する、請求項1に記載の管理システム。
- 遊技用代用貨幣を管理する管理システムであって、
前記遊技用代用貨幣の所持者を記憶した記憶手段と、
前記遊技用代用貨幣を購入するプレイヤを特定するプレイヤ特定手段と、
購入される前記遊技用代用貨幣について、前記記憶手段に前記プレイヤを前記所有者として記憶させる制御手段と、
を備えた、管理システム。 - 遊技用代用貨幣を管理する管理システムであって、
前記遊技用代用貨幣の所持者を記憶した記憶手段と、
前記遊技用代用貨幣の償還を受けるプレイヤを特定する特定手段と、
償還される前記遊技用代用貨幣について、前記記憶手段に前記プレイヤを前記所有者として記憶させる制御手段と、
を備えた、管理システム。 - 前記特定手段は、さらに、前記プレイヤに割り当てられたベッティングエリアを特定し、
前記制御装置は、前記償還される前記遊技用代用貨幣について、いずれの前記ベッティングエリアに償還されるかを特定することで、当該遊技用代用貨幣がいずれのプレイヤに償還されるかを判定する、請求項12に記載の管理システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記ベッティングエリアに、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤが前記所持者として記憶されている前記遊技用代用貨幣と、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤが所持者として記憶されていない前記遊技用代用貨幣とが賭けられている場合において、
前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤが前記所持者として記憶されている前記遊技用代用貨幣に対して償還される前記遊技用代用貨幣について、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤを当該遊技用代用貨幣の所持者として記憶させる、請求項13に記載の管理システム。 - 償還される前記遊技用代用貨幣の額を検知する検知装置をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記ベッティングエリアに、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤが前記所持者として記憶されている前記遊技用代用貨幣と、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤが所持者として記憶されていない前記遊技用代用貨幣とが賭けられている場合において、
前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤが所持者として記憶されていない前記遊技用代用貨幣への償還に相当する額が前記検知装置にて検知された後に前記ベッティングエリアに償還される前記遊技用代用貨幣について、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤを当該遊技用代用貨幣の所持者として記憶させる、請求項12に記載の管理システム。 - 償還される前記遊技用代用貨幣の額を検知する検知装置をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記ベッティングエリアに、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤが前記所持者として記憶されている前記遊技用代用貨幣と、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤが所持者として記憶されていない前記遊技用代用貨幣とが賭けられている場合において、
前記ベッティングエリアについて最初に前記検知装置にて検知された前記遊技用代用貨幣について、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤを当該遊技用代用貨幣の所持者として記憶させる、請求項12に記載の管理システム。 - 前記ベッティングエリアは、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤが前記所持者として記憶されている前記遊技用代用貨幣をベットするためのエリアと、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤが所持者として記憶されていない前記遊技用代用貨幣をベットするエリアとを備える、請求項13~16いずれかに記載の管理システム。
- 前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤが前記所持者として記憶されている前記遊技用代用貨幣がベットされた前記ベッティングエリアと、前記特定手段で特定されたプレイヤが前記所持者として記憶されていない前記遊技用代用貨幣がベットされた前記ベッティングエリアとを区別するための視覚情報を出力する出力手段をさらに備えた、請求項13~17のいずれかに記載の管理システム。
- 遊技用代用貨幣を管理する管理システムであって、
前記遊技用代用貨幣の所持者を記憶した記憶手段と、
ペイアウトされた前記遊技用代用貨幣のスタックを受ける可能性のある複数の候補プレイヤを特定するプレイヤ特定手段と、
ペイアウトされる前記スタックを構成する前記遊技用代用貨幣の各々について、前記記憶手段に前記複数の候補プレイヤを前記所有者として記憶させる制御手段と、
を備えた、管理システム。 - 前記プレイヤ特定手段は、同じベッティングエリアにベットした結果前記ペイアウトを受ける複数のプレイヤを前記複数の候補プレイヤとして特定する、請求項19に記載の管理システム。
- 前記プレイヤ特定手段は、前記遊技用代用貨幣をベットするベッティングプレイヤを特定し、
前記管理システムは、ベットされた前記遊技用代用貨幣について、前記記憶手段に前記所持者として記憶された前記複数の候補プレイヤを特定する所持者特定手段をさらに備え、
前記制御手段は、前記プレイヤ特定手段で特定された前記ベッティングプレイヤが、前記所持者特定手段で特定された前記複数の候補プレイヤのいずれかと一致する場合に、当該一致する候補プレイヤを前記所持者として確定して前記記憶手段に記憶させる、請求項19に記載の管理システム。 - 遊技テーブルでのゲームで用いられる、識別情報を記憶したチップを管理する管理システムであって、
前記遊技テーブル上のベットエリアに置かれた賭けチップに記憶された前記識別情報を読み取る第1識別装置と、
前記賭けチップに対して払い出される払出しチップに記憶された前記識別情報を取得する第2識別装置と、
前記識別情報と、当該識別情報を記憶した前記チップの所持者とを関連付けて記憶する記憶装置と、
前記第1識別装置が前記賭けチップから読み取った前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者を、前記第2識別装置が取得した前記払出しチップの前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者として前記記憶装置に記憶する制御装置と、
を備えた、管理システム。 - 前記第2識別装置は前記第1識別装置であり、前記ベットエリアに置かれた前記払出しチップに記憶された前記識別情報を読み取ることで、前記払出しチップに記憶された前記識別情報を取得する、請求項22に記載の管理システム。
- 前記第2識別装置は、ディーラのチップトレイ内の複数の前記チップに記憶された前記識別情報を読み取る装置であり、前記払出しチップの払出し前に読み取った複数の前記識別情報と前記払出しチップの払出し後に読み取った複数の前記識別情報との差分から、前記払出しチップに記憶された前記識別情報を取得する、請求項22に記載の管理システム。
- 前記第2識別装置は、前記遊技テーブル上の前記ベットエリアとは異なる払出しエリアに置かれた前記払出しチップに記憶された前記識別情報を読み取ることで、前記払出しチップに記憶された前記識別情報を取得する、請求項22に記載の管理システム。
- 前記第1識別装置は、周期的に前記識別情報を読み取り、
前記制御装置は、前記第1識別装置が前記賭けチップから読み取った前記識別情報を前記第1識別装置が読み取らなくなったときに、当該読み取らなくなった前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者を、前記第2識別装置が取得した前記払出しチップの前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者として前記記憶装置に記憶する、請求項22に記載の管理システム。 - 前記第2識別装置は、前記払出しチップに記憶された前記識別情報を周期的に読み取ることで前記識別情報を取得し、
前記制御装置は、前記第2識別装置が前記払い出しチップから読み取った前記識別情報を前記第2識別装置が読み取らなくなったときに、前記第1識別装置が前記賭けチップから読み取った前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者を、前記読み取らなくなった前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者として前記記憶装置に記憶する、請求項22に記載の管理システム。 - 遊技テーブルでのゲームで用いられる、識別情報を記憶したチップを管理する管理システムであって、
前記チップ間の両替のためにプレイヤから前記遊技テーブルに出された両替前チップに記憶された前記識別情報を取得する第1識別装置と、
前記両替前チップに対応して前記プレイヤに与えられる両替後チップに記憶された前記識別情報を取得する第2識別装置と、
前記識別情報と、当該識別情報を記憶した前記チップの所持者とを関連付けて記憶する記憶装置と、
前記第1識別装置が取得した前記両替前チップの前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者を、前記第2識別装置が取得した前記両替後チップの前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者として前記記憶装置に記憶する制御装置と、
を備えた、管理システム。 - 前記制御装置は、さらに、前記第2識別装置が取得した前記両替前チップの前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者を、前記第1識別装置が取得した前記両替後チップの前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者として前記記憶装置に記憶する、請求項28に記載の管理システム。
- 前記第1識別装置は、ディーラのチップトレイ内の複数の前記チップの前記識別情報を読み取る読取装置であって、増加した前記識別情報を、前記両替前チップに記憶された前記識別情報として取得する、請求項28に記載の管理システム。
- 前記第2識別装置は、ディーラのチップトレイ内の複数の前記チップの前記識別情報を読み取る読取装置であって、減少した前記識別情報を、前記両替後チップに記憶された前記識別情報として取得する、請求項28に記載の管理システム。
- 遊技テーブルでのゲームで用いられる、識別情報を記憶したチップの両替を管理する管理システムであって、
両替のために前記遊技テーブル上に読取エリアに置かれた前記チップに記憶された前記識別情報を読み取る読取装置と、
前記識別情報と、当該識別情報を記憶した前記チップの所持者とを関連付けて記憶する記憶装置と、
前記読取装置によって読み取られた第1のチップに記憶された前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者と、前記読取装置によって読み取られた前記第1のチップとは異なる第2のチップに記憶された前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者とが異なる場合に、前記第1のチップに記憶された前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者を前記第2のチップに記憶された前記識別情報に関連付けられた所持者として、前記記憶装置に記憶する制御装置と、
