Abstract

The invention relates to a closure cap to be placed on the neck of a drinks bottle. The invention has the object of providing a closure cap which bears as a closure seal against the top of the bottle neck. According to the invention, this is achieved by an upper breakthrough in the closure cap, into which an internally inserted disc-like decorative item engages, the closure cap having at least in part a retaining bead that runs parallel to the top of the closure cap and projects into the cap, into which retaining bead are inserted a liner plate also running parallel to the cap top and the decorative item engaging in the top. This liner plate secures the decorative item in the position in the top of the closure cap and bears as a closure seal against the top of the bottle neck.

It is therefore increasingly important for producers of high-quality products to provide evidence of whether an original product has already been sold and opened or whether it is in its original condition. It is therefore currently investing in complex development work in the area of the so-called opening protection, in this case technical Finding solutions that guarantee the integrity of original packaging.

It is therefore the aim of these developments to put the buyer in the position to be able to recognize whether he is dealing with an original product or possibly a manipulated product in the original packaging. In addition to buyer protection, this is also of great importance for the manufacturer, since in the event of buyer damage caused by an inferior copy in the original packaging, it is very difficult for the manufacturer to provide evidence that the product is not an in-house product .

It is therefore a stated goal of the manufacturers of high-quality products to give the customer an opportunity and access to check the origin of a high-quality original product when buying, and thus to avoid buying an inferior copied product. In addition to the mentioned area of high quality alcoholic beverages, this can also apply to food in general, but also to medicines or perfumes.

In the following, solutions in the state of the art are outlined which already point to the securing of such original products:

A closure capsule for bottles is known from the publication EP 3 263 473 A1, which is distinguished by the fact that an NFC chip is integrated in the bottle cap, via which additional information can be called up, for example, by means of a smartphone. For example, the consumer can receive information about the manufacturer when purchasing such a bottle. It is also possible to track the product or to get further information about the product. The NFC chip with additional wiring and antenna are permanently installed on the inside of the cap.

From the publication EP 3 336 011 A1, among other things, a solution is also known that proposes additional electrical components in the packaging, for example a bottle. to install components that may contain information, for example.

From the publication CN 105923259 A, a bottle sealing ring is disclosed, which comprises components of an NFC sensor or AF idea technology. The aim here is to check the sealing ring on bottles, which counteracts counterfeiting of beverage closures. This should enable the buyer or dealer to check whether this is an original sealed bottle, which can also be done with a smartphone.

The publication CN 106395129 A also discloses a solution which aims to avoid counterfeiting bottle closures by means of NFC labels integrated in the closures. This additional security element would be destroyed when the bottle was opened. A new use is excluded. This means that only an undamaged and legible NFC label is an original bottle.

The disclosure of the document CN 206375146 U relates to a wine bottle cap with a built-in miniature Bluetooth speaker and NFC communication. The miniature Blue tooth loudspeaker makes it possible to play sounds. The information stored on the NFC memory chip should be able to transmit additional information.

Publication WO 2018/136927 A1 also discloses a closure for containers which is intended to provide security against counterfeiting and piracy.

For this purpose, wireless technology should also be integrated in the lock, which can be called up via a cell phone, for example. Authentication and other positive aspects should be able to be achieved through this bottle or this bottle stopper, the electronic elements in the lid should be installed.

Another publication that deals with securing containers using sensor technology to check whether a container was already open is the publication WO 2018/172964 Al. Here too, wireless communication is proposed, for example by means of a nearfield communication sensor.

A similar solution is disclosed in the publication WO 2013/122363 A1, in which, for example, a sensor with wireless nearfield communication is also to be used, this being intended as a label on the bottle.

From publication WO 2017/211890 Al, a chip for nearfield communication is newly integrated in the base of a bottle. This chip is intended to communicate with a beverage dispenser in which this bottle is adjustable. This is to enable communication between the beverage dispenser and the inserted bottle.

From publication WO 2017/184603 A1, a new device is disclosed which enables bottles to be checked for the original, undamaged closure. For this purpose, an electronic sensor device with an antenna and a circuit and a sensor line is attached to a bottle in such a way that they are arranged over a break line on the bottle stopper. In this way, it should be known whether a bottle has already been opened.

The disclosure WO 2016/179537 A2 also aims for a similar effect in that a circuit and sensors are installed in a cap of a medical container. These are supposed to interact with a weight sensor. The removal from the container should be electronically recordable and documentable.

The integrity of a bottle cap should also be able to be checked via publication WO 2018/001572 A1, a transponder with antenna and circuit also being integrated in the jacket of a bottle cap in the area of the circumferential opening section. Here, the circuit should be destroyed when the bottle is opened and thus be able to electronically provide information about the seal and the integrity of the bottle cap. From publication WO 2016/116672 A1 an electronic device is also known which aims to electronically detect the breaking of a bottle cap and present it in a readable form via a memory chip. For this purpose, the cap is strip-shaped and is inserted into another bottle in a bottle.

The publication WO 2017/161098 Al discloses containers which have an electronic display on which information can be displayed. This can also be integrated in the bottle cap or in the container itself.

The disclosure WO 2016/151434 A1 relates to an electronic device on bottles, which is arranged on the bottle neck by means of fastening means. In this way, for example, the temperature of the beverage contained in the bottle should be able to be detected and determined by sensors. In addition, communication with electronic data processing should also be possible wirelessly.

The disclosure WO 2018/199844 Al relates to the gel on a bottle stopper. Again, the imitation and counterfeiting of products should be prevented by this device. There should also be a password lock that enables the bottle cap to be secured using appropriate locking devices. For this purpose, a push button can be integrated in the cap. The state of the art in this case has in common that sensors, in particular serve to detect to what extent a bottle has already been opened. It should also be possible to provide additional information about sensors and memory chips contained in the label or in the bottle cap.

However, there is a lack of solutions in the prior art which integrate these components in a constructively and visually appealing form in a bottle cap. Against this background, it is the task of the present invention to connect the originality check by means of readable storage media on the one hand with the constructive and optically appealing design of a closure cap. On the one hand, this is to ensure that the production and attachment of the closure cap is economical and also possible in large numbers. At the same time, an incentive to buy should be achieved through an aesthetic appearance and an added value of the closure cap. This is achieved according to the invention by a

In terms of design, it is also relevant to the invention that the cap at least partially has retaining beads protruding into the cap. These are arranged parallel to the top of the cap.

This arrangement of the inwardly projecting holding beads opens up constructive fastening options for the additional functional elements used in the sealing cap. It is provided according to the invention to insert these functional elements one above the other into the head of the closure cap, a liner plate finally forming the end of the bottle neck. The arrangement of the inwardly projecting retaining beads or the circumferential Hal tewulstes ensures that the liner plate can be pressed in via this Hal tewulst and thus forms the conclusion in the head of the sealing cap.

It is provided according to the invention to design the Li nerplatte both in its dimensioning and in relation to the material used in such a way that a secure engagement and thus pressing of the functional elements such as decorative body or NFC chip is ensured. The liner plate thus engages behind the retaining beads and leads, for example, to the decorative body being pressed into the top opening in the closure cap. In this respect, the decor body in a geous embodiment of the invention has a top-level, starting from a higher level in the area in which the decor body breaks through the opening in the top of the closure cap, has a flattening towards the edge region of the closure cap . The design here provides for a gradation of the decorative panel, which is then inserted into the corresponding gradation in the closure cap. In this respect, the decorative plate in this solution is made smaller in diameter than the diameter of the closure cap itself or the liner plate.

A particularly advantageous embodiment of the closure cap provides that the top opening is circular and is positioned in a centered position in the top of the closure cap. This corresponds to a disc-like decorative body, which also has a centered and circular raised central surface, which fully intervenes in the opening of the closure cap. This solution is particularly advantageous that when the functional components are joined, the decorative body is automatically inserted into the central opening in the sealing cap by a guide in the cylindrical sealing cap. A special orientation when assembling the individual construction parts is not necessary.

In an alternative design, the decorative body protruding from the top opening of the closure cap can also have flat elevations which are not circular, but are, for example, angular, oval or in any further shape. When inserting into the opening in the top of the closure cap, which is to be shaped analogously, however, an exact alignment of this decorative body is required, for example in order to correctly insert a triangular elevation in the decorative body into the correspondingly triangular opening in the top of the closure cap.

According to the invention, an NFC chip, for example, is arranged as a data storage chip with additional information either on the liner plate itself or on an additional carrier. It has been found to be expedient here that the NFC chip is placed on an additional thin carrier. can be adorned, which follows the design of the liner in its dimensions or is made slightly smaller.

For example, in an expedient embodiment of the invention, there are three functional elements which are to be introduced one on top of the other in the closure cap, starting with the decorative body placed on the top and with an elevation on the top, under which, for example, a carrier disk is arranged approximately the size of the liner plate on which for example, an NFC chip is arranged. With regard to the dimensions of the structural elements of the closure cap, the following dimensions have been recognized as useful:

The circumferential raised step on the top of the cap can vary in height between 0.2 mm and about 0.8 mm. It has been found here that this height of the sealing cap level can be advantageously implemented in terms of tools and materials and at the same time represents an appealing solution.

The central middle region of the decor body, which as a raised section extends through the opening in the top of the closure cap, should have a diameter of approximately 20 millimeters.

The flattened edge area of the decorative body, from which the raised central area starts, should have a width of 2 to 6 millimeters. In this way, on the one hand, the formation of the corresponding receptacle in the top of the closure cap is technically feasible. On the other hand, the decor body can be held securely in the cap. After all, it is also a solution that has turned out to be visually partial. The arrangement of the retaining bead in the sealing cap can be arranged approximately between 0.4 and 1.5 centimeters below the upper edge of the sealing cap.
